I recently went to DCH Honda in Temecula brousing for a car. Everyone that I came into contact with was very helpful. They gave me good information in terms of price and different finance options. We've been looking for weeks and no success. Getting really disappointed and frustrated with the dealerships that we went to (refusing to sell the car because we don't want the security system, the extended warranties, and not financing with them even though we're ready to buy that day). Then someone suggested to go talk to Lorraine and we did. She did her best to understand our needs and made sure that we got what we wanted. After hearing our story (the vehicle is a replacement for a totaled one due to an accident), she got us the best deal she could find. We got the CPO Kia Soul (make, model, year perfect) we've been searching. She wasn't pushy like the others, which drew us to her. Lovely person to talk to as well! We truly appreciate the genuine help and concern, that we didn't get from other dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again and again!

We ended up at DCH after some time looking at a similar used car at another dealer. Things weren't going well so I called DCH to inquire about the car listed on their lot. Available and open until 9pm, "come on down and John will be here to help". An hour later we arrived a bit before closing to a helpful receptive salesman. After the runaround at another dealer we were surprised to NOT get it here. Straightforward and honest, willing to work with us on our trade in and get us in the car we wanted. Great experience got a willing team staying an hour late to finish the paperwork. We reflected on the different experiences between dealers in the way home. So happy we came to DCH Honda of Temecula, even to trade in a Subaru Outback for a Mazda CX-9. Our family can't thank you enough!Cheers, The Howard Family

I came by to look at the 2000 Honda Odyssey to buy it. I will not purchase a vehicle here. The sale associate here give Honda a bad name. He have an attitude that Honda sells itself so why bother with customer service. I'm very disappointed. Bad experience for me to come here on this location.

Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX from DCH Honda Temecula last week. The overall buying experience was very pleasant and easy. Brandon Morse was the sales person. I contacted him via e-mail for a price quote. He provided me all the vehicle detail, price, photos and assured me there's no games and no hassles. Although, Honda Temecula is pretty far from where I lived, but the price they offered me was the lowest among all the dealers within the 100 miles. So, I drove all the way from Torrance, CA to Honda Temecula. I met Brandon in the dealership and he was professional, respectful, straight to the point, didn't upsell anything! The whole transaction was done in an hour and it was very smooth and easy. I highly recommend DCH Honda of Temecula. A very positive experience with Brandon and the dealership. My wife and I came by to look at the new Honda Civic and the sales associate was very rude, he was very arrogant and treated us like we were wasting our time. This is not the first time we have had poor service at DCH of Temecula. I will not purchase a vehicle here and it's unfortunate because Temecula is my home town. The sale associate here give Honda a bad name. They have an attitude that Honda sells itself so why bother with customer service. I'm very disappointed. My ratings below on the managers are a reflection of the sales associates.

I came in to Bering my fathers 2015 Honda Fit . He is currently active duty so me as his son I want to make sure he is well taken care of. He mention his car started to make a wired noise so I took in the car and they told me they would charge me just to take a look at the car. And in my mind I'm thinking why ? I just want to know what is lose under my fathers car. I mean if you go next door to Toyota there warenty is way more better than Honda Toyota warenty is 2 years or 100,000 miles. They just ended up telling that they are sorry they cannot do nothing for me. So I left. The Honda here in Temecula is over Price and just want to get every Dollar sucked out of you. I do not recommend coming. I suggest going to Escondido.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Brad Jhonson. I researched for accord price in all dealerships across San Deigo & Los Angeles. DCH Temecula provided me an exceptional offer which I can't reject. By seeing the Price, I have a doubt that They may not give to the same price what they offered Once I reach there but I was wrong. This place is awesome. I go in asking about extending mileage on my leased honda, and I ended up leasing another car, if you think I got duped; I didn't. I tried to be a smart buyer, and did a little dealer shopping and the prices I got where fairly reasonable, but decided to come back to DCH honda Temecula for business. Without saying a word, Loraine Yelton ( first salesperson who is straight with her words, caring, and want me to get more out of this deal than her) who I was dealing with, gave me an offer that was too good to be true, without saying another word I had to accept. This place has the best deals anyone can get, and the great thing, they have people that actually care about us customers, like Loraine Yelton, or Peter Shehata, and want, someone like me to be happy. I went in to look at truck they had online. Well they had it and I did a test drive. When I explained that I wanted to do numbers, before jumping into something the sales guy kinda made a face. Then he went to talk to another who was extremely rude and pretty much an xxxxxxx. He made snarky comments on the vehicle I have now, made a comment about my husband being a veteran and myself being active duty still. He came back from doing the numbers and basically talked to me like I was 2 I'm sorry this isn't my first car so I'm not new at this. When I said that I want to talk to my bank and see what they said, he got wry pushy about me calling the bank right there. He said I had no reason to have to go in when I could call. There was a few more things but I'm sure that should be good. Thank you

Several weeks ago I posted a negative review of DCH Honda of Temecula based on being charged for unwanted options and lack of response. Within 12 hours of posting that review on DealerRater, DCH called me. It seems that a disgruntled, on-the-way-out-the-door former employee responded to me as a last act, but didn't tell anyone there, so the staff was not ware of my complaint. Sincere thanks and appreciation to Chris Branford, Customer Agent, and Bryan Stayne, Team Leader, for quickly accomplishing a satisfactory refund. My trust is restored.

