We have been in the market now for a few months and being close to the Hemet auto mall we stop by frequently. First off i have to say while they have used cars for cheap, you will get what you pay for. It seems that most used cars on the lot are previous rentals. knowing how most people treat rentals id steer clear of those. so ill speak of a couple cars on the lot i was interested in. First was a BMW. Car looked good and drove good however there was a knocking noise coming from the engine. Salesman said not to worry. If anything happens to the car just bring it in for repair after purchase. OK but then im required to pay 50% of repairs. second car was a camaro. it wasnt until after i drove it and wanted to make a deal that it looked like 2 completely different cars. Drivers side looked like a stock car with alloy wheels. yet when you went to the passenger side, the factory graphics were gone, the wheels were plastic dipped and the color was off. my last visit there i went to make a deal on a used accord. internet said it was for sale at $15000. Sat down with the salesman to crunh the numbers and he it coming at me with 17000. I asked him if that was the best deal i could get and he said thats close to what they have in the car. Sales manager comes over and offers 500 off. I asked them again if thats the best deal and they tell me yes. I thanked them and proceeded to leave. He stops me and ask why and i stated i didnt like being lied to. i showed him the advertised price and he tells me thats not the car im interested in. I matched the stock # and vin to verify. he still wont honor the price. Never again will i visit DVH for anything.

Bought a used 2013 Chrysler 200. Was told it was 'one owner', after signing contract I was informed it was formerly a rental car and it needed some repairs that I was promised would be fixed. Dealer had someone bring me to the dealership since my car was totaled in accident. I didn't like the pricing and payments they were showing me and I told them I wanted to be taken home, I wasn't feeling well - they refused to take me home - I was essentially held hostage. Jordan (sales) had the gall to loudly scold me for wanting to leave and to think about the car and deal. It was the first car I had seen. When we finally came to an agreeable price, I asked how much I was paying for the car and Jordan said "what difference does it make, you got the payments you wanted". Next I was put with Austyn who sold me KARR "GAP insurance/security for $2.99 per month for 55 months. Even someone with an IQ in the 2 digits would know that 55 x $2.99 doesn't equal $989, which is what she charged me in the contract. I started calling her the day after purchase and she never called me back. She also never ordered my license plates for the car. The KARR security had NOTHING to do with the GAP insurance - two different services. I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. BBB said because the dealership had had so many complaints, my complaint was escalated to a higher division.

I was looking for a Honda Accord and contacted 3 dealers requesting quotes: Temecula, Cat city and Ontario. Cat city and Ontario were close to each other with considerable savings. Temecula was the highest, and their pricing for their extended warranty and LoJack were higher. I then contacted Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet and they were MUCH, MUCH BETTER! Their quote was very good compared to Cat City and Ontario. Their prices on their extended warranty and LoJack were very good as well. While at the Diamond Valley Honda, they worked with my concerns and a VERY agreeable car purchase was put together. GREAT customer service. Last time I bought a car was six years ago and did not look forward to the possible BS that often occurs when you put your foot on a dealer's lot. You don't know me from Adam, but this did not happen at Diamond Valley Honda. I was ready to battle, but realized quickly that there was no one to battle with.I strongly encourage you to contact a few dealers, but before you say "I DO", please contact Diamond Valley Honda located in Hemet.Again, you don't know me but please believe me when I say that the "car buying process" went very well, and I was VERY happy with its outcome.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DIAMOND VALLEY HONDA! THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE AND HAVE ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ONCE THEY GET THEIR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT EVEN TALK TO YOU OR RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to call the manager 3 times and got the runaround. Left 3 messages, no one called back! Tried to install a security system told me it was included, and proceeded to charge 1025$ behind my back! AWFUL PLACE

All the people at Diamond Honda really care about having your business like our salesman Eric Alpuche has been. I have bought three new cars at Diamond and have been completely satisfied with my new car every time. Their service does not stop when you drive off the lot, I have returned to ask questions and was treated like a family member!

I went into Diamond Honda for a scheduled check up. Ulises Flores-Morales handled my car's check up and handled any concerns I had. He was polite, professional and efficient. If I had a choice, I would ALWAYS ask for his customer service. An all-round 5 Star customer experience. This is the third Honda Accord I have owned in the last 24 years and I loved all of them....and got top dollar when I sold them to buy yet another Honda.I'm a happy customer!Bonnie

Brittiany Nguyen and Austin Ireland were incredible. I was a difficult customer I'll admit. Brittiany and Austin answered all my questions and set me up for success! I have never had a better car buying experience!!! I highly trust and recommend working with these two and you can't go wrong with them! They were not pushy and both were extremely knowledgeable!!! I am 110% satisfied, and will recommend Brittiany and Austin to all my family and friends! I really like the way you've upgraded your employees Diamond Valley Honda!!! Hats off for that!!! Even after the purchase was finalized.... Austin and Brittiany have stayed in contact and have helped me! That shows it's not just about the sale. They care about you after you've made a purchase and that's an extremely attractive buying atmosphere that Brittiany and Austin have created!!! Shana was my finance officer, she was incredible as well. She always gave me information straight and made the process smooth! I thank the three of you for the best car buying experience I've ever had! I will be back!

