Kyle in the service department has been taking care of my Acuras for years. He’s always helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of perfectly. I love the communication by text (complete with pictures) when something additional comes up. I had a nail in my tire and was asked to approve the repair by text. So quick and easy. I was thinking of buying a different make of car for my next vehicle, but honestly Kyle and DCH Tustin service would be sorely missed. Our second car is a Mercedes and their service department could learn a thing or two from these guys.

I was in the market for a new or certified pre-owned MDX looking to purchase by the end of 2016. After making several inquiries at various dealerships in Southern California, DCH Tustin Acura made me an offer I could not refuse.I worked with Ken Nguyen, the Internet Sales Manager, who was friendly, responsive, and straight-forward. I got top dollar for my trade-in and we negotiated the price of my CPO car over the phone. Ken emailed me a breakdown of the deal, including taxes, fees, and financing terms. My car-buying experience was worth driving over 50 miles each way in Southern California traffic.On the day of the purchase, there were no surprises or changes to the terms we agreed upon. Ken delivered as promised. Finance Manager, Robert Arreola helped me secure a loan with even better financing terms than previously quoted. After I drove the car home, I noticed a few scratches on the driver side door. I called Ken the next day and he helped me set up an appointment to touch-up the paint and buff out the scratches! This is how a car-buying experience should be. I researched a lot about cars. I went from Kia Optima then Acura ILX. Their prices were just 2 thousands different, but Acura was one of my best choice among others. I searched for its price, gas mileage, best dealer before buying, what kinds of safety recalls they have, what costs for maintenance, etc. This car is worth more than it costs. It's a perfect car for me. Nice body style and great color slate silver (silver mixed with baby blue) in beige interior. My buying experience was fun, friendly and smooth with Hooman Keyvan at DCH Tustin Acura. Hooman is a great and enthusiasm internet sales manager. I was so happy with both great deal and outstanding customer service here. Hooman is beyond car expert. He is an Acura genius and smart internet sales manager. He replied my email at 8:30 AM when he just got into his office. This shows me that he works very hard, so he deserves to have my business. I need to find someone who cares his or her job. Tips, make sure you clarify that you're going to purchase or lease a car, and ask for final price in email writing. When I showed up for a test drive, Hooman drove it and taught me all features of the car. I drove half way back. He is also an Apple iphone genius. The best thing I like about him is a very flexible negotiator. His sale skills is excellent. He isn't a pushy. I highly recommend working with Hooman.

This was honestly my best experience at a car dealership ever. I had a horrible experience on Saturday with another car dealership and the next day showed up to an appointment with Hooman already feeling discouraged. From the very beginning he was nothing but kind, helpful, and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and was very detailed in his explanations to make sure that I was picking a car that met my needs. When I figured out what car I wanted he went on a mission to find the exact color combination I was hoping for and made it possible for that car to make its way on to the lot. He lived up to every offer he presented me with and even went above and beyond to limit my inconveniences and get me even better deals than originally planned. Once the car arrived at the dealership, he made sure that it was in perfect condition and then took the time to help me set up the basics. He even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was still happy...which I am. Thanks to Hooman I no longer dread car salesmen and am confident I will be happy with my car purchase for years to come. He is quite simply the best!

I came to this dealership after test driving the MDX at another location. We have a young baby so I didn't want to drive from dealership to dealership so I called all the location dealerships to let them know exactly which vehicle I wanted and to let them know I was ready to buy. Out of 4 locations, miguel was awesome on the phone and gave me the best price. Once we arrived in person, Abe helped us out. The car was waiting for us and because of our young baby, we were rushing the team here since we had to put the baby to bed. Abe kept us in the loop with everything he was doing and was very polite. He tried to accommodate our timing as much as her could but also gave us realistic timeframes. I work in sales so I have high standards for those in this industry and I am more than happy with my experience here.

My husband and I came here on a Sunday and was helped by a friendly team. Kenny, Miguel, and Marwol (sorry! I may have mispelled her name) helped us with the process of purchasing our new vehicle and they're all very friendly. The great thing is - they aren't so pushy and mean like some other car dealers. Last month, I traded in my 2009 BMW 328i for 2015 Acura TLX. I search al over the internet and contacted many dealers, but I got the best deal from DCH Tustin Acura. I was in great need of a car and I was told the Sarun could help me and she was able to find me the perfect car that suited my personality and was be perfect for the driving that I do. She found me the perfect Honda Acord coupe. They were able to help me even though I was going to be upside down with the financing with my last vehicle. The staff at Tustin Acura were friendly, patient and helpful, allowing us to test drive multiple cars and explaining the different features each one presented. The buying process was long, which was expected, but was slightly frustrating, as pricing had changed last minute. The staff did end up honoring the previously discussed price (via email) but it was a long, tiring road. The car itself is wonderful and, as far as I can tell, the service team did a great job.

