I needed a new driver's side door handle replaced. The job was done in a day and I was given transportation back home and then they picked me up to take me back to the service center. The people were all very friendly and courteous. And the cost was reasonable.

I purchased my vehicle at Davis-Moore several years ago and it's been serviced exclusively by them. This last service was a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I believe they did the inspection, and I sincerely hope they did the oil change, but they forgot to rotate the tires. I know this because I have one with a slow leak and it is in the same spot it was before I took it in. So, a fail this time, Davis-Moore.

I was so happy to realize that my old service rep was now at Davis Moore. I had always has the best customer service from Nick. The dealership that I was still at has horrible customer service. My husband had been telling me to switch to Davis Moore. I finally got fed up with the dealership and called Davis Moore. Imagine my relief when Nick was the service rep who answered the phone. Customer service at davis moore is not there, I have never felt welcome when bringing in my car for service. But this time i'm done. Picked up my car yesterday, looked at the ticket when I got home and they had not charged the coupon oil change price. Went back today 08/16 to get a refund, the girl at the counter did not greet me, I explained my problem, showed her the email coupon I had received from davis moore, she said she couldn't do anything about, the gentleman that checked me out yesterday said he hadnt seen anything about the discount, then nick comes over and take a look at the invoice, then I showed him the email, he said looks like we owe you about $5 and takes 5 out of his pocket, threw it on the counter and says probably cost more to get here than that and walked away. I have an appointment tuesday for a recall but i am going to call and cancel and NEVER GO BACK TO DAVIS MOORE CHEVEROLET AGAIN. I was looking at trading in my 2003 impala for a 2017 and I can get family discount, guess I will go to eddys cheverolet for service and a new carConner ward I look forward to your phone call. On Aug. 22, 2016, I was driving down Ridge Road in Wichita, Kansas when a 10" tent stake punctured the left rear tire of my 2016 Tahoe. Fortunately, I was only a short distance from Davis-Moore Chevrolet at Kellogg & Tyler. Even though I had purchased this vehicle from Parks Motors in Augusta, they went out of their way to get me back on the road in just over one hour. They had an exact match for the tire, balanced it, and replaced the nitrogen. My tire road hazard warranty covered the cost of the new tire and labor and it all went very smoothly. Thanks, also, to Robert Coleman and Austin Denny of Parks Motors who I contacted by phone to get the numbers for Davis-Moore to contact to get the warranty coverage. I have been going to this dealership for a few years to get oil changes, and have always been happy with the service because I can trust that they treat my car right; and also the price is great. The courtesy inspection is nice too, checking the battery, tires, etc. I recently had a bad experience there, I won't really go into it. But I let them know about it and received a quick response from the service manager, Conner. He was very kind and courteous, quick to apologize about the situation; and got me back into the shop quickly to fix the issue on my car. While also letting me drive a complimentary rental car for the day so I could get my errands done. I appreciated that he took the time to look into the issue and explain to me what was going on. Because now I have a better understanding of the situation with my car and can make decisions based off of that in the future.I was surprised and impressed by the response of this dealership, and I appreciated being taken care of.

I traded a Toyota SUV after being a LONG term customer! I bought a Ram Longhorn. Steve Miller was fantastic! He was NOT PUSHY; he did his homework. We had a good experience with Davis Moore Chevrolet when purchasing our vehicle. Our salesman Craig was very helpful and not pushy. We were dreading the whole" buying a car at a dealership", but Davis Moore made it seem fairly quick and easy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of an added requirement from the lender that was not disclosed during the finance portion.

This is the best car buying experience. Steve Miller was wonderful and honest and helpful. He is the best! By the time I left the dealership I knew how to run everything on my car. Steve also got my OnStar, Blue Tooth and Sirrius radio set up. I had worked with another dealership first and there is no comparison to how great this experience was. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone wanting a car. Mat Rudd handled the finances and he was equally great. Everything was explained to me so I left feeling really good about this car buying experience and the wonderful people I worked with.

I previously had a less than ideal experience with the service advisor. When I called in to make an appointment last week, Service Assistant Tiffany recognized me by name and by vehicle. She let me know that Davis-Moore recognized that I had a poor experience the last time and that corrective action had been taken. I really felt like a customer at that point and made the appointment to meet with Brian Milledge, Service Advisor. To my delight, Brian could not have done a better job of working with me. In fact, every employee from the receptionist to the mechanic on the floor led me to feel that I was making the right decision by choosing Davis-Moore. My car was diagnosed perfectly and repaired promptly with the correct parts. My Vette drives like a new car again, and I am convinced that the work was done properly as a result of the concern every team member demonstrated to me during my service call. Kudos to the entire Davis-Moore Service Team!

Very pleasant and personable and willing to work with us even past the closing hours. He stated how much he enjoyed working there and it shows. He told us a wonderful story about his years being in the Navy. Actually made me appreciate more what all of the Military personnel do for our Country. Just so happened that on the day he sold us our car, he realized it was his actual anniversary of the date he either started his active duty or the day he retired. (I can't recall which).One thing for sure though, he also can remember that day as the day he actually sold 5 vehicles in 1 day!!!! WOW!!! You should give that man the fancy yellow corvette you have in your show room!!!He's paying me to write this you know!!! (Totally Teasing) No, it was a very easy going no high pressure sale. We knew before we went in that we did NOT have to buy a car and we knew what our price was that we had in mind. He made us an offer, we had a trade in to, and the car that we had wanted, they actually had to find it and bring it in. When it got to you guys it had more amenities than we had planned on, however, we had our price still in mind. At first Steve said he could spread the payments out to make it work, we said "No, it's not about how much we can afford, it is simply how much we would pay for a new car". SO, he said that he would talk to the finance man and make it happen one way or another. And he delivered!!!So very happy with our beautiful new car!! We have had people looking at it in the parking lot of Walmart saying...."is that your car" and then proudly of course we say "yes" and they said to my husband, "i just had to see what it was, because it was so pretty". We got the Burgundy or "Fire Engine Red" color of the Equinox. Definitely would recommend you all to anyone I know looking for a vehicle, and Steve of course would be the guy to see. We shall be back someday I am sure.

