On July 5th, my wife took her 2011 Tahoe to this dealership for a warranty air bag replacement. The next day I noticed a large new crack in the dash cap that we were not notified of. I called the dealership and the only response I received was that my wife signed a waiver. I understand it’s not a new Tahoe, but at least present me with another option. Perhaps offer to sell me a new one and installation at cost or even a small discount? This was our first experience with this dealership and I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

My wife and I were intrigued by the reports of the new Cadillac CT6. We ultimately decided we wanted to purchase one. We used the new car pricing feature on USAA and it took us to Don Ledford. John Wilson at Ledford called and talked to us over a number of weeks trying to locate a vehicle with the features we wanted. Unable to find anything we finally decided to order the car. Since the manufacturing run for the 2016 model had ended we had to order the 2017 model. John was great during the entire time. The car came in on last Saturday. It is gorgeous. John walked and talked us through all of the features and linked our cell phone up with the car's blue tooth. The price was very reasonable, all of the people were very polite and courteous. I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience in purchasing a new car.

We dealt with a very nice salesman, Hector, who helped us learn some of the new "bells and whistles" in this Impala 2LT. No one knows what's going on. way too long to get a price on vehicle. only one finance person working on a Saturday. only discount they wanted to give was what Buick was offering, it didn't seem to matter we were repeat customers.Didn't help that computers were inoperative.

I needed to get my oil changed quickly for a trip. I needed to leave at 11:00. that day. They were able to get me in at 8:15 and even gave me a car to use to get some things done before I was scheduled to leave. I felt they had gone above and beyond to help me.

I cannot say enough good things about the Don Ledford dealership. Not only are they professional from start to finish, but they go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. I won't start on Integrity in Chattanooga but I will say that I have never dealt with a "dealership" that goes out of their way to tick you off in everything they do or attempt to do from both of the owners to the service Advisors. They are horrible!!!!

We purchased our SUV and take it there for service. They give us a loaner car which we really appreciate so we can run errands. They have an awards program which helps us to save money. The service dept people for great! They are helpful, respectful, and go out of their way to make our visit great.

The staff was very personable and respectful. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase one of their vehicles. A friend recommended I call Mike Weeks at Don Ledford Chevy. I'm glad I did. Mike Weeks not only helped me find what I was looking for, but he also made a really great trade. First of all, they let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at for over 24 hours. This really made me feel good about my purchase. Also, Salesman Doug Bodenhamer was top notch in making this trade. In addition, their finance dept. was quick and efficient. Overall, Mike and Doug went above and beyond the typical car dealing experience I am used to. I really appreciate everything Mike and Doug did to make this my first positive car buying experience. After a friend called me about a new Z06 Corvette that had just arrived at Don Ledford Chevy, the wife and I drove over to see it. While waiting, the receptionist (Dee) got my wife and I a soft drink and popcorn. Our sales team was led by Amy Mack. She knows her Corvettes, and loves to share with customers the excitement of Corvettes. This was our fourth new Corvette and by far, this was the most enjoyable and pleasant experience. Best Yet!!! I went in to the dealership with the intention of test driving a GMC Sierra 1500 to see how it compared with the Ford F150. Within 5 minutes of arriving I was inside the GMC I was interested in and leaving the dealership on a test drive. The salesman was knowledgeable about the truck, and very friendly. I decided on the test drive that I liked the GMC better and would be purchasing one (albeit I didn't realize it would be that day :) ). I asked for a quote on my trade in to see how it compared to others I had received, and had one in about 45 minutes from arriving back to the dealership. The number I received was in the ball park of where I needed to be, so I decided to ask for a price on the truck. I was a cold walk in off the street, and the salesman I was working with at that time had an appointment with another customer who was coming in from out of town and to Don Ledford's credit the transition between my original salesman and his fellow team member was smooth and painless. I did not have to rehash anything, and the original salesman even came by every so often to see how the process was going. After we discussed what the price would be I decided to get a financing quote as I was satisfied with the price as I understood it. Full disclosure, there was some confusion as to the price in question, but to Don Ledford's credit they realized there was a miss communication and promptly not only corrected it, but met me more than mid way between what the understood price was, and what the intended price was. I give this dealership a lot of credit on this, they could have just walked away and chalked this up to a loss, but instead they worked with me and got me a very solid deal on a truck I really wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, they are friendly, are willing to work with you, and at no point did I feel like I was being snowed and pressured. With a back up in the financing area, they even stayed more than 90 minutes after closing to get the deal done.

