My recent visit to Daytona Hyundai on September 21, 2021 was excellent in every way. I had an appointment scheduled for the following week, but developed a slow leak in my right rear tire and had to stop by earlier. I was told that the service area would be open at 7:30, but I arrived at about 7:10 a.m. and in less than 30 seconds I was greeted by Adam Burke, the Service Advisor. Even at that early hour in the morning, he had a smile on his face and was willing to help. He took care of my tire and even completed the service that I had scheduled for the following week. I have always had excellent service visits at Daytona Hyundai, but I thought Adam Burke's customer service was really excellent this visit. He deserves special kudos.

So recently I picked up a brand new 2022 Tucson while visiting from NYC with the help of maybe the best sales person I’ve ever done business with Basel. He’s young & has a promising future not just in the automotive industry. Basel is very calm & at no point do you feel pressed to make a fast decision. He takes the time to listen & he’s very responsive throughout the whole process. In Florida so many NYC dealers are relocating an they’re attempting to bring that same aggressive NYC attitude with them that I’m trying to stay away from. I’m glad we met Basel & I look forward to doing business with him in the future. The management team at Daytona Hyundai are A++ also. Overall I have nothing but positive feedback & I’d highly recommend this dealership.

Not knowing what I wanted, but went into Daytona Hyundai and test drove a couple of cars. Once the decision was made, the paperwork was drawn up and signed. Was there about an hour and a half. It couldn't have been easier. Whatever Daytona Hyundai is doing, it's right. Did not waste my time or try to sell me something I did not want. The salesman Steve Buxrod was not pushy or aggressive. Any woman who just wants to look, Steve was friendly and honest without pushing me into a decision. The paperwork was about 6 pieces of paper. How awesome was that!

I had a great experience at Daytona Hyundai. There were no games just straight to business and numbers. My salesman, Larry, helped me make the right decision, as I was torn between leasing and buying used. I ended up leading and I couldn't be happier! He really helped me out without being too pushy like other salesman I have dealt with in the past. I truly believe he had my best interest at heart! Very satisfied with my new tuscon! At first, I was reluctant to trade-in my 2004 XG350L. Although aged it had more than enough left to satisfy me. However, since I was able to duplicate approximately all the "bells&whistles" with the Sonata Sport Limited, I relented; no regrets! I look forward to my return drive (in comfort) back to South Carolina

in the purchase of this car they never told me there was no spare tire. They came up with a poor excuse of weight factor spare tire and a Jack cannot way more than 50 pounds. I was also told if I may make payments in one year with no mistakes that they could drop my interest rate. When they did the financing they did not see there was a lien on the car that I traded that I did not know of from my wife. With the spare tire and Jack they told me to go buy one from them for $300 which I did not think was very fair of them I think all called manufacturers should tell you if you have a spare or not.

JJ Johnson greeted me upon entering for maintenance and when completed Bill Lupoli was extremely helpful in tutoring me again on the use of my car voice commands and the navigational system set up for easier use. I am sure if the hour was not so late and the fact that my friend was very tired, they would have shown me how to setup the various systems that are included with the car. You have two good salesmen that show concern to the product that they are selling. I well return so they can setup the things that need to be done. Overall I am pleased with my new car.

He helped me without feeling pressured. He explained the differences between the different car models and made it easy for me to decide. Everyone was helpful and friendly. This is my third Hyundai. The cars have been very good and the service at this dealership has been excellent. I really like the features on my 2016 Tucson--especially the back up camera, the navigation system and the electronic tailgate--which were not on my previous one, a 2011 Tucson. (We have just driven the 2011 Tucson across country and given it to our son and his family. I expect they will have many years of good use from it.) I know I will get outstanding service from Doug Montgomery in the Service Department.

I was shopping around for a Elantra & could not strike a deal at the time & purchased my Elantra elsewhere. So, it was that time again and when I came back to this dealership to purchase another Elantra is was a much better experience. I had mentioned my past experience & had hoped it would work out this time. And YES IT DID!!!!! My salesman was Larry Graves. He was very knowledgeable about the product & was most accommodating. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Larry. I would also like to thank Mikel Kettler, Finance Manager. Also, I would highly recommend the Sevice Dept. For the past 8 years, I have been having my old Elantra serviced at this dealership. My go to guy is Doug Montgomery. He is the best! And the best of all is my 17 Elantra. I just love it.

Some difficulty in a problem withat brake front rotors as sterling wheel vibrated when braking. After my calls to premium customer service dealership service manager agrred,to replace them as,requested. Replacent wiil take a few more days due to delivery of new parts. Not my first new car purchase, although everyone was pleasant, I have experienced better. I did however appreciate the full tank of gas. Staff could have spent more time going over car operations, for example. The automatic 6 speed also has a manual shift feature I didn't even realize I had this option until reviewing the handbook. Radio presets are confusing , could have had more review of radio other than just pairing my iPhone to it. I Would also would have liked to have all weather floor mats also included as a family member did with their purchase of a new Hyandai from another dealer.

I've said it all in the survey. Everything went smoothly. The salesman, Chris, was competent and understanding of our needs. They were able to find a Hyundai Sonata Sport that met our needs to lease. The only problem was the length of time it took to make the deal and get things set. We were there on a Friday and concluded the deal to sign the papers and pick up the car on Sunday. A time was even set. Yet when we got there the car was ready for us but not the paper work.

Roger Belue went above and beyond. Even when we where there past the closing time he did not rush his service. My parents went the next day and leased a Sonata and Genesis. He was the right kind of salesperson. The car was my wife's 2nd choice but her first choice the salesperson (Honda CR-V) was to aggressive and ruined the deal. She believes a product is only as good as the people standing behind it, so Roger won her over.

The 2016 Sonata Sport that I leased is a fine automobile. Appears to be truly well made, comfortable and a joy to drive. I may decide to buy this car at lease end. I ended up paying more than I should have for the lease, in my opinion. But that is now water under the bridge. Overall the experience was good.

As I said previously I was lead to believe I was getting a GPS system in the vehicle and after the paperwork was signed I got in the vehicle and was told there was no GPS system and all the salesperson said was sorry. I thought that the whole trade in a new car purchase was handled extremely well. My new Sonata Limited is the 3rd Hyundai I have purchased at this dealership and they all have gone very well.The service department is courteous and does things correctly the first time. The customer service waiting area is too much like a cheap doctor's office. They need some places with couches and easy chairs to relax and read in or work on hand held electronics.

As I indicated early in your survey my overall experience with Daytona Hyundai has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to write a complaint letter to Mr. Ritchey concerning their poo customer service and as stated earlier I have yet to received my paper work and finial contract. I purchased my car on September 6, 2015 and have yet to received any contract from any bank. The finance manager said that I have a bank ( Capital One )but I can't tell. Mind you my car note is due on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. This is not acceptable!! Please Help!! Oh by the way, I was told today Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 by Tracey, the Finance Manager, that I should call Capital One to find out where my paper work stands, that she would not be able to call the bank for me. This dealership is AMAZING!!! Always keeps their word no matter what, they are honest and work fairly with you. Any problems you have they are right on top of it. The Service Advisor I worked with Rocky Del Buono was wonderful! Having a ton load of work on his shoulders and you can imagine how that can be in the dealership business, he stayed truly honest to his word and I would recommend ANYONE to go see this gentleman for your service needs. This is the second vehicle I purchased at Daytona. I have to say as strictly a Buick person I decided to purchased a Hydundai. I loved to sonata, however as I explained to John because of my disabilities it was painful to get in and out of the car. John showed me the Tucson. It was wonderful and very comfortable for me. I was going to buy Toyota but thought I should check the Hyundai's first. I was very impressed by the salesman Dominic Gramm; A young man, who's old fashion "sell a car" sales style was exceptional. He excelled by being polite and respecting the consumer, took a professional approach, knowledgeably and ability to point out why each car is great, Sold Me on a Hyundai Elantra. I am 55 and very frugal and pretty difficult. I love the car but it was because the sales experience was excellent.