I have given Al the "Excellent Rating" review for serveral reasons, but the main reason is that he takes care of his friends...... The vehicle we just purchased from him, is our 4th vehicle he has helped us purchase. When I saw the vehicle online that I was interested in, all I did was contact him, made arrangements to go and pick it up so we could test drive it. This service department needs a lesson on scheduling. My appointment was for 8:00 A. M. There was 2 cars in the service lane when I arrived. This recall stated that it would take approx. 1 1/2 hrs. to complete. I was told that it would be ready about 11:00 A.M. Since I have been having some health problems, I decided to take advantage of the shuttle service. The driver was very nice. About 10:30 A. M. , Nick Fouts called and told me that he was "backed up", so it would 1:00 P.M. before it would be ready. He gave me the option to pick up my car and reschedule this recall dealing with the safety of my seat belts. I have been waiting since last July for the parts to become available, so I told him to go ahead and take care of it. About 1:20 P.M. , Nick called to tell me that it was ready, but the shuttle driver would not be back for abt 15 minutes. Again this driver was very nice. This was the 2nd recall on this vehicle. The last visit was just as messed up! Strike 2 !!! In the future, Chevy will NOT be my first choice and Davis-Moore WILL BE my last choice. The service department is more important than the sales department.

After a long day dealing with another dealership and them not working with us at all, we decided to give Davis-Moore a shot! BEST decision we had made all day! From the moment we walked into the door until the moment we drove away with our brand new truck, we did not have one complaint! Mr. Steve Miller is hands-down the BEST salesman there is! Davis-Moore did not have what we were looking for on the lot, and he spent all his time looking for and finding exactly what we wanted! He not only found it but made us a great deal and made it work for our budget! Steve even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly in our transaction and did a great job in showing us EVERYTHING on our new truck before we drove off!! We were so impressed by not only his friendly manner and great attitude but with everyone we dealt with at Davis-Moore! The Pickup Drive

I had a low tire, warning flashed that it was at 29 pounds. It uses nitrogen, so I took it in to Davis-Moore where I bought the pickup brand new. I waited 80 minutes to get a tire aired up. I complained twice, but was told just a few more minutes. Finally the service manager got off his butt and went to see what was the hold up-the service person let it 'slip his mind' I was on the road 5 minutes later.

I came in for a speed sensor code to see which one may be faulty. The service team informed me of several items that needed attention including the speed sensors. I understand that it's common to check fluids etc and recommend that they be changed. I gladly take the advice and change them myself to save on dealer labor costs. The speed sensors happens to be the issue in this case. I told them I thought it was a sensor bad up front so that they would have a little insight that I'm not an average customer. Next up comes the $700+ quote for replacing 2 speed sensors. one was worn all the way through and the other according to the tech was almost just as bad, would be worn in no time. The recommendation was to replace both. First off, I know the dealer is going to put a new part on the side that was worn through. My problem is that they wanted to charge me to replace the other side when there was not single bit of wear on the wire. The wire has a boot on it that is retained by a plastic clip to keep it from wearing on the inside of the rim. The boot had fallen out of the clip. So instead of charging me for a $197 part and another $150 in labor. They could have spent 5 minutes and put the wire in the clip like I did.

I have a high performance car and they took great measures to make sure everything is perfect. A lowered car presents extra difficulty, and they took great care at doing my alignment. I took my Tahoe in with an A/C problem. Over all, I would say the service department needs to work on communication. Long story short, they claimed that my compressor went bad and destroyed everything (didn't offer to show me, I took them at their word). They went in a replaced almost everything in the AC system (some of which was under warranty, some wasn't). Had to keep it over night, didn't offer me a rental car, and tried to convince me to do a bunch of other work that I declined. When I picked up the car and paid the 700 dollar bill no questions asked, I drove it halfway home and the AC wasn't cooling at all! I called back as I'm driving home, and they wanted me to bring it right back but I couldn't waste any more time that week. I brought it back the following week, more time away from work, and I sat for 2 hours with no communication at all. I went to ask about status and finally got the update. They recharged it, it seemed to be working but there may be something wrong with the actuators which weren't under warranty and would cost another 1000 dollars to replace. I requested a rental car this time, which they gave me, then when I went to pick the car up the next day they made it sound like I was in for a separate trip for the actuators and the car wouldn't be covered, even though the AC wasn't fixed the first time under the warranty where I didn't get a rental car. I told him I was unhappy and felt like I was getting the runaround, and he basically said that the AC was working properly and they couldn't reproduce the problem, but that they would cover the rental car (which should have been provided the first time I put the car in anyway). I bought this car from this dealership, and have had it serviced there before, but I will probably not be able to go back.

Service airbag light came on my 2006 silverado. Took it to service center on 7/16/15. I was told it needed a new driver side front impact sensor. The part was priced at $285.00, Labor was figured at one hour at $218.50. Ended up buying the same switch (same model number) for $90.00 at Auto Zone.. Took me exactly 4 minutes to remove the lower radiator splash shield, 15 min to go to Auto Zone, and 4 min to install switch. Why does it take a professional mechanic 1 hr. to install this and a shade tree mechanic 8 minutes?I have owned 4 new Chevy pickups and thinking it's about time to buy another one. Looked at one of your $52,000 trucks, but have decided that maybe I should look at Fords and see why the F-150 Ford is the best selling truck in the country.