I bought my 2014 RLX with advance package from Sarun in Oct. 2013. that was the best car buying experience by far. Sarun is really patient and considerate. answered all of my questions and gave me the best price with the option I want, even found the car with the color I specified and delivered within a week, at no extra charges. Trust me when I said best deal I meant it, before I bought RLX, I made inquiries to all Acura dealers from Sand Diego county to Los Angeles County. I must also mention Steve the general manager and Steve at Finance are wonderful and flexible too, you can feel DCH Tustin really want to work with customers and is willing to do whatever they can to close the deal. After my RLX purchase, I also started to have my car service at DCH, they took care of my 2013 RDX as well as 2014 RLX, everyone I meet at service dept. was always friendly and ready to help. I had my 2005 MDX in for a major service, timing belt, water pump, 2 door actuators replaced and over all review of my SUV. George explained what I needed and any other concerns that I needed to know. The price was very fair for all the work needed. He gave me a loaner car as well. My MDX is running great with no issues. Sam Mcintyre took all of my credit information over the phone and told me that the car I wanted was reserved for me in the back. He then told me to come into the dealership at 8:00 pm to finalize the sale. I drove over 1 1/2 hours from San Diego and arrived at the dealership almost an hour early. I was so excited to finally get my new car! When I got there I was told that the car had been sold to another customer. In fact, the other customer was sitting at a table filling out the paperwork when I arrived. They had purposely sold the car to another buyer thinking that they could sell me the same make/model but in a different color. What a win for them - 2 sales instead of 1! Sam lied and tried to blame everyone else for the issue. The sales manager was even worse. He showed no sense of integrity or professionalism. The only thing they did do well was reinforce the stereotype of car salesmen!!

Absolutely best buying experience at a dealership. I've been to many Honda and Acura locations and this by far has the best service.Saron was very friendly and helpful, even watched our daughters while we signed the paperwork.Steve explained everything very well and informed us of several options that no other dealer bothers even bring up (rebates and refunds etc)I only met them that one day, but almost felt like we were talking to friends.I purchase cars every 2-3 years, I will make it a priority to buy here again.

Called today to make an appointment for regular scheduled maintenance and I'm having trouble with a slow leak in one of my tires that they failed to fix last time I was in. I was told that they do not offer loaner cars for regular maintenance since it normally only takes an 1.5 hours. I said I didn't have an 1.5 hours to sit and wait for the car and that last time it took over 4 hours. I was told that was the dealership policy and there's nothing they can do to help me. Oh well, I used to think DCH Acura cared about its customers.

DCH Tustin Acura has some of the most amazing and customer-friendly people in the industry. I had been working with Sarun on the Internet Sales side for more than 3 months and she was an epitome of patience and understanding as I prodded her for updates and information pretty much every few weeks trying to figure out the best time for me to buy. When I finally decided to take the plunge, I had the good luck of working with Patrick who was a limitless well of knowledge and comforting guidance (no pressure at all) on all aspects of the buying process. I was told he was a walking encyclopedia about car specifications and features and he proved it to me many times over. I ended up leasing a 2014 Acura MDX FWD Technology package and I could not be happier. It is a wonderful car to drive. The technology features make you feel one with the car. Patrick with his encyclopedic memory gave me a few secret tips and tricks out of the gate that would have taken me a long time to dig out by myself. I also want to give a shout out to Natalie in Finance who was a pleasure to work with as she took the time to go over everything related to the car leasing process and the payment details in incrementally digestable steps. I am truly grateful to this team for making my car buying experience as smooth and as friendly as possible. We were warmly greeted by Omar ..( We had purchased our 2009 TL from him).. He asked how we were doing & asked if there was anything he could help us with or if we had any questions for him.. My husband & I both appreciate that Omar & all the other people in sales here are very friendly and not pushy at all. We said we had our car in for service ( regular maintenance) but wanted to get some info on the newer models. We were looking at both the MDX & the RDX ... Omar spent a lot of time with us going over the details in each car & answered all of our questions.. We were leaning towards the MDX as we have had such a great experience with our 2006 MDX... Omar showed us some of the MDX's on the lot, then asked if we wanted to go on a test drive... We were hooked . .. As happy as we were with our 2006 MDX we loved all the new features & comforts of the 2014 MDX... To make a long story a little shorter we traded in our 2006 for a deposit on our 2014 ... We then had a great experience with Steve in the Used Car Dept. Steve was great about giving us the best deal he could on Our trade in & was very knowledgeable... We were also greeted by another Steve ( one of the managers) who checked on us to see how things were going. We have always had a great experience with Everyone at Tustin Acura from the Service Dept, Sales Dept, Finance Dept, Manager, etc.. They all work together well to make sure that you have a great experience here.. We definitely have been very happy.. This is the 4th car we have purchased from them & we drive extra miles to come here... I need to add that after we purchased our car Omar took a lot of time helping us set up the Blue tooth, went over the navigation with us & was so patient to answer & help us with any questions we had,. Before we left Miguel Jimenez ( Sales Manager) made a point to come over & make sure we were happy with everything... I was shopping online for a 2013 Dodge Avenger and came across DCH Acura with one in stock. I called the online sales rep Sam McIntyre who was great through the entire process. He took the time to keep me updated with the status of my application step by step. I do not live close to the dealership so everything was prepared via email/online applications and fax. When I got the call that I was approved and what the terms/payments would be I drove out to pick up my car and Sam was very friendly and took me once again through the process step by step. Have purchased / leased over 15 vehicles from different manufacturer dealers, including ACURA, TOYOTA, FORD, and GM vehicles. I own home/ leased in Eagle Glen community and bought second home in NC to be near my 82nd Airborne Div. son. Acura TL was most reliable and Fun to drive, but we gave it to our grand daughter when we relocated. I will come to purchase a certified MDX next year for my wife. Yes, I will fly from NC to buy from your dealership, not purchase in NC. It's obvious your owner, top management, managers have marketed and trained everyone there. I've been taking my Acuras to Tustin Acura for service since 2006. Even though there are dealers closer to me now, I still go to Tustin Acura. They take great care of my car and they have a great staff. I never feel like I am being gouged on the cost of the repairs or they are trying to get me to pay for repairs that I don't need. I recently bought an Acura RDX from DCH Tustin. I had contacted several dealers online and got the best quote from DCH. I dealt with their Internet Sales Manager, Sarun Pho, over emails and phone regarding various details concerning the availability of the car and the configuration I wanted. Sarun was very courteous, professional and responsive to my inquiries. After we had determined DCH had the exact car I wanted, I came in to look at it. At that time, because Sarun was busy, one of her colleagues, Hani (spelling?) gave me a test drive. I had driven the car before but Hani was able to point out to me some additional features and benefits in a short time. He was very courteous and friendly, never pushy. The next day, I came in to buy the car. Sarun picked me up at my home to drive me to the dealership and helped me navigate through the purchase paperwork quickly as I was pressed for time. By the time I finished the paperwork, the car was prepped and ready. Sarun gave me a walk-through, showed me all the electronic settings and I drove off. DCH has since called me a couple of times to see if everything is OK with the car and whether I had any questions. In summary, if you want good pricing, professional service and a hassle-free buying experience, go to DCH Tustin.