This was my first time at this dealership and given it was a Saturday afternoon, Ulises Flores-Morales was professional and assisted me with my maintenance on my 2011 Honda Civic LX coupe to my satisfaction and I was pleasantly surprised that my car was even washed That in itself is worth a repeat business. Thank you for having an appointment open at 2:30-my work Friday

Buyer beware! On 7/30/16, I came across a listing on Autotrader for a 2016 Accord Touring sedan in White Orchid Pearl with 200 miles and all factory options I was looking for for a low price of $29,500. I called Diamond Valley Honda about the car and was transferred to Jordan Burns. I gave Jordan the stock number of the vehicle and he confirmed they had it, so we started discussing price. I was clear to him that I was driving to their dealership from Paso Robles and it was a very long drive. I was also clear that white was the only color I was interested in. He told me about some dealer-installed "upgrades" which bumped the price to $31,400, but because it was still significantly less than other vehicles even remotely close to me, I agreed. I told Jordan we would be leaving our house soon and he texted me some time later so I could keep in touch as we were on our way.My family and I didn't arrive in Hemet until 6:15PM due to the almost 300-mile drive and significant SoCal traffic. I had been in communication with Jordan letting him know where we were and what time we would be arriving. When we finally made it, we waited in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Then we met Michael Thomas, one of their sales consultants. Michael called Jordan for us and when we met, I could immediately tell something was not right. After we had just made this trek all the way down, we were told that the car was not there. WHAT?! At no point in our conversation over a 6 hour trip did Jordan ever communicate this to me at all. We were also informed that the vehicle was one of their manager's cars, which was also not mentioned in the ad or in any of the conversations I had had with Jordan. Apparently said manager had taken off to Vegas with it, and the car also had 20" wheels and other aftermarket items not listed or pictured in the ad. It was at this point that Jordan had Michael pull up a 2016 Touring in black so we could take it for a test drive. Jordan insisted we wouldn't be leaving without a car so he would honor the price he told me for another one. After the test drive, Michael started the paperwork for us and we were told that they were going to dealer trade their black one for a white one. Then began the ridiculous negotiations where their Sales Manager, Victor Moreno, was trying to force us into paying more money for the dealer trade because it was going to cost them to go get it. Hello, not my problem!! I sent the paperwork back repeatedly due to the pricing agreement I had with Jordan and the fact that they couldn't even calculate the tax rate properly for San Luis Obispo County, where the vehicle was going to be registered. We finally agreed on the price, so they supposedly took to finding the car we wanted. By this point it was 8:30PM.We continued to sit there until 10:00PM and finally went to finish paperwork with the Finance Manager, Shana Rogers. We told her the whole situation, that the car we wanted to buy was not here, it was a demo, etc. She said she couldn't do anything without the vehicle so we were going to do what we could and would then have to finish paperwork once they found the car. We were about to leave and suddenly we were told we had to finish ALL of the paperwork before they would dealer trade. I told Shana I'm not signing paperwork with the VIN of the demo car. She finally called Victor into her office, who we had not talked to all night, who didn't even introduce himself, because I wanted to explain this to all of them. The agreement was they were to dealer trade for a white one at the same price and I would re-sign the paperwork via FedEx with the new VIN. I had also given them a $2500.00 downpayment at this point. After finally working everything out, even though the interest rate of 4.49% was asinine and based on my credit score I know I qualified for lower, we left the dealership at 10:45PM with a signed contract for them to find the vehicle in the morning. The next day, after no phone call update, my husband got a hold of Victor who said they got the car and they would mail the new contract for me to sign on Monday. Tuesday came and I received a phone call from Victor, asking when I was coming to get the car. I had spoken with my local dealership and they said not to sign the papers at 4.49%. I qualified for 1.9% from Honda and DVH was trying to avoid taking a loss by forcing me into a high rate so they would get a kick back. I requested the 1.9% rate and Victor told me it "had to make sense for the dealership". Needless to say, I was refunded my deposit and the deal fell through. We opened a claim with Honda of America to notify them of this dealership's shady operations.Bottom line: they try the bait and switch, and their upper management are liars. My credit score was 47 points higher (confirmed by Honda) than they claimed it was. Their "low prices" will cost you. Find another dealership!!

I visited this dealer to checkout and eventually buy a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Alexander Almodovar assisted my wife and I in a very friendly and professional manner and was able to answer our questions and make us comfortable in the process of buying the car. Afterwards, he gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to people who could be helpful in future maintenance etc. We had a good experience and now have a real nice car to drive.

The customer service was great, (Michael) helped us thru the process. they only thing that was not disclosed was the issues that this car has. We bought a 2014 Ford Focus, we didn't know that it has a shuddering problem when you take off from a stop sign. It didn't shudder during the test drive, we only had 1 stop sign to stop at, makes me wonder that they knew the issue. I wouldn't have bought the car if i knew of these issues. I would have expected the dealership to note that and let their customers aware of this problem. The second problem, when we got the car home, the message came across that it was time for an oil change, really? they couldn't service the car prior to selling it.