I did not purchase my vehicle from Davis Moore Chevy but needed service due to a check engine light on my 2009 Chevy Traverse. I brought it into DM Chevy and it ended up being a timing chain issue that would be a 4-5 day repair. They also noticed my SUV had a power steering issue while it was in there and there was a recall issued for this very thing and so they just went ahead and fixed it saving me a trip back to the dealership at a later date. The service department (Nick Fouts) kept me informed the entire time they had my vehicle and the service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. When my car was returned to me a day later we noticed a leak and called DM service. They went out of their way to promptly come get my vehicle and get the issue fixed (which ended up being a faulty part from the manufacturer, so no fault of theirs). All this in record time - which is a lot to a Mom who has a busy summer schedule with kids to haul around town. The next time we need a new vehicle we'll definitely be visiting Davis Moore Chevy 1st due to our fabulous customer service experience in the service department! Thanks for a great experience!

Very friendly staff, they seem glad to help the customer. I would suggest that when a vehicle is brought in for an oil change, the vehicle is vacuumed out and the windows cleaned like the other oil change places in town. I paid more for the oil change at your place and had less service. I also did not receive my form explaining all the things they checked off in the 23 point inspection they did. The TV in the waiting room was broken and there was no room not he other side where the TV did work.

I called service department last week in regards to a letter I received from Chevrolet on my 2009 Impala. I talked to Scott in the Service Department and explained to him what the letter stated and he encouraged me to bring my car in and they would do the work stated in the letter at no charge. After I brought my car in this morning for the scheduled appointment I was told my Kimberly Gorton that the letter was not for a 2014 Impala. I told her I understood that. I further related that I told Scott that it was in regards to the 2009 Impala that I brought in and I told him that it was a 2009 Impala when I brought it in this morning. Kimberly explained that the 2014 Impala was in their computer. Evidently Scott was listening when I told him the year of the Impala I had brought him and made the appointment for. Contrary to what Scott told me Kimberly stated I'd be charged a diagnostic charge if they found something wrong other than what I brought the car in for. After I came home I discovered that they had not returned the original letter from Chevrolet to me.

My 2015 Z51Stingray had a damaged tire and was coincidently due it's first oil change. The service staff specifically Tiffany, Kimberly and especially Nick, listened to my concerns. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them! Nick allowed me to look at my car on the lift and speak briefly with the mechanic. Then he stayed past closing to make sure all was as it should be before I left. I currently own three Chevrolet vehicles. We moved here from Louisville KY last summer. Quick, friendly and professional. The Davis-Moore Chevy team is great! My wife drives a Honda and the experience at Davis-Moore is MUCH better than Honda. In the past she had an Acura and I would put the level of service from Davis-Moore right on par with Acura. Connor is a great leader for the service team! He's always very patient and receptive.As for quality of repairs, I dropped it one star for the smallest of things, but has been very good otherwise. Upon a recent visit, a screw for a wheel center cap was cross threaded and stripped. Disappointing as I know this wouldn't have happened had the tech taken the extra time to secure it manually as opposed to using a drill or screw gun.My only issue with the facility is that the parking is limited and the service desk office is very tight and congested. Otherwise, very clean and organized facility with great accomodations.

"Best Service In Wichita"I bought my Equinox in January of 2013 at Carmax, in February of 2015 I had a check engine light come on and brought the vehicle back to Carmax as I purchased the Extended Warranty when I bought the car. CarMax told me to follow up with a Chevy dealership since it was a "power train" issue. I brought my car to Davis-Moore Chevrolet on the west side of Wichita and Don Campell handled my case. It was determined that I was going to need a new engine and Mr. Campell took care of everything, he set up the car rental from Enterprise and coordinated the repairs of my car while keeping us informed. I have to say, it was by far my best experience at a car dealership service department, timely, efficient and top quality work. I recomend Davis-Moore for your service needs and I will be sure to buy my future cars from them knowing what quality customer service they offer.

One of the things we like best about Big Al is that his commitment lasts LONG after you have bought your vehicle. The clutch went out in one of our company trucks and we needed to have it repaired in a quick amount of time. We were able to get it towed to Davis Moore and Don Campbell was able to get the technician on it right away. We were contaced by Don Campbell to let us know what was going on with the vehicle and after having it for only 2 days, the work was completed and we were able to pick it up. I was not initially going to buy from Davis Moore. Not because I had anything against them, I just simply had looked other places. I had found the car for my wife that we were leaning toward. I received a call earlier in the day because Davis Moore was notified through a car buying service we were going through. I simply told the girl I talked to that I was looking at a specific car and trim level and that if they couldn't match the price, no disrespect, but I would not be interested. I was later informed after she went to see what they had, that they had at least two options for us. When we got out there they were very friendly. Big Al worked with us throughout the entire process. Big Al came in with a price that was quite a bit higher than I had talked with the girl on the phone about. We talked for a min, literally like one min, and I let him know that I had already discussed where the price needed to be and that I appreciated his time but I would not be interested. He asked that I give him just a couple mins to go talk to his boss and explain the situation. Again this literally only took a few mins and he came back with his boss Shawn. They gave us exactly what we asked for. Everything out the door. I would simply sum it up by saying that anyone that has ever been car buying knows it's a little crazy to think you can just walk in and say I want such and such vehicle for "X" price. But at the end of the whole experience that is exactly what Big Al got for us, exactly what we asked for. They gave me a mutual respect that we would not waste each other's time, and I completely understood if they could not sell us the car at the price we needed. They were able to make it work and so that is exactly what they did.

