I had my eyes on a Chrysler 300S and had found two of them with very low mile one was at Dick Huvaeres and another at a local dealership but DIck Huvaeres car had the lowest miles. I made an offer on but I really want the white one Dick Huvaeres was selling. It only had 5,000 and was in new condition I sent a inquire and was contacted by Sarah Bejin and at first it did not look like the deal would be made and getting ready but from local dealer a week later I was contacted by Sarah Bejin and she gave me the best deal I could find, she even beat out the prices in my home state of Ohio she save me 5,000 dollars at least and she had the car delivered straight to my front door. This Women worked very hard for me. I had never test driven the car and was able to once car was delivered before I signed any paper work and the car had 3/4 of a full tank left. The car was detail and super clean in new condition I was extremely pleased. If you looking to buy a new or used car i recommend Sara Bejin as your sale person if you want to save money she will do everything she can to make that happen. Thank you Sara Bejin :)

I did the entire leasing process via the telephone. Yep, that's right! I never left the comfort of my home. The sales rep, Rob Heppler, listened to my interests during the initial telephone conversation. He then quickly went to work locating a minivan that met my needs. Once we agreed upon the leasing details, which took less than ten minutes, we were off to the races. (Races in a Town & Country minivan? Okay, maybe not to best analogy but you know what I mean.) In less than two weeks (most of the time spent having the van delivered from another dealership in Ohio) a driver appeared at my door with my new van. I signed the papers and the driver took my 2013 leased T&C and headed back to his dealership. Piece of cake! Great job, Mr. Heppler, and cudos to Huvaere's!

This was my first time visiting this dealership and I was very impressed with Kane Karpinsky, the salesman I worked with. He was fair right off the bat with a great deal that blew another quote out of the water. Once the papers were signed and I was ready to be on my way, he came outside and helped me with my tonneau cover from my turn in vehicle and assisted putting it on the new truck. He then showed me all the functions on the truck even though I had almost the same truck for two years but was never shown many functions when I leased that vehicle from another dealership. I had my rear axle, bearings, and differential rebuilt under my lifetime powertrain warranty. Numerous components needed to be ordered, so the repair did take more time than I had anticipated, but Huvaere's CDJ has an Enterprise rental on-site. My service advisor, Michael Myslakowski, kept me up-to-date with phone calls every step of the process. I've been to other CDJ dealers in the area, but have always walked away disappointed. I will continue to have my car serviced at Huvaere's any time I need to take it to a dealer for any warranty repairs. I would recommend Huvaere's CDJ for service because of their expert, friendly staff along with the size and capabilities of their facilities. Second to none in the Northern Metro Detroit area!

Our salesperson promptly said "hey, wait for me I want to go to lunch with you - I'll only be five minutes". Well, talk about a turnoff, I promptly shook his hand, said " I think you are more interested in lunch than selling me a car.- I am out of here!" Needless to say, we will never enter that dealership again. We made a few changes during our purchase, mileage, etc., and Austin handled them very smoothly with no problem. I am so extremely happy with both my purchase of my 2015 300 S from David Kerwin here. Car buying was never so easy and fast moving. With an all friendly staff working there. Made me so comfortable. The only thing missing was slippers and a lazy boy recliner. LOL I plan on keeping my car for a long time but when I am ready this will be the only place I look ever again. The ratings above wasn't working there was only not applicable box as an option. But all of them except repairs are 5 star. Repairs I do not know because I didn't need any done.

We stopped at Dick Huvaere's mostly out of curiosity. We received an ad that caught our eye. That's when we met Joe Winfield, our salesmen. He made the whole process a FUN experience. We looked at a lot of cars and took a little bit from each car to "put our car together". That's when Joe went to work. In about 15 minutes he found our car at a sister store about 30 miles away. It had everything we wanted right down to the embroidered "S" in the seats. He got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. It was a fair deal for both of us. When the car was delivered Joe took the time to go over all the features and explained how everything worked. Even though Dick Huvaere's is 40 miles away from our home I can honestly say we won't give it a second thought to make the trip when we purchase our next vehicle. The entire staff earned our business, all doing what they like to do....give exceptional customer service!!

This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from Dick Huvaeres, third from Brian Schneider. I've gone back to Brian due to his straight forward approach. He's friendly but to the point. He doesn't waist my time with inflated prices or special deals. He tells it like it is and I greatly appreciate that. He has been able to beat any price from any other dealer and does it within fifteen minutes. The only negative to the entire process was that they are so busy that you may have to wait a while in order to see a sales rep. The MIL Indicator Light would not go out. I called the Service Department, explained the problem and they made an appointment for me in a couple of days, Upon arrival the write man, Mike Myslakowski, immediately hooked me up with the rental department for a rental as they were not sure of the exact problem and didn't want me sitting for hours. I signed for the rental car which was free of charge and left the dealership. Within 24 hours I received a phone call advising me my car was fixed and ready for pick-up. No hassles or red tape to go through. I just went in the same day and took delivery of my vehicle after turning-in the rental.

