**DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND** Upon seeing a vehicle on their website that I was extremely interested in, I called and made an appointment. Over the course of a week, my appointment had to be changed and in that seven day period I spoke to no less than three different sales representatives: Ernesto, Jay Junior and Patrick. I rented a car and drove for three hours from Los Angeles to the El Cajon site. Once I arrived, I spoke to another sales representative, Joshua, who took me to see the vehicle...and explained that it Wasn't Even Road Worthy. It clearly hadn't been driven for weeks as there were cobwebs over it. Moreover, it needed some serious work done on the stabilizer bar. Add to which, the actual condition of the car was shockingly poor and not in any way *close* to being worth the price that was being asked. So, not ONE of these previous three representatives had given me this information and I'd wasted $93 on car rental, $35 in petrol and six hours of driving time. Naturally, there was no trust there at all. So, to put this in perspective, the vehicle needed potentially thousands of dollars of repair, plus replacements for the damaged sections of the exterior (upwards of $1000), plus it would have to be transported to Los Angeles because it couldn't be driven on the road, plus we'd have to put in personal time locating a suitable garage near home...and they offered us a 20% discount...for a vehicle with an already inflated asking price that needed repairs equaling about HALF of that already inflated asking price. The whole experience was frankly insulting and spectacularly unprofessional. And at the time of writing this, the vehicle is still listed as "For Sale" on their website.

I am currently very disappointed with what I found out about my car as I was assured that the car was clean, no accidents, etc when I purchased it in March. A "malfunction" sensor popped up and so I took my car to the dealer to have it looked at since it is still under warranty. What I did not expect to find out is that the car had been in a front-end collision pretty recently. The radiator is damaged, the air filter is twisted from the impact, and the front sensors are beyond damaged. Someone obviously attempted to "repair" the damage, although they did so incorrectly, and did not report it as it is not on the CarFax. To just fix the sensor issue is going to be a little over $1500. That is not counting whatever will be needed to fix the radiator that was impacted and is now off-center. I am hoping that somehow you were not aware of the damage when you sold me the car, but that also means you did not do a thorough inspection of the car prior to selling it. I feel that I was lied to and basically cheated because I paid for a car that I was told was one thing and am now finding out that it was involved in a pretty large front-end collision with some pretty awful "repairs" that are now basically coming apart. The check engine light has come on repeatedly since March. I do not believe that I should be responsible for paying for repairs that took place on my car prior to me owning it, and repairs that should have A) been handled by you prior to selling it, and B) something I should have been informed about PRIOR to buying the car. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy, which is a shame because I was initially impressed with your service.

I was introduced to the East County Pre-Owned Superstore over cars.com. I saw the vehicle that I wanted, a 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible, and I was very pleased when I spoke with George Khoury. He was very informative and went out of his way to see that I was well taken care of, even to the point that he drove over 100 miles to pick me up to see the vehicle. When I saw it, it was exactly how he described it. I purchased it the same day. I have a lot of confidence in this dealership and I'd like to encourage everyone to do the same. I've been very pleased with the vehicle and currently have a running relationship with Mr. Khoury after the sale. As for their maintenance department, I had a small challenge with my convertible top. When speaking with Carlos, the head service manager, he quickly directed me to come in and resolve the problem immediately. These were extremely courteous and helpful people you could have confidence in.

I recently bought my car from the Superstore at the Giant Used Car Tent Sale, so naturally I had to go back to the dealership the following week to fix a couple minor repairs, and I didn't mind doing so. As I was there, I had H.K., Carlos, and his team assisting me. They did an excellent job of making sure I was in the loop on what they were doing and kept me assured that I was in good hands the entire time. Just as a side note, I noticed a flaw to the aesthetic of the car that must have happened after I took it off the lot, so I pointed it out to Carlos and he totally went out of his way to assess my request of fixing it! My husband and I purchased our truck on December 1st, a couple days later the a part on the drive shaft went out. Carlos was nice enough to not only fix that, but other things on the truck that weren't working the time of purchase. We were able to get a rental car until the truck was done. I had put over 80 dollars in gas in the truck the day of and he was nice enough to fill the rental for the weekend. Carlos is nothing but nice and his work ethic is to keep the customer happy and fix everything that is needed. His gracious professionalism is above and beyond normal expectations. I will be coming back to him from now on when we need some help with our truck.