When I was recommended to try Big Al at Davis-Moore, he quickly searched the inventory. I went to Davis-Moore and Big Al called me by my name and was ready for me. I did not have to wait for my test drive. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the model and even quoted specific details about the very car that I was interest in. In addition, Faron called me before I visited to see if I had any questions. I really appreciated Farons courtesy call because I was able to ask questions and that allowed me to be more prepared to make a purchase. Chandler had sent me some helpful emails and Mark made sure that I was satisfied with the condition and price of the vehicle. The purchase price of the vehicle was in accordance with the estimated price range in Kelley Blue Book. It was actually on the low end. I knew I was getting a great deal because the car I was purchasing was certified which added to its value. In addition, I added on the signature finish option. It has been a week now and I feel so blessed to have my new car. It is exactly what I had been hoping to find. Conner,Kimberly,Dave,Dean have always been great and put up with my BS and complaints and fixed them correctly on time. I haved tried many times to buy new Chevys from Davis-Moore but they wouldnt or couldnt match the price of other dealers but I have always had them do warranty or service work because it is next to none. After being turned away from don hatton service multiple times I just couldn't take "there's nothing wrong with your vehicle" as an answer. I decided to get a second opinion at Davis Moore and spoke with the service manager who took time out of his day to address my concerns. Within minutes of listening and inspecting my vehicle he knew something was wrong. After 2 days they repaired the timing chain and it is running like a dream! I knew something was wrong and Davis Moore was able to correct it where don hatton was unable to do so. I am very pleased with my experience here and will be returning for future service needs!

A funny thing happened on our way to Home DepotMy wife and I had been tossing around the idea of owning a Mini Cooper S Countryman All4 for some time. But, since there is no BMW/ Mini dealer in the city, we never pursued it, other than the occasional internet search. One night, we were driving past Davis-Moore on west Kellogg and spotted what looked to be the perfect 2011 Mini for us. We stopped to take a look and were pleasantly greeted by Big Al. He showed us the many features of the car and offered us a test drive. (I think that he wanted to go for a ride in it, just as much as we did.) We decided that this really was the car we had been hoping to find and Big Al made everything as easy as could be. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. He and Brent went over everything plainly and simply. We highly recommend the good people there.

I am still unhappy with the fact that Davis Moore scratched the paint on the door of our Traverse when they replaced the wiring harness in the drivers side door. I was informed that touch up paint would be ordered for me to touch up the scratches that was created by Davis Moore. That happened months ago and I continue to ask when the touch up paint will be given to me to correct their mistake regarding the scratched paint.

After my wife and I tried constantly to trade in our old mustang, each time we always got the short end of the stick. Having a baby on the way we seriously needed a bigger car with more space. Months and months go by still no help, more let downs untill we came across Steve miller. Worst quality of work I have ever received. This is the second time a service technician has failed to complete requested work to the fullest. The first was not installing all required bolts for a trailer hitch and the second, most recent, was not testing a wire installation to which the service advisor, Don C., informed me that it was factory installed, factory GM parts, and warrantied. He also informed me that the wire job was "good to go", 700 miles later and i find out that it is not even installed correctly but the wiring was never tested by the dealer (no power). The five foot wire harness was installed with one zip tie and lays over the exhaust. There was no power to the wire harness due to no fuses installed. Also the wires to the fuse box weren't installed as prescribed by a GM supplement which the dealership has access to. This all could of be avoided if the technician tested the wires harness, which was plug and play. So $250 more dollars, four more days of vacation used, and hopefully another dealership, two states over, will be able to fix/repair the wiring so that I can get back to Kansas.

They called us and gave us a lower quote but when we went back they raised the price and forgot about the lower quote. They also tried switching from a 72 month term to 75 without advising us. I very much enjoyed working with Christian Haige and Steve Miller. I felt they both bent over backwards to assist me in what I wanted and needed. My few complaints stem from spending several hours hammering out a deal on a car and then being told it was on recall and I could not take it home. This should have been disclosed immediately. I also have found a few hundred dollars on my car loan that are not the agreed upon prices. I haven't had time to take this last issue up with DM due to living out of town, but I'm sure they will look into it. Also, I felt the finanicial gentleman, while very nice, pushed very hard and even added some things to my loan when I did not agree upon them. He did manage to keep my monthly payment the same, but if I could have gotten it lower I would have went that route. My final complaint... 9 credit checks on my credit... I've never had that many credit checks from 1 dealership. That is a bit much. Other than that I'm just frustrated that the dealership doesn't seem to have any answers as to what the recall will consist of on my 2014 camaro. A quick check online shows that the only thing being done by GM is to remove the key from the fob and cut a new seperate key... Why is this taking more than 5 minutes? I've seen literally hundreds of people online that have purchased these cars and this is the exact fix to the recall. What gives? My overall impression with this dealership is still great. Enjoyed working with them other than a few hickups. Everyone was vry professional and nice. I will shop here again.

I dropped my Tahoe off for oil change and was told approximate time it would be ready. About that time out our salesman Luke walks in. I then told the service writer that I would just walk down to Home Depot to look at plants and they could call when ready. Luke then offered to give me a ride. It was very cloudy and rainy and when he dropped me off he gave me his card and said to call if it was raining or I needed a ride back. I thought that was really nice of him. The service writer also told me our rear brake pads needed to be replaced and they would do it at no charge since we have only had the vehicle a few months. My husband and I have purchased 4 cars from Davis Moore since 2005. This last time we traded in our 2011 Tahoe for a 2014 Traverse and had one of our better experiences. Danny Dodd met us out in the lot and tracked us down even though we must admit we tried to lose him a couple of times!!! We hate how salesmen sit like vultures and want to attack the next prey that comes on the lot. However, this time Danny's persistence was great. He was extremely friendly and honest with us and just listened to what we had to say to meet our needs. His excitement throughout the process was great and he really tried to do all he could to make this a good experience for us. We were so glad he stuck with us and truly felt like we got the best salesmen on the lot that day! Brent was nice to work with as well. We would definitely come back and work with these two individuals for our next vehicle purchase. The only drawback of the entire experience is the length of time it takes to purchase a vehicle. We were there for about 5 hours with a majority of the time just sitting there waiting for the price negotiations information from the corner office - totally frustrating!! We did not fault Danny at all for this, he understood what we needed out of the trade and a payment to make the deal work and because of him we worked through the pain and frustration of the negotiation process to get our new car.