I called and sent information online to this dealer. I'd get an email somebody would call me.Nobody ever called in the 3 times I contacted online. I called twice. Everyone seemed busy or not interested. I drove by and nobody ever came out. Their prices are over priced anyway especially the used vehicles. I bought another car today from another Cleveland dealer. I've never been able to deal with you Don Ledford in 46 years in Cleveland.

Warranty work was not done properly, took 3 visits to change oil that they didn't recognize was due and under warranty and banging noise still not corrected. Emailed and called 5x with no response.

Took my 2011 Certified Chevy Tahoe issue not corrected and they said they did 27 point inspection and topped off fluids when an oil change was due. Took vehicle back for oil change and they said they could change it without a long wait first thing in the morning. Visited that next morning and over an 1 hour and a half wait of wait time, left dissappointed an no oil change. Two visits and still have a banging noise issue and no oil change. Bought a certified vehicle and took it to them and they couldn't fix the issue or even identify in the computer that an oil change was due under warranty. Sad excuse for a Chevy Dealer and a big waste of my time!

This place will be lucky if I don't call Channel 9 news. I bought a new to me used car off their lot last week on 04/10/14 and today it basically quit running when I turned the air conditioner on. I brought it to service and they told me it would be 85 dollars to test it. I still have the drive out tag. I went to find the sales associate that sold me the car (it was not Robert) and he basically told me that I had a lead foot and that there wasn't anything wrong with the car. I took it to Larry Hill Ford and they told me the transmission had problems and certain things needed replaced. but, the good news was it was covered under factory warranty. Don Ledford is a bad place. They lie to and cheat the customer. I will never ever recommend them to anyone and in a couple of years when I do purchase a New car it will be at Larry Hill ford and NOT Don Ledford

Our experience in purchasing our new-to-you vehicle was very pleasant. The sales staff was always more than willing to help, very knowledgeable, and eager to please. This is our first time dealing with them, even though both my husband and I have lived withing 10 miles for over 20 years and it definitely won't be our last time. I just leased a new GMC Terrain from Don Ledford Automotive in Cleveland. I cannot imagine a more positive car-buying experience! The salesman, Zack, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I tested (3 different models), and Rod, who arranged the financing was great as well. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect at all times, by all of the staff members that I encountered. (This is not always true when a female goes in to buy a vehicle). While I ended up with one that was on the lot, I originally was looking at a different model with features that they didn't have. They were very accommodating in trying to locate one that had the features that I wanted.This was my second time dealing with Don Ledford Automotive and both times have been great. I will definitely recommend them to friends who are in the market for a new vehicle.

I have a 2008 Avalanche, let me tell you this place is rocking. I did not purchase the vehicle there but I get all my service done there, I have never felt ripped off, always felt like any business with them was handled professionally, always gotten me fit in the next few days. They have a beautiful waiting areas, you can separate your self from the kiddos, they also have free wifi so you can get work done while you are waiting for service, Will not go anywhere else for service now.

This has been by far the best buying experience ever. I drove about an hour to buy a used Camry for my son. I found it online and they had the best price by far and they even lowered it a bit for us. It took the bank a couple of days to get the paperwork for the financing to us and the dealership held the vehicle for us! Bill was really great. He never pressured us to buy a more expensive vehicle or any extras. he went through all the details of the vehicle and explained how to work everything. While we were there, he offered us coffee, water and even breakfast! We were given all types of gifts too (like hats and key chains). They did an oil change, changed the filters, washed the car and even filled it up with gas. If you want to be treated like you really matter, go to Don Ledford Automotive in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Service reps are very helpful. They explain what needs to be done, and always check with me for approval before proceeding with work on my vehicles. On occasion when a problem has not been corrected, they have promptly addressed the issue, with no further charge to me. At no time have they recommended repairs that were not necessary. I will continue using them for service on my vehicles.

My service experience with Don Ledford was excellent. My wife has a 2008 Acadia that we purchased from Don Ledford new. She has taken it there for service since she bought it and has told me how great the service department has been to work with. I just bought a 65 Shelby Cobra and it had a defective brake master cylinder. She suggested that I take it to Ledford's because they advertise working on all types and makes of vechiles. I took it to Ledford's and they found I needed to have the master cylinder replaced. The company I bought it from warrenties the parts. Ledfords service (Jeff) called the company himself and had them ship the parts to Ledfords direct. Jeff and Justin in service kept me informed on the receipt of the parts and how the repair was going and when I could expect to get the car back. The mechanic that worked on the car (Ed Lowe) talked to me about the repair and gave me valuable information on the car. He did a great job that I am very satisfied with.I will definitely use Don Ledford again when I need repairs on any vechile and will refer anyone else to them for automotive service.