I needed to leave my car overnight it had gotten late after closing time Ididn't have a ride so the Helpful Honda Service Advisor Juan Serrano droveme home in the shuttle. We would like to thank Brad Johnson. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience actually enjoyable. We did most of our "negotiating" through email. My son purchased a 2012 Hyundai Veloster on 03/27/15 that he can not afford. You pushed him through your bank finance system and got him approved at a very high interest rate. His payments are way beyond his income to debt ratio but I guess at any rate a bank and Honda just sees money! So he went through the contract and declined the 2 day cancellation notice really unaware of what he was signing because he was being rushed through paperwork. His mom unfortunately cosigned for him because she was just trying to make him happy. I don't see how that was allowed because of her lousy credit line. It was allowed because all Temecula Honda did was see a sale and money in their pockets. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure Temecula Honda does not do this shady car sale practice with anyone else!!

Andy Prato in sales was perfect in every way and couldn't be happier with him. He was friendly, and was not pushy at all. David in Finance on the other hand, lied to me about my trade in. He stated he could only give me a certain amount for my car because it couldn't be "certified" by the dealer. After my purchase, I kept an eye on the car I traded in, in the pre owned section. It read that the car was 100% certified. I feel like I was taken advantage of and he seemed like he did not want to make the sale. It was here is the price, take it or leave it. No options or anything. I had to come up with my own options to suit my needs, instead of him helping me with options. Because of this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will take my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. It's a shame because Andy did so well.

I was contact by Lorraine Yelton (DCH Honda ofTemecula) in early October regarding my Pilot lease that was coming to an end in March of 2015! Normally, I would have waited until is was a bit closer to even think about leasing another car and I was actually thinking about possibly purchasing the car. There was something about Lorriane that caught my attention and I decided to listen to what she had to say/offer! From the first conversation we had I was incredibly impressed with her, her caring attitude and professionalism. I told her I was interested, but only if I could do itat the DCH Honda in Mission Valley use the same salesmen (Alex Orloff) that I had used when I leased my last 2012 Pilot, she told me it was not a problem that she would contact Alex and set everything up which we schuduled for Thursday November 20th! I can't even begin to tell you what an incredible experence it was working with EVERYONE at DCH Honda. Alex Orloff & John Winnell and everyone at DCH Honda Mission Valley are amazing... the ALL made me feel so very special! I want to give a special THANKS to Lorriane Yelton (who is the BEST) and Erin Ramsey for driving down from Temecula that morning just to meet me, both of them are amazing and I feel like we became fast friends! I'll keep this short. DCH Honda of Temecula told me that the best price they could give me was $500 off the price on the vehicle window. I've never heard of such a thing. A dealer that advertises a vehicle for $30,000 for example is only willing to sell it for $29,500. And that's before the taxes and fees are added on.

First things first I NEVER write reviews as my time is valuable and I dont have much of it. But, after I dealt with DCH Honda of Temecula, I HAVE to break the cycle and write a review because their level of professionalism and dedication to their customer is AMAZING. I lease Accords pretty regularly and wanted to see what options were available for getting into a new one. Right away both Erin Ramsey and Kelly Schmidt worked the numbers and what I call "magic" and notified me I could get into a new one for the same payment! How often does this happen? NEVER! I know they went above and beyond with my trade in and also worked their pricing down so I (the consumer) wouldnt be stuck paying a higher payment. Never have I known a dealership to care more about their customers and less about the financial gains. Running a dealership this way is EXACTLY how it should be done as I am POSITIVE they will have a steady repeat of customers as well as gain new ones. I was so fortunate that Lorraine called my husband about our crv lease coming to an end. She was.interested to know my plans and invited us to explore options.Although I was dead set that we would end our lease and buy our current 2012.crv,I called Lorraine back and was incredibly impressed with her caring attitude and professionalism.We live in san diego yet because of the wonderful warm conversations I had with Lorraine, felt compelled to take a Saturday trip up the highway to go to DCH Honda of Temecula. Since My husband and I have been loyal customers for 10 years with numerous Hondas and doing all business in San diego, it was weird that I would spend a few hours to take this trip to another honda dealership.Long story short, I could not be happier ever with my new loaded 2015 crv!!!Lorraine met us and was a genuine and warm in person that she was on the phone. If you are going to buy a new or used car from DCH Honda of Temecula you NEED to see Cecilio Garcia! Cecilio surpassed any expectations I would have of any sales person. First of all, while shopping for the car, Cecilio greeted me with a sincere greeting and was exceptionally respectful and selfless as he listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me look at cars. By selfless I mean he listened to my wants, concerns and questions and everything he showed me specifically pertained to what I wanted. There was immediate trust, respect as well as a definite comfort level. It seemed like I was shopping with a friend not a sales person. Cecilio got me into a car that was PERFECT for me. I love my car. However, I had an issue come up after I bought the car and this is when Cecilio just blew me away... He gave me his personal cell phone number in order to insure I had my issue taken care of. I believe that the entire time he was helping me he was not scheduled to work, AND, what he was helping me with was definitely NOT in his job description!!! He was in contact with me for several days until everything was worked out. WOW!!!!!!! Cecilio has impeccable integrity! His due diligence and work ethic surpassed any sales person I have ever come across in any area of sales. I would without any hesitation recommend Cecilio to ANYONE who is buying a car. When walking in I met Cecilio Garcia. What I liked about him was he wasn't one bit pushy he pretty much let me talk my way into the exact car I wanted. I dealt with him first but I wasn't able to get the car without a cosigner. After coming back with a cosigner I was able to get the perfect car, terms, and about the perfect price. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for your new car needs this place is awesome and CC is great.