I had visited Mercury car lots from Port Huron to Detroit, looking for 300 inventory. I decided to visit Dick Huvaere's Chrysler dealership in Richmond, where I was fortunate to meet Austin Ottino as my sales consultant. Austin was pleasant and made me feel at ease in deciding on such a big purchase. Austin showed me different 300's, including the 300C, explaining the differences and options. The 300C seemed to include what I wanted without having to pay for extra options that were not standard on the other 300's. When it came to selecting the exrerior paint and the interior seat color, we found my selection of velvet red with light interior seats was not readily available. Only 3 were found within 500 miles, and none in .Michigan. Austin worked diligently over the next day to make contact with the dealerships until he found my car, updating me several times on the phone as to his progress. I was elated when Austin called to say the car was on the way! Inside the car, Austin patiently showed me how to access the many features on the car, which I found very helpful when I finally drove the car. Austin made the financing and other paperwork business easy and timely as we finished my car purchase, explaining everything thoroughly. I was ecstatic with my purchase as I drove my new car home. I will definitely ask for Austin Ottino at Huvaere's when I make future car purchases.

I dropped my van off in the care of Michael Myslakowski in the morning for a repair to the anti lock brakes. They concluded that it was the sensor in the rear tire. The item was in stock so my van was repaired by the time I got off work. Not needing a ride to work the next day took a lot of stress off of me and my van is running great again. I have always taken my van back to the dealership for any type of repairs and oil changes and have never been disappointed.

I brought my 2013 Durango Citadel in for routine service. I had an appointment to see Ryan Tolitsky about a possible lease pull ahead. Ryan knows what I like and he had numbers run on two models. When I arrived he arranged to have mine appraised. He showed me the Citadel I was most interested in and we came to an agreement. The new Durango was being prepped while we did all of the paperwork and I drove it home the same day, that is customer service. My 2014 Dodge Durango had a transmission problem, not shifting from 3rd to 4th gear, on the first drive of the day. Upon taking it to Dick Huvaere's in Richmond it was found to be a faulty software issue. Kyle Palermino called twice to have me updated as to the progress of the repairs. Once I got the vehicle back the same problem reoccurred two days later. Kyle again kept me informed and it turned out to be a software problem again and a very expensive part had to be replaced thru no fault of either Kyle or Dick Huvaere's. Throughout the service process I was kept informed and treated fine. A rental car was offered as well. Another great experience at Dick Huvaere's and it's all because of Dave Tacconelli. Dealing with Dave is a pleasure. There is no pressure. He takes the time to answer any and all of your questions, makes you feel comfortable and well organized. He even follows up with a phone call after a purchase just to make sure there are no issues. I purchased a used 2011 Jeep Wrangler for salesperson Melody Callahan, I was sent to the dealership through the Capital One Program with people trying to rebuild there credit. I was hesitant because I knew my credit score was low so I was thinking I would not qualify but I thought I would give it a try. The sales person was most helpful and we went through their inventory and I found the vehicle that I really liked, still not knowing if I could qualify to get the credit. Not only did I qualify but I was offered a loan through Chrysler Capital at a better APR than Capital One was offering. The process was real smooth and I was able to drive away with the car I wanted at a better price than I thought I would qualify for. I will buy again from them in the future and I will send friends and family members to them based on the way they took care of me.

Although I was fifth in line at 7:30 a.m. for an oil change, Michael was efficient in scheduling. Within 20 minutes, I was in the waiting room. 45 minutes later, Michael clearly explained the informational sheet regarding the multiple inspections. As a widow whose husband always took "care" of our cars, I feel confident with the customer service and car care.

After having a Very bad experience at another dealership we were recommended to Brian Schneider in new car sales and he gave us a great leasing and buying experience. He found the exact car my gf wanted to lease without any hesitation and run around. We told him we would be there at a certain time, the car was ready to go all we had to do was sign the paperwork and off we went. In our conversation with Brian I mentioned the idea of a used car for myself and he manged to get a nice car for myself and financed all in one day, I returned the next day to sign and drive myself. I recently went to this place for an oil change. I paid for the services and was told my car was good to go. I drove about a mile and stopped for gas where I discovered oil pouring out of my vehicle. I immediately went back to Huvaeres where they were waiting for me. The stated they would clean my vehicle up and fix the problem, which was supposedly a bad filter or employee error. I then drove home, parked my Jeep in my driveway where oil was still dripping everywhere. I called them back and made an appointment to go back AGAIN and get the vehicle cleaned properly on a hoist. After my husband saw the solid trail of oil all over the parking lot from my vehicle, we got concerned we could have engine damage due to this incident and spoke with the General Manager reference this issue. We, eventually, came to a resolution for all parties concerned, however, this simply should NOT happen!!!! So bewareif you go to this place to get your oil changed, start your car and look underneath the engine before leaving the parking lot because they obviously do not make sure the maintenance was done properly.