We have purchased 2 or 3 cars from this dealership, collision center would rate good, but not service. They try to add on things not needed, as we had had the work done some where else, they did not check other than thru their records. Had the air conditioner in because it did not seem to be coolingas much as it should. They called and wanted to add on another 1200 to 1300. for other things, told them we just wanted air conditioner fixed. That was a week ago, and air conditioner blows some air, but not up to what it was before. They had replaced my air conditioner condenser back in November of last year, and it was cooling to top capacity, until last week when all of a sudden it starts just barely cooling, now after them taking it in at 9:30, and keeping it until 3:30, my air feels more like a fan than an air conditioner. Their attitudes leave much to de desired.

I have been a customer of HVH since I bought a new crv in 2007. I have found their service to be slow-very slow. Two hours for an oil change. Can't return calls to service advisor because they are with another customer. Everything that is service is not recorded in the computer. I will drive this Honda as long as I can but no more Hondas for me until they get another dealer with a good service dept in town.

This dealer posted one of the lowest prices on some internet sites. After we test drove the vehicle, we were shown accessories on the vehicles. At the negotiation table, they will honor advertised internet prices for the car only , but will push for accessories already put on the car at astronomical prices. Bottom line: Hard to negotiate for barebone car without any accessories at the prices you first saw on the internet (the bait).

Diamond Valley Honda of Hemet, CAThis is one dealership that I would steer far, far away from. Their business ethics and practices are what gives the auto dealership industry its bad name.On 20 April 2016 I sent a request for an out-the-door pricing quote for a 2016 Honda Civic LX, Tafeta white with an ivory interior and the Civic Protection package (wheel locks, splash guards and trunk protector) on Car Gurus to dealers in the SOCAL area. Veronica Gomez of Diamond Valley Honda responded with a quote of $16,588.28 which I assumed was an unloaded quote (no tax, title, doc fee, etc) but still attractive. She called shortly thereafter and said it was against company policy to send and out-the-door pricing quote, but that I could determine that amount by adding ~ 11% to the $16588 number to get an out-the-door estimate. She also pointed out that the actual percent would not quite be 11%, but that it would be close. Doing the math the max out-the-door price came to about $18,412 which was a good price. Note that so far she did not commit to an actual out-the-door price. After our phone conversation I sent her the following email:-----Original Message----- From: "ChuckSent: 4/20/2016 12:42:00 PM To: "Veronica Gomez" Subject: Re:Your Request ? Thank you Veronica. The LX, VIN 2HGFC2F5XGH515188, which I believe had the ivory interior is my choice. Based on our conversation I believe the out-the-door price will be somewhat less than $18,400. I will be in touch with you on this within the next day or two, Best Regards, Chuck To which she responded;:----- Original Message ----- From: VeronicaTo: ChuckSent: Wednesday, April 20, 2016 12:44 PM Subject: Re:Your Request Great! I look forward to hearing back from you.Note in her response she did not have the integrity to inform me that the actual out the door pricing did not include MANDATORY installed dealer options (more on this later) I contacted her the next day and scheduled an appointment to see the car on Thursday evening after work. I live in San Diego so the appointment was scheduled between 6 and 6:30 that evening. She called me on my cell at 5:51 PM to verify that I was going to be there and I estimated my arrival at 6:30 due to traffic. I arrived at 6:31 PM and asked for Veronica. Guess what. Veronica had just left and I would be speaking to another sales person. No problem, but kind of strange I thought since she had just asked mt to confirm my arrival time. The assigned sales rep was friendly, courteous and very personable. However, the car that was presented to me for the test drive was not quite what I had specified no protection package, dark tinted glass, 77 and miles on the ODO kind of high for a new car, I thought. We did the test drive and the car and sales person was fine. I decided to take the car and negotiate the lack of the Protection package. Now is when things got ugly. The sales manager, Danny Memz (?) informed me he would not negotiate on the protection package, and also could not sell me the car at the $18,412 price that Veronica had quoted to me. He insisted I had to buy an additional $1100 of dealer installed options. Having already done my due diligence on this, I knew the actual dealer value of the protection package was around $217 list and $179 street price. The alarm system they install is made by KARS and a similarly featured aftermarket system (which KARS is its not a Honda product) is around $200 or less. He stated repeatedly that Veronica had not quoted the price I was given. I pointed out that she did , in fact, give me an out the door maximum price well below what he was not suggesting. He stood firm and since Veronica was conveniently absent, after failing to close the deal I walked out.So what this dealer does is very deftly work around the law by deception and murky business practices. After this debacle, I read all the available reviews on this dealer and it is apparent that Veronica and the Sales Manager work in concert to snare and milk customers using these deceptive business practices. In the myriad of reviews that I read ex post facto it is clear the highest ratings are written by customers that do not have clue how intensely this dealer is taking advantage of them. On the other hand, the folks that do their due diligence and think they are getting a fair deal and end up in the same situation I did and tell them to pack it.BTW, after several negotiations I ended up with a fair deal from Pacific Honda in San Diego. Once they give you an out-the-door quote, they honor the deal.

