I've never had such good service from and auto place. I purchased an 07 chevy cobalt from these guys and was so happy at how good the car was that I just rode around forgetting that a car needs gas LOL long story short it was cold the next morning and I went to start it and it wouldn't start I thought maybe they had sold me a lemon or the battery was dead when they sold it to me which was frustrating. I called the dealership to inquire about it and one of the sales representatives was very empathetic at my problem giving that it was a Sunday there wasn't many people in the office or in the service center to come out and help me. And the and the owner of the entire dealership pulled up to the same figured out that I didn't put gas in it LOL and went and bought me some gas I started my car with no problem and he didn't charge me a dime. You can tell alot about a business directly from the owner and his actions when he pulled up I didn't even know he was the owner until he got the gas and the sales representative told me so he didn't boast he just helped I really like that I have absolutely no issues with this car it has been doing me very good

I pay east end auto a1000 down on a nissan atima.the car wasn't. No good and they fix it for me .l missed lots of payment cause l had to use the money to get the car fix myself ..then l was fool up to the east end auto a man call me named shawn from tge dealership. Claiming he was going to help me with another car ..l brought the car to them and they took up and put me off their property l had my little instant baby with me and didn't had a ride home thank gid forvmy sister who luved close by and camw for me and my baby ..those people are xxxxxx and treated me like dirt ...my name is suzanne whiting l just hope this warren and shawn get what coming to them one day ..

Typical sleazy independent used car dealers. DO NOT buy anything from them. I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from them and found out they concealed the fact that the air bags had previously been deployed. If you try to get any help form them all you will get is the run around and promise of a call back from owner that never happens. If you go by the place the person you need to see will never be there. Save yourself the headache and buy form a legitimate car dealer not these guys.

purchased a 2006 Altima and I fell in love with it on the first drive. The price of the car was excellent and the car is in excellent shape. I worked with Neal, he kept me laughing and he was great, the business is ran by a great family and they were so comforting! I like my new car and love East end auto sales! I thought I would never be able to get a car with my bad credit but Neal made it work. He got me approved for a Lian with a company lender that builds credit! They are great!