I was extremely happy with the way I was treated by Dominic and his sales manager!! They worked very hard to put a deal together that I felt was fair to me and their dealership!! They even offered to allow me to bring back my trade on another day instead of that night. However, I wanted to finalize everything that same day which required me returning after they had closed that Saturday. Dom waited for me to return, and he patiently went through all of the things I needed to know about my new Elantra. He answered all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable before I left. One, I made an appointment with my salesman steve, but he had two more customers at same time. I was not treated like a valuable customer. two, no one showed me the details of my car or offered me a test drive. three, my new car was delivered to me wit the LOW TIRE WARNING LIGHT ON (a SAFETY HAZARD). I was told to just drive and it would go off after a mile or two. 40 miles later driving in the pouring rain the LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I called steve, he said to just put air in the tires, if it stayed on then drive back (80 miles r/t) and we will do it. in other words, the service department will THEN DO THERE JOB>

Typical car dealer. One never feels comfortable that the offers being made are really fair or honest. This is the 3rd Hyundai I've leased and only the first experience (salesman Paul) made me feel like I was being dealt with honestly. My wife loves the vehicle and the service dept and coordinator (Doug Montgomerey) are outstanding so I deal with sales every two and half years like I deal with hemoroids, painful but necessary. The finance manager and process was the quickest and least annoying I've ever experienced.

Daytona Hyundai is one of the best dealerships all around that I have been to and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another purchase. The employees were cooperative and quick, as we knew what we wanted before we got there. Compared to many of the other experiences I've had with pushy salesmen and inconsiderate employees at different dealerships, I would say that Daytona Hyundai blows them out of the water in terms of customer respect and being understanding. I recently bought a car from Daytona Hyundai. The salesperson answered every question that I had, and showed me the vehicles that I wanted to look at. They gave me a deal that was much better than I expected, and even then, I felt no pressure from them to buy the car. I have bought 4 other vehicles in the past, and every single time felt like I was being steered toward a different vehicle than I wanted. That was not the case here. Even when I asked to test a different and less expensive vehicle on the lot, the salesperson seemed more than happy to get the keys. I chose the more expensive vehicle because I liked the way it felt and was more comfortable in it than the second. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle that I purchased and that I went with Daytona Hyundai, even though there is a Hyundai dealership that is much closer to where I live. I will go back to Daytona Hyundai when it is time to buy my next car, and recommend that anyone else looking for a new vehicle do the same.

This is a great dealership. They're honest and true to their word. They offer great online service, such as a chat option, they're also great with email responses, and their customer service is excellent from beginning to end.Working with Jordan on the purchase was simple, he was nice to talk to, knowledgable about the car even though I went in to purchase a Honda, and he was also upfront and honest with me which is something I really appreciate when I am shopping for any product. Their sales manager Leo was a very nice guy and very dedicated to customer service. He repeatedly let me know that if I need anything after the sale to just give them a call. Something they delivered on when I left my garage door opener in the car I traded in (this was important because I came down from Jacksonville to look at this car). He too was upfront and honest during negotiations. I would gladly do business with them again and refer this dealership to friends and family. I would also drive down from Jacksonville to purchase from them in the future. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about customer service, honesty, and an overall great experience while car shopping.

I went to Daytona Hyundai only to "look" for a possible new car. Regina was ready for me when I walked into the showroom. She knew exactly what I wanted. I traded in a 6yr old Kia Spectra that I have never been happy with for a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I have had it for almost 2 weeks now and I love, Love, LOVE my new Tucson!!! The service department prepped the SUV while I finished the paperwork and because it was raining they had put both my old and new car in a dry area so that I wouldn't get soaked putting all my stuff into the new car. Before I left the dealership, Doug, the Service Advisor stopped by to make sure everything was OK and to tell me if I had any problems what so ever to be sure to bring the SUV straight to them and they would take care of my new baby right away. For someone that just went to "look" at cars, I couldn't have had a better experience with the sales and service staff. I will be recommending Daytona Hyundai to all my friends.

I went in to buy a genesis which I always wanted. I traded my fusion in and had a pretty good deal going. I realized I had bought too much car and went back. They were very helpful in getting me into a smaller car. They pulled all the strings that they were able to pull in able to keep my payments Low and keep me a happy hyundai customer. The worst customer service. At Daytona Hyundai you either buy a car or dont waste their time. Their manager, Leo and car dealers Jordan and Dave will make sure you understand, they are not going to waste any time with you and will talk down to customers. After conversating over a vehicle for one hour, the manager nor dealers knew my name nor my expectations as they were too busy critizing customers among them. Worst customer service. Do visit Daytona Hyundai unless you want to be mistreated and talked down to.

This is our first NEW car buying experience. We had shopped several different dealers and did our homework on quality of sales and service. I should also tell you I have new car dealers in my family, which I could have paid invoice for a Chevy or Kia, but that being said I fell in love with the 2015 Sonata Sport Limited Turbo in Urban Sunset. After taking a test drive and Regina telling us about all of the features on the car, my husband and I returned home for the evening to discuss the purchase. We returned the next day and I drove the car. Then we discussed numbers. Everyone was very helpful in explaining the process. Regina, the Manager Fred, and George in Financing were there to answer any questions or concerns that either of of had. Since our purchase Regina has called to follow up with me and wanted me to know if I had any questions in the future just give her a call. She even took me back to service and introduced me to Service and had me set up my first oil change. We just wanted to show our appreciation by saying Thank You Regina Nicotra, Fred, George and the Service Dept. for being friendly and helpful.

I walked into this dealership ready to test drive a new Hyundai; after 15 minutes of being ignored I decided to go somewhere else. While I was walking to my car I spotted a new Hyundai Sonata Sport and stopped to look at the dealer info on the window. A few seconds later a woman approached and asked me if I was being helped. When I told her I had been waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence for more than 15 minutes she went into action. She introduced herself as Regina Nicotra and asked if I wanted to take the car for a drive. While driving she asked me questions about what I was looking for, what I wanted, what I needed, etc. and I put myself in her hands. I explained that I was out shopping a car for myself and that when I found it my husband was going to come and buy the car. The next day I was the happy owner of a 2015 Sonata Sport. Regina answered every question we had, showed us all the options that I was interested in and walked us through the entire process. She is a gem, a combination of smarts, friendliness, professionalism and a personality that makes you want to be her friend. I don't know why all the guys inside the dealership ignored me, even when I approached them I was brushed off. Maybe all the men in the place were having a bad day, who knows. What I do know is that there should be more people like Regina in that dealership. If you want more women buyers, maybe there should be more women on the sales staff; as long as they are as competent and attentive to buyers needs as is Regina.

Brought my 2013 elantra there with crazing (cracking headlamps) was told by service director who was in his office with his feet propped up on his desk and hands behind his headrelaxing. He stated I had pushed something with my headlights???? Maybe a macys day balloon, a weather observation derigible. Or the goodyear blimp.hyundai factory referred me to deland hyundai and opened a case.They were familar with the condition.

I just recently moved to Florida and needed to buy a car. My first experience at another dealership was just awful. The manager became extremely pushy and irate, which obviously led me to look elsewhere. As luck would have it, I ended up at Daytona Hyundai and met Regina Nicotra. From the minute we met you could tell she was extremely passionate about her job and was very interested in finding me the car that I was looking for in the price range I needed. I never once felt uncomfortable. She was extremely personable, listened to all of my requests and patiently let me try car after car to make sure I was making the right choice. I ended up with a 2012 Sonata, which she worked with me and her team to come up with a fair price. Regina was extremely personable, focused all of her efforts on me and made the overall buying experience a great one. Since purchasing the car, I've had to bring it back in for a few items and every time I've been back Regina was always responsive and helpful; as was her service team (Doug, especially). As I sit here writing this today, Regina even helped me get my car in, while she is at home with a broken foot. She has been wonderful to work with and I'm thankful that our paths crossed. I would highly recommend anyone who's looking to purchase a car, to stop by Daytona Hyundai and ask for Regina. Daytona Hyundai Service Dept is one of the best I have had work on my car in my automobile life (50+ years). These guys and gals have my complete confidence that they will do the job correctly the first time (my experience) or if they don.t for some reason, they will make it right.YOU tell them what you want and they will do it. In the event they come across something out of the ordinary, they will explain it to you and then give YOU the choice if you want it done. In addition, a very clean waiting room, tv, coffee, etc. Oh yeah, they wash your car when your done. A+ service and personnel. doesn't get any better than that !!