My service consultant, Richard Neilson, was particularly helpful and instantly connected my "driver 2" cell phone to blue tooth (which I wasn't able to do without messing up my wife's connection). Although the time it took to complete the service was longer than expected, Richard updated me to keep me in the loop. Having free water in the waiting area is a plus.Without question, if I were to purchase another Acura or get my mine serviced again, it would be from DCH Tustin Acura . . . I like the friendliness and the competitive price for routine maintenance -- they give me the confidence that the work will be done correctly at a reasonable price. (I am a 3-time Lexus guy prior to purchasing my 2012 Acura . . . I no longer take my Lexus to Lexus for service, because they gouge you with pricing and are not as reliable with service as I have experienced at DCH Tustin Acura.)

Needed to replace a battery that had failed but would have had to pay around $200 to tow the car to Tustin. They let me get the new battery (still under warranty - prorated) so I could get it put in at a local place. The starter had also failed and that has also been replaced. Being a single car family, it is imperative that our 2006 MDX is always in top working condition.During a short commute home last week, my battery light illuminated. Upon reviewing the owner's manual, I learned that it was probably the charging system (alternator). I called DCH and expressed my concerns about the car dying during my commute home with my wife and 5 year old son. They told me to bring it in right away and they could work on it first thing the next morning. I ended up having the car towed to ensure it would not break down on the way to DCH.Upon arrival, Kyle was great. He took car of me, pointed the AAA tow truck driver where to drop off the car, and got me out the door in about 10 minutes. The best part, was that he gave me a loaner car. I picked up the car the next day, as promised. I couldn't have had a better experience. I always have a great experience with this dealership especially with their Service Manager Eric LiFoSjoe. He's very accommodating when I asked if he can set me up an appointment with a loaner because of some intermittent scraping and squeaking noiseon our MDX when driving. When I arrived in the dealership..He always greets me with his soft-spoken voice." How Are you?"I'd rather drive to DCH Tustin Acura to have MDX service than going to Santa Monica Acura (1 mile from my place)The MDX was with them for days. It's kind of frustrating because they were not able to replicate the noise issues. I went DCH TUSTIN ACURA few days later so that I can drove the MDX with the technician Raymond (a very friendly Asian Guy) but we were also not able to replicate the issue. I also asked about my OEM battery because it's already 5 years old. I asked for the price for the battery. DCH Tustin Acura OEM battery price is less than $50 compared to the price of Acura of Santa Monica. They checked the battery free of charge and Eric told me that my battery was fine and it passed the battery test. He told me no need to buy a new battery.This is one thing I liked with DCH Tustin Acura Service Department. their Service Manager Eric Lifosjoe, is very honest...he won't sell or insist any services that I don't need.So, I decided to drove the MDX back home...Tadaaa! i was able to replicate the noises while driving home.:( I called Eric..I informed him that I was able to replicate the noises and told him I'll just bring it back next time. He said just call him anytime. Thank you very much Eric!

Last Friday my car advised me it was time for an oil change. Of course this was one day prior to my husband being gone fishing for one week. So I checked my week's schedule and found it to be rather tight especially since we usually work in concert ferrying cars back and forth for repairs. As luck would have it Monday was chock full until 4:00. Tustin Acura said they could perform the necessary service if I got there by 4:30. I arrived on time, was greeted very warmly, the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and the car was whisked away. I think I only sat in the waiting area for an hour and 10 minutes. Once again I was greeted very politely to let me know all was taken care of on the car. He ran through the check list of accomplished tasks and I was on my way in a clean car with clean oil. Thanks Tustin Acura.

I would start out by echoing most of the comments that are already posted. They very much mirror the experience that I have had for the last 12+ years since purchasing my first Acura MDX. The staff has been simply exceptional in all regards. They are competent and friendly and go out of their way to see that you are well taken care of. They simply set the standard for excellent service in all regards. I have never been disappointed in any of my experiences with Tustin Acura. I only wish that my other retail service experiences were of the quality and caliber of Tustin Acura.

