I thought the sales process went well. The Salesman was respectful, certious and helpful. The front wheels needed balancing and the problem was immediately addressed and eliminated. I'm not sure if I would have gotten the floor mats from him if I hadn't bugged him with numerous texts and phone calls. I'm not happy that they wouldn't cover the cost of repairing the leaking rear refrigerant line given the problem occurred well within the warranty time frame (less than 3000 miles and less than 60 days from time of purchase). Their position it wasn't covered in the warranty. However, they were willing to repair it at their cost. Given that I live 75 miles away their service rep became extremely parochial in his rational that it wasn't worth the hassle he wanted me to go through. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to an out of town purchase like mine. Other than that, yes I would recommend them.

After numerous emails with a salesperson. Establishing that they had a vehicle in stock that met the criteria for a lease deal listed on Fords website I made an appointment with the salesperson. Upon arriving I was informed the salesperson had left for the day and someone else would help me. This salesperson then informed me the lease was actually double the amount I was told it would be. He didn't know about any deals, didn't know Ford could list deals on there website, and wished I could show him the deal I saw. So if you plan on shopping here make sure you bring your computer or printed copies of any deals your interested in with you.

I bought my used HHR in August of 2014. When my salesman dropped the ball on a few things, Sean Kelley was there to help me and has been helping me for the past year. He is always friendly and helps me get the best deals , whether it's on tires or maintenance for my vehicle. He always makes sure I'm taken care of and I leave a happy. Sean Kelley is the best. The internet staff was very responsive and referred me to salesperson Ken who carried the ball the rest of the way. I was kept informed as to when the car would arrive at the dealership and Ken worked with me to get the very best deal. I had an unusual calendar for delivery and that was not a problem. He said DeLacy prides itself on being customer friendly. It shows.

I called the dealer repair shop as soon as I found out my window was not working. They said to bring the car right in and they would try to fit it in for repair. They had the car most of the day but were finally able to fix it. They seemed quite honest about trying to figure out what went on with the window and the difficulty in fixing it.

This was my first experience with recall service at the dealership although I've had all routine service done there. As with routine service work I was able to schedule the recall work at a convenient time, the service desk personnel were courteous and friendly, the customer lounge was clean and comfortable, and the recall work was done quickly.

Since I live alone, of course I wasn't happy to receive a recall in the mail about seven weeks after purchasing my new car. I was very pleased with the shuttle service since the process was going to take at least a half day. Of course hoping there won't be more of these, but the folks at DeLacy were pleasant and all went well.

I always take my car to the dealership now for service. I never used to because I felt they were more expensive but realized over time that the other auto shops often found more issues to charge for. Not the case at Delacy where I'm always treated fairly.

MY WIPER MOTOR BROKE IN A RAIN STORM ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK.I WAS LEAVING THE THE NEXT MORNING AT 4:00 AM.IT WAS 7:00PM WHEN THE MOTOR BROKE.I WAS AGRAVATED WHEN I GOT THEIR BUT SEANKELLY TOLD ME HE HAD THE PART AND WILL HAVE IT DONE BY 9:00 PM. THE REASON I WAS AGGRIVATED IS EVERY MONTH I AM HAVING SOME TYPE OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, THE WINDOW ON THE DRIVERS SIDE, THE MOTOR ON THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES AND MY CONCERN IS THE PARTS FORD IS USING FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS $ 62000.00 ARE CHEAP AND HAS A SHORT LIFE.

Took my 2013 Escape in for it's scheduled maintenance, also check engine light was on and a inspection was neededFound out that a recall was issued on vehicle that I was not aware of. Vehicle was tied up for 3 days. My service advisor Joe Karosik was very helpful in explaining in great detail what was happening with my car and why. He was also aware of my need to have a vehicle available to me at all times and quickly secured me a vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. Still have to get vehicle inspected but thanks to Joe and the Tech(s) (don't know who it was but he or she also deserves a thank you) my Vehicle should pass with no issues. Joe Karosik is a 5 star service advisor. Delacy is a 5 star dealership. Thank you for keeping my vehicle in good repair and safe for those of us who drive in it.

Recently we returned from vacation, as we were heading home our truck lost power, 2 hours from home. We had the truck towed to Delacy Ford, at about 3 am. We called the service department later that morning and spoke to Joe, he told us several vehicles had been towed to their dealership over the weekend due to the cold weather and he was not sure when he would be able to get our truck in. We explained our situation about being so far from home, they got the truck in right away. We can't thank you enough.