Our salesman Anthony Eddington was awesome he was very educated on the Honda product. Anthony was not pushy, I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I was contacted by Lorraine Yelton to come in and check out new leasing options and she was very pleasant and not indimitating so I came in to see what my options were since my lease would end in about a month. Andy Rocio helped my process and it was smooth we checked out the Fits first. And Lorraine mentioned to me to give the Civic LX a drive around because of the new upgrades. After driving the fit I drove the civic and Andy was very nice and knowledgeable of the car. Scott Mcgeary closed the deal. I worked with him 2 years ago with my fit and I feel like I got a good deal and am leaving as another happy customer at DCH honda temecula. I'd have to say, "Buying a new car, in the past, was like getting a root canal. Don't want to do it but when the time comes you have to suffer through the process". All that changed when we went into DCH Honda of Temecula. The first person we met was Lorraine Yelton, who was fantastic. Her warm, welcoming, persona made us feel completely comfortable right out the gate. Her knowledge of the vehicles, we were interested in, and the process we'd be undertaking, was very impressive. Never once did we feel like we were being rushed, to get us out looking at the inventory, just to make a sale. Lorraine devoted her full attention to us without interruption, answered all of our questions and made sure we were ready before introducing us to Andy Prado who would be showing us the available inventory, we were interested in. Andy was awesome! Never once did we feel we were being sold, or pressured. He showed us the vehicles, we wanted to see, and went over all the features and benefits, expertly. I felt like we were dealing with someone we knew for a long time and he was looking out for our best interest. Andy made us feel like he was our champion/advocate and not the dealerships. Being in Customer Support for the tech industry, for the last 15 years, that's a huge accomplishment, because I'm really tuned into customer success and what it takes to get there. Lorraine and Andy accomplished this with flying colors! The final piece to our experience was working with Kelly Schmidt on the financing. Truth be told, it really wasn't a lot of work because Kelly's no BS approach made it real easy. There was no back forth negotiating, it was very straight forward, no we can't, yes we can, with the pressure on Kelly to crunch the numbers and see if DCH could make the deal. We never once felt like we were being strung along to try and get more money out of us. Great Job Kelly and Thank You! Hands down this was the best new car buying experience I/we have ever had. Everyone we dealt with during our experience at DCH did everything they could to make us comfortable, none pressured, and satisfied. What did we drive away with? I have been working with Lorraine via phone for about 3 months and finally had time to get into the dealership. She was always quick to answer my questions but give her suggestions on what would work best for me based on my current driving situation. At no point did I feel the typical sales pressure to up-buy from either her or Brandon (who processed my paperwork for the new lease). She managed to get me into a 2 year newer lease without the hassle of negotiations and I wound up with a GREAT deal that was better than I'd found online. She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable, flexible, great with suggestions and listens when I ask questions rather than interrupting and guessing what my question will be! There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards DCH Honda of Temecula, most importantly to Lorraine Yelton and Mike Arnold whom were absolutely amazing. Initially I was looking for a used car as I was worried that I might not be able to get a car at all due to my credit, however Lorraine promised to do whatever she could to help, which in turn allowed me not to feel embarrassed about it. I've heard of horror stories at sitting at the dealership for hours on end going over fine lines and paperwork, high finance rates only to later find out they bought a lemon.... but I had all the faith and confidence in the world in these awesome people from the very beginning. Mike was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, and really didn't act like a salesman, it was as if I had known him for years I was so at ease. I don't have enough words for Lorraine and all her help as well. She is wonderful at what she does, getting people into a car they can afford and providing exceptional customer service. It took only a couple hours and a few questions before Lorraine called me and told me they found a car they could get me in to and at the payment I could afford.... I was so excited. It was when she said it was BRAND NEW, I cried. I immigrated myself into this country seventeen years ago and have never been the registered owner of a new car, so for me and my life, they assisted in what I call the "American Dream". I drove off the lot in my brand new Metallic Blue Honda Civic. In this economy, and in this world we don't see enough gratitude and appreciation, even when people are doing their "jobs"...when employees step out of their "paid roles" and really develop a care and devotion to help their customers, that makes all the difference in the world. Thank you to the finance team, the customer service team, the sales team and whomever owns DCH Honda of Temecula, the team you have created has now kept me a forever customer. And to Mike and Lorraine, all I can say is Thank You, for all you have done, you get what you give and based on my experience, you both deserve the world! I choose to give a 5 star rating because my entire experience was beyond stellar. I would have given a straight 10 if it was an option. I am a repeat leasee with DCH Honda going on 5 years I believe. I have always dealt with Lorraine, she is honest, she is precise and she makes me feel welcomed and wanted. Quentin is also very pleasant, he is knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the amenities offered. Kelly knows what my financial situation is and has always kept my payments where they need to be and again, has always made me feel like I was getting the best possible deal for my personal situation.I love DCH Honda. This was my first trip to a Honda Dealership and don`t get me wrong the car did sell itself but the staff there sure did make it easy to buy my Crosstour. Lorriane and Andy did a great job selling the car and walking me threw all the new functions and really were hands on and answered all the questions I had. Easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. We were not in the market for a brand new car and had a limited budget. The Staff were friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and we left happy. If we are ever in the market for another car in the future, we would head here first.