Let me begin by saying I'm not a fan of purchasing automobiles from a dealership. I've had very few good experiences due to the high pressure, treated like a child, and dishonesty from sales employees'. I purchased a vehicle from Davis Moore in June 2013 and was overall very pleased from the beginning to the end. In March 2014 our vehicle needs changed and was in the market for a new car. I had just dropped off my truck with Kimbery Gorton to be serviced. She has always been great and I can fully trust Davis Moore Chevy with my sevice needs. I'm not an easy one to please in this area either, but Kimberly and the service dept has gained my trust and she has always went out of her way to make things right. As I was walking through the lot, a car caught my eye. I was greeting by John Jonas. His demeaner was not pressuring me to buy the car immediately. I wasn't even looking for a car that day. John was very polite and made my feel at ease and in control. I had a trade in and knew what the car was worth and what price I wanted. There was no haggling. The trade in price given was right the first time. I told John I would think about the purchase and left. I wasn't pressured, wasn't lied to, and was free to leave without being held hostage. I came back later that day and purchased the car because I was treated fair and my intellegence was insulted unlike other dealerships. Me and my wife recommend Kimberly Gorton in the Davis Moore service department and John Jonas in sales. We were treated with respect and honesty from the beginning to end with our car purchase.

I went in on Saturday morning, just to see what they had. I had seen an Ice Blue Cruze online and was curious enough to go and inquire about it. I had been kicking around the idea of trading my Cobalt, wasn't real sure I was going to find anything that I liked as much. After telling Danny my story about how the Cobalt was having some electronic issues that I believed to be related to the recall, but that I was reluctant to part with the car that I paid cash for from my late fathers estate, he said lets talk. He asked what kind of car I liked, to which my response was, as long as it is a Chevrolet I could handle it. Big fan of the bow tie, I mentioned the Cruze I had seen online, he showed me the one on the lot at the west location, mentioned that the one I has seen online was located at the east store. He then asked if I wanted to drive the one they had over to the east store and drive the other. I agreed, and somewhere on the drive from the west to the east store, I fell in love with the car. I have never been more tickled with the car or my spur of the moment decision to visit the lot. Those spur of the moment decisions have always been lucky for me. I think the Cruze and I will be very happy and will enjoy a very long relationship. Thanks Danny!!!!! I love the car!!!!!

Had to bring my new 2014 Impala in to have sunroof seal replaced. noticed it when i was test driving that it did not look right. i live 3 hours away from Wichita so i had to schedule a specific time to bring it back. Luke and svs dept was VERY cooperative in meeting my tight meeting schedule. I also had the protection package applied and when Luke brought me my car to my meeting location it looked amazing. My husband is handicapped and did not want to get out of our truck to look at all the different trucks we might be interested in. Danny went above and beyond by just showing us exactly what we wanted without my husbandr having to get out. He was excellent in answering all of our questions. Although Conner Ward doesn't have a great deal of contact with Customers, he is easy to approach and always takes time to listen and discuss issues. All the staff are friendly and sincere in their efforts to assist Customers. The entire facility is always clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I had seen a particular Silverado 1500 on the internet that interested me very much. We drove over to Wichita on a Saturday evening when the weather was rather cold and snowing. We drove into the dealership and drove down through all of the pickups that were on the lot. I found the one that interested me so I got out and looked at it. It was perfect. We continued driving around the lot just looking (not really looking to buy) when we noticed Debbie Kretzschmar walking up to our vehicle in this foul weather. (How dedicated!) She introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could do to help. I said no and that we were just driving around looking. She said ok and advised that if there was anything she could do to help to let her know. We drove out and through the lot again and looked at that same Silverado 1500 again. (It was still perfect!) So, we went up to the showroom and walked in and asked for Debbie. We sat down with Debbie and told her we were interested in this particular Silverado. She got the keys and went out and brought it up for us to look at. Debbie did an excellent job of describing the vehicle and showing us quite a few of the fantastic options that were on this Silverado. After some trade in and pricing negotiations we were the proud new owners of a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. It is perfect. I have not owned a new pickup since 1979. (By the way; I have never owned anything but GM brands.) Talk about being tickled to death! I was then introduced to Faron Cassity to take care of all of the paperwork. Talk about a friendly, professional and easy to talk to business person. He was. He knows his business very well too. The time spent in his office was very minimal and it was a done deal. I came back on the following Monday to pick up my new Silverado and it had been detailed perfectly. I finalized the remaining paperwork with Faron and Debbie spent a good hour or more showing me about the new features on this pickup. Overall it was a wonderful experience with everyone in the dealership. My past experiences with purchasing a used pickup and also in the service department have all been very good. Thank you.

There are so many stigmas attached to purchasing a car. Some are perceived while others are real! My wife and I had a truly remarkable buying experience today, at Davis Moore Chevrolet in Wichita, KS. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facilities (to include the restroom) were. We were promptly greeted by our sales professional, Luke Zimmerman. My wife and I having been in sales for 30+ years prior to retirement do not use the word, "professional" often. It must be earned! We had our sights on a low-mileage Buick Enclave that I saw on the dealer website. Pricing was handled quickly and efficiently, and after a short wait in the lounge we were welcomed by Brent Cronister our F&I rep. Brent was very efficient, comfortably conversant, and had us ready to go in reasonable time. All of our financing and warranty options were explained to us and we made our selections. When the paperwork was completed, Brent gave us back to Luke who spent some time syncing our phones to the Bluetooth feature, getting OnStar connected, and explaining other features of the car to us. Long story short, we had a very enjoyable experience today, courtesy of the nice folks at Davis Moore Chevrolet. I will heartily recommend this dealership to anyone I know is looking to purchase a vehicle!

