Very friendly sales staff. They were not pushy. Answered questions and got me a good value on my trade. The manager was a bit off putting with his attitude regarding my choice to finance with my own bank. But they did hold the pickup for 4 days for me as I was at work and unable to finish the sale on the day I test drove it. Overall a very good experience, Jeff and Matt were great to deal with in sales and I will return for business in the future.

Was here in the area when my change engine oil light came on. Called three different Ford dealers and all were booked solid for at least a week. Kind of a weird experience since in Texas you just drive in and get it changed. Dondelinger had a cancellation so I got it done the same day. I think I just got lucky. Otherwise I would have had to pay a quick change place to get it done. I would have been real perturbed since I have a Premium Maintenance Contract with Ford. Service was timely and performed well. I’ll grant them that.

I try to shop locally, especially during these difficult times. I was impressed by our sales staff, Zach Wohlers, and the others at the dealership. The atmosphere was easygoing, which made the buying experiences great. They offered a generous trade and a fair price. My vehicle was ready for pick up the next day. I highly recommend this business.