After a $1600.00 repair bill.I drove my truck 60 miles before the parts that De lamey ford put in failed. When asked for a refund for their shoddy work.de lacy refused and gave me the runaround. I will never do business with that scam dealership ever. And I would never recommend them for anything automotive or otherwise. I rate De lacy a -1

I was pleased with the work done on my vehicle on Feb. 10, however the items that were taken care of should have been done before I drove the vehicle from the lot when I purchased it. This was a certified used vehicle so I feel every detail should have been checked and then double checked.

Arrived at 9:50 for a 10:00am. service appointment. I was greeted by Joe, told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation and was going to wait for my vehicle. At 10:38 sharp I was told to follow Joe to the Cashier my car was ready. quick, courteous, service once again. DeLacy Ford has done all my tire and service work since I purchased my 2012 Fusion and that's the way I like it!

I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to have my transmission looked at. On the day, my appointment came, I dropped off the vehicle at 7:30am and was told it would be ready by 5:00pm. I came to find out at 5pm that my car had still not been started, nor was it going to be anytime soon. I was given multiple reasons, including the 14 cars dropped off last night were ahead of me, all with transmission issues. If this is true, either they overbook appointments, or they operate on a first come/ first serve basis with no regards to appointments. When asked they were neither apologetic, nor able to offer a solution. If I left my vehicle, I still would have not idea when it would be looked at. Obviously, I am taking my vehicle to another dealer now.

I really enjoyed my experience with Delacy Ford. Scott Delacy made the process very simple. He and everyone else that I dealt with answered all of my questions thoroughly. My only concern was the process of how long it took to register the car and set up the insurance. It wasn't anyone's fault at the dealership, but we were kept waiting on the phone for far too long.

I had a coupon you sent me for an oil change and tire rotation. on the bill it looks like you overcharged me. I would like to discuss this. I also received a paper saying I have some comp oil changes and some dollar credits. non of this was discussed with me before during or after the maintenance was completed. I had an issue with the hinge on the rear window of my Explorer. I drove to the dealer prepared to drop it off and come back in a couple days once it was done as it was a Saturday afternoon, and I did not make an appointment. Your team found the part in stock, and they said it would only take 30 minutes to fix. I went for coffee and came back 35 minutes later to find my truck in the lot ready to go. Nice work for a Saturday afternoon with no appointment!

The Technician was able to diagnose quickly the somewhat vague problem I thought I was having. It turned out to be a major problem (axle u-joint) and was fixed quickly.

I would not recommend this dealership to any one having service done on their vehicle. Had my breaks done, 3 months later still squeaky. Brought the car back in tobhave looked at and still not fixed. Not to mention the lack of friendly customer service. Very disappointed with the help I received with this dealership.

The sales staff was excellent to work with. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle. They actually made buying a vehicle somewhat enjoyable. I did a lot of internet and dealership price searching and their pricing was very reasonable. Even had a 1/2 tank of gas!

this is the third new vehicle me and my wife bought from delacy ford, we are very pleased the way the sales people take care of us and any questions we have. after we chose the vehicle we wanted the finance people and ford credit made the rest of the purchase very easy.we would not go to any other dealer. we also have been going to delacy ford for service, we have always been treated great by the service people and will continue to have our service work performed at delacy ford.

Joanne Switalski is an asset to Ford. Extremely knowledgeable of the product, knows her customers needs and wants. We have been with Joanne for over 25 years now and wouldn't think of purchasing a car from anyone else. How many people can say that their salesperson called and advised them that it was a good time to buy, go to the dealership and have the perfect car picked out for you by that salesperson. Joanne is that type of person. She called us in and pointed out a 2014 Escape with all the bells and whistles on it that she knew we would enjoy and a color that she thought was perfect for us. She was right! We didn't even look at anything else. Just signed on the dotted line. Buying or Leasing a car can be confusing, but not with Joanne in the drivers seat. We are lucky to have her. My wife and I went to the dealership to explore the possibility of trading in our vehicles with the intent of lowering our monthly payments. Although we really didn't expect to reach a deal, Joanne managed to come up with an offer that we couldn't refuse. We ended up driving off the lot with a 2014 Escape SE and a 2013 F-150 STX for a lot less than we were currently paying for the same older model vehicles. Kudos to Joanne for having the patience and knowledge to work the deal, and to the rest of the staff for their assistance. Although I cannot guarantee the same type of deal, I would, and have, recommended Delacy Ford and referred Joanne to my friends and family simply for their honesty to work the best deal possible.