Regarding price, I'd probably never say 'great' because is a lot of money plus I think a person probably always wonders 'Could I have done better'? My lowest, only 'OK' rating, was Quality of Work - I purchased and paid for this truck late Monday eveing; . I picked up the following day. Additionally I was buying a vehicle before it had been checked out or actually added to the lot; it was still in back. I would expect that most of the inventory would probably have had engine compartment detailed. I was really surprised that while the obvious and outside was clean, there was nothing under the hood. Also floor mats were removed and loose in bed of truck. Right or wrong I got the impression 'it was sold', money had changed hands, and thus was minimal effort to make it presentable after the fact. .

Overall a very good experience. I came wanting to see what kind of a deal I could get with trading in my 2004 Colorado for a new Silverodo. I decided to just do it. The truck preparation was a little slow. It took five hours total. 1.5 hrs for me to pick out the truck. Barb did a great job showing me the options and all the new features on the truck. It took about 1.5 hrs to work out the price and for me to go get a check. It took me about .5 hrs to clean out my Colorado. There was about 1.5 hrs of just waiting around.

Everyone at Davis Moore was great. The first time we went to look at a car we worked with Josh who then referred us to Christian. I took a week or so to think about the car I wanted. When I went back the second time we saw Christian who showed us the 2 cars I was looking at. I got to test drive both of them and he answered any questions I had about the vehicles. We went along the process to buy the vehicle that I chose and it was so easy. Christian and the finance department worked with me and helping me get the payments to where I was comfortable with. I had a few hiccups with my personal financing and trading in my car with my previous loan. They did everything they could to help me out, and I was able to get the car I wanted. Its a perfect fit! I love how they were not pushy like some dealerships are that they try to talk you into buying a car or over charge you with extras so you end up paying way more than you want to spend. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car!

Hi I am a single mom with 3 kids and when my Dad and Step-mom could not stop talking about their experience with their car dealer, then I found out my sister and grandmother both went to her, I knew I had to find out if she could assist in trading in my truck for a vehicle for myself and a car for my newly driving teenager daughter. Barb first showed us new vehicles, but after discussing our situation, she was able to show us some extremely nice used vehicles that would better fit our needs. I am happily driving a Chevy Equinox LT and we were able to find a Pontiac G5 for my daughter. Barb was very knowledgeable about every vehicle she showed us and was able to shows us new gaggits on each of them and was just personable and answered our questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Having my daughter go through this process with me was a great experience for both of us. I have had some bad experiences buying vehicles in the past and I can honestly say that I will never use another salesperson as long as she is still working! She communicates via texting, E-mails, phone, you name it and even on her days off, she was still willing to assist me when I had a mixup with my daughter's title. She made us feel like we were the only customers she had, focused her attention on us, asked appropriate questions, and if she did not know the answer, she knew the person to go to. Very professional, kind, and curteous...beyond anything I have ever experiences purchasing a vehicle. I contacted Davis Moore looking for a new HD truck, and they were able to locate a truck for me after several other dealerships in Kansas either were unable to work a deal or were more inclined to load up their vehicles with worthless aftermarkets. Shawn and Barbara were extremely professional, proficient, and very upfront about every aspect of our deal. This is without a doubt the BEST vehicle buying experience we have ever had. By all means people, use this dealership and these folks, as they were very sincere and honest to deal with.

On 11-12-13 I visited Davis-Moore and spoke with Joshua Johnson. He is a very friendly and outgoing sales representative. I found a vehicle that I liked and I also had a trade in. The first offer that I was given (not by Josh) was ridiculous and insulted my intelligence. It's crazy how the sales management staff does this to people and it's a wonder that some people don't get upset and leave. I ended up giving counter proposal that they accepted. Now why wasn't that the original offer given to me? Is this a sales tactic to see if the customer is naive or gullible? While I don't approve of the forceful methods of the sales management team, I highly commend Josh for the help that he gave to me and the enthusiasm that he showed. Arturo was very good at explaining the financing and the options available and made me feel at ease.Ultimately, my overall experience was just OK due to the lack of respect the sales management team showed me initially. Josh did everything right it was his superiors that could use some people skills and getting to know the customer prior to making obscene offers. If I do recommend this dealership to anyone it will be with a warning to not overreact to the sales management team. Yes, they made the sale to me, but it wasn't in a manner conducive to getting the customer to return. If I could have marked "Maybe" for recommending this dealership I would have.

One of the first decent vehicles we ever purchased was from Davis-Moore. The experience then was great. When we bought our latest vehicle from Davis Moore the experience hadn't changed it is stll great. Christian was low key, no high pressure tactics, he was able to get at least two other people to help answer all of our questions BEFORE WE SIGNED ANYTHING - - - very important to us. After we went to the finance department; Arturo also explained all of our questions regarding the price of the vehicle we purchased and how our trade-ins were applied. We left to get the trade in vehicles and when we returned Arturo had new finance paperwork available with lower interest rate for us!!!! Awesome place to buy a vehicle. The price of the new vehicles is very competitve. We purchased a used Toyota from them, I thought the price was high, but I haven't purchased a vehicle for about 10 years ... guess everything costs more these days :-). I would recommend Davis Moore to anyone for a great car buying experience.