Lorriane help me out a lot and she is so energetic!!! She talked to me about the civic and that it is a good car. However I informed her that I transport cakes. She then informed me about the Fit and it was perfect ! Perfect size trunk to transport my cakes... Brad was also amazing and so friendly and just was a great help!!! I've been to car dealership before and it was a hassle and a lot of pressure. There were no pressure and allowed me to take my time and the transaction went smooth! I'll never ever go to another car dealer again!!! This was enjoyable and stress free and that's how it should be... They were great!!! Thank you Honda and I am enjoying my car and freedom....

Do not trust this dealership. You think you should be able to trust the dealer you bought your car from but dont. They lied to me about repairs needed. A valve seat does not mean you need a new motor. These guys are thieves, well at least they were with me. Go elsewhere before DCH..

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience. I would rather be eaten alive by a tiger than go through a car buying experience. However, Lorraine and Brad made this THE most painless process I've every experienced. Once Lorraine understood my needs for a car, she worked with Brad to customize exactly what I was looking for. I've never had a dealership actually listen to me. I think all you woman out there can relate to this! Lorraine worked swiftly and efficiently getting my information so when I came in, the process only took 1 to complete the test drive and sign the paperwork. I can't say enough positive things about Lorraine and Brad's professionalism and attention to their clients. I will definately buy my next vehicle from DCH and look forward to working with Lorraine and Brad again!

this is my 3rd car purchased at DCH.... I drive over from Hemet and wouldn't go anywhere else! It's obvious this dealership must be a great place to work and EVERYONE is totally accommodating. This will be my 4th Honda and only DCH does the service work for me. I went to the website and previewed the car. I then called and talked w/Kelly (he's a personal friend of mine). He said there was one coming from Ohio by train and it would arrive between 10/13-10/17 and asked if he should put my name on it. I said yes and when he called a few days early, I was thrilled! I never even test drove it.... just signed a bunch of papers and drove home! I am a huge fan of the Honda CRV and DCH Honda! Keep up the good work!

I've shopped Hondas for a few months and was a complete pain for the dealers. I did not buy one yet for a myriad of reasons. I just want to share what I found out during my shopping odyssey. DCH of Temecula is a cut far, far above the others I actually visited and interacted with online. They were the most professional, competitive, and had the greatest inventory. All dealers vary a great deal, however, I feel DCH was the only one with a consistently winning pattern of business practices across the board from sales, to supply and then the price. If you are a potential buyer I would highly recommend l you check them out first because they are by far the superior dealership in the San Diego area.

Our initial contact was with Lorraine who was able to work a great deal for us. We also worked with Erin and Andy Prado. The best part about it is the vehicle was delivered to our home. I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. They did add a couple accessories I didn't need, but the price was so good that they actually made the car a better deal rather than a worse one. Unfortunately, while they offered to hold it for me I hummed and hawed, and they sold it before I could get it. They offered me the same price on other colors they had in stock, but then rather than pushing gave me a list of dealers in the area that either had the color I wanted, or would be receiving the color I wanted in the next two weeks. He apologized profusely, and went out of his way to make sure that even though I wouldn't be buying a Honda from him, I would be able to buy the Honda I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. I have never been so happy with a company that didn't end up having what I wanted in stock, but the customer service, even for a non-customer, was truly over the top.

This dealership has worked on my car for 15 years. During that time, the service has been excellent in keeping my 370,000 mile running in tip top condition. The service manager I work with is Rick Reveles and he has made me feel that he cares about as much about my beloved car as I do. His advice has been excellent. Mechanic Cliff Nino has done the work on the car, most recently, a transmission rebuild. His work is flawless.