I had been looking to lease a 2013 Explorer XLT, and was not happy with the "high pressure" sales tactics of the "Largest" local Ford dealer in my area. The amount that they offered me on my trade was unacceptable, as well as the "this deal is only good for today sales pitch". What a relief it was to meet Ralph at DeLacy, he took the time and effort to get me what I wanted for my trade, as well as finding me the perfect vehicle with the options I wanted, not just pushing me into something I didn't. Stopped by late Saturday and was greeted warmly by Rachel, sales consultant. Briefly showed us the Ford Escape. Rachel was not available so we met with Joseph Morey today. Excellent sales consultant. Very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape. Gave information about the car in clear and concise manner. Friendly and welcoming. Ensured an enjoyable test drive. We are in the exploratory stage of car buying so were not ready to commit but this did not in anyway detract from our customer experience. If we decide to buy a Ford we will definitely be very happy to work with Joe.

I spent many hours researching the internet for a Ford Expedition, and needless to say, I came across a ton of dealers. Throughout my process, I kept coming back to Delacy Ford. Their prices were much lower than other Ford Dealers, and I spotted a used 2012 Ford Expedition that really caught my eye and had a great price to go along with it! I emailed Delacy, and Jennifer Brundage replied back. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. So, my husband and I made the decision to take the 1 1/2 hour trip up to Delacy and check out the Ford Expedition. Just as Jennifer promised, the Ford Expedition was sitting there waiting for me to take it for a test drive. That was also the time that we had the pleasure of meeting Scott Dubinsky. We took the Expedition for a test drive, then we went and sat with Jennifer & Scott. Since I was still undecided whether I wanted to purchase a new or used Expedition, Jennifer and Scott took the time to compare both a new Expedition and the used one that I had test drove. Then they allowed us to take the used Ford Expedition to lunch so my husband and I could discuss our options. We ended up deciding to purchase the 2012 Ford Expedition, and both my husband and I were very impressed at how easy Jennifer & Scott helped in making the sales transaction a very smooth process. I used to go to a competitor of DeLacy Ford's... I won't name any names so let's just call the place Best Furr Ford. Needless to say I'm glad I finally switched. With out a shadow of a doubt DeLacy's customer service blows them away. Namely my main man Ralph Johnson. Now I see this guy's name all over the website for excellent customer reviews. Trust me people!!! We are not lying here! I will not pull any punches. I know for a fact that Ralph did not get the best deal done for him. He did however get the best deal done for me. He put me in a 2012 Edge. He put me at the monthly payment I wanted. To top it off... The finance department also hooked me up with a sweet extended warranty at a great price. Ralph is a very decent man. He is helpful, knowledgeable and most of all a straight shooter. (From my review you can tell I am too!) Do not waste your time going to any other dealer in Western New York. Buying a car can be a very stressful and intimidating experience. Ralph doesn't work like that. He will do his best to make you feel comfortable and he treats you like a friend... Not a customer. That goes a long way in my book. I will surely be buying another car from DeLacy Ford as long as R.J. is still working there. Also... To top it off I can't stand driving around from lot to lot looking at cars. I use the internet just like the majority of people now a days. I must give a shout out to Jennifer Brundage in DeLacy's internet sales department. She kept me on the hook and kept emailing me responses to my questions. She is the person responsible for putting me in contact with Ralph. I had to get new plates put on car, and didn't have a sales rep, so Ralph Johnson was standing out front waiting for a paying customer and took the time to help me, and even got a screwdriver and put the plates on my car himself. He was very friendly and a appreciated that he took time to help me. Next time I need a new car I will go and ask for him, thank you. I had been researching dealer websites nationally for months , looking for a used 2006 SUV. I had targeted a very specific make, model, color, trim , options package , mileage, and price. Since I had previously owned three of these models, I knew exactly what to look for as far as mechanical trouble and body wear were concerned, and knew the drop dead lowest price the vehicle could be purchased for. The Internet found 20 matching vehicles on websites around the country, and I was willing to travel to see them. The vehicle I was interested in was a Jeep, and I was surprised to find that one of them was at DeLacey, ... a local Ford dealer that I had never visited. I went to see it, expecting to find some flaw that would send me elsewhere. There were none. After I had been inspecting the truck for some time, I met dealer Ralph Johnson. Mr.Johnson was the kindest dealer I have ever met. He answered my questions without pressure. He offered me a price that was at the bottom of my own price scale, and promised to do whatever it took to make the deal. And he did. I have owned that Jeep for 3 years now, and in all that time , Ralph and Delacey have been right there to support me. They have even offered to buy the Jeep back from me, at a price I already know to be its value. What else can you ask for in a deal? Thanks Ralph, you and DeLacey Ford are the best!

