Great Job! We were there for a routine oil change and tire rotation; The mechanic found a deep slash on the tire sidewall on the front right. We had the tire replaced. Thankfully, we fixed it proactively rather than have a blowout on the expressway with unknown potential consequences. Please extend thanks to your mechanic and front desk team.

Came in for oil change. The team advised me of an issue with the air conditioning system. Armando informed me that the part had already been ordered since it is covered by warranty. The team is always very proactive to alert me of any issues and get them corrected. Amazing team! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! Thanks for all they do!

extremely friendly service personnel, very professional. my car was promptly serviced, and I was kept advised of my cars needs. wonderful experience. great place to get your car serviced. doesn't have to be a chevy. I have a Buick Enclave and I keep coming here for all my service needs.

Car buying is not what it use to be. You use to feel good when you purchased a car and the dealer was there to make the deal happen. Any requests made by the buyer were considered and if possible was given to close the sale. Not the case anymore. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse with 65,000 miles on it. I paid the sticker price. No negotiation!!! The tires were almost bald because of the mileage. I requested better if not new tires and the request was denied!!!! Selling a “certified car” with worn tires is unsafe as well as unfair. $33,000 for a used car, I guess, is not. Big deal. “Take it or leave it”new tires request is denied!!!

My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. After arriving i was told the person who can repair my car does not work on the weekends. Well thanks for calling and letting me know that. Will not be returning.