Brad Johnson was our sales advisor and made the buying experience an absolute pleasure. In the many cars I have purchased over the years, I would have to say this was the best overall. Brad responded to all emails promptly and he was attentive to my wife's work schedule when signing docs. He was not overly pushy in the least and the fact he dealt with me via email as I requested and didn't call me every minute as almost all competitors do, earned my business and future business is well. Brad is a true asset to DCH and they are lucky to have him.

I went the dealership looking for an economical car that would fit in my budget. I wanted good price and all I could get for my money, a car that would give me good gas milage. I told them I wanted the "moon" and could they delivery. Jeffery was GREAT. I did not get the "moon" but I got a beautiful car at a good price and they worked on the payments to get them where I needed them to be. I was not happy about having to buy a new car and obligating myself to payments but I walked away feeling good about the my experience and the out come. Everyone there was great and helpful. They went over everything with me and told me I could come back if I had any questions about the car. I could not bring the car back but they would help me with any questions concerning how things worked in the car and I could come and get a cup of coffee any time I wanted. They were Great!!!!!

The service Tim provided me was amazing. The shifter was stuck and I couldn't get into gear. Tim was able to identify the problem, then he walked me through getting my shifter unstuck, waited for me to get it done on the phone, and got me to the dealership for service. The service he offered was awesome and the price for the repair was very reasonable. I will return to DCH for all service needs for my Honda Odyssey every time. Great service as always. Kudos to Tim.

We searched the internet and visited several dealers in search of the perfect Pre-Owened Honda CR-V. Many of the dealers did not respond to internet requests for information and we had the stereotypical sleazy used-car-salesman experience at other dealers we visited. Not at DCH Honda. Spencer responded quickly to our request for information about a CR-V that had just come into inventory. Even though Spencer was not working when we came in, Rick took over seamlessly and even drove us out to the car detailing facility to look at the vehicle even before it had been detailed and prepared for sale. Unlike some of the other dealers DCH didn't play any games with pricing. They had accurate and fair prices for document processing, sales tax, and registration fees. One dealer quoted us over $1,800 for "government fees" (in addition to the taxes)and then came down to $326 when we questioned it. DCH only charged us $49 for the government fee! It was a real joy to work with a fair and friendly dealer who didn't play games.

I take my 2005 Honda Civic in for service at the DCH location in Temecula. I've always had really good experiences in working with the service department. The employees have been extremely busy on the days I've been in for service, yet despite that, they always take the time to accomodate my own busy schedule. In my opinion, your service representatives are professional, knowledgable, courteous, and honest, and it appears that Honda will only hire those service reps that are highly qualified. S. My wife and I were intially displeased with the service department due to some miscommunication with a diagnostic test that was promised and yet not performed that resulted in our Odyssey breaking down late at night far from home only two days later. Everyone from Mark Johnson in service, to Richard Dickins in internet sales, to Michael Vaught in sales and Kelly Schmidt did a superb job exceeding our expectations and maintaining our loyalty as multiple Honda owners. I was also delighted to speak with Lorraine who was quick to answer my questions after purchasing and taking delivery of the vehicle. One recommendation that I would make however, is to examine the way that the service department communicates with the sales department. That aspect of the internal organization appears to be lacking and in need of improvement. When a customer recognizes a lack in communication between departments, it becomes a credibility issue for the dealership.

I would like Honda to know about the very good and personal service I received when I came in contact with Cheryl Foster. I was having a problem trying to get a second key for my recently purchased one year old "CRV LIMITED EDITION". Cheryl called to ask if I was satisfied with the service I had received when buying my one year old "CRV SPECIAL EDITION" car, so after saying how very pleased with the service I had received from Honda, I explained that I wasn't too happy about not being able to get a second key, which after reading the manual I realized I should have. I had asked Brad my salesman to see if he could get me a second key but after a while he called to say he had asked his manager but he had been told he could not get one and I would have to buy one for about $120.00 because the previous owner had not given the other key up (or the blank copy) After relaying this information to Cheryl she said she would see what she could do, which I was sure not too much.To cut a long story short Cheryl was able to get me another key. I feel being the car was only one year old Honda should have produced one at the time of my purchase.But having said all that I must say I am over all very pleased with the service I got from Honda and the service I am receiving at the present time, and YES I will come back to Honda for another car when the time is right.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able to voice my opinion, and Cheryl Thank you again for "saving the day".Very Sincerely yours. My wife came in for service last Sat with our two children. She was greeted with friendly smiles and people ready to help and assist. My family was driven to and from the movie theater and upon arriving back to the dealership, she was actually talked out of a repair that we thought she needed. The car drives great and we even received a follow up phone call the next day to see how the service was! I'm so thankful that I can send my wife and kids somewhere and know they will be well taken care of and not taken advantage of.

I called after the service department had closed, however Mariss was awesome and scheduled an appointment and answered all my questions. Arriving late the next day was no problem for Colin in service who kindly took all my information. Making this an even better experience oil change free for first time customer. With free wifi I am a very happy customer. I am writing this as I'm in lobby waiting.