DCH Tustin Acura is the only place that I have had my 2005 RL serviced since I purchased it. They also straightened out an issue with my wife's RL that another dealer had fumbled pretty badly. I can schedule service appointments either online or by phone. There is wireless and a nice waiting room so I can work if I need to wait with the car. George Rodriguez is now back and I am pleased. He always takes the extra step and lets me know what and why work is performed, results of any scheduled inspections and also makes sure that any safety recalls are performed. In general, the feeling I get in dealing with George is that he genuinely cares about me as a customer and that my car will be well cared for.

We purchased a 2014 RDX from Tustin Acura and were wowed by the sales rep and the whole team. Best we've ever experienced in 30 years of car buying. The salesman was knowledgable, respectful, honest, not pushy, and extraordinarily helpful and patient. We needed to bring our daughter in to see the car since she would be driving it but she wasn't available until noon Sunday. They offered to put the car on hold and did so. Then they volunatarily came up with a discount arrangement that made the price even lower than we expected. We were prepared to pay more. The finance gentleman was friendly and helpful. The whole experience was first rate. We'll probably be buying another Acura and want to use the same salesman and Tutin Acura.

I took my 2007 Acura TL to Tustin Acura because of a battery problem I had been having for a couple of years. If I let the car sit for more than a couple of days, the battery would die. I had already replaced a faulty hands-free module a few months previously--but I was still having the same battery problem. Tustin Acura's diagnostic test revealed an intermittent problem that seemed to be related to the radio--which was going to cost $600 to fix. I had a conversation with Eric LiFoSjoe, the service manager, telling him I was reluctant to pay for the radio repair unless he could guarantee that it would fix the problem. He patiently explained that he couldn't really guarantee that--but he asked if he could keep the car a couple more days so they could investigate more thoroughly. I already had one of their loaner cars--so it wasn't a huge inconvenience--so I said fine. To cut a long story short, they did more investigation and determined that the problem was actually still the hands-free module--so they replaced it, free of charge. During this entire week-long process, Eric called me every day, keeping me in the loop. And while they had the car, I asked them to check the front brakes because I'd been having a bit of judder when braking at high speeds. They adjusted the brakes--did not try to talk me into buying new brakes--and didn't even charge me. In short, they were diligent, honest, friendly and competent throughout the process--and their primary motivation seemed to be making sure my care was safe to drive--and making sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. That level of service is rare anywhere these days--but especially at a car dealer.

I came in with a short list of issues including an unexplained bang I was experiencing during sharp turns, a sticky gas pedal and a clogged windshield washer. I got a front brake job that was due at a reasonable price and the mechanics figured out what the bang was (bent muffler) as well as a nuisance sticky gas petal (dirty throttle module). They gave me some advice on how to deal with the muffler (had a muffler shop heat it up and bend it back in place - only cost me 20 bucks) and fixed the sticky gas pedal and windshield washer for a nominal fee. On the way out Matt noticed the lid on my center compartment was lose and fixed it for me as we'll. Excellent customer service!

I went to the dealership for a lease as my honda accord was at end of lease. I was referred to Alex Chung who was most helpful and accomodating to me to try to reach my goals for a lease and payments. Went to the dealership and met with him and Omar Abdul and also Miguel Jimenez who were amazing and so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the deals and cars. I worked with Miguel and he was able to get me the deal I wanted so am very thankful to him and Alex for making that happen. Omar was great as well and showed me all about the features of the car and everything that goes with it. Greg was great as well. We were very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of our sales/service rep Wolos (as I commented on other reviews, the man helped install our carseat at 10pm!). We were very satisfied by Alex who gave us a unbeatable price and finance rate that matched our ridiculously low rate that we received elsewhere. Steve worked was very professional with his financing (he made things seem easy). We liked the speediness, competence, and professionalism of this dealership. my family bought a 2008 ACURA MDX last 2008 at this dealership (DCH TUSTIN ACURA). We drove more than 50 miles one way every Maintenance schedule. We prefer to bring our MDX to DCH TUSTIN ACURA because of their Excellent Service. Even if Santa Monica Acura is very very close to our place. My previous Service Advisor no longer works in this dealership.So, I made an appointment directly with Their Service Manager. last June 19 through email. It's my first time to meet the Service Manager Eric LiFoSjoe who went above and beyond the call of duty when we brought our MDX for Schedule Maintenance and some warranty service. He really helped me out and was awesome to work with. He answers my phone calls...answers my emails....return my calls...answers my questions... give me updates. He is friendly and easy to talk to... We got a 2012 ACURA TSX as a loaner and my wife likes it! My wife also likes the 2014 BLACK ACURA MDX when she saw it on the dealership display lot! I've been to different dealerships but never experience this kind of Excellent Service. Thank you very much Eric!!!

I got the serious problems with my Acura 2007 TL - S TYPE transmission on Monday June 10th 2013 .On Tuesday June 11th , I brought mycar to Tustin Acura ; and Mr. Kyle Herron the Service Consultant was there greeting me . After receiving the car, test driving with the technician,and having the initial inspections , Kyle discussed with me what the problems were. He discussed about the cost of fixing transmission and help ; this really surprised me ! I had having services on South Coast Acura on many minor things , but left with unsatisfaction due to unnecessary repairs and the expenses were up to my nose ! If this time I brought my car to SCA for transmission fixing , the cost would be up to the sky ; I guessed the cost to fix tranmission at SCA would be at least 4 K ! At Tustin Acura Kyle suggested the price for roughly 1250 .00 for fixing the transmission plus preventive maintenance on parts related to transmission and engine including wheel alignment ! Due to the complexity of the repair , I got to leave my TL at Tustin Acura for more than a week ; I got a nice loaner car TSX with simple paperwork to drive instead of renting a car from dealer . Every few days Kyle contacted me and discussed about the progress ;on Friday June 21st 2013 I got my TL back just right on the nice weekend ride ! Needless to say I'm as happy as a clam ! I would like to recommend Tustin Acura Service especially with the Service Consultant Mr. Kyle Herron and the technicians there in term of quality , friendliness, cost , etc... I really appreciate this service from Tustin Acura .

