We bought a 2017 Compass from Mason and he was great! but after experiencing motor problems, we found out about a recall that led to the motor being changed. After that, we experienced issues with the transmission and mentioned it, when we took it in for service. Diagnostics were run and something was "recalibrated". No mention to us about charging for it or how much it would be, just got handed a bill for $186.xx. Crazy expensive for something so insignificant and with no disclosure beforehand. Not sure about ever doing business with the service dept again,

Not a typical dealer service department. They are competitive with the smaller shops on price and service. They are always professional and friendly. Biggest issue is turn over. You get used to working with a service manager and then they leave or get assigned another desk.

The gentleman, Arthur, in the service department is excellent at his job. Great customer service! Very flexible in working with us, always returned calls in a timely manner, and was a pleasure with whom to coordinate. The repairs were done as projected. I would highly recommend! The service area was immaculate, well organized, brightly lit, and spacious. Nice lounge area. Handicapped parking and access.

Doug an i have been friends with the duvalls for a long time. They are wonderful folk. You'll love to deal with them they be great. Hes a good honest car dealer, Christian family.

John Durham was phenomenal. Very informative and helpful. He even fixed my bumper for me. What a solid guy! I would ask for John or Bailey! Both stellar!