Hate car shopping and high pressured male salesmen, so when I went to your dealership and met Regina, I was pleasantly surprised. I came back to make a car deal solely because of her. She was low key, didn't push, but lead me where I told her I was comfortable going as far as price and type of car I wanted. I wish more dealerships would employ female car salespeople...Also, high praises for Bob in the finance area, he was the bomb too!

I knew I wanted a 2014 Elantra Hatchback because of their style and warranty. I did my research and found out there were two dealers close to my area. I contacted both, did a test drive and got online quotes from both dealerships & decided I would go with the dealer that would save me the most money. From the time I spoke with the salesman, Roger, to talking to the Sales Manager, Ed, and down to giving my money to, funny, Bob, in the finance dept., I felt I had, as a woman, got a GREAT car, for a GREAT price. I would highly recommend, Daytona Hyundai to everyone, but especially women!They treated ME with respect & fairness, but what really sold me, was their persistence for me to give them a chance to work with me. She made our experience so easy considering we had totaled our car on the way to Ormand Beach for vacation and were not sure we wanted to purchase a new vehicle there, or wait until we returned home to Georgia. After test driving a Santa Fe Sport, we were still not sure, but Regina had so much patience and understanding of our circumstances. All the staff was very friendly and concerned about my needs. They gave me the car I wanted, with many optionals, and were willing to negotiate and beat every deal. It wasn't necessarily fast, but the deal was the best anyone had given me, and the car was just what I wanted! We went for service in our Hyundai Sonata 2007, everybody were very friendly from the beginning.Our old card had a lot of problems and we needed to spend a lot of money for repairs, one of the cashier asked us if we will like to purchase a new car, we were just curious, then we meet Regina very professional and she worked very hard together with Manager Tom so we can get the best deal and she went the extra mile to helped us to get the best plan to fit our budget.I will recommend Regina 100 + %.If you want to be treat like a special person go to Daytona Hyundai and ask for Regina Nicotra.

Best Experience I ever had at a car dealership... We checked 6 Hyundai Dealerships in the central Florida area, and at first glance, they appeared to be the worst... Wow was I wrong. Im glad I did my due diligence. While other dealerships promise you the world on the phone and online. Nobody beats Daytona Hyundai, Guaranteed. Prices seemed to be a little more than the other dealerships in the area and I almost bought at holler or Orlando, Until I went to the other dealerships.... lol what a joke. Just wanted to let Glenn and the dealership know how much myself and wife actually enjoyed the whole buying experience. We were looking for a specific 2014 Genesis which this dealership had. We live about 75 miles away so wanted to make sure the car had everything my wife wanted. We had a very quick response back from the dealership and Glenn Woolcott who told us to please come on over and he would sell us the car for a better price than anywhere...(R I G H T)!!!!, but let me tell you that's exactly what he did! We not only got a terrific trade-in allowance on our 3 year old Buick Enclave, we also received what I consider the very best discount off a new car (2014 Genesis) that I can remember from any dealership plus an additional $3,000 rebate. I can honestly say it was by far the best new car buying experience my wife and I have ever been involved in. By the way after the sell and detail of the car, Glenn spent at least an hour with my wife showing her every feature the car had to offer and making sure she was comfortable with everything from programing the navigation to linking our phones with the Bluetooth feature. The day after we purchased the car, Glenn called to follow-up and see how my wife liked the car and how the drive was home. My wife LOVES the car! Bought my Elantra GT about three months ago and just love, love, love it! Getting ready to take a road trip to Maryland so my husband took my car to have the oil changed and everything checked out. They said all was good except the wiper blades, did he want a price, he said yes, they said, "surprise", you have an all inclusive warranty and there is no charge whatsoever! Final cost for oil change - zero. They even ran it thru the car wash!

We were greeted by a very pleasant up beat young woman, Liz Thomas. She asked us what our concerns were and assured us the information would be given to the mechanic (Doug). We were invited into the service area waiting room her fresh coffee were offered and vending machines were available. There was a large screen TV to watch as we passed the time. Liz checked in with us occasionally and finally told us what repairs need to be done and explained the charges. She made arrangements for us to have a "loaner car" since the parts needed were not readily available at their location. Later she also called us to tell us that our car would be ready a day ahead of schedule. Ms. Thomas did help to make a bit of a stressful time much more easy to bear with her positive attitude and compassion.

My husband is a very tough customer and would not accept the price we were being given by another local Hyundai after several visits. We found Mike Kettler at Daytona Hyundai, told him what we were looking for and he listened to us. Mike did the best he could which was exactly what my husband wanted. We researched extensively, knew what we should pay and in one meeting we had our 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo at the price we wanted. We traveled 80 miles to get to him. Everyone there was wonderful, the business manager was excellent at explaining the extended warranty and other available upgrades, but not insistent or aggressive about purchasing them. We did purchase the warranty and are happy with our decision. My new car already has 135 miles on it and I love it. Thanks Mike!

When we met Coach, a salesman at Daytona Hyundai, we knew right away he was someone we wanted to do busines with. He was courteous, friendly and quickly perceived the female in our family would be making the key decision. He was very helpful but not overly aggressive, which we especially appreciated. Ultimately, we wound up buying a Hyundai at another dealership, but only because it had the miles and color we wanted. I was disappointed not to end up working with Coach and their sales manager Leo. Would highly recommend the dealership.

I started this process online talking to Debbie after finding the vehicle I wanted on their website. She was very attentive, emailing me extra pictures that she took herself, and following up with me each day. I live in Jacksonville so this was all done over the phone, through text and email. She was honest and professional. I am a single, working mom and she went above and beyond to make this the easiest buying experience I've ever had buying a used van. I have been dealing with Jon Hall now for several years at there Chevrolet Store, Freda Pennington has been my sales person and every car & truck that we have purchased from her has been a great experience so now we were in the market for a New Hyundai and after one quick call to Freda she told us to call Dennis over at the Hyundai store after a quick 10 minute conversation Dennis told me he had the car of our choice and at the price we wanted to pay. On Thursday February 28 we went to the dealership and we were met by Dennis and Roger and had another very pleasant buying experience. We were even greeted by Charlie and he took the time to thank us and chat with us for a few minutes. If you are in the market for a new or used Hyundai go to Jon Hall it's worth the ride, by the way we live in Longwood so its a 45 minute drive but so well worth it. He was very informative, letting me know about how long things would take so that I never wondered what was going on. He also had great follow up. He was able to get me a great car in the payment range that I was comfortable with. Russel let me take a test drive and was very knowledgable about the the car I was buying. Russel and his wife were both very personable so it made the waiting on the final touches less painful.Robert Day the finance director was very patient and answered every question that I had and I had a lot. Robert also made sure that I understood ever aspect of the warrenty. My sales representative was Lee Richardson and I felt that he was genuine and extremely helpful. He was true to his word and provided a few personal touches that made me feel that he truly cared. I usually dread purchasing a new vehicle but this experience was actually pleasant.

I purchased a great car from Leo and Jake, a 2011 Camaro convertible, but unfortunately, a series of events took place in my life over a two month period that made keeping my dream car impossible. I returned to Leo and Jake and after explaining my delima, they were able to get me into a 2013 Elantra GT with a lower payment, better gas mileage, lower insurance and better warranty. I have never had a better car purchasing experience in my life, not once, when I purchased the Camaro, but twice, when they helped me out of my crisis. I will continue to return to this dealership in the future when my kids are ready and whenever I hear of a friend in need of a vehicle. These guys finally give car salesmen a good name.