I bought my used 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander a few days ago and overall, I saw I am impressed with this dealership. You can tell a lot about a dealership, not only from you initial purchase, but from the service afterwards. I got a very good deal on the price and monthly payments. They did ok on the two trades I had; it was what I expected. Rick was my salesman. He was very professional and friendly. He made the whole sales experience easy-going and friendly. It was a very low pressure environment and made for a good experience all around. After I bought the car, I noticed there were a few things wrong. The car pulled to the left, the interior lights did not turn on as well as a sub par job done on the interior detailing. Most would rate the dealership low for this. I would have if not for the outstanding service department. Collin greeted me at my vehicle and took care of me and the car. Collin assured me DCH stands by their products and that everything would be taken car of. I left the vehicle overnight and the next day, everything was fix. The alignment issues were corrected and the interior lights were now functioning perfectly. They also did an outstanding job on the interior detail work (the previous owner obviously had dogs). They did a 5 star job and got the vehicle back to me in fantastic shape.Even though there were problems with the vehicle out the door, Honda did everything they could to make sure that when I left again, I was completely satisfied; and I was. This business pulled the YO YO Scam on me, google it if you have to. Promised a percentage on a loan, and then 3 weeks after owning the vehicle and putting money into it, I was told that the loan was not accepted at that percent, but at a higher (almost double) percentage. The percentage I bought the car with was the reason I made the deal, as I came in with another loan with a slightly higher percent already in place. They NEVER TOLD ME that the loan could not go through, they said it was good, and I took their word.

A month before my 18th birthday, my mom and I began discussing purchasing a car so that we would no longer have to share one due to the conflicts in our busy schedules. I had always been interested in Hondas, and the moment we drove onto the dealership my interests increased. We were greeted by bright, eager-to-help faces who guided us through every step of the way. Any questions or concerns we had, even about other cars, DCH Honda was extremely helpful. I was unaware of it, but my mom was working with DCH to lease a brand new car for my birthday. They were extremely kind and worked with our needs and wants as a customer. When I was surprised with my car, representatives from DCH Honda were also there to experience it with my family and I. They truly made us feel at ease and their service was exceptional.

This is my first visit to this dealership and I am pleasantly surprised! I had made an appointment on line, which was easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was first in line and was met by a friendly professional. He explained exactly what I should do next and stayed with me to begin the process. I was escorted to the waiting area and offered coffee, cookies, tv, and free computer/internet usage. Because I had to wait for my car, I was anxious about the time. Howwever, my representative had said that they'd be done in about an hour and a half. That wasn't the case - it was only one hour and they had already washed my car! I was lead to the cashier to finish the transaction and given 2 cookies - for the road! This couldn't have gone any smoother! Wow, this is great! I will definitely tell my friends about this place! And, we will bring my husband's car here too!Thanks to everyone in the Service Department (including the cashier) for a fantastic experience!

We had gone to numerous well known dealerships in the hopes of trading in our Honda and upgrading but being that our loan was upside down we got turned away numerous times. We decided to go back to DCH Temecula even though we had moved and it was a bit of a drive. Peter from Sales and Brian from finance went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Not only were we able to trade our old car in we got into a brand new car with payments we were happy with! I can't thank them enough!! I will go back and would recommend any of my friends or family looking to purchase or lease. Brad was an amazing dealer. We did most of our deal via phone calls and online and that saved my family time and hassle. Brad made it happen for our family and was the most honest car dealer I have ever worked with in my life. Once financing was handled, we chose our car and he had it ready to go with all the paperwork when we arrived. I can't imagine how great of a car buying experience we had...Im still in shock. I was so wary of how easy this car buying experience seemed...but now I see that if you choose a dealership that really cares about their customers, it will always be a breeze as shown by DCH Honda of Temecula.

I bought a certified 2008 Honda Civic on 1/16/12:I started off on http://autotrader.com utilizing the trade in tool.....I was contacted by Brad from DCH Honda. So, I went onto the website to browse the inventory, Brad popped up to chat. I was straight forward with him about my credit history/score, what I could afford and what I wanted. Brad went to work right away helping me get the process started. It was late evening so he would finish up in the morning...next morning he calls me to tell me that I have been approved with pretty much everything I asked for! I was to go in after work and see Corbin. Got there, Corbin was AWESOME. Paperwork and trade in did not take long to do at all. To sum it up, my hubby and I walked away oooing and awing in amazement at how EASY the process was with them and the service that both Brad and Corbin gave us was a definite 10+! Highly recommend the dealership and we will use them again in the future!

Recently leased from DCH Honda in Temecula and had a great experience. I found Daniel to be very helpful and honest. I truly felt that he cared about getting me into the right car. I would definitely tell my family and friends to see him knowing they will be treated with respect.