DO NOT BUY FROM DIAMOND VALLEY HONDA!! I just wanted to let everyone know not purchase a car from Diamond Valley Honda. Please avoid this dealership. My Mother-in-law a disabled retiree who needs a car that fits within her budget is looking for a car. I found her what I thought was a great deal on truecar.com. I found a 2014 Nissan Sentra advertised by Diamond Valley Honda on Truecar for $11,780.00, which was a great price that fell within her budget. I expressed an interest and emailed the dealership and I received via email from Diamond Valley Honda an email stating,Your Price Protection Certificate guaranteeing the price advertised on Truecar. I thought that was great. When there, everything seemed fine and I thought this would be an easy experience since we were using Truecar. After taking my Mother-in-laws information the sales representative came back and said that we would have to purchase an alarm that came with the car for an additional $1,000.00. I immediately told him we were not purchasing the alarm and that they could remove it or unplug it but we did not need it. The sales person than went to his manager and returned and said that he would remove it but would not be able to sell the car without an extended warranty and gap insurance, He would not sell the car without it. I confirmed this with the sales person and he stated the same again. I stood up and explained that this information should have been advertised on Truecar and this does not comply with our Price Protection Certificate. This is false advertising and in conflict with the price guaranteed by Diamond Valley Honda via Truecar. As I was driving away the sales manager called and I explained what had happened and he said that we would not need to purchase the warranty and gap insurance. He would take it off but now conflicted what the sales person said that he would not be able to sell the car without the alarm. When I arrived at home I looked the car up and the dealership now has the car advertised for $13,000.00. With the ad saying it was reduced to this price, again False Advertising. If you are resident of Hemet valley, Temecula and all surrounding areas please do not do business with this dealership. As you can see by what I have wrote, this really irritates me and I despise any type of business who would try to take advantage of anyone, especially seniors of which Hemet valley has no shortage. A valley filled with Retirees, Veterans of the Military and Veterans of the valley and any senior such as my Mother-in-law or any person trying to make it through these tough economic times.

I am making an account just so I can post how horrible of an experience I had at this dealership. They would not honor any incentives that they told me I was qualified and approved for before I went in. DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE TIME GOING HERE. Here's my story: I found a 2015 Accord on Autotrader that led me to Diamond Valley Honda. I got in touch with Veronica from the internet department to go over all of the incentives and prices before making the trip to purchase. First we talked about trade-in incentives and she said that my car was qualified to receive a trade-in bonus of $1500 in addition to the blue book value. We then talked about financing and they ran my credit and told me a manager approved me for 1.9% interest rate. Lastly she also told me what documents I need to bring so I can qualify for the College Grad $500 discount offered through Honda when financing a car through them. After getting all of this information and making sure everything was approved, I drove 5 hours to the dealership to make the deal. When I arrived at Honda I was greeted by a salesman named Alex. Alex was great, he showed me all the features of the car, took me for a test drive and got all the paperwork started to make the deal. I showed Alex the Autotrader advertisement that Veronica told me to bring and he went to get the manager Paul to run my credit and run the numbers for the car. This is when things went downhill. Paul came back to me with the price sheet that honored the Autotrader price, but ADDED $1920(!!!) in options that COULD NOT BE REMOVED. It also did not include the $1500 trade in bonus that I was told my car qualified for, and did not show the interest rate. Because the monthly payment seemed much higher than what it should have been, I started asking questions about how the payment got to be so high. He said that my interest rate was a "standard interest rate" but would did not tell me the number, I had to ask again what the rate was before he told me it was 4.9%, and also there was a warranty added for $2450 that COULD NOT BE REMOVED. He also said that the Autotrader price included my college grad discount (This was a LIE). I told Paul about the 1.9% interest rate, the $500 college grad program and trade-in bonus and he asked to see the emails and show them to the manager. He came back saying that they WOULD NOT HONOR THE INCENTIVES THAT I WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED AND QUALIFIED FOR BY A MANAGER. This made the car almost $5,000 (before taxes) more expensive than I was told, and my interest rate was 3% higher than I was told. After declining the deal, Paul came back to me with a new offer and that the general manager would give me $500 more for my trade-in. I asked to speak with the manager that he was going to with all of this information, he would not let me speak to him and said that I would be working with him. We went back and forth for awhile before we decided a deal was not going to happen and he went to get the keys to my car. He came back with my keys and two different options for a final offer, one that took out the warranty which he said could not be removed, and gave me a small bonus for my trade-in and gave me my college grad discount, but still included the 4.9% interest rate and additional price of the options, the other offer was at the lower 1.9% interest rate which he said I could not get earlier and that it was not through Honda (who else would it be through???). I ended up declining both those offers and went to my car to leave when the general manager (who I had asked to talk to earlier) came out to talk to me. He made one last offer but it still did not honor what Veronica told me I was approved and qualified for and still added options I could not remove so I finally left. In the end, I drove over 5 hours there, was at the dealership for over 3 hours and then drove over 5 hours back all for nothing because they would not honor what they told me over email. If they would have honored the trade-in bonus, interest rate, and college grad discount they told me I was qualified for I would have bought the car at the price listed no questions. It ended up costing me $100 in gas and over 13 hours for nothing.

(Buying a previously owned 2015 Honda Fit via Truecar) First, after all the papers were signed and they had my money they informed me that they misplaced one of the remote key fobs and said they would locate it from the previous owner and mail it to me. They never called back. I had to keep calling them. Finally they responded and said they could not find it. I asked them to give me another key fob and they again ignored my emails and calls. I had to go to another dealer and spend several hundred dollars for a new key and remote fob. Second, regarding the license plates...being new to California I was not familiar to the DMV system and I was told by Diamond Valley Honda that the plates would be mailed to me and it is OK to drive around with no plates as long as I had a temporary sticker on the window. After many months the plates never arrived so I assumed they were stolen from the mail. After filing a police report etc. I applied for new plates. When the new plates arrived weeks later I removed the Diamond Valley Paper advertisement plates to install the new plates, low and behold, the original plates were already on the car hidden by their advertisement plates. How idiotic was it for the dealer to cover up the plates and inform me that the plates would be sent via mail??? Needless to say, they do not have it together and I will never go back there again.

