I brought my car in for oil change/tire rotation. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. and dropped my vehicle off. I called around 2:30 pm to see if the vehicle was ready and I was informed that representative that I had made an appointment with was out to lunch, so I called back around 3:00 pm and did have the opportunity to speak with the representative whom I made the appointment with. He informed me that my car would ready around 4:00 pm., so I arrived around 4:15 pm. To make a long story short, it seemed that my car had not been serviced according to what was supposed to be in the system, consequently, an error was made in the system, but my car was still not complete. I inquired why my car was not ready, and I was informed that there had been so unexpected problems with other vehicles and that is what caused the delay. I was angry and asked to speak to the service manager. The service manager did inform me that my car was ready and they did have some unexpected problems with other cars, which caused the delay in me getting my car, however, the service manager was very apologetic and assured me that this was not the norm. I also informed them that my previous visit, along with purchase the vehicle was awesome. I did have to bring my car back for a seat track that was damage (it was not their doing) and they had a rental car ready and waiting for me, so I would not be without a car. I thanked the service manager and the representative for an awesome job in handling the situation in a professional manner, which resulted in the customer being 100% completely satisfied with Edwards service.Again, thank you for all that you do to ensure the customer have a wonderful experience when they are at Edwards.

Easy in and out service for the recall on my 2012 Chevy Camaro. But the correction for the recall is not sleek and reflective of the car it's self. The switchblade key was better than the crappy key given to me along with the blade less security receiver returned minus a functioning key. I'd rather have my old key than this crappy solution for recall.

There was a mix up with my appt--it was never booked. Although I had spoken with Robert Purdy last week to book the appt. I explained the situation to Wade Ferguson. He went ahead and honored the rotate/balance tire appt and it was free of charge because my car is under 24k miles. The service did not take long. I was also able to speak with Don Lyles who sold me the car and he gave me great information about the benefits that I have as a new Chevy Sonic owner. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone on the staff was very kind and courteous. They all made sure I was well taken care of yesterday. I will be coming back more often for my car's maintenance and routine checkups!

Service department is backed up still haven't been able to get sunroof fixed after leaving the car there for 2 days. Everyone there has great customerservice and are quite personable.

I've been to the dealership a number of times for many services and this is the first time I can admit to having a very enjoyable experience. The Service Advisor was very friendly, saw my needs and able to address them quickly and professionally. He was able to give me a realistic timeframe and my service was completed in that time. As I was completing my transaction, I had a few questions and he was able to answer and give me direction and explained it to my level of understanding. This dealership is the most unprofessional, unorganized group I have ever wasted my life with. The " sales manger" Terrance Raye told me what I wanted to hear to get me to make a 3 hour drive up to their location, only to be told they could not do any of the things he said. Also I was told the car I was looking at was in service 2 whole days before I arrived only to find 2 problems with the car in two minutes upon arrival. The problems were electrical wires hanging out in plan site from under the set and a screen not functioning properly. The salesman told us " the guys in the service crew take the seats out sometimes to clean the vehicle and they are not rocket scientist so the did not replace the seats properly". Exactly what you don't want to hear for your next family vehicle!!! On top of all of that we had our salesman taking personal calls while he was supposedly get our appraisal paperwork done. Finally after much debate over a price I was believed to have already been talked over, the salesman goes on their system to find the notes that stated everything I had talked with them about over the phone for the past five days. They knew we were coming for four days and he waited to we were getting up to leave to pull that information up!!!. Really !?!?!!

David Sparkman and his group were great. They determined that my issue was a safety issue (headlights were both out) but could be handled very quickly. So, even though they were very busy and I otherwise would be far back in the line, they went ahead and fixed my problem quickly and sent me on my way. I really appreciate how they take a common sense approach to customer service. I think that really sets them apart from the competition.

When I drove in, Craig Barnett, acknowledge me and asked that i wait a moment for him. He listened patiently as i sounded out the problem I was having. Mr. Barnett wasted no time helping into a rental car so that I would have no inconveniences and he called me just as he promised when they diagnosed the problem. He spoke with the service manager to negotiate a better rate and he was accomodating when I needed to come by to retrieve itemes from my trunk space. I hope I will never need service on my car again, but should I need it; I hope to have Mr. Craig Barnett working on my case.