I was interested in a 2006 Z4 and had it inspected at BMW of El Cajon. It has a transmission leak, needs front and rear rotors, new brake fluid and more. I do not object to the dealer not wanting to negotiate price but to tell me that he will now sell the car without a 30 day/1000 mile warranty but "as is" bothers me. What if the buyer has to replace the transmission in 2 months? $6000+ at a BMW dealer. Go somewhere else!

I bought a 2004 Hummer that had an air conditioner problem. I brought the vehicle in and Carlos, the service manager, had the vehicle repaired in a timely manner. The worst thing about buying a car is the constant pressure to buy, the long process of filling out paper work and the long list of things needed to bring to get the loan approved. All in all its a pain, but it was time. When i first pulled into the lot i was greeted. i didnt have a salesmen riding the backend of my shirt the whole time. i was pointed out to the section of cars that were in my price range and was allow to roam and select the one that caught my eye. When i was ready to look inside a car the salesmen wasnt that far away and moved quickly to get the keys. After finding the one i want, the buying process was quick and pain less and when an issue arised, a quick talk with the head guy and the issue was no longer. I drove off the lot that night and couldnt have been happier with they way i was treated. Not like another car sale, but like a friend in need of some new wheels. For everyone there at East County Preowned Superstore thank you so much and i will be back soon.... Special Thanks to Bo........

Came in to look at a replacement vehicle after mine was totalled. After weeks of research, I had a good idea of what I wanted and the valaue I hoped to get. I found it all at East County Preowned Superstore. Ali was great and I did not feel pressured. We reached an agreement quickly and Adam was able to work with me further. Financing was a breeze and they even threw in a 3yr\36k service agreement. So far, I'm thrilled and will be recommending them to everyone.

My husband and I purchase not one, but two cars recently from the El Cajon Pre-Owned Superstore and are extremely happy with the way that we were treated from the moment we walked on the lot, and still today. James are seller was extremely personable and helpful. One of the vehicles needed some minor aspects taken care of, and Carlos, the head of the Service Department has been an amazing asset in getting things taken care of and giving us his full attention in returning our calls and one-to-one contact. We are very pleased, and look forward to doing business with them in the future, but not fpr awhile since we just got the two cars from them :)

Bought a 350z with slit problems that I pointed out and they had no problem taking care of any issues I had. THanks to Carlos and his team i was down a vehical for a very short time while they fix the problems and when i recieved the vehical it looked amazing.

A few years my brother bought a truck here and i was very happy with the sevice then and always kne when i wanted to buy a truck i would return here.So i did and once again the service was excellent from start to finish.There was a minor problem on the truck that was promised to be fixed adn when i brought the truck Carlos went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed and other details i hadnt even metioned.Im very happy with the service and my truck and will recommend to anyone i know needing a vehicle.

I encountered them at the tent sale. First I was with one guy, then he passed me to another more "knowledgeable" person, then he came back. I test drove a car and liked it (2012 I believe), they say what every car salesman says... "We can make it work for you". Ok, so I sat down, pre-approved for a loan mind you. After waiting about 45 min just for a guy to "appraise" my car, they gave me a low offer which I expected. But then the amount I would need to finance jumped and another guy came in trying to explain to me the schematics like it mattered. I had to repeat myself about 5x that I was no longer interested and would like the keys back to my car that I drove there. He kept on pressuring me to fill out form to run my credit and get more money. Finally, after repeating myself and him not listen my boyfriend stood up an reiterated what I said and asked for my keys. The guy then said fine, abruptly collected papers, knocking over my water bottle and spilling my personal papers onto the ground... and stormed off. After waiting about 5 minutes they guy never came back with my keys so I walked over to the people doing paperwork and asked for them back. The salesman had no intention of returning my keys since I wasn't buying. I am so glad I did not give them my personal info despite the severe pressure to do so. As a side note I ended up buying a vehicle that day, a BRAND NEW 2014 for LESS $ from Perry in National City. I justified spending more on the fact that it was a NEW vehicle, I trust the name brand dealership AND they were helpful in explaining option and meeting my payment needs.

First off, it's quite off that all the good reviews took place on 2 specific days...hmmm. I bought a car here with repairs that needed to be completed. Two months later I'm still waiting for the repairs to be completed. If after you read the real reviews you still think you want to buy a car here.... just watch them deliver vehicles to buyers. I stood outside one day to watch 3 people take possession of their vehicles...nobody was happy. Either repairs weren't done, car was dirty, or paperwork was incorrect. This place is not reputable enough to get a dealer franchise (though they claim being "independent" is a good thing). You've been warned