I was very satisfied as usual. I was given a ride home , then was called when the work was completed. They asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my car, I initially declined but called back later and ask if the ride was still available due to it had started snowing and I didn't want to dirty a car getting out in the weather conditions at the time. Rachel Kunselman said sure and the driver, Carl, was knocking on my door in less than 10 minutes. now that's great service.One of my squawks was a slow leak in a front tire. When Rachel called back with status, she said they had replaced a valve stem at no charge. and the labor was no charge as part of my new tire purchase two years ago from Davis-Moore.I couldn't be happier. Josh didn't pressure me and made many trips to bring up different cars for me to drive. After my purchase, I could not program the garage door opener remote. But I came through the Davis Moore dealership one day while out looking with my oldest son. Barbara greeted us and began to answer my many questions about Camaros. We went out and test drove a yellow Camaro and my son loved the experience and I was impressed also. There was no pressure selling but only a friendly test drive and willingness to check on any question I had.Long story short I purchased a 2014 Camaro that had everything I wanted on it. After my 2011 vehicle stalled for the 2nd time, I called and talked to Brian Haden. He told me to come right in. When I got there, Brian was on the phone so Scott Davis took my information. He asked if I wanted to wait until I found out how long it would take. I agreed. Before long, Brian can to the waiting area and apologized for not being available when I came in. Then he came back shortly to tell me it was a recall problem. Since it would not take long to fix, I also had the oil/filter changed and tire rotation which had a rebate offer starting that day. Meanwhile, I had a problem with the computers, so the receptionist offered me one close that was not being used that day. Very soon I was on my way with only paying for the oil/rotation. Everyone I passed was very friendly and cheerful. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Overall the experience was good. Christian was very helpful and was good about following through on getting me a book for my Equinox and ordering the labeling. The whole financial process took a long time. We were told that we would be done in 30 minutes and it was more like 1 1/2 hrs. It would help the experience of purchasing a car if this time could be shortened. Also, it was never mentioned as to how much the Admin fee was going to be until I asked. This should be brought up at the beginning of the conversation when purchasing a vehicle. Being upfront would be greatly appreciated.

We had trouble on the road and asked that our vehicle be towed to Davis-Moore since I had experienced good relations in the past. While our old vehicle was being checked in the service area, we visited with Barbara Jackson from new car sales. It was an extremely hot day and Barbara was very polite and helpful in providing golf-cart transportation, cold water and air-conditioning for my wife and our dog during the time we hunted for a possible new vehicle. After deciding we wished to think about a new replacement Barbara was able to answer all questions and make necessary arrangements for a test drive of the vehicle I had picked out. Since my wife had returned to our house during this time, it took a few hours to make all needed arrangements and connections. We ended by buying the vehicle and taking possession that evening.All in all, a very satisfactory ending to a long, hot and tiring day.

I was very disappointed at how I was treated during this service. Granted this was the first bad experience I have had here. When I entered the garage I was not greeted and I had to track someone down to help me, even though there was no one else there. Everyone was sitting at there desk.Then after checking in I was asked if I would wait. I said yes! I went into the lounge area and worked on my computer. Over 4 hours later I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. I went over to see if it was completed and they said yes. I asked why I was not notified and they said I had told them I was leaving. Never did. When I got home my son said he a message on our machine was received an hour and a half earlier. I was able to get something accomplished but not nearly what I needed to at my office. I was very disappointed at the lack or courtesy and no attempts to find me, especially when I said I would be in the lounge.

Called and made an 8 o'clock appointment to have 3 things checked on my car. The person I talked to told me it would be $89.95 to get them checked. Was there at 8 am and was informed it would be $79.95 for each malfunction. This made me very angry, as I live on social security and must be very careful with my money, after all, I was told it would be $89.95 for everything. Then my car wasn't touched until 9am, my appointment was for 8am! Irritating! What is an appointment for?I had them go ahead and check my window, that quit working and James Johnson told me it was the regulator that was bad and would cost approx. $460.00 to repair. When I got home and really looked at my repair bill it said the motor was bad. It is my understanding that these are two different parts, so I'm wondering just what is wrong with my window!When I talked to James about my misinformation, I was told "it was the fault of the new person" that I got the wrong information. Then I talked to Conner and he told me the same thing.This tells me that maybe there should be more indepth training for "new" people! I am the one who had to pay the price for the mistake and I'm still not sure what's wrong with my window and have no idea what's wrong with the seat heaters nor the compass in the mirror!I can assure you, I will not return! I bought my car from Davis Moore and until I moved to Arizona, your people did all my service work and I even bought tires from you before I moved! My opinion of this dealership has changed! There is no 100% customer satisfaction in this case and it obviously doesn't make a difference!

I got there a little early and they were done 15 minutes earlier than projected. We went to Davis-Moore to pick up a vehicle we had purchased from a PA dealership that this Wichita dealership was graciously nice enough to house for us until we could get there. Upon our arrival we were treated wonderfully. Our car was cleaned up and incidentally had a broken windshield that occurred during transport. The Davis-Moore staff got us in touch with a windshield repair shop, took our Corvette to be repaired, and allowed us to wait while it was being fixed. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality to us, all without a presumption that we were going to buy anything from them at all! While waiting on our car windshield to be fixed we decided to test drive some vehicles. We ended up purchasing a new Traverse. This purchase would not have taken place had it not been for the wonderful way we were treated by the people who were simply doing another dealership and ourselves a favor. Thank you Davis-Moore. We feel as though we made several friends and will definitely be back!