I have taken my car to DCH Tustin Acura since it was new. For routine servce, I wait in the customer waiting area until the sevice is done. One two occasions when the work was to take longer than I could reasonably wait for it, the dealer offered to loan me a car for the day. This was appreciated but not expected. Other serve departments had used in the past only offered to call for me to arrange a rental car.Work has always been completed accurately with my car washed and ready often ealier than originall promised. The service managers are always careful to fully explain the work that is to done and the expected cost. I have never been surprised to find the final amount higher than expected. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean and inviting. There is free coffee, a comfortable waiting area with WIFI if I need it. I find DCH Tusting Accura service so professional, that I can't inagine taking my car for service any where else.

Kyle Herron was my Service Advisor at my recent visit. Kyle is my reason for switching from Weir Canyon Acura to DHS Tustin Acura. I had called Wier Canyon Acura for 3 days straight(!!) just to inquire on a few things regarding my Acura. I was on hold forever each and every time I called their service department. I even timed one of my calls, and ended up hanging up after 7 minutes on hold. I immediately called DHS Tustin Acura. Kyle answered my service call and from the get go was pleasant and informative. I made my appointment with him and took my Acura MDX in. He is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough. I was very impressed with his knowledge and efforts. I have only gone to DHS twice for servicing. I will now ONLY go to DHS for all of my servicing needs (and ,most likely for my next Acura). This is due to the impeccable service provided by Kyle Herron. He is the type of Service Advisor one hopes to deal with when taking their car in...or just calling for answers to questions regarding their Acura. Kudos to Kyle.

We have been taking our 12 year old Acura to this dealer for the past 10 years. Initially, we brought the car to them because of convience as we lived in Tustin but now we live 15 miles away in Mission Viejo. Over the years we have developed a trust in this dealer. They don't try to push you into work that is not needed and when a problem or recommended service item is discovered, they give an assessment of the urgency of having the repair or service done allowing the customer to make a more informed decision as to when to schedule the repair or service. DCH Tustin Acura is a company of integrity; something, it seems, you don't find too often these days.

The service department is there for just that; complete service. The Techs are friendly and never try to sell anything. Also, they help eachother so the customer does not have to wait for an answer to a questions. The waiting room is inviting, comfortable and a quiet place to get work done. The car gets done when your told it will be done. Everyone involved in the process makes it as pleasant as they can. There is great communication between the service department and the customer, so there are no surprises. Also, there is great follow up after the car is returned to the customer if you have any questions even th e next day. Youwhoel serice history is quickly available on their data base. All in all it makes taking your car in and waiting to get your car back serviced and washed an efficient, professional and rewarding morning.

I came to DCH Tustin Acura in 2005, right after purchasing my Acura TL, and have always had an excellent experience there. George Rodrigues and Kyle Herron take good care of me, and I feel like 'family' when I come in for my appointments. Knowing I am retired and on a budget, they try to find the best price for whatever service is necessary. George warned me a year in advance to start putting money aside for my timing belt to be replaced after 100,000 miles, which was very helpful. When something goes wrong with my car (which I love, by the way), I can always drop by for assistance. Because I have no way home, if my wait is going to be too long they provide me with a loaner car. I cannot say enough about the service department, and highly recommend it. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I always receive excellent service at DCH Tustin Acura. I bought my 2006 Acura TL at DCH Tustin Acura and have always had it serviced there. My most recent service was for a possible bad battery. They checked the battery and if there was an excessive load, but everything checked out A-OK. They even washed my TL without me requesting a free wash. I highly recommend this dealership.

I visited the dealer because of my MDX's recall. The advisor is very friendly and helpful. He suggested more services for safety driving after free performance of inspection checklist. However, he did not pressure me to do any of those services even the rear break of my vehicle is required immediate attention. The dealership also provided the exterior courtesy car wash and vacuum the front carpet.

If you want a good deal at an Acura dealer in SoCal you have to contact Steve Shirk. Before I dealt with him I had been dealing with about 10 other dealers. All the other dealers were basically telling me the deal I wanted was ridiculous and impossible. Steve accepted my deal and that was it, car buying life changed. My deal wasn't impossible and I realized how strongly most dealers work at getting you to think there are these cut and dried "invoice prices" with no negotiating possible. If you want a great deal, go for it. You may never know if you are getting a great deal unless you talk to Steve. He's easy to deal with and very straightforward. Very highly recommended!

I made an appointment for a warranty repair and they said as long as I show up on certain time they can have it done. After waiting for almost four hours I asked my service adviser (he saw me checking on the car but never updated me on the status of the repair) and he gave me two options: I could have a rental or just take my car (never been worked on) and come back on different days. I understand they were busy that day(Saturday) but he could at least tell me something while I sat in the waiting room for four hours. Here' the kicker: the same service adviser made me wait five hours before on a different occasion without telling me no work was done on my car and no apology was offered. I guess it's just my luck but if I come back to that dealer I would definitely avoid that guy.