Upon arrival in the service department you are greeted with courteous and knowledgeable service writers. The service department is always is always very clear as to the repairs needed and discuss any options available. The repairs have always been on time and at the quoted price.

Charles Bolen was a great salesman Not pushy like some i have encountered. He was willing to go the extra mile and was patient while i and my wife drove several of the vehicles on the lot before making a decision as to which one we wanted and then he worked hard to get the price and payment we wanted. Over all the people that we came in contact with were great and they stayed after hours to assist us. Mr Bolen even took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle that we had just bought so that i would have some knowledge of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and especially the salesman, Charles Bolen.

We contacted Michael to get more details about the car and decided to make a trip from our home in NC to purchase the car. Michael was very upfront and honest about the condition of the car which was practically brand new. When we arrived at Don Ledford the vehicle was exactly as described online and Michael had the vehicle ready to leave the lot and all the preliminary paper work in place to assure a quick transaction. Michael was very professional and great to work with. This was our first online purchase and would highly recommend Don Ledford in the future.

I needed a new car and had searched everywhere in Knoxville for well over 2 months for an SUV with about a $450 a month car payment. I just stopped in at Don Ledford one day just to take a closer look at a Cadillac SRX and walked out with one that very day. I wish I had just gone to them from the get go. There was no hassle involving deal making, no annoying every day phone calls. I told them what other dealerships were offering and they came down well below the others' prices. Chad Akins, in particular, went out of his way to help me with a financing plan. The service work needed was done that day, and they helped me take care of everything all at once. Again, I could have saved myself a lot of stress had I just gone here from the start. My mom has to purchase a new car in the next couple weeks, and this is where she will go. As long as Don Ledford is around and as long as I will need a vehicle, advice, service work, this will be the only place I go from now on.

We had the best experience with Don Ledford. They are an integral part of our community and serve on many boards and are big sponsors of the charities in our community, and that is why so many of us drive their cars in return. The Toyota dealership and Ford dealership are no where near as supportive of our community events, to my knowledge. I really wanted a Toyota but chose a Cadillac strictly because this dealership is so generous to the different schools and organizations I am a part of.

My association with this dealer started in 2005 when I purchased a 2005 Buick Century. We drove that car for just shy of 125,000 miles and, although still in excellent condition we thought it was time to replace it. The prior experience with Don Ledford Buick indicated we should start there. This time we started on the internet and worked with Michael Ledford. He worked his schedule around ours; showed us several cars based on what we were looking for; he carefully explained differences between the vehicles and how each fit within the range we were looking at. His manner was very pleasant, he answered all of our questions. My husband and I have owned Mercedes, Lexis, BMW, Volkswagen, & Ford vehicles. Since we began buying our GM vehicles from Don Ledford (1989), we have been very impressed with both the sales and service. I currently own a 2008 Buick Enclave and it is the best vehicle I have EVER owned! From the sales transaction to my 50,0000 mile service (last Thursday), I have never been treated better by an auto dealership, the guys in the service department are so friendly and reliable and the sales associates (Debbie & Charles) are knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Just to be honest, I would not classify myself a loyal GM customer. However, I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else other than Don Ledford's in Cleveland. Each member of their team treats each person in my family with the utmost dignity and respect. They are friendly, professsional, and caring from parts to sevice to sales to management. We have been long time customers, and forsee the relationship only improving. They make owning a car an easy experience. Last year, my daughter had car trouble while away at college. She called Ken in the service department, who talked to her, calmed her fears, and gave her perfect advice on how to handle her problem, realizing it was not business for him, but for someone 200 miles away. That is what a great dealership does. Don Ledford's in Cleveland should be giving lessons to all of these places that give auto sales a bad name. We will continue to be "Don Ledford Loyal" as long as possible.

I called this dealership about a used vehicle on their website and spoke with salesman Davin Perdue. I tell him I am interested in seeing the vehicle and will be coming from out of state. He convinces me into putting a $300 deposit on the vehicle late wednesday evening (after 6:00pm) to hold it for me and tells me if I do not like the vehicle I can have my deposit back. I tell him I am going out of town the following day and will come friday morning to see the vehicle. On friday morning at 9:00am I am having second thoughts about the vehicle so I call the dealership and tell Davin that I have changed my mind and would like my deposit back. He then tells me that my deposit is nonrefundable and that he told me so when I placed it, which is a total lie. I have since been unable to obtain a refund of my deposit. Avoid doing business with this dishonest dealership.