I went on line looking for a new truck, several dealers responded with pricing. upon visiting 3 of the local dealerships to negotiate my trade-in & the new truck it became obvious Jim Walters at Delacy Ford would give me the best service and deal. He was personable, showing me all the detail I requested and responding with the best price. Ironically upon leaving the Delacy lot with my new truck another dealer called me stating a bottom line price for the same vehicle that was still too high to consider. I brought my 2012 Buick in with a nail in its right rear tire. No sooner had I pulled into the garage, Dolly had created a profile on my car and Ray was pulling it around for service. Well, to begin with, I have bought 5 used cars over the last 6 years, all independently, for I never had a good opinion on dealerships. Cars were overly highly priced and there's always this high pressure sales tactic saying when you don't buy it today, it will be gone or put a deposit down etc. Add to that the attitude of squeezing out every last penny. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I drove past Delacy resale, saw a Double Cab Tacoma Long Bed truck that I loved and spoke with Joe. He was super courteous, very friendly. He basically said what's been done to the truck and the value it offered. I negotiated a deal, that I could not believe, for they sold me the vehicle at less than what I would have payed for it from a private party sale. Joe helped me secure financing and I drove away the vehicle. Delacy even gave me a 6 month / 6000 miles insurance covering repairs (sure did come in handy later)2 days later, The bank that gave me the loan backed off, and the team at Delacy went out of their way to secure another creditor, while not hassling me at all. Joe was exceptional, for the fact that when I told him to hold on to the loan papers while I take 2-3 days to search and secure a loan independently, he promptly agreed and provided me good advice. Fast forward a week, I had issues with vibrations on braking, Joe had me in for service, changed out the brakes for free. 2 months down the line, had a check engine light for EVAP / emmissions control. Called up Joe and he advised that I had to take it to the main dealership of Delacy. I dropped off the car, they did some repairs. A week later the light came back on again, this time they took out the entire EVAP system and changed it out. All this for FREE. This is what I call customer service. At the end of the day, you feel you have a nice relationship, satisfied that you gave a company the business and credit that they deserved. To be Honest, Delacy resale deserves much more that 5 stars, and Joe Chevalier, for being honest, fairly priced, going above and beyond to satisfy customer concerns. I would definitely definitely recommend them and Please take this as a personal request from a highly satisfied customer, do give them your business that they deserve , for companies like this must grow to serve as an example of good customer service.

I had been searching around many different places and none matched the service I was given here. We went to DeLacy for service very early in the morning and decided to look around at the new body styles. Larry approched us and asked if we needed any help. We said that we were just looking around and what models we checking out. He showed us them and ran a few numbers. Things couldn't have turned out better as we were able to get a newer model for a few dollars less by leasing. Larry was very attentive and listened to what we did and did not want. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will send friends, family and co-workers to see Larry O'Dette.

I know when a vehicle has been serviced, my diesel truck was not. No oil change, becuz the filter was seized on, and the water drain was broken right off, they didnt even put a window sticker on when it needs next oil change, and i would of seen marks from a wrench on the drain plug...no wipers replaced...they were shredded, the U joints were not even greased and the fluids were never checked. The rt rear brake wasnt working properly...making squealing noises...the master cylinder cap was missing, i told the sales man the alignment was off he said he would have it done...Didnt...I dropped my truck off asking them to atleast replace the left front wheel bearing, it also needs the oil pan replaced but they dont tell me that...they refused to do the wheel bearing...You would think they would of atleast done that to make a customer happy...a $225 part...I've already paid $135 for the oil change $20 for wipers and $278 to replace the tensioner and pullys that were squeaking. Im not a complainer but i think its a little ridiculous to spend $38,000 for a vehicle and have to replace and tune up what they should have done. They are supposed to be ASE certified techs. I am not a satisfied customer...will not recommend this dealer and will not be back.