When my CD changer was jammed in my 2008 MDX, I brought it in to Tustin Acura expecting a fairly expensive repair since it's no longer under warranty. I was not too happy since the car only had 23,000 miles on it. Freddy told me he will discuss the issue with the service manager and get back to me. Within a few days he called back and said a new unit would be ordered to replace the defective one at no charge.This is really outstanding customer service and I will recommend Tustin Acura to all others. My battery went dead and the audio system was disabled so I called Tustin Acura. I was told how to do it but I couldn't do it so I called the second time. I explained that I was a Senior Citizen and therefore he had to be patient with me. Well, he could not explain it to me so he referred Kyle to me. He was so patient and explained it to me and got my radio to work. What service. Many times employers get so inpatient with Senior Citizens. Well, not Tustin Acura. Every employee is well dressed & professional with every encounter with their customers. Couldn't have done it without the help of George Rodriguez - he also helped me make some difficult choices on fixing my car and replacing some things that in hind-site turned out to be a great choice. They returned my email almost immediately and they had the best price by almost $400. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to find with the color and options combination, so they tracked one down and made arrangements to have it delivered. Of the 10 cars i have bought from dealerships in my lifetime, this had to be the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had. From Ken Ngyuen in Sales to Steve Hahn in the Finance department and George Rodriguez in the Serivce Department (I had some extra options added after the purchase). The salesman Wolos Safi and his Sales Manager treated my very respectfully. I was unable to complete the initial deal quickly enough but both these representatives honored the original deal and actually provided a better vehicle in terms of mileage and color. Never have I been treated more curteously and professionally in a car buying experience in my 30+ years of auto purchases. Still pinch myself to make sure it really occurred. After working with several different salespeople via phone and e-mail, Kalolo at Tustin Acura was the only one who really took the time, and had the patience and integrity that I was looking for. I am not an easy customer, as I ask a lot of questions and want very detailed information before I make my decisions, and Kalolo was very helpful in getting any information I asked of him back to me quickly while being very upfront and transparent throughout the entire purchasing process. We were originally deciding between an Acura TSX, Lexus IS 250, or BMW 328i, and the TSX was by far the best value, as it is much roomier and came equipped with all the options that we wanted.I would highly recommend Tustin Acura, and more specifically Kalolo Toafa, for anyone shopping for a luxury car!

The salesman called me on Thursday night and said that they were interested in accepting my offer. I said great, i can be down there just a little after 9pm. He sad that was too late and we could do it the following day. Ok fine with me.... I said i could be there at 4pm and asked to verify that they wouldn't sell if before then. He assured me that it was no problem and that it would be there ready for me... He asked me to get a money order instead of a personal check, which i agreed to.. I called him at 2pm to verify the name needed for the MO and he said DCH tustin Acura. Great, I'll see you in another hour, everything was all set. 20 minutes later a get a call from Abe saying they sold the car... WFT?? I called Eric the manager and he told me that they sold it for more than I had offered. I understand this if Abe hadn't assured me the we had a deal and that I didn't have to run down there right away. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and will NEVER do business with a DCH group ever again.

My husband and I had been shopping around for cars for about three years. A year before we actually purchased our new Acura, we had visited Kalolo at DCH. He was very helpful and insightful about a wide range of cars. He was not pushy at all like many car salesmen can be, which is why we came back to him. The dealership was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The day we purchased our Acura, we had spent the morning looking at different Lexus dealerships and couldn't find what we were looking for. We decided to stop at DCH and were interested in pre-owned Acuras. Kalolo was there, thankfully, and he helped us out right away. They gave us a great deal on a brand new TSX, and we couldn't be happier with our car. They made the entire process extremely easy and unstressful. My husband absolutely hates dealing with car salesmen, but this experience with DCH and Kalolo changed his perspective on buying cars. Since my old 1991 Honda Accord finally died, I really dreaded the whole car purchasing process. So much so, that I had the car purchasing agent from my Credit Union do it for me. She shortly found on-line EXACTLY the car I was looking for . . . a Silver 2007 Acura TSX, with the color interior and Nav Package I prefered. She had me contact Steve Hahn at DCH Tustin Acura. Even though I drove almost 50 miles from my home in the South Bay to Tustin, I can truly say that it was well worth the drive. We got a better than expected deal on this Certified Acura than I ever expected. The best part was the way Steve worked with us. He joked around with us and teased almost as much as I do, EXCEPT when we were discussing cars. Then, he was all business. He actually made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. I had been to two car dealers a couple of days earlier, and had to take some aspirin to rid myself of a headache each time when I left. Not so with Steve. He treated us like friends. And that was SO refreshing. He took all the time we needed going over our multitude of questions about the new (to us) TSX, and even recommended an excellent restaurant when queried as we were closing the deal. (He was so right about the restaurant too.) Even though it is a bit of a drive from my home, for future car purchases for my entire family, I will first look to Steve Hahn and DCH Tustin Acura for that car. I can't recommend them enough.

The folks at DCH Tustin Acura have taken care of my 2005 RL since new. Larry took the call when I made the appointment but Gary is great as well. They make sure that any updates and service notes are addressed. They listen carefully to any issue you might have and make sure that it is checked out by the tech. When I've needed the car checked or serviced they work with my schedule and have a courtesy shuttle if it is going to take a while. I have never received less than excellent service with this dealer and would highly recommend them.