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in all of my car shopping experiences. They make promises they cant or wont keep. The customer service department is the absolute worst ever. My car went in for warranty work 6...yes 6 times for the same thing. The manager finally screamed and me and told me if I didn't like their work to take it somewhere else. I contacted the corporate office for Hyundai. The connected me with the Regional Service Manager for the area. We met him at Deland Hyundai. My car was fixed in one visit! All Jon Hall had to do was read the Tech Bulletins that Hyundai has issed. Apparently this was too much for Jon Hall employees to handle. Hyundai Corporate said they have no control of the dealerships. Just their products. Deland Hyundai was awesome. I will drive to the otherside of the county when I need service and when it's time for a new car. Also, the staff at Jon Hall are deceptive and are untruthful. They told me multiple times that they had called the tech line for my car. When I call corporate. They had not one record on file where Jon Hall had ever called about anything on my vehilce. Yesterday, we got a call from our original sales person. He said he wanted to offer me a trade in for my car on a new 2012 for the same payment. My husband called just to see what happened. On call back, Jim said for another $100 a month or several thousand down we can get a new car. That is not the message that he left on my machine! He also said that he is certain that if we come down we can make a deal on that or another cheaper model that they have! NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!! I will never step foot on Jon Hall property again!

They are true to their word and made me the happiest customer in a long time and last they gave me the best deal I just could not refuse saving me more than 600.00 dollars. My husband had been in a car accident, totaling our vehicle and we went to Hyundai looking to replace our vehicle. We went to another dealership and they couldn't help us. We stopped at Hyundai and told Lee our situation. He looked over the inventory at what would best suit us in our price range and was able to match us with a Mazda 6, the same car we had lost in the accident. We,Eileen-Deirdre-Manda and myself Myron Hammond spent serveral days at different local Dealerships looking for a new vehicle for Eileen,my mother. This I stated to each sales person we met,some never even came up to us until we were leaving, would be my moms first and probably last new vehicle and we stated what she wanted to each sales person. When arriving at Jon Hall Hyundai,Lee Richardson met us & asked what we were interested in to which we stated as before to other Sales personal. Mr. Richardson took us to an Elantra which was fully loaded and was very impressive so was the price. Between Lee Richardson and the Finance Mgr. at the time went out of their way to make my mother happy on HER very first and probably last purchase. They came off the price of the loaded Elantra in stock to match what they were going to order for her. I have worked with Lee Richardson in the past and have always appreciated his understanding of how I buy cars. When I go looking for a car I don't want to be pushed or tricked into a new purchase. I want a salesman who knows his inventory and respects his customer's wishes. I get both with Lee. With Lee I tell him want I am looking for and he gets it done or provides me with other options if he can't. I have bought my last two cars from Lee and will buy my next ten from him.

It was a pleasure to visit a Car Dealership and not feel hounded or that you were dealing with some sleazy car sales man. Everyone was very nice, very helpfull and offered the best price. They did not run back and forth to different offices to get a better price and to then come back with a higher price as some sales men do. Lee the sales person and Charlie were really incredible, they made us feel that they were old friends who could be trusted which is rear in a car dealership. I would highly recommend them.

I don't know how these folks perform when you buy a new car, but if you are looking for a used car, I suggest you go somewhere else. FAST. These guys still have an old-school business model that could be named Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe! I haven't seen this hard-core approach for many years from a car dealer. Thank God for that!They buy program cars (rental fleet, other fleet) which look good and smell good on the test drive. I am very sensitive to smoke and odors, which I'm finding isn't all that unusual today. I told this to the salesman, who was a nice guy. He said he understood. I liked the car and bought it. Within 48 hours, the smoke smell creeped throughout the car and it was overwhelming , nauseating. I found out later that they probably treat the car with, most likely, ozone. This makes it smell great, for a couple of days. I took the car back, and the sales manager, Leo, said he didn't have to do anything for me, but he would do his best (uh huh). He put me into a more expensive clean used car. Guess what! Same problem. Now I really was caught between a rock and a hard spot. Eventually, I had to buy a new car (without the sale price, internet specials, etc.). So I basically got spanked three times. I will never go back to this dealer, ever, again.

We have returned for our second Sonata, dealing with the only Car Salesman that we ever cared enough about to want Him personally to sell us our next car. Lee is competent, dependable and takes real pride in the company he's working for. He convinced us that Hunyadi and John Hall would satisfy us as much or more than all our previous Town Cars and Grand Marquis Mercurys (we buy a new car every 2 or 3 years). This has proven to be true. The 2009 Sonata SE was delightful experience. Fun to drive (We travel a lot)and versatile enough to pack into it the myriad of gear and such we find ourselves hauling around. Our kids kidded us that we really have a tiny truck. We agreed with them, except that it's far from tiny! We hauled many things that we would not have been able to in a Lincoln.The 2012 Sonata SE is a wonder machine. We're averaging 32mpg over our first 532 miles of operation with no exceptional effort to conserve. we're confident we'll book 35mpg on our first long trip in May. A 500+ mile range cuts down on the fuel stops, and makes us smile. It's hard to believe there are only four cylinders under the hood. Acceleration is lively and the 6 speed box is a dream. Using the paddle shifters when we want to is really nifty. Feels like we're a sports car dressed up like a sedan. The 18inch wheels and large rotors provide a lot of confidence braking. The suspension makes handling a cinch. The final surprise was our insurance. I expected an increase in premium. They gave us a reduction. They said the safety features were the reason! What else can one want :-)

We had a certain price point going into the sale. We were interested in a new 2012 Elantra only and were shown a few cars and test drove one. Our salesman, Frank, was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time trying to make a workable deal. We also worked with Leo who very respectfully worked with us on the price point that we felt comfortable with. We agreed on a good price, paperwork was done quickly, car was detailed well and we happily drove off in our new Elantra.

Kavian greeted us right away and showed us anything we wanted to see and was very informative. He was relaxed, knowledgeable and professional, never exerting any pressure for a decision from us in any direction. He offered to run the numbers on our trade in and explained the ins and outs of leasing. The store manager gifted my husband a Hyundai ball cap since he was wearing a beat up competitor one :-) Miguel came and talked to us about a budget and was essential in finding a way for us to be able to get exactly what we wanted and even more than we thought was possible but stay within our budgeted range. He worked tirelessly to give us a great deal and was even gracious the next day when we changed our minds and decided to upgrade! It was a pleasant experience the first day and the second. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all times and I look forward to referring friends and family to them for their car shopping needs.

What a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Jon Hall Hyundai. Our salesman, Mikel Kettler is a great guy, not your normal pushy car salesman. We looked at the car late on a Thursday evening and Mikel called us back on Friday with a more than fair offer on the used car and on our trade. We were unable to return to the dealership until Monday and Mikel held the car as a courtesy until we could return to finalize the purchase. Dealing with Mikel and the crew at Jon Hall was wonderful and I will certainly look to them for future purchases.

Frank and the rest of the service/parts department made me feel like I was part of a larger family. The salesman, Jim, was shady and offered me $4500 below what my truck is worth in KBB for my trade. Then he added over $3000 to the sticker price of the vehicle I wanted. He said that was the best deal he could offer me. So I stopped him right there, and explained that I am a USAA member and they set the prices for new vehicles for us...(which is ALWAYS below invoice) he looked like an ass. So I demanded my truck keys and attempted to leave, then the disrespectful, unprofessionl fool followed me out to my truck as (like I am not already humiliated enough) and yelled at me like some rabid dog. I have never been so belittled in public by another human being in my life. I guarantee that there will be no single women coming to your store anymore, because I will be sure to share my experience with as many people as possible! Happy Thanksgiving to you too.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Jon Hall Hyundai. Our salesperson, Bobby, was very personable and informative. We received a great deal, a full tank of gas, and the paperwork was completed very efficiently by Miguel. After purchasing the car, Bobby completely reviewed all the features with my husband and followed up with us after the sale. We had two items which were to be installed at a later date (after the parts arrived). Our experience with Bob of the Service Department was also exceptional. He made us a convenient appointment and competed the installation in the estimated time. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this dealership and these employees.