I am a repeat customer of Delacy ford. When I first bought my new mustang they were the only dealership who went above and beyond my needs while I looked for a new vehicle allowing me to test drive the new car that they had up on a lift and blocked by other vehicles. But they didn't complain and were happy to pull it off the lift for me, while two other dealerships had already told me that I was not allowed to test drive new vehicles they had out in their showrooms. I bought my new mustang that same week. Two years later and I was looking for a newer vehicle to replace my very old winter suv that was falling apart. I went to several dealerships looking for a newer used vehicle and I ended up at Delacy once again and found another new mustang that I couldn't resist. Delacy and the Dealership team was more then accomidating to my needs and wants for purchasing two vehicles at once and gave me a fantastic deal on both vehicles and gave me what I thought to be more then fair price on both trade-in vehicles. They were patient with my wants while looking for a used vehicle and understood the importance of safety for my new suv. Our Sales Consultant Joe Morey paid attention to detail and really knew his stuff! He would not delivery the vehicles to me until they were both cleaned and checked properly. Being a new college graduate and a first time new car buyer the entire process of finding and purchasing a new vheicle had been very painful. I finally settled on buying a Ford F-150, and I'm sure glad I came to DeLacy. Young as I am I hadn't necessarily gotten the attention and respect that I deserve at other dealerships. Rob at DeLacy was very much different. I felt absolutely no pressure at anytime, he was very accommodating, and relaxed; at no point during the sale did I ever feel pushed or tricked. He worked with me from the beginning, starting with my trade, and ending with financing and delivery options. I honestly wish I had come to DeLacy to see Rob weeks earlier. If you are at all interested in having a much less painful car buying experience then make sure you come to DeLacy and ask for Rob Schuster, you do not want to deal with anyone else!

I was impressed with how easy the tranaction went with purchasing my new vehicle. They offered me a fair trade in value and were able to offer me the flex financing plan to keep my payments at a comfortable amount. I even felt that the extended warranty was offered at a reasonable price and that is why I purchased that as well. I have been leasing Fords for quite a few years and have met quite a few salespeople. When I went to Delacy and met Paul I felt very comfortable and relaxed . He was very easy to talk to and showed me how to use the Sync program on my Escape and also the different features the car had. One was a warranty TSB that they repair quickly. The other was an optional update that was questionable as to the ability to have the Day Time Running lights activated. They took the time to look into it and found that in fact my car did have the option and they activated them at no charge.

I have been very pleased with the service and parts departments at Delacy Ford, Inc. Both of my daughters have taken their vehicles to this dealership (neither of which was purchased at Delacy Ford)for service. Occasionally, I have also taken the girl's cars in for them, and we have all been provided with excellent service. Service has involved both routine maintenance and warranty repairs. The service department is very clean and well organized. The service advisers are very friendly and professional. They LISTEN to your service issues and they are addressed quickly and efficiently the FIRST time. If you need a courtesy ride, they provide it for you, and making an appointment for service is never a hassle. I ordered a part for one of our vehicles and I received a call from the parts department to come and pick it up the next day, very much appreciated. Buying a vehicle from Delacy Ford was a very pleasant experience. I stop in to test drive and possibly buy a Ford Edge. After the test drive I decided to buy the vehicle. The salesmen Jason presented a fair price for the new Edge and a fair price for my trade-in. This happened right away eliminating the need to haggle. I have purchased several new cars in my life and this was the quickest and most honest experience. The sales games I expected and experienced at other dealers in the past did not happen. The test drive and purchase of the Edge took less than 2 hours. When taking delivery of the vehicle it was spotless inside and out. Jason even cleaned the license plates from my old car to look like new before putting them on the new Edge.

What a beautiful car! Mr. Sudyn was an enthusiastic and accomodating salesman. DeLacey Ford offered a superb willingness to make a deal; Toyota,(hubby wanted the Matrix because it was a hatchback), was unwilling to do so. Hubby is now as happy as a kid with a new puppy. The inside of the car is so sporty-looking that I feel like I am in a sport vehicle. We are seniors with 47 years of car-buying experience, and I must say, this was the easiest, least traumatic car deal we have ever made. Bill Szymanski introduced himself and worked with me on every detail of purchasing the vehicle I wanted. I was very specific about my request and DeLacy accommodated me. Working out the price was fair and negotiating was not high pressure. I received honest answers to my questions. Financing was clear and explained well. Once my vehicle was ready, I returned to finalize the paperwork. Once again, Bill and the staff answered my questions and the deal went through smoothly.