I stopped by Tustin Acura to have the tire pressure on my 206 TL checked because the warning light was on. Freddie Carabello greeted me by name. On inspection, they found a nail in my tire. It was a great experience from the first phone call to driving the car home. Really.Before stepping into Tustin Acura I was getting seriously worn down by the car shopping experience. After a month of research, internet quotes, and visiting dealerships I was fed up with the process/mind games and nearly decided to put car buying on hold so I could catch my breath. I decided to give it one more shot (since it was the last day of the month) when a car caught my attention on the Tustin Acura website. However, I was dreading the idea of stepping foot into another dealership. After a bit of anxiety I called up a friend for support and asked him to visit one more dealer with me. He reluctantly agreed. We had no idea we would both be all-smiles in the end. It went great.Abe Ahari was my contact and was friendly and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions patiently and amicably. He employed no sales tactics and I actually felt comfortable and at ease in a car dealership...definitely something I wasn't used to. After a comprehensive test drive, Abe thoroughly addressed all of my concerns before we sat down to talk about price. Once again...Easy. The price was already good (had done plenty of research online through edmunds, kbb, ebay, craigslist, nada, etc.), but it was still more than I could afford. With minimal discussion we got it down to something that sat well with both parties. I almost couldn't believe it. It only took a few minutes and I was actually still smiling.Steve Hahn in the finance department was equally as great and comfortable to work with. He informed me of all the possibilities but didn't try to hard sell me anything at anytime. He explained the details of the purchase patiently and thoroughly with an air of ease and friendliness. My Service representative (Freddy) has earned my trust by ALWAYS being upfront and honest with me on each and every service/repair I have had done. No dealership has ever earned my trust, nor will any dealership likely have the opportunity as I will be an Acura owner for life due to the quality of the product itself, and the service and honesty provided by my dealership (DCH Tustin Acura). Times are tough, and money is tight. I have confidence as I have for over 7 years of working with Freddy that whatever service or maintenance that is required IS REQUIRED. If I can't afford a repair or maintenance at a particular time, Freddy will let me know if it is ABSOLULITY necessary, or if I can get by for an additional thousand miles until I can afford it. I can recall my first experience with Freddy which I happened to mention to him coincidently upon completion of my service today. I had purchased a replacement bulb for my Integra and thought I would save money by installing it myself. After an hour of trying, I drove to the dealership which I purchased the bulb (Tustin Acura) and asked how to install the bulb. Freddy happened to be on duty that day, and without hesitation said "pop your hood, I'll replace it for you right now". THAT is the reason I began having my Integra regular service and maintenance at my then hometown dealership. I have moved to several areas where other Acura dealerships are closer and more readily available. However, I am loyal to quality and customer service, and from my first encounter with the Service department and my Service Rep, that has built a long lasting devotion which continues to this day. People hear how old my car is, and that I have it serviced with my dealership. They tell me they have "a guy" that they go to and say I should check it out to save money cause dealerships are a rip-off... I have gone that route too many times with prior vehicles (non Acura's) and found I ended up paying more for repairs on the repair itself. With this dealership, I don't have to worry as they back what they say and guarantee their work. One last example: I purchased a new battery late in 2008 from my dealership. For whatever reason, within one year that battery died. I took it back to the dealership thinking it was a starter or alternator. They checked it and found it was a defective battery. Replaced it and I was on my way no charge and with an apology for the inconvenience. Had I gotten that battery elsewhere, I may have been out of luck or waiting for this, that, and the other to be checked before my battery would have been replaced. Copy of letter I wrote to DCH Acura on 11/23/09Dear Mr. Hsu (General Manager),My wife leased an Acura for Sierra Acura in Alhambra a couple of years ago. Her 2008 TSX is a great car for her. Never had a problem until last week when she complained that the tire pressure monitor was on. I took it in too Cerritos Acura and the service adviser looked at the car and told me it that the tire pressure monitor light was probably a faulty sensor because the tire looked ok to her.The service advisor at Cerritos told me she was really busy and that I should schedule an appointment for next week an just come back or leave my car there for 5 hours that day. When I asked how I would get home, she told me that they could shuttle me 5 miles, but I live in Fullerton which is closer to the 8-10 miles away and she told me it would be too far to shuttle. I was very unhappy but I decided it could not be helped and I left. This was last week.This morning when I woke up I went for a morning walk and noticed that my wifes car on the drivers side rear looked a little low. I decided that I would contact DHC in Tustin because your dealership was actually a little closer to where I was heading for today. I stopped in and was fortunate enough to run into a Service Consultant Kyle Herron.He sent the car to up to get looked at and told me that it was not the tire pressure monitor sensor and in fact it was the tire which had a nail in the side wall. He also informed me he could get me shuttled 10 miles and if needed a little further and even offered a pick up. That was quite impressive. My wife makes all the financial decisions in our household and I could not get a hold of her this morning so I had to leave due to a meeting that I needed to attend.He had my car brought back to me and was kind of enough to have my wifes 2010 registration sticker put on for me. He also had the tire pressure up back to normal and offered me a quote of $227 for a new rear tire. I told him that I would have to speak with my wife about this before I could make a decision. His words, not a problem, give me a call when your are ready.I was more than satisfied. The most impressive part, he offered to have my car washed before returning it to me. Now if that isnt impressive and great quality worthy service then I dont know what is. I didnt even purchase the car at DCH Acura, but he had taken the time to pull off the license plate frame to have new stickers put on, have the tire pressure back to normal and offered a car wash. Incredible!!While waiting for my wifes car I happened to stumble in to the showroom and ran into Tom Pitchford who was more than eager to help. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, I didnt even feel pressured. I even let him know beforehand that my wifes lease isnt up for a couple of months. He still offered his help as if I was purchasing a car today all the way to the end. I felt guilty for taking up his time because he could have been helping another customer.I have worked in the automotive industry for many years and currently work in automotive finance. I have bought and leased many cars but never I had experienced such great service from a car dealership. Never had I received such excellent service while visiting a service department especially from a dealership where I didnt even purchase the car from.I regret that I will not be replacing the tire with DCH Acura due to my wife wanting to take it to where she regularly services her vehicle. But I will tell you this. Our next vehicle purchased in 2010 when her lease is up will be an Acura and it will be from DCH Acura in Tustin. It will also be serviced there regularly. Today you might not have received my business for a rear tire, but you have earned yourself future business from one happy Acura owner. Your incredible staff has also given me reason to believe that the dealership experience can exceed the services of a non-dealership repair/service facility. I look forward to working with Tom Pitchford in the early months of 2010 and with Kyle Herron in the future there after.With todays economy and changing times, I am happy to see there is a dealership out there such as DCH Acura that offers excellent customer service. There are a lot of companies who are forgetting that the dealership experience in service is just as important as the service when first purchasing a car. I think a lot of car dealerships are forgetful of this and definitely DCH in Tustin raised the bar a little more today.And beyond feeling like a customer today, I felt more like a guest at Acura rather than just a customer. I think all the other dealerships should follow in the great example set forth by your dealership today.