O'Neil Bonier always makes an otherwise stressful experience, actually enjoyable! He helped me feel comfortable with Greg Kraus as my service advisor. These days it's difficult to trust service companies & I feel safe at Diamond Valley Honda. I'm a loyal Honda owner because they are so reliable. I found that working with Diamond Valley Honda on the purchase of our 2014 Honda Accord to be very pleasing. All of the personnel that we were involved with was well informed of the product and their job category of the transaction. The only downfall was when the General Manager called me to inform me that we would be having this survey and stated: "When you rate us it is important to know that anything other then a Excellent Rating is considered a failure and that he would appreciate an Excellent Rating". I take that as trying to persuade my view of my experience with Diamond Valley Honda during my transaction. I believe it far more important for the customer to feel comfortable about giving his "HONEST" evaluation then to have an excellent rating. Every person and business always has room to improve, no mater how through they believe they are.Recommendations: 1. Every vehicle sold, both new and used, should have a full tank of gas when the customer takes possession of the vehicle.2. When the customer is being brought into the showroom to begin the transaction process, they should feel very welcomed to the agency by informing then where the restrooms are located, should they need to use them, offered some nourishment such as water, soda, coffee, and maybe even a donut or muffin. Those gratuities are very cheap when you consider the expense of the purchase of a vehicle and can be claimed as part of the customer service services the agency charges on every vehicle without the customer knowing.3. The finance department should always provide at least three different financing options showing the most expensive to the customer first and finishing with the best option for the customer. This method bills trust between the agent and the customer by showing the the dealership is looking out for the customer's greater interest and not show greed. 4. Salesmanship: Our salesman, Eric Alpuche, is a friendly and personable salesman. He is well informed of the product and presents the information about the car very clearly. The only thing I would add to the training of all sales personnel would be for them to inform the potential customer in the beginning that when they show you a feature on a vehicle they will take a few steps away from the customer (when more then one customer) to allow them to discuss the feature shown semi-privately before going to the next feature. This would allow the potential customer to feel more welcomed and less pressured on the purchase of a vehicle.I am very sorry if I have offended anyone with my comments, but as I said before, everyone has room for improvement, including Diamond Valley Honda, and they should be thankful for HONEST opinions without pressure from their customers. I have always learned more from my mistakes then I have from my successes so being informed of the honest negatives is far more valuable to me.I wish you all a good day, Thank You again for all that your dealership has done for us, and may GOD Bless you all and have a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

We were told it might take up to two weeks to get our car back but it was ready in just 5 days. They did warranty work even though our notice had come out in 2009i for a cracked block. We had extra worked done. When we went to pay, I mentioned that they used to give a senior discount. They then redid our bill to reflect the discount. (They only do that if you ask for it.) We left feeling very happy and blessed! Thank you, Diamond Valley Honda!!!

The dealership had to order a replacement part for my Honda CRV. My cell phone would not pare with the car so the dealership had to order a new connector for my car. It arrived on time and Kenneth Ellerbeck made sure my phone would connect before I left the dealership. It took extra time for him and the service tech. to provide me with a good connection before I left the dealership. I very much appreciated their extra effort in making sure my cell phone had connected. They saved me an extra trip back to the dealership by their excellent service. I recommend their car service department to all my friends.

Our experience has been excellent repeatedly with both Greg and Daniel. We have been coming to Diamond Valley since 2001 but a few years ago had some bad experiences before Mike came. We went to other dealers a few times and then had to come back to Diamond Valley again one time because of convenience. That was when we met Mike, Greg, and Daniel. Mike does a great job and as I said we've had really positive experiences with Greg and Daniel so we are very happy here

They listed vehicles for sale and when we inquired about coming to see the vehicle they told us it was available and to come down and have a look. All the information posted in their add was included in my email to they- they confirmed it was all true- then we went down they pretended the original price was just an error and they'd never heard or seen it- despite the fact we spoke to the same person we met there- then she said she could sell it to us for 22,000 dollars MORE then the original price. It's blatant "BAIT and SWITCH tactics" which are illegal! Go somewhere else unless you want to be conned by their associates.

Erica met us at the door of Diamond Honda. We told her what we were interested in and she had us take a test drive in at least two cars. We knew what model and what colors would work for us. I have had two Hondas: a 1993, that I had for 11 years and a 2006, that I had for 6 years. I was delighted with both those cars and with the service Honda provided in Phoenix, AZ; St. George, UT; and here at Diamond Honda in Perris, CA.