I like the fact that when I first came by the dealership to look at the vehicle, George did not constantly call me wanting to know when I was coming to make a purchase. I can't stand people calling my phone on a daily or weekly basis. I gave him my word and I kept it. I like the fact that he was easy to talk to him. Great job George Campbell! I had some special items that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of. The staff ( Wade Ferguson And David Sparkman were courteous and very professional By the way David Bell went out of his way to greet us and comment on how good the SUV he sold me looked. Friendly staff as always. Even though there was a little bit of a wait for the service to be completed, I was greeted promptly. My husband and I always use Edwards downtown for our services. All future vehicle purchases will be here as well.

The Service technician, Wade, was extremely polite, cordial and very accommodating. He had to order a part and when it arrived a few days later he called me to come into the dealership. He arranged a ride for me to my law office and called me when the repair was done. These folks know how to run a service department and the repair was "spot on". I am not surprised since I have been a customer of this dealership for over 30 years and have always appreciated their service or professionalism. Jim Thompson

I've bought several vehicles from Edwards Chevrolet, but this was my first time to go in for an oil change, ect. I was greeted when I first walked in and they made me feel very comfortable. The waiting area was nice and offered coffee, ect. I've been to other places and most don't compare. I was impressed, I would say my experience was better than what I expected based on other places I've gone before.

I purchased my car in Dec 2012. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the salesmen and mechanics. Everyone is always so friendly. I've had 4 oil changes and all of them have been very timely. I've also had to bring my car in on two separate occasions regarding my cabin air filter and the tire pressure monitoring system. Both times, they were able to solve the problems within minutes. I will definitely be a long standing customer with Edwards Chevy!

Bought a new 2013 volt that had a slow tire leak from a nail right off the lot. Brought it in for repair and it was quick. Unfortunately the patch didn't take right and I had to bring it back. The service dept quickly took care of it at no charge. Everyone at Edwards is very friendly and helpful. Best car buying and dealership experience I have ever had.

Adam Kirby promptly greeted us for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the Camaro we were interested in as well as how it compared to other vehicles. He immediately got they key and unlocked the car so we could sit in it as he continued to decribe the features of the car. He quicky got another sales associate to move a vehicle out of the way so he could get out the car we wanted to test drive. Throughout the test drive he continued to elaborate about the features of the car. After the test drive we thanked him for his time but he didn't give up on the sale. He said instead of us leaving why didn't we go to his office and see what he could do so we could take the car home with us. We went to his office where he sealed the deal and then he delivered our new ZL1 Camaro to us later that afternoon. Adam is a great salesperson. He has a kind tone to his voice so he is easy to talk with and doesn't come across arrogant or pushy. We appreciate the time he spent with us to get us to buy the car, because the car is everything he said it was and we are so happy with the car.

In my opinion, Mr. Wayne Trammel was excellent in helping me purchase a new car as well as some aspects of selling my old car to my niece. He provided me with the opportunity to test drive a Sonic on my initial visit to your dealership, let me know that they had a Sonic in the showroom which matched my specific desires, and told me the price for the Sonic in the showroom. He understood my short time frame for buying a car and my plans to visit other dealerships. He did not try to pressure me into buying a car but rather tried to earn my business by finding a car that had the qualities I wanted. I was extremely pleased with his performance.The person in the finance office ( I believe her name is Mrs. McShea) explained things very clearly and answered all my questions. She also notarized the bill of sale for my old vehicle which was a help to me.I wanted to thank the salesperson and finance person for making my experience of buying a car for Edwards Chevrolet pleasant and very satisfying.

The sales staff was amazing! By far THE BEST car purchase I've made. There was no run-around...Buddy and Stan did their best to get me into a great car with no hassle. So I was expecting GREAT things from the service department when I brought my car back to be serviced. The service staff definitely delivered! The staff was very friendly and got me in and out in no time! I was very pleased with the short wait time and the services performed. I LOVE Edwards! Keep up the excellent work!

Joe Benson was AWESOME!!!! My dad pulled up to the truck lot, while another guy said he was going to lunch, dad asked "well who's on duty" and Joe said he was. He was so nice and approachable. My anxiety level was up and I am not much of a talker, but I found it so easy to talk with him. We were on the wrong side of the dealership and he escorted me to the vehicle that I was blessed to drive off in that day! He continued to keep us updated throughout the purchase and apologized for any delay. I am very satisfied with my purchase and BIG THANKS to JOE BENSON!!!! Again, he was AWESOME!