I have been going to Tustin Acura for 6 years now, and I can confidently say this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Over the last 6 years, Ive had Freddy at Tustin Acura taking care of service on my three different Acura vehicles (a 2001 TL, a 2004 TL, and a 2006 RL), and I have only had positive experiences. While most of my experience with this dealership has been with the service department, I did by a certified pre-owned 2001 Acura TL from Tustin Acura, and their sales department was also good.I can honestly say I give this dealership a 5/5 across the board. Heres why:- Service Adviser: Freddy is great hes always on schedule with what he quoted me, and always at the quoted cost. Everyone in the service department seems to know there stuff, but due to my experiences with Freddy, I would highly recommend you ask for him by name.- Waiting Area: Sometimes when I get service done its easiest to just wait while they do it. The waiting area is spacious, and conducive to getting work done (free WiFi, available tables, etc). They also have a good sized TV to watch in case you are not nerdy like me and carrying a laptop with you at all times.- Pricing: when I got my 1st Acura, I called independent mechanics to see what their rates were. The two I talked to about scheduled maintenance charged more than the dealer (I was shocked that a dealer would be the cheap option go figure).- Honesty: I feel like the norm for most service departments is to try to up-sell you on things you dont need. Ive never had this happen at Tustin Acura.For quality Acura service, this is the place to go. Freddy and his manager Eric are really good.-Kris

I am writing this review to commend Service Manager Eric LiFoSjoe on a job well done. I have dealt with Eric for over 2 years now and every time I visit the dealership I get nothing but excellent service from him. Eric is extremely professional and goes out the extra mile to ensure that any concerns I have about my Acura are resolved to my satisfaction. The best thing about this guy is that he answers his own phone every time you call. Now where else can you get a live Service Manager rather than a voice message? I definitely would recommend this dealership anytime. RM

My experience at Tustin Acura was like nothing I've had before. They were extremely patient with my inability to choose between the RDX and MDX. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and gave me an incredible deal, without any pressure, arm-twisting or any other normal "car dealer" tactic. I really appreciate how they gave me room to experience and decide on the vehicle of my choice. They were close enough to help when I needed them, but never hovered over me, or made me feel uncomfortable. The financing was simple and met my expectations, with no pressure to buy any add-on accessories or warranties. At time of delivery, they explained everything about my new car and answered all my questions. They even helped me set up all the "personal settings". I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new car. I think they would have even ordered me pizza had I asked!

I leased my TL from these folks and it was a great experience. Every time I have come in they have been very good. I leased other Acuras from another dealership but Tustin Acura won my business through their excellence. So I started using them for service and I have had nothing but excellent service. The car is available before the estimate, the costs are low, I can use my laptop with the high speed internet. It is nice to see folks who beleive in quality service.I totally recommend them without qualification.

Watch out for sub par installations on any accessories especially the aftermarket DVDs. we have had nothing but problems from the get go, and to top it off we live a few hours from them, so every time there is a issue we have to bring it back to them. We have not yet even got to enjoy the $2500.00 (choke) spent on sub par product installed which is infuriating. They fixed it once and now back again for round three.Get DVDS from someone else and do thourough research before you pick a product.Gavin T

My 2002 Acura TL-Type S now has 120,000 miles. Transmission started to slip. Towed car over to Tustin Acura on a Sat. Freddy said,"No Problem, I will call you on Mon.I will call the factory and see if the transmission is still under warranty." Freddy also gave me a car drive. Picked up my TL on Monday. I knew this dealership was different from the rest as soon as I called in to set up an appointment. Unlike other dealerships they actually answer their phones and didn't leave me on hold forever. They were up front and honest with what needed to be done on my 2008 TL. I wasn't sure what to expect when I had gone in. I was nervous about being duped into doing things I didn't really need. Not only were the service advisors nice but so was the receptionist and the cashiers. I liked the coffee and they fact that I had a choice in having tea if I preferred. They did a great job answering questions and explaining everything to me I will be back for my next service.