Our service advisor, Greg Krause, was a very big help to us in having our car repaired. The bearing repair is something we have had to do a short time ago and we were concerned with what was happening with our automobile. Greg oversaw the repair and was helpful in his explanation of the problem. We talked to the service manager and he was also understanding of our problem. Our noise problem is solved for now and hope that it will not come back again.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Diamond Valley Honda. The employees are friendly and very helpful. This time we worked with Christopher Ybarra. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure us in anyway to make a decision before we were ready, which is what we have experienced in other dealerships. Very nice young man and I would recommend him and the Diamond Valley Honda dealership to everyone I know. Sam the manager and Walid in finance were also very professional. Many of my friends have purchased vehicles there and also had a very good experience.

After scouring the internet for months and going to countless dealers we finally found the perfect vehicle at the perfect price at Diamond Valley Honda. To make the perfection even greater we were greeted and assisted very warmly and graciously. Kevin never made us feel pressured or rushed and after the deal was made Austin made the finance portion of the experience very comfortable, relaxed and fast, but not rushed, paced. We look forward to dealing with Diamond Valley Honda in the future. Oh, and the truck is awesome and running amazingly! Thank you!

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. I gave the service writer coupons your dealership sent me for this service. The coupons were not applied to my invoice, the cashier had to make adjustments to reflect the correct charges. She was very helpful and considerate. The service was done promptly but the car was returned to me with debris on the passenger seat, when I pointed this out to the porter he took it back to clean it out. While he did this quickly he should have seen the condition and cleaned it before he returned the car. He said the debris was from the in-cabin filter. Everyone was nice but need to pay more attention to details.

I was in an accident three days before buying my latest car (a beautiful Honda Accord!) from Diamond Valley Honda. From the moment he approached my dad and me, salesman Eric Alpuche was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about his products. Although I had gone to the dealership only with the intention of "taking a test drive" in my two chosen vehicles, I ended up buying that night. The entire staff I dealt with was great - from Eric in Sales to Danny in Finance, and everybody in-between. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. (As an aside, I have had my previous Honda serviced in the dealership's service department for years, and I have been very happy with the maintenance and repair services.)

Out of all my experiences of purchasing vehicles (about ten), purchasing my new 2014 Honda Accord from Diamond Valley Honda was the most pleasant. Rob Lewis and Austyn Low, Internet Sales and Leasing Consultants, were upfront and honest during the whole vehicle sales transaction. Rob contacted my wife the day after we purchased the vehicle and helped her sync her cell phone address book to the car, which was above and beyond my expectations. Usually when I purchase a new vehicle, the first thing I do when I get home is to remove the dealer plates because I always had a bad car buying experience. This time is different. I left the dealer plates on until I received my license plates from the DMV because I felt the dealership was honest and gave me a fair deal. I did not mind advertising for them. Diamond Valley Fleet Sales team will be my first consideration for my next vehicle (new or used). I will also refer my family and friends.

I had nothing but positive experiences from this dealership until this last transaction. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them again. I sold a 2012 Honda Fit on 05/21/2014. Josh assured me that he would take care of canceling the extended warranty. I called back 3 weeks later because I had not received the check. I was told the cancelation was never sent. I contacted the dealer and went back in to sign paperwork again. Then I received a call from Honda collections asking where my payment was! I contacted the dealership again and they then sent the payoff into Honda a month late. Today, I contacted Century to find out if my warranty had been canceled and a check sent. It had not. I am so fed up with this experience I will never buy another car from this dealership, and I will tell anyone that asks not to go there. Complete idiocy and unprofessional. I can't believe that I am having to do their job for them.

I purchased a 2007 Jeep Liberty from them. I have had nothing but issues with it. I have been in and out if the dealer for the past 4 months and I have had the vehicle for four months. They keep saying the problem is electrical and they keep changing me to fix it. Even though I purchased the extended warranty. They keep my car for weeks at a time and they are unable to fix it. When u call them out on their crappy service they get offended. Every time that my car stays here for week or two I have to fight them for a rental as they refuse to provide one. Also they have not pais hertz for the rentals that they issued to me. I keep getting collection calls from hertz and they are billing me. Diamond Valley Honda knows what they have and what they sell to people. I have had a horrible experience. I have grown to hate my car and I don't even want to drive my car. My vehicle has yet to be fixed and diamond valley has not made it right.

I told them when I first went there that I was caring for children and needed a safe van. They sold me a lemon and even though I had a warranty they could not fix it after 3 trips to the garage. They charged us to fix it 2[times] and the third time they said they could not fix it and brushed us off. They said it was an electrical problem, but I took it to another garage and they said it was the mother board and that it would cost $5,000 to fix it. They did not want to fix it, and they know when they sold it , it was a lemon. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. I had to make adjustments to my work schedule,my kids school schedule, and other things. The car has yet to be fixed and is just sitting in the driveway. Run from this place FAST

The overall experience was not bad, the sales people were friendly, however i felt they insulted me in the process, I was there to buy not one but two cars. I had a trade that I new was slightly up side down. when it came to the negotiations the dealer asked me to give him enough to completely pay off my car, in essence they were going to take it off my hands giving me nothing for it. Don't ever buy from this dealer. Customer service is so bad that I gave up calling them. They are only good when your buying the car, once you drove out of the lot you are on your own. They will present you with a "Due Bill" as promise to repair every problem a used car sold by them. But it is an empty promise. Very deceitful business practice and cannot be trusted. Their service department and the mechanics are probably reject from other shops. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Buy at your own risk.