Initially Mitch Hawthorne, Sales Rep. was very easy to talk to and showing an interest in wanting to help me find the right car. He even asked if a car I was interested in could be Certified and Detailed ahead of other cars so I could buy it. However, I felt at the end that he lost some patience with me, which is something that shouldn't happen during a professional relationship and unfortunately when customers are making a major purchase, they will need time to let it process and also they may change their mind. Mitch Hawthorne is overall a nice man, but I really felt his frustration and even though he may try to hide it, it is felt, because his initial positive energy changes. I honestly felt like a hinderance versus a customer. Also, Sales Reps and Sales Managers should expect customers to be more educated on buying a car because so much information is available on the internet. Therefore, they should always be prepared to have patience during this process. I was baffled that Danny (Mitch Hawthorne's Manager) was totally rude with me during the negotiations. Instead of counteroffering me (a Customer paying for the car in full during the purchase) or trying to find common ground, he said that I should go to another dealership! Very offensive to say that to a customer, and I felt he was out- of-line. I immediately left, because their is nothing else to say after a statement like that.Obviously, I would never recommend anyone come to this Dealership after my experience.

Some rough patches with sales rep but in the end everything worked out. Sale was really made by the efforts of Erin Ramsey who was able to obtain the color we wanted from another dealer. Corbin was unable to do this for us.

I've been coming to DCH Honda for all of my vans needs since I purchased it new in 2006. I've been pleased with the service dept. since day one, however since Susan Turner became my service advisor I'm over the moon happy! She is an amazing asset to DCH. She knows what she is talking about, she's a kind person and her follow up is as it should be. Most places, you leave a voicemail and cross your fingers that you get a call back. With Susan, she not only returns all of my calls but she does so in a timely manner. I wouldn't take my van anywhere else!

I really enjoyed the dealership. The People were very friendly and very helpful. I loved the cars.Thank-you for all your help. I'm still deciding on what car i would like. I loved all the colors of the cars. White is probally my favorite. I'm not sure if I like leather interior or the regular. I kind of like the regular cause in the summer it's to hot for leather. I also liked the four door ones best. I wished I had more time to look around. Maybe sometime soon my husband and I can take more time to look. I had a great time looking. I love to look and test drive new cars. I would love for my son to see all your cars. Im sure he would love them all. I would pobally have to change the wheels. I would like better wheels. The guys and the girls were all vey pleasant to my husband and myself. The dealership was very clean and friendly. I had to use the bathroom and i thought they were very clean and friendly. The girl at the desk was also vey friendly and assertive. She asked us if we needed any help and she got a person right away. I just love looking. I also love to sit in them cause they smell so clean. The weather was great the day we came by and was perfect for test driving. Thank-you for all your help.

I had been looking for a new car for a few months. I could only afford a used car, but needed something that was going to be reliable with a low amount of miles. I am a student and have to commute so I knew I would be putting alot of miles on my car. The person that helped me pick out the car was a great help and knew exactly what I needed. He also helped me with the price. I do not make alot of money and I plan on going to the peace corp. I had a set price that was my maxium that I could afford for only a certain number of years. After 5 years there was a strong chance I would be out of the country. The people at DCH helped me find the perfect car with the perfect price. I could not think of a better experience I could of had with buying my first car.

Our experience with the staff at the dealership was very nice. The staff was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The people there seemed to be happy at their jobs! It was a positive experience all around. The service was done in a timely manner which was appreciated.

great service, brought car in for oil changes and any warranty work, all worked out great, got my car done within hours and a shuttle ride back to home or work. Loved the lounge area, food, drink, computer, tv, i hear they had other services to. All was great.

all was goodhad a problem with my honda, took it in ,the service guy dismissed the problem and charged me a 50.00 fee, got a oil change. took my car home, told my husband, we brought it back and my husband had to semi crall under the car to show the service guy the problem, then it was fixed under warranty, then all was good.

This is the second time we have gotten a car from DCH Temecula... and the second time we used Richard Dickens. He makes the process AMAZINGLY simple, quick and painless! Since my husband and I had our 3 kid with us the prospect of sitting at a dealership haggling was utterly unacceptable. Richard had us in and out, having gathered most information before we even arrived! The car was exactly how it was promised and yet again we left feeling like we had received a very fair deal... we most definitely will be returning when it is time for another new car, and we will most certainly be asking for Richard Dickens!

I would buy a car again from Cornell. He was great! Only issue I had was the process took a few hours from decision to buy to getting final paperwork signed. Scott did a great job of finding the right financing for us. Everyone was polite and interested in making sure their service was great.

I had the oil down to 20 and I had to drive to my work in San Diego and to run erran in San Diego and I had the worry to drive about 200 miles and the oil was down to 20 may be very bad to the engine. I explained all of that to Rick. Rick was able to provided me with all the professional courtesy and more.He was able to accomodate my needs by providing my car with a complete,neat, and clean service in a very reasonable time. I was able to get my office without any worry about the engine of my car and I reached my office on time.This is not the only time that I was treated with professional courtesy, respect, warm and friedly welcome at this dealership. Tim Joyce is my adviser and he is always professional, friendly, and the right person representing the dealership. I brought in my 2011 Honda Insight EX (purchased at DCH Honda of Temecula) to have my XM radio installed. They did a great job, at a reasonable price while I waited. The work was finished and I was out of the dealer in an hour and a half. THANKS AGAIN DCH!!!!!