Its my very first Hyundai Car, & my First Purchase from this Dealership. Initial Contact was made over The Internet, & they set me up with a Particular Salesman, A Chris Nelson. Dealing with Chris was Surprising Easy & always on a very comfortable level. I felt NO pressure from him personally, however The Dealership overall is there to sell car's, so since I was out to but a Car that day, they were going to clearly give me full court treatment, which I expected & really didn't mind.... Here's The Single Significant Problem I Had...., the car I contracted for, agreed to, & was paying for, Came In, In A Different COLOR, & I wasn't told until I went to the dealership to pick-it-up.... SHAME on John Hall Hyundai for NOT telling me the nite before, when I got the call that the car had arrived at The Dealership, & it would be ready for my pick-up, the following day at 1pm... I Didn't Like The Darker Color, I didn't want the darker color, & I hadn't ordered or agreed on the darker color... OK, they took $250.00 off the Final Price, but that's Still No Way To Run An Honest & Reputable Car Business... They NEED to be more up front, & they were Up To That Point. I Luv My New (darker) Accent, Chris Nelson is A Gem Of A Guy, but I was disappionted overall with The Sales Values & Character Of John Hall Hyundai of Daytona Beach, Florida. Maybe, just MAYBE next time they will get it Totally Right, so that I can give them 5 Stars, instead of Four.... :-)

Bob has gone out of his way to get my car in at the last minute for Auto Butler before I go to car shows. Today I had to have a new key programed and laser cut and it was done quickly and cost less than originally quoted ( by a few dollars) and it is nice to save money. When I first bought my Genesis Sports Coupe I was not very happy with the dealership for several reasons but never because of the service I have received. I even called corporate to voice my concerns. Bob has always been friendly and accomodating and does an excellent job with customer service.I always know he will make room for my car and whatever I need done to it even if it is at the last minute. I am now completely happy with the Hyundai dealership in Daytona Beach. Thanks Bob!

The entire staff at Jon Hall Hyundai were incredibly helpful! After suffering a flat tire that required immediate repair, the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a new tire (to my specification) in less than a day! The service advisor, Bob, was the definition of friendly and helpful. Bob was prompt in reassuring that my vehicle would be repaired, and made every attempt to accommodate my every request. Not once did I have to call the service department after vehicle drop-off, Bob was very good at making a point to reach out to communicating with me. Hi! I have to say this was by far the very best car purchasing experience I ever had. From start to finish there were no problems. The receptionist kept up in calling me with information to start the process; along with prompt reminders I needed. Miguel was fast and efficient and the time spent to get everything done was perfect for me. Frank was great with showing me things about the car I needed to know and gracious enough to come pick me up to take me to the dealership. Larry finished everthing off by making sure the car was serviced, detailed, and in perfect working order. I had called the dealership to inquire about an Elantra, the receptionist was super nice and had Larry return my call with all the information. I made an appt to see the car and when i arrived, Larry was waiting out front with the car ready to go. Larry was very informative and answered all my questions. I am going through a divorce and my home is going into foreclosure so getting a loan was questionable as i was declined from several banks from another dealership. Larry introduced me to Miguel and after explaining the situation, Miguel went to work for me. With a lot of hard work and calling in on favors, Miguel found financing for me! and 3.9%!!! Now the next issue,there were NO elantras to be found as they are all sold out, but that didn't stop Miguel. He found me the exact 2012 Elantra Limited in Tampa and sent a driver there to pick it up for me! Miguel called me on his day off to give me the news. When i came in to do the paper work, there were no suprises and the numbers were just as they were quoted. Larry and Paul sat with me and explained all the features of my new car. This was a great experience and i love my new 2012 Elantra Limited!!! Thank you Larry, Miguel, and Paul!!!!!!

I want to start off by saying I was originally planning on buying a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Boy am I glad i discovered the new 2012 Hyundai Elantra! BEST DECISION EVER!!! I did a ton of research before making my final decision on the 2012 Elantra Limited. Cars I considered and researched were: 2012 Ford Focus Titanium, Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, and the previously mentioned Volkswagen Jetta. None of these could compare to the design, standard features, and incredible warranty of the Hyundai Elantra. The team at Jon Hall Hyundai went above and beyond to earn my and my wife's business. We actually ended up buying two new Hyundai's from them (wife got the 2011 Tucson Limited). I have to mention that they went way out of their way to find my car in the color I wanted. They even had it brought down from another dealer hours away just so I could have the color I wanted. Larry was our sales man and was the kindest/friendliest car sales person I have ever met. Not once did I get that icky used car salesman vibe. He was also very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Miguel the finance manger was another pleasant surprise. He too was very personable and had a great sense of humor. He understood what I wanted and worked very hard to get both vehicles within a price range I could feel good about which he did. We also traded in two older vehicles with large mileage (over 125,000 miles each) and he gave us a very fair trade value. Charlie and Chris were our first points of contact and they both were very courteous and got the ball rolling on getting the vehicles we wanted delivered to their location. I made it clear that if they could not find the blue Elantra that I would not be buying. Might seem silly but why get a car in a color that you settled for when you can have the exact color you want? It was a very good feeling when they called up my wife and said we got it! From the initial contact to the test drive to the final signing of the paper work, everything was smooth and comfortable. I also want to mention that Bobby K and the entire service team at Jon Hall are equally amazing. They installed the home link mirror and wheel locks on my car in a timely manner and to a professional factory installed level of quality. My wife and I will be having all of our future care services completed at this dealer. Miguel and Larry also arranged to have my car professionally tinted. The tint looks great too! I could go on but by now you are probably tired of reading so let me conclude by saying I am proud to be a part of the Jon Hall family and I look forward to a long relationship.

Larry was very nice, down to earth, and helpful with any questions or concerns during the car buying experience and even afterwards! I was in and out in my car buying experiencein a little over an hour. It was painless!! Which.. I've heard horror stories from other car dealerships! Stay far, far away! Had an appointment for a Saturday- Interest started on Tuesday to look at a certain car for my daughter. Manager raved of the good deal I would get on the extended warranty, since we almost cancelled bc of the expired warranty. But we again were promised a good deal- so we were so happy to confirm our interest & make an appointment for Sat. morning. They even called Friday night to confirm that we were coming. When we got there on time Sat., they said they sold the car last night! I was so devastated for my daughter. They couldn't even do the decent thing & call & say that I needed to put $ down or something on it on that Friday! But instead, still called in the evening to confirm our appointment?!! What a terrible business! We went to St. Augustine Hyundai, & they are the best!

I was greeted by Paul Gastreich, the sales representative, who provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had. I didn't know if I was in the market for a used or a new vehicle. I have been buying cars for over 40 years. I was expecting the high pressure or the flash and dazzle that I had seen many times before. Instead, I was pleasantly surpised by Mr. Gastreich's professional approach. First we test drove a 2009 Santa Fe. He explained the advantages of buying a used car. Naturally the price was lower than a new one. I then asked him about the 2011 and we did a test drive. At no time did he try to convince me to buy new. He just, patiently, helped me decide what would be best for me. I decided to buy the 2011 because it seemed to be the better value. We agreed on trade in value of my former car. Again, all of this was done professionally, without much of the drama you often see. They were prepared to deliver the car that day, but I asked them to wait until the following day. At the time of delivery Mr. Gastreich, patiently, took the time to explain every item on the instrument panel. He answered every question I had, helped me program my Bluetooth, and did not rush through the process. I needed some additional accessories and he helped me with obtaining them from the parts department. Since the purchase, he has returned every call that I've made promptly and has called me himself a few times to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle.

I took my 84 year old mother to Jon Hall Hyundai to take a test drive....she bought the first car she drove and loves it. Two weeks later, after not getting much help from my local Savannah, GA dealer, I went BACK to Jon Hall and bought ANOTHER Hyundai!!! Most of the arrangements could be made over the phone, so when I arrived at 5pm on Saturday, there was my new car!! In spite of the biggest thunderstorm of the season, we finished the deal and I was on my way home at 6:15!! Bobby K (who sold my Mother her car) and Miquel (who helped me most efficiently on my car) along with Larry and Dana managed to make an ordeal I dread a pleasure!!!! Who knew getting a new car could be so easy!!!??