We had a beautiful Buick but my husband has physical medical issues and it was difficult for him to enter or exit the car. We went to try out the Honda Odyssey and Rob helped us tremendously! First of all, there was no pressure and since it took us more than a week to come to a final decision, we were thankful for that. When we got to the trade-in stage, we found out that we owed more than the car was worth and between Rob and the Finacial department, they were able to work out the perfect lease (the amount we had to stick to), on the perfect car (the color we wanted). We drove off with the car that we love, my husband finds it very comfortable to move his legs in out and we have room for his oxygen and his walker AND if necessary, his wheelchair. It seats seven and we took our daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter on a day trip and everyone had plenty of room and was comfortable....and that is why we gave such a high rating!

The experience buying the new Accord was as with any car I have bought was nerve wracking, but have discovered that is the way it always is buying a new car. Diamond Valley was good and my salesman was above average.

We bought our new 2013 Honda Accord this past week from you guys and we couldn't be happier with our purchase and our new car! Thank you to Peter, Internet Mgr for the great price and for working with us so patiently on this transaction. He was very thorough with us on every detail and was able to get us the car and financing that we needed and was very considerate of our time. He couldn't have been more helpful & professional through the whole process. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Friendly, honest, and quick. None of the Good Salesman/Bad Sales Manager banter that normally occurs. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

This is the second car we've bought from Rob and would work with him anytime! Our sale took three days to complete, and we felt the entire dealership bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and our sale important to them.

We went in to look only and drove out in a very clean 2008 CRV that has all the bells and whistles. We have never owned a Honda product, however both our children are Fit owners and absoulutely love them. We were looking for high safety ratings, economy of mileage and creature comfort for both driver and passengers. This car has it all. Susie was a delight and made the whole transaction very pleasant. We tend to keep our vehicles a very long time so having a vehicle built by a company that has a reputation for longevity and reliabilty is very important to us. We were impressed on how Hondas hold their value.

Peter was very cordial. He was very friendly and professional all at the same time. His product knowledge was excellent and made my buying experience very painless. He showed me all of my options and was very patient with the questions I had. When I went into financing, Mirabel was extremly polite and friendly. To tell you the truth this has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. From the cleanliness of the dealership to the very nice waiting area, everything was awesome. My grandson even had a great time as he played in the play room there. I would strongly recommend anyone to this dealership. The quality of Honda is superb. I am extremely happy with my new SUV. Thank-you so much for getting me into such a beautiful car.

The best customer service my wife and I have ever received. After dealing with other dealers we were losing hope. They truly cared about our needs and went out of there way. Thank You for believing in us.

We had a great experience working with Brian. He really worked with us to get us the best deal we could get, in our opinion. We are extremely pleased with our purchase, the price, and his help. I also would like to mention that we were extremely impressed with the fact that Brian was not pushy at all. That was a breath of fresh air and made the experience enjoyable, not stressful at all.

I would have to say this is the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. The reason for this was Brent Miletich. He was great to deal with. No pressure, no BS, just a great fun guy to deal with. There was no desperation that he had to sell a vehicle; he was just so easy to work with on getting my price. If it was anyone else other than Brent I would have walked out and made my low offer to all dealers within a 150 miles of me. I always research new car pricing, then in the past I would call or e-mail a low reasonable offer to all dealers within a 150 mile radius of my home and go with the dealer that came closest to my offer. This time, in buying my Honda, right from the get go, Brent worked with me on my price and I ended up buying my car from him because at the price he gave me, it just was not worth the money to drive a long distance to other dealers! Saved me days of e-mails, phone calls and the usual long drive to negotiations and then pick up the new car I purchased. Brent, thank you! You are a pleasure to deal with!

Miserable! That's how I feel. This is the worst dealership in the universe. If you want to be cheated, lied to and treated like a damn fool go to Diamond Valley Honda. Our family was in the market for a new car, and saw that Diamond Valley Honda had what we were looking for, so we drove out to have a look. We went for test drive and everything seemed alright. We inspect the car carefully, okay. The price was within our budget, so we do the paperwork. The car is sold. This is when everything began to unravel. Honda has gone way downhill in both quality and service. This is very apparent at this STEALERSHIP. Diamond Valley Honda got their money! That's all they care about, nevermind the family they just sold a lemon to. Yep, that's right. We tried to plead with the owner, Flavio Jean, but he could care less about customer service, nope. Since then, we've simply given up. We now take our lemon to a larger and more reputable dealership in Temecula for all the problems we continue to have. I highly recommend you AVOID Diamond Valley Honda. They are the worst.

I never knew how online vehicle purchase could be this easy and painless. Mr. Scott Hoehn was polite and very receptive to all my needs and concerns. Mr Scott Hoehn clearly explained the process and had the vehicle delivered promptly at my doorsteps the next day. Do your vehicle research (price, performance rating etc.) and everything is much easier buying vehicle online. Thanks to Mr. Scott Hoehn, Ms. Maribel Munoz, Mr. Bobby Callaway and Diamond Valley Honda.

I have been shopping for a new car for about a month, and the Diamond Valley Honda over the phone quote was the lowest among all the dealers I called. I was kind of nervous that before driving to Hemet to purchase the car, which is about 1 1/2 half from my house, that there some other hidden charge that I was not prepare to pay for. Brent was very helpful, the price he told me over the phone was exactly the price I had paid for, no extra charge. My overall experience in dealing with Brent at Diamond Valley Honda and his team was very positive. I usually hate talking to car salesman, had many bad experience in the past. I was able to complete all the transaction in about two and half hours. The finance lady keep trying to sell me the extend warranty coverage until I told to her to "cut to the chase" then thing got sped up.