I can honestly say I hate stepping foot into dealerships and I feel.pressured every time I walk into one. This time I had never been so at ease and pleased.with a.dealership and a salesperson. There is something about salesperson who explains things to you and doesn't make you feel inferior because you don't know the basics about car.sales or the vehicles your interested in. I went to Dick Huvaere's Richmond Dealership on Saturday April 19th because of an advertisement that I saw in the paper. When I walked in, my parents and I were immediately greeted by Dave Kerwin. He first sat with us in order to determine what I was looking for and after a few minutes he took us outside to show us a beautiful 2014 Dodge Charger. He told us everything about the vehicle, we went for a test drive and then he helped me determine a lease option that would best work for me and my budget. He was extremely helpful and even stayed after closing time on the day before Easter so that I could take the car home that night. I appreciate all their help, patience and hard work so much and my parents plan on going back to Dave to get a lease for my father. Stopped in for an oil change. While waiting the technician discovered that my brake pads were almost gone and one of them was broke. The tech had my oil changed and brakes fixed in no time. The Salesman, Jeff Carter is the real reason I bought the car. I came in on the 9th of April 2014 to have my 2010 Chargers oil changed and tire rotation done. While here i noticed the 2012 Charger on the lot. Jeff showed me the car and allowed me more than ample time to look it over and in the end i decided to think about it. The following day Jeff called and asked me if i had any questions he could answer aboout the car. and if there was anything he could do to help me buy the car. i told him and he gave some time to think about it which is what made me decide to buy it. no pressure sales is just how I like things done! Brought vehicle (2013 RAM 1500) in for service on a Monday (March 31st) for recall work, and oil change / tire rotation, a faulty USB port in the center console, and a bad squeak on the right side of the dashboard. Vehicle was in the shop until Thursday, they had looked at the squeak and the USB port, but claimed to still be waiting on parts for the recall. I informed them that if they could not finish the vehicle by Friday, that I would need it back. Subsequently went back on Friday & was told they 'tested' the part to be recalled that morning and it was fine (despite having the vehicle for three full days) and were working on the oil change. Waited over an hour, bill was $40. Squeak was diminished, but still quite loud. USB port worked better with one of my drives, but now won't read the other at all. They also did not top off the air pressure in the tires as asked, and left the fuel tank so empty that the low fuel light was on (was low when I dropped it off, but not THAT low). My only positive experience was that the gentleman who handled the entire thing (Mike, I believe) was very courteous, professional, and apologetic. I would like to return to get the squeak fixed properly, but I cannot be without my vehicle for any great length of time now that school has restarted. A real shame, because the buying experience was top notch.

Not your avg dealer, these people have NO CLUE as to what customer service is all about. I will never even consider this dealer for a recall. I will drive as far as I need to, to get my vehicle fixed by a professional. This dealer does not even know how to treat a customer. Look elsewhere for your vehicle needs. I bought a brand new car from here. Had an oil leak right away. Brought it in for them to fix it and they didnt fix it properly it was still leaking oil. So the third time I brought it in as soon as I picked it up I seen it was still leaking oil and they told me i was wrong so I had another dealership look at it the same day they said I did have an oil leak. I brought it right back and told them what the other dealership said and the service manager Dave yelled at me and told me no one else is to look at my car. They then claimed they fixed it this time and it has been here 6 times. Just got it back again and it was still leaking oil, once agin I took it to a different dealership and they laughed at Dick Huvares work. They told me that they tore my oil pan all up. I also had my oil changed here and they didnt change my oil filter. Once again when I confronted them the service manage Dave yelled at me. Never again will my family or I buy a Chrysler vehicle due to their service and especially because of Dave.

She even located the vehicle I wanted and dealertraded it for m because she didn't have what I wanted in stock. I drove out of my way to take my car to Dick Huvaere's. I am so happy that I did! I had a poor sales experience at Southfield Chrysler, and will not return there. Huvaere's service team was excellent! They were very helpful, and the onsite Enterprise rental car was a wonderful convenience. I will now drive over an hour to get my Jeep serviced in the hands of people I can trust. When it is time to purchase again, I look forward to working with their sales consultants. Their team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They offered me warranty work and repairs that other dealers never even mentioned.

They would not back up the used car 3 month service warranty instead of fixing the problem that the codes set off in the car they just went ans erased the codes because they didn't have a gm scanner to read the codes. They said they took it to a gm dealer and lied. I called the dealer they were suppose to take it too, and they said my car never was there and had not seen a car from DICK HOUV in about six months.. This dealer is terrible... DON'T buy from them.,.....