We did not know a lot about Hyundai when we stopped at Jon Hall except the reputation of an excellent warrenty. We had spent the afternoon looking for a vehicle at the Daytona Auto Mall without much luck. We will be totally honest - Jon Hall is worth the drive up LPGA to S/B Nova!! We left the dealer last night with a 2011 Elantra! What an amazing car and an amazing crew at the dealership! We were treated like family and that is saying a lot when there is such a lack of customer service these days. Paul, Chris and Dana have a great sense of humor and definately know their product.If you are looking for a Hyundai, or if you were like us and just curious about the product line - Go To Jon Hall! I'm in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia. After looking around for a 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe with specific options, I finally found what I wanted, but it was in Daytona Beach, Florida. I talked to a salesman on the phone after my wife found the dealership on the internet, and headed south on my next day off.The salesman, Paul Gastreich, was absolutely helpful and made buying a new car a pleasant experience. The dealership was great, the price was nearly perfect, but the reason I bought my car there was because Paul was very well-prepared and the consumate professional. I found a slightly lower price at another dealer, but on the phone I was just passed around and felt condescendingly treated. Not a good way to sell a car! At Jon Hall, there were no high pressure tactics or trying to get me to buy every available option, just matter-of-fact best price for the truck I was looking for. Paul tried hard and secured several discounts for me, such as a military discount and a Hyundai loyalty discount. In fact, I even saved money on the financing because he recommended Hyundai Finance, which beat my own bank by 1.5% on the interest rate. Since I lived out of town, about 260 miles from the dealership, I sent Paul a check and a self-addressed stamped envelope requesting that he send me my registration and tag sticker, as the dealership recieved it from the DMV. I dropped it in the mail on Tuesday, and that very Saturday I recieved my registration from Paul. I would recommend Jon Hall Hyundai to anybody that is looking for a new vehicle, and I would certainly tell them to go talk to the same salesman, Paul Gastreich.

After seeing so many new Sonatas on the road, I wanted to look into leasing one. I have done deals with Charlie (Sales Manager) in the past and he was always great to work with. I knew he was with Jon Hall Hyundai now, so I went all the way to Daytona Beach (150 mile round trip) just to deal with him and his staff. I was not disappointed. He and Frank worked the whole deal over the phone, taking a lot of the sitting around at the dealer out of the equation. I had a difficult trade-in situation, but these guys really worked hard to get me into the new car at the payment I needed. They even had the exact color combination we wanted. The car was prepped and waiting when we got to the dealership. We were treated like family at this dealership. Dana in finance handled the financing with no surprises popping up. Frank was knowledgeable about the product and staff was vey friendly. This was truly a no hassle, low anxiety experience.

Let me say up-front that I really cannot say enough good things about our new car buying experience at Jon Hall Hyundai. As a long-time Hyundai owner (2003 Tiburon GT-V6) I knew the Hyundai brand was reliable and a great value for the money. When my wife and I first started the process of looking for a new car, it was a no-brainer to take a look at another Hyundai.We had seen a few of the restyled 2011 Sonatas on the road and loved the look, but really didnt know much about them, so we paid a visit to Jon Hall just to see what the Sonata was all about. Jim Jones warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the lot. We explained that we were not buying at the time, but just looking to see if the Sonata was something we might be interested in. He spent quite a bit of time showing us the various trim lines, explaining their features and answering all of our questions. I must tell you that Jim is not the stereotypic pushy car salesman. He is genuinely friendly, has a great sense of humor, and seems to be truly enthusiastic and passionate for the Hyundai product line. I liked him instantly. We left without buying anything, but that Sonata was always on the back of my mind. About 6 weeks later, we decided to get serious about buying a Sonata. We liked how they looked, liked what we read about them, liked the warranty, liked the one that we rented for a day (I recommend this, by the way), and felt they were a lot of car for the money. After tons of Internet research, we decided we wanted a Sonata SE 2.4 Auto in Venetian Red.I researched local Hyundai dealer websites to see what they offered in the way of internet pricing. I was really looking for a no hassle/no-haggle approach and contacted several dealers by email (including Jon Hall). I heard back from all of them, but Sarah Long, Internet Director at Jon Hall, seemed most interested in getting our business. Sarah and I communicated mostly via email over the course of a couple of days, and she was able to beat the prices offered by the other dealers. She was very up-front and honest with the details of the deal (unlike a couple other dealers who contacted me), and when it came time to go back to Jon Hall to meet again with Jim Jones to close the deal, every detail had already been discussed and agreed upon. All we had to do was take a test drive, sign some papers, hand over our payment, and drive away. No hassles, no haggles, no pressure from someone in a back room trying to get us to buy/spend more than we wanted. It was actually one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever had. I went in for a test drive still trying to decide on the right car. Mike and I took a test drive and he explained the features of the car in layman's terms. He also helped compare my car to some of the ones I had in mind. He was very friendly and didn't come off as being too salesy. I didn't feel any pressure at all when talking numbers. I think I got a great price from Charlie, and the deal I got on my trade-in was more than fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We came down from New Jersey to Daytona Beach for vacation in our 2001 Hyundai Elantra GT. It had served us well over the past 10 years, but our children were getting older and taller, and we needed an upgrade. While we hadn't intended on buying a new vehicle while on vacation, the folks at Jon Hall Hyundai really made the decision easy. They had a vehicle in stock that we wanted, and gave us a great deal on our trade in. Thebuying process was fast, and easy. Both Raven and Carlie were knowledgeable about their products, and willing to answer a ton of difficult questions (being an automotive engineer, I had some specific questions in mind). Overall, the purchasing experience was easy and stress free, I would recommend visiting this dealer anyday.

I was quoted a price over the phone and approved for there Hyundai financing and guaranteed for 30 days at that quote giving me the additional Hyundai one thousand dollar rebate. I then traveled 35 miles and wasted 2 hours in the show room when the salesman told me they could not finance me through Hyundai because my credit score was 6 points too low, They then came back and told me I can get financed with a private lending institution raising the price of the car one thousand dollars and charging me 17 percent interest! I was lo balled and lied to and would not recommend Jon Hall to my worst enemy ! And on the upside I purchased the same exact car at Hyundai of saint Augustine, was treated great and they came through with everything they promised and more.

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson Limited from Jon Hall Hyundai. I shopped around at other dealers, but found that they wanted to put me in a vehicle I didn't want. I wanted a Tucson Limited - and that's what I was sold at Jon Hall Hyundai. In the past, I have encountered pushy salespeople. I can honestly say that from the minute I walked on the lot I was treated with the utmost respect by very helpful staff members. When I am comfortable with a Dealership, I always end up purchasing a vehicle. I definitely found this to be the case at Jon Hall Hyundai. It was a great buying experience - and I bought the vehicle I wanted - at the price I wanted!

Although we brought our '08 Tucson in for service, we ended up buying a 2011 Tucson instead. This is the third car we have bought from this dealer in two years. We have bought many cars in the past, but have never dealt with a dealer quite like Jon Hall Hyundai. The entire staff from the receptionist Holly Ann, our salesman Paul Gastreich, the business manager Dana Wilson to the general manager, Jon Hall, Jr is the friendliest and most professional group of employees in the auto industry that we have dealt with. The service department and our service advisor, Doug likewise is top notch.Dana Wilson explained concisely all of the paperwork involved in the transaction and answered all our questions in detail. Paul Gastreich took a lot of time familiarizing us with all the facets of the car and made sure we understood them before we drove off the lot.We will continue to have our cars serviced at Jon Hall Hyundai and will undoubtibly buy more Hyundais there in the future.

Very seldom have I ever entered a business and then be treated like "family". I wanted to sell the older of my two cars as both my wife and I had just retired and the burden of two car and two insurance payments posed a laerger burden on my finances than I perceived that I could handle. This idea proved to be impossible at the time and Lee and the Business Manager showed be that I could trade both vehicles toward a new one and thus reduce my auto expenditures each month. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership, but my wife and I could see that this dealership was offering us the improvement we sought in planning our future. Is there any other dealership that would do this? Not likely! But are ever glad that we shopped Jon Hall Hyandai.