We made 3 trips to Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet. Our son is heading to college this fall and we wanted a "newer" Honda for him to drive (we now own 3!). In his research, he decided he wanted a Honda Civic si (used) so we began our search for this car. We visited multiple Honda dealerships. In the end we bought a Civic si from Diamond Valley Honda primarily because we liked Robert Lewis, our salesman -- who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent great deal of time with my son to explain the car's features which we appreciated. Not only that but he did NOT, in any way, attempt to PRESSURE us by making those comments such as "the car will probably be gone tomorrow, therefore, you really should jump on this deal" or "you won't find this deal anywhere else", etc. -- which absolutely turns both my husband and I "off" immediately. There was no pressure -- only good information, a friendly salesman (as well as the rest of the staff such as Sarah and Jose), and a family-like atmosphere that was very welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying either a new or used car.

I have NEVER had a car buying experience like this ever and I have purchased many cars! They were wonderful to me! I had my brand new car in a little over an hour! I went back the next day and bought another brand new one. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to Diamond Valley Honda if you want HONEST, FRIENDLY, SINCERE, REAL people that have YOUR interests at heart and not what they can get out of you. The staff is great and very knowledgable. I am still a bit in shock that I had that kind of experience buying a vehicle. If you are need of a car, go to Diamond Valley Honda, you wont be disappointed!

I bought my first Honda at Diamond Valley in 2006 a new Accord. I just returned and purchased a new CR-V. The second purchase experience was as great as my first purchase with them. I love both of my Hondas and am thrilled with the excellent service and friendly people who work there. I highly recommend them.

Brent gave me a great deal, did exactly what he said he could over the phone once I came to the dealer. No hype, no games, just one of the best car buying experiences I've had. They had the car I wanted in the color I asked for. Price was given to me up front, no bait and switch, or "because of the earth quake in Japan all of our prices just whent up" business. Straight up honest deal!

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Diamond Valley Honda within the last 5 months.Brent Miletich is by far the BEST SALES PERSON we have purchased a vehicle from.He does not give you the run-a-round about pricing as so many other sales people do.He is honest, upfront about what he can do as far as pricing,trade-in,additional items you may wish to have installed or any other concerns you may have about buying a vehicle.Brent is the reason we went back to purchase the 2nd vehicle.Don't get me wrong,we havne't had a bad experience with anyone at Diamond Valley Honda, but it was because of Brent's service we returned. This was not the closet HONDA DEALERSHIP to my house, but was by far the most pleasant purchase we have ever made.

Stay away. This dealership is corrupt and self-serving. My daughter has just gone through a nightmare of a time with these crooks. First they overcharged by promptly adding "upgrades" to her new vehicle that she never requested, really, $500 for security etching, mud flaps and a protective wax job? Anyways, that was nothing compared to shoddy paper work to finance the car, she might as well have charged it to her 21% interest rate credit card! Then there was the so-called detailing before they presented her car to drive off the lot. Swirl marks everywhere! When she pointed that out, the salesman laughed it off and simply tossed the keys to her. A week later, the brakes on the car got real soft and this time I went to the dealership with her. Oh, and did I mention the moonroof not working right, or the scrape the dealership caused while the car was in for repairs? Don't get me wrong, Honda paint is crap to begin with, but having to have 1/3 of the car resprayed is much worse. The only bright star of the matter was the service manager, a real professional, but still there's only so much one man can do. He really tried to make the situation good, but in the end, we got sick of the run around and will never go to this dealership again. Take your business elsewhere, you'll be much happier.

Absolutely the best Honda dealer and Internet Sales/Leasing Manager I have dealt with across the country. Best and fairest deal I have ever been involved. Would highly recommend this dealership as a no nonsense, absolute customer service oriented dealership. Management should be proud to have such a fine person as Brent on his staff and I would recommend the dealership and Brent to anyone. A pleasure to do business with, a fair/great deal and beyond reproach customer service.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC DEALER! If you're looking for a Honda, I would recommend Brent Miletich, Internet Manager, at Diamond Valley Honda of Hemet California. He gave me the best price by a mile. I was given a quote from Brent on the internet. Later that day I received a lower quote from another dealership. I called Brent to see if he could beat the lower quote I had received. He said "Yes". He calculated the price (including tax, title, and license) for me and sure enough, when I arrived at the dealership that Sunday that's exactly the amount I paid. Brent was friendly and not "pushy". He didn't try to add, switch, or up sell me on anything. Internet sales are the way to go if Brent is your salesman. We received a solid, lower than anywhere else, quote from him on the net, did not have to dicker, and got exactly the car and features we wanted in the color we wanted. Fast, pain free experience! Brent answered every question, returned every phone call, and was always a pleasure dealing with. It's for these reasons that my wife, daughter and I drove 140 miles to Hemet and purchased our new Honda Accord from Brent. I would gladly pass his name to anybody else who was looking for a Honda. Any dealership smart enough to hire Brent is the place to go.