Who knew purchasing a vehicle could be so easy and painless. By far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We were able to set up the deal with Richard Dickens over the phone. They willingly gave us the price we wanted for our trade, as well as a great price for the car we leased. We drove all the way from Culver City and when we arrived the car was already washed and detailed with a full tank of gas, ready for us to drive it home. We were in and out of the dealer in 45 minutes, including the appraisal of my trade in, and signing the lease contract. TRULY AMAZING. Thank you Richard Dickens and your great team at DCH HONDA of TEMECULA. Because of you all, my wife and I are happy owners of a 2011 HONDA INSIGHT EX.

Their customer support is bad, do not follow up with customers requests and do not offer any type of interest. I asked them multiple times about my financial situation and did not get any answer from the people in charge. I will not buy a car from this dealer ever in my life.

My wife and I just took home a 2010 Honda Accord LX last night and it was the best car-buying experience I'd ever had. Here's a little summary of what took place:Saturday 8/21: I talked to Richard Dickens (at a mutual friend's get together) about trading in the family Odyssey for a car to decrease our monthly payments. Tuesday 8/24: Richard called me to talk about my options.Thursday 8/26: Wife and I talked and decided that replacing the Odyssey was the best thing for us.Friday 8/27: I called Richard so that we can work out the deal. Without any pressure, I accepted the deal he proposed. He said that I had till Sept. to drive down and complete the deal. Wife decided, "let's drive down there tonight." It was a great idea. We left Orange County, with kids in tow, at 5PM. Got lucky with traffic and got to the dealership at 6:30PM. We were warmly greeted by Peter, and a few minutes later, he showed us the Accords that were part of the deal. We chose the "Gun Metal" color with black interior. Test drove it and was confirmed that we made the right decision. By 8:15PM, all paperwork was signed and all we had to do was wait for the new car to be washed. At 8:35 we drove off the parking lot with our brand new Honda Accord with savings of almost $200 per month. I'm afraid I'm now spoiled. I wish all my car-buying experiences were as easy as this last one. I would highly recommend this dealership to 100 times over. I wouldn't change anything that happened last night. We had our Honda Pilot serviced at DCH Honda, and our experience was always fantastic. Appointments were scheduled promptly. Upon arrival we were always met promptly and dealt with in a kind, friendly and quick manner. Our vehicle was so reliable, that we were only there for regular maintenance, which was always done the same day. I was also able to get a ride to and from work. Everyone I dealt with during the appointments was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend DCH.

I guess this dealership doesn't need sale at all. Not friendly at all. I was looking at honda civic Si. Since I checked this web for its rating, found out very poor from the customers. So, I just want to make sure everything firmed by the email before i go there.Unfortunately, this sales person Richard Dickens Fleet Internet Sales Manager was not helpful and really didn't want to sell at all. I bet he makes a lot of money and doesn't need sales at all. Also, he didn't answer all my concerns. I requested 0.9% APR offered by Honda but he needs to charge me $1,000 more = mark up to get the lowest APR. Then, why did he mention there's no mark up in the email? Not honest, a thief who try to steal more money from your pocket. Check below and you will see what's up. I would not recommend this dealer, stay out!!!

I went in for a simple advertised lease special. This lease special was for a specific vehicle with a specific price. This dealership wasted my time. Dealership tried to sneak in $1,000 for VIN etching and protection package; very unethical business practices. I would never purchase a vehicle from DCH. Why is it so hard for people to behave ethically? DCH management should be ashamed. I will never visit a DCH dealership again. Why patronize and encourage this unethical behavior? Consumers, have some backbone! Boycott dealers that are unethical.

Our experience was very positive. We had some specific needs that had to be address and our sales person was very understanding and accomodating. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were also very personable and pleasant. The speed of the process was suprisingly good. We will recommend this dealership to our friends and family members.

Purchased parts from their ebay store. They have prices that are by far, much less than other dealerships (here in Utah). Not only do they have great prices, but their service and communication is superb. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family. I will do business with them again.

I have worked with Tim for several years. He has always taken excellent care of me despite the number of cars I have gone through with DCH Honda. Anytime I need to make an appointment, if not available he calls me back and makes sure I'm taken care of. He always gives me a turnaround time on when my car will be ready and rarely does it ever run over maybe more that fifteen minutes. Of course that's not Tim's fault. I always work with Tim as he has become more than someone who takes care of my car, he's a friend.

Thank you so much for all the help with my brakes. Tim Joyce and Erin Ramsey went above and beyond. I droppped my car off in the night drop off and by 9am the next monrning it was done. WOW talk about fast. Then when I didn't have a ride to get my car they brought it to me. That isn't just customer service that is "raving fan" service. Way to make a girl feel special.