I purchased the Hyundai Sonata Limited (new) on July 26, 2010 as a birthday present for my wife. Yes, July 26 is in fact my wife's birthday and it was surprise for her which the salesman (Jim Jones) made an easy and pleasant experience. My wife and I have an aversion to going to car dealerships from past experiences whereupon pressure tactics were employed to get us to make a decision to purchase a vehicle right there, right now with all the tactics of "if we can put you in that car today" sales pitch. That wasn't the case with either Jim Jones (sales person) and Charlie McHale (sales manager) both of whom made this purchase experience a pleasant one. Also, I had an intent of paying cash for the vehicle thinking that this would give me purchasing leverage but McHale put together a plan for me of paying off an $11,000.00 balance on my pickup truck which I intended to keep and this idea made more sense because it eliminated a $700.00 per month truck payment that I was accustom to and allowed for a monthly payment of a lesser figure on the new car. Also, there was a high finance percentage rate that I was paying on the truck which some people had told me was a good rate back in 2006 when I bought the truck but the new Hyundai finance rate was 2.9 so I have a lesser payment and lesser interest rate. Both McHale and Jones were involved in putting this package together for me so I'll conclude by saying..............I had a great purchasing experience at Jon Hall Hyundai which is directly attributable to these two individuals.Fred Dunbar

I wasn't focused on a Hyundai but after reading the recent Consumer Reports on the Sonata I decided to stop at Jon Hall Hyundai. I had previously visited Toyota and Nissan but was very impressed with the Sonata, and Paul Gastreich knew everything about the car. There was absolutely no pressure from Paul or anyone else. I did a lot of pricing research and the deal was very fair with no pressure. And love the car! I highly recommend Jon Hall Hyundai.

Lee Richardson was by far the absolute best sales person I have ever delt with. His approach to the process, and the way he handled all of our exhausting questions. We were not really sure at all what we wanted. Not the make, model, size (sedan, SUV, or a van) we looked at everything multiple times. We came in to Jon Hall Hyundai and Lee gracefully and graciously greeted us. He showed us almost every car even suggesting other models, which told us he wasnt just trying to sale us and move on. We didnt even buy on our 1st or 2nd visit. Admittedly we tested him on our 2nd visit trying to exhaust him or get on his nerves. Lee made us feel as though he really enjoyed our company. Needless to say we purchased not one but two vehicles from him. I can say we 1st and foremost are customers of Lee Richardson. I bought my vehicles because of Lee. Not because of the cars or the facility. Now, I think my Hyundai's are by far the best cars I have ever owned and consider my family a Hyundai family. I would not be able to say that if we never got to meet Lee. What a great Guy!!! Go see him and and see why. Hyundais are Great, and Lee is our guy.

We bought our new sonata on June 9,2010 I met with Charlie and Bob they were most helpful and none pressuring sales people i have ever met, They helped me picking colors and options on my sonata se. Bob took me for a test drive of both se and limited models and he showed me how all the optional equipment worked. Charlie in the mean time was crunching numbers and getting the best deal for me. Both my Wife and I are very happy with our new sonata. We were a little sad to trade our 2001 sonata in however. Kudos to this dealership there were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I bought a new 2011 Sonata from Raven, who was referred to us by a friend who also bought one. Raven was a professional through the whole sale. What we liked about him is that he new what he was talking about when it came to other cars also. We love the new car, we have bought many cars in our life but have never met a salesman as interesting Raven before. He served in the Iraq war, acted some in Hollywood, and best of all was a Pro Wrestler for the WWF/WWE. while waiting to go in finance we watched some of his wrestling matches on the computer in his office. It was the best car purchase experience we have ever had anywhere. We highly recommend Raven Clark and the hyundai sonata. We had shopped over at Bob Dance Hyundai but found that the ads were very misleading once the salesman told us all the fine print.

My husband and I were actually just "browsing", considering several brands of cars...Hyundai was not our first choice at the time; however, after talking w/Paul G and test driving the 2011 Sonata, I was sold..went to Honda and Toyota...wasn't impressed with salespeople nor product...right back to Hyundai.Paul is a very easy to work with salesperson. My husband was in car sales for years and can easily "read" salespeople...he immediately liked Paul and we purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata...beautiful car...a whole lot more for your money than anything else we looked at....I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and in particular, Paul G., our salesperson. Mr. Richardson took as much time as I needed to explain the features and benefits of the car. He was very pleasant to deal with.I traded in a Toyota and he explained the accelerator safety features of the car as well as the standard traction control and stabillity control.

Lee was not only helpful in the sale, he also offered to come in on his day off if it would help us. He completed follow up calls in a timely manner and has been respectful of our time and courteous in all of his communications with us ..Thank you for your help and look forward to a happy future with Lee and the dealership. My Honda Civic was dying, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the only Honda dealership within 50 miles, so I went all around Daytona Beach to find a used car (I couldn't affort new). It didn't take long to see that I would get nothing for my Civic and be paying through the nose for a used car that might already have problems. Then I went to Jon Hall Hyundai. Lee Richardson was warm and friendly & wanted to know all about my tastes and travels, so he could put me in the best used car for me. He made several phone calls to get the best price for my Honda, which he passed on to me. Then he had me take a test drive in the car he thought would be perfect for me, and he obviously got it right! Next, Lee took me to see their service center and how they handle cars with care and give you a free loaner car if your service is going to take more than a few minutes. No more waiting all day in the waiting room, or trying to find someone there who will give me the promised ride to work. And their loaners aren't clunkers, either. Lee followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was still happy with my Hyundai Sonata, and even sent me a personal thank you note. Everyone at Jon Hall Hyundai is helpful and friendly, and I recommend this dealership, and especially Lee Richardson, highly.

went to purchase a car talked to robert carpenter he was an awesome salesman found an awesome car and and awesome price left a 2500 deposit however i went home and due to my driving record i was unable to afford car insurance. the refunded my money no problem and no hassle the salesman was really awesome

We visited this dealership one rainy saturday as we were interested in a 2010 Sonata. Lee Richardson greeted us and was very friendly and non-pressuring. Lee really knows his stuff and makes the whole process painless and worry free. Their offer on our trade-in was very fair and upfront. The only negative at this dealer is the heavy-set gentleman who explains the extended warranty options and does the paperwork to complete the car buying experience. He was very crass and unprofessional and tarnished what otherwise was a perfect car buying experience. My advice to Jon Hall would be to replace him with someone more personable.All in all, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Lee Richardson.

This past March I was shopping for my first car, I visited many different dealerships and actually went to Jon Hall Hyundai twice. My immediate impression was that the salesman who talked with me, Paul, was incredibly friendly and very upfront about costs and how the dealership could help me. He worked with me in a very cohesive way and made sure that I was able to get my car. I live in Tallahassee and was only able to come down one weekend to get the car and Jon Hall had the paperwork overnighted to me and was incredibly accommodating. In addition to this, I think that I got an awesome deal on my car and I love it. I have had it for nine months and have never had a single problem with it. When I look to buy a new car in the future, Jon Hall Hyundai will definitely be one of the places that I begin my search, hopefully with the help of Paul.

This having been the first time I've bought a car on her own, Lee Richardson was the best thing that could have happened. He was very, very compasionate, honest, and explained everything in laymen's terms. He checks up on me and when I wanted cruise control added in the car, he got me the best price and best service, and followed up every bit of the way.I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car without any hassel, to see Lee. He will take care of them and do it with a warm heart and a smile.

Everthing was great when we bought our new Sonata. The salesman was helpful, friendly and courteous. There was not a lot of pressure to buy stuff we didn't want. They provided a loan when my credit union dragged its feet. Not sure the deal was best price I could get but then I never am.

We recently bought two 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe SUVs for our sons. We came into Jon Hall Hyundai prepared to trade in one son's 98 Ford Explorer during the 'cash for clunkers' promotion and met Mr. Lee Richardson. He was courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was by far the easiest, most enjoyable and stress-free new car purchase we've ever made, because of Mr. Richardson. A week later we were prepared to buy a used 2009 Santa Fe for our other son since his car did not qualify for the 'clunker' rebate on new car sales. Unfortunately, the make, model, and color we were looking for was not available in Daytona, but we did find one at Bob Dance Hyundai in Orlando. Our experience was completely opposite and ruined what should have been a pleasant experience for all of us. We were talked down to, misled, and shown a "new" filthy, overpriced, smoke-filled car instead of the one advertised. I even called ahead to say I was coming in to view that specific car. When we started to leave - the requested car appeared. Thankfully, Mr. Richardson was available by phone to advise us on how to proceed with the transaction since we were ready to walk away from what was a good price on the vehicle we were looking for. The car is great, but the sales experience there was horrible. It is worth the extra time and drive to Daytona to work with Mr. Lee Richardson at Jon Hall Hyundai.

I buy a new car very 2-3 years and give the old one to one of my children. I usually buy V8s: Town Car or Grand Marquis Mercury. My Son, a professional truck driver, gave me a recommendation to look at the Hyundai before I made a new purchase. He said they were terrific and another friend who works in the insurance business told me they were having very few problem with these cars. I will not mention the insurance company, but is is one of the biggest in the country and has a pet lizard. :-) Well I stopped in to Jon Hall Hyundai in Daytona beach and met Lee Richardson. This guy was the best, and believe me in 49 years I dealt with many salesman. No pressure just good and knowledgeable information about the car. He knows his stuff and after a test drive I was sold. I've had this little V6 for about 3 months, had it serviced once and it is wonderful. I swear it has more room in it than my big cars. With the the rear seats folded down, I call it my slick little truck. Looks and drives like a dream. I highly recommend this car, the dealership, and in particular Mr. Richardson. When the cash for clunkers program came to be, I started searching for a new car. I visited several dealers in my area and Jon Hall Hyundai most impressed me. The salesman Lee Richardson was awesome. He ironed out a fantastic deal and I drove our new car home within a few hours. Since then, I obtained my first service, and was in and out in less than an hour without having an appointment. I highly recommend this dealership and its employees. Very friendly people and Lee always follows-up with any contact I have with the sales or service departments.

I would not drive any vehicle except a Hyudnai at this time, and with both Paul Gastreich, my salesperson, and Leo Gallien, my finance person, everytime I need help or have a question, everything is taken care of promtply and professionally. I had called Hyundai expressing an interest in a new 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Lee said there was only one remaining on the lot, but come on by and see some of the other vehicles available. To make the story short, we (wife and I) settled on a 2010 model. From beginning to end, there were no false comments or pressureI to buy a car. Lee was very personable, receptive to queries and was a pleasure to deal with. Lee emphasized that we should consider him our contact for anything relating to the vehicle, which I have taken advantage of. We have purchased a few cars prior to this one, and no ever said " the first oil change is on me". To some this would be a token offer, but we appreciated it. I know that it will be quite sometime before I have to even think about another vehicle, but if and when the time comes, would Lee be the first one I would contact, you bet I would.

I had a wonderful service experience at Jon Hall Hyundai. Bob greeted me right away with a friendly smile and listened to my description of my problem. He took care of all my concerns and had may vehicle returned cleaned and ready when promised. I would strongly recommened the service dept.

I'm on my third Hyundai. In 2002 I bought an Elantra for my Daughter to drive back and forth to college. In 2004, I purchased a Santa Fe for the comfort and room. Recently, a 2009 Sonata for fuel efficency. Each time, I shopped around, the guys at Jon Hall always had the best deal, in addition they made sure I got the color (interior and exterior) and all the extra equipment that I wanted. I have found that Hyundai's are an unremarkable value for the price, and their owner loyality program with generous rebates makes ungrading when you are ready easy. To my surprise, I've also found that the trade in value on these cars was better than any other manufacture that I've previously owned. The courtesy does not end at Jon Hall once you have bought your vechicle. The Service department will schedule your maintence at your convenience, not theirs. The car has always been ready when promised. I give the guys at Jon Hall 5 stars *****

On Saturday, our salesman, Chris Nelson, and a manager, dark-haired heavy-set guy, both said our trade-in qualified for $4,500 from the Cash for Clunkers program. We filled out the paperwork, got a bottom-line price, and were prequalified, but we had to return the next day with our trade-in to complete the deal. The next day, with nothing left to do but sign our check, the manager told us our trade-in did not qualify for the Clash for Clunkers, that they had made a mistake yesterday when looking it up on cars.gov. Apparently, they were lying or completely incompetent, neither of which is good, because "two" different people would not make the same mistake, especially considering how long the program has been running and that they were not new employees at Jon Hall Hyundai in Daytona Beach, Florida. Their underhandedness/incompetence was made even more irksome because of the distance we had driven to this dealer, twice, and because we had spent several hours preparing our vehicle for the trade-in (removing the hitch, reinstalling the factory radio, finding the year's worth of insurance documentation, etc., not to mention the time filling out the paperwork. It was certainly a bate-and-switch, so buyers beware! Needless to say, we refused to buy the car and will never shop there again, and probably not ever at a Jon Hall dealer, if this is how they do business.

When we visited this dealership with my husband - we were approached by a white haired older gent with a southern accent' that had the personality of a dried up prune and he didn't even tell us his name - our vehicle we drove in with was a Black Hummer H-3 - the 1st thing he said was "You are not going to trade in that H-1 are you?" - so this already told me he knows nothing about vehicles - a H-1 looks NOTHING like a H-3 - then we asked about the Sonata that was advertised for $15k + - he said "oh I think we have only 1 - but I don't know which one it is" - so he then went inside for 15 minutes and came out with the keys and then tried to locate the vehicle by pressing the alarm on the remote.......since we didn't want to waste our time or his - we asked him to have someone look at our H-3 and tell us a ballpark of what it's worth - we knew we were upside down - but depending on how much - was if we could do a deal or not - the response we got was "We don't do business that way" - my husband and I have purchased over 20 vehicles in the past 10 years and have always did business this way with other dealerships - so the saleman, supposedly went in and asked the manager - he came back out - dropped the keys in my husbands hand and said "Like I told you before - we don't do busness like that - said we would go inside if we were really buyers" and walked away - we were so appaulled...we went home and called Hyuandai of St. Augustine and spoke to the manager - told him what happened and he assured us that he would treat us right - we went there the following day and purchased a 2009 Sonata SE....and had a WONDERFUL Experience......OH and my dad had gone to this same dealership a few months ago to buy the new Genisis and didn't because he didn't like the deal - so he also went to Hyuandai of St. Augustine and they gave him a deal of $3,000 better than Jon Hall Hyandai in Daytona......DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP - GO TO HYANDAI OF ST. AUGUSTINE - WHICH I RATE ***** (5 Stars) - THE BEST!

My ONLY complaint was that the vehicle I purchased was not as clean on the outside as I would have liked, granted- it was raining that day so I am being a little picky... anyways the sales experience was FANTASTIC, (I highly recommend Frank E., he went out of his way to make my buying experience pleasant.) Plus he was extremely well mannered and took care of everything I needed! I was given a fair price for my trade and kept my payments from going up too much. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you and god bless everyone at Jon Hall!

Frustrating experience, but I would not say I was mistreated. My salesman or the manager I don't know who, was very inflexable on price and would not stop talking about payment. When I told them I would pay cash they started on how I needed to save and they could get me a low rate blah blah. Not really high pressure, just seems like they didnt listen. An exercise is frustration.

i drove a long way to see this dealer when i was shopping. i had shopped many dealers in about a 50 mile radius from where i lived and this hall hyundai gave me one of the two lowest prices. i had been upset after being misled at another dealer and was assured that they would honor their price if i drove out. they kept going to payment and it was not easy to find the price of the car which was what i wanted but only after i put some money down. friendly staff but just not happy with how it turned out.