This is my second visit to Davis Moore. I had never been before as I am not from the area- I simply googled Chevy dealers in the area and found them close to my apartment. From the moment I called, everyone was very helpful, friendly, polite. I did not feel like I was being hassled or haggled to do more then I intended to do with my car. When I walked in I was very promptly greeted with a smile by Jacob. He reviewed everything with me and directed me to the waiting room which was very clean, comfortable. I did not have to wait long for the driver to arrive to take me back home. Again he was very polite and professional. They called and updated me on my car when it was complete and sent a driver right away to pick me up. my car was returned to me in exactly the shape I left it in. They explained in detail what was done and gave me a print out of it as well. On my next trip there I had the same experiences-friendly faces, prompt and professional service, and great quality work done to my car. I called in to see about getting a appointment to get a lube,oil change, tire rotation and getting a recall done on my 2012 Equinox that Chevrolet had written to me about on a oil life update on the 4 cyl. engine. It was about 8:30 AM. I visited with James Johnson. He made me an appointment for 10 AM. When I came in at 10, he said that it would take about 45 minutes to get it done. I waited in your nice waiting area watching TV. In about 45 minutes James came and told me that everything had been done, and he walked me over to get checked out. I found this dealership by doing an online search for the vehicle I wanted. They had a better price than anyone else. I contacted their online sales department and was greeted by James. Right off the bat he was very helpful. He answered every question I could throw at him. He never pressured me to purchase the vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied after the sale. It was easily the easiest car buying experience I've had.

This was my first experience buying a new car and these guys made it a great one. Everyone there was very friendly and really made me feel at home. Christian and Shawn were both helpful and knowledgeable. I never once felt like I was being pressured into something I didn't want or to get a deal done. It was a great experience and would highly recommend these guys!

I would recommend or not recommend this dealership for service. I took the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and advertised 28-point inspection. To my surprise (my car has over 162K miles on it), the service department did not have any comments or recommendations for any service. I presume checking the air filter is one of the 28 points inspected. We changed the air filter on our own afterwards because it has been awhile since I had done such. Yes the air filter is a little hard to get access but knew right away that the service department didn't even bother with it because if they would, they would have seen that the air filter desperatly needed to be changed. It was so dirty we had to shop vac the compartment before putting a new filter on because there were leaves, sand and gravel in there. It makes me wonder if they checked anything at all.

We recently bought a new 2013 extended cab Chevy 4x4 truck at Davis Moore. I shopped around for options and prices and Davis Moore offered me the lowest price very quickly, without all the hassle. They treated my wife and I very well and they actually listened to us unlike some other dealers. They undersold the dealer who says "We wont be undersold"We are 100 % satified with Davis Moore and appreciate the pleasant buying experience. In fact we liked them so much we bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them the next week.I cannot think of one reason to go anywhere else than Davis Moore, they are the best.

When I drove in, I was immediately met by Scott Davis. I told him who I was and he asked what I was having trouble with. He wrote down the info I gave him and then checked my mileage. He not only was nice & polite, but was interested in my concerns.After he had written up the order, he again asked if I had any other problems. He offered to obtain a ride back home or I could stay in the lobby. Again, I asked how long the work would take & decided to stay. Scott came to me in the lobby telling mejust what they had done to my Impala and telling me my vehicle would be ready in 10-15minutes and that the paperwork would soon be ready. Shortly, I saw my vehicle and went to check out. The best part was that there would be no charge today since thework was under warranty. Everything had been fixed and I had a new "free" battery!I told him that they had really "made my day"!!!

Wife and I are currently car shopping for similar vehicle and we will not be using Davis moor. Bought my Chrysler 300c there about 4 yrs ago and the salesman was horrible and and the negotiations about price and trade value were horrible...after a couple of days of that we finally reached an agreement that was slightly better than there original offer...had previously bought a couple of cars at parks motors of Augusta and always got a good deal and left there felling like a winner...only reason I went there was I seen the car on the Internet like what I'm doing now and it was the right color and had the features I wanted so I decided to give them a try....Mistake and never again...I will always remember that experience and will never again car shop there...they may of changed since then but I'll never know cause i refuse to shop there due to that one instance....everytime i drive past there thats all i remember....Sticking with Parks....

Had an unexpected radiator fluid leak pop up on a relatively new Cruze. We were home on the Christmas break and was able to get the car in quickly. This was helpful because it was much easier to get this done while we were all home on holiday time off. Scott Davis let us bring it in and drop it off with virtually no notice and he got it done in less than 1 day. Scott was extremely easy to work with and listened very closely to all of my concerns. Thanks a bunch!

Brought my brand new truck in for its first oil change. It was somewhat busy an waited there for over an hour til my truck was finished. When I was leaving I was really surprised they did not wash it. This is the first dealership I've been to where they did not wash it after an oil change. Also bc I was told when I bought the vehicle that I would get two free washes.

I have found that the employees at the mercury dealership of davis-moore is more personal that this chevrolet dealership. Upon check in I was told that my wife's pickup was due for 50000 mile work. However, I told her I only had time today for oil and filter change and top off the nitrogen-filled tires. Once I told her that it seemed to take a not so friendly posture. Also, I wanted to get an estimate of 4 new michelin tires, LTX MS2. Please give me a quote on the tires and balanced and aligned. Nothing was ever said to me. A lady called on the intercom saying our pickup was completed. Again, nothing said about the service or the tire quote. On the way home I noticed a post it note about three pages down with a price of $1399.16.This makes the first time I have complained, and I do know when you get busy I'm not expecting to get all of your time. However, I felt Kimberly could have made contact with me after all I was in the waiting room the entire time. On a positive note I will say the employee that received my email about the tires responded in an appropriate amount of time. Because I didn't email about my service appt. until Sunday. He called me on my cell while I was at the dealership and I told him that Kimberly checked me in and he said he would get with her. I thanked him for making contact but again never heard anything until I stumble on the post it note. I drive over a hundred miles for davis-moore to do our auto work on 3-vehicles: 2007, 2010 mercury mountaineers and 2008 silverado. This report is not to get anyone in trouble but I think it should be brought to someone's attention. Thank You, Tom Clark

We have a 2010 Equinox and were having issues when starting the vehicle. It would start OK and then die. If we started driving it would begin to die and even when we pressed on the accelerator it still died.I took it in to Conner at Davis Moore and explained the problem. He got a loaner for us so they could have it overnight and experience the same thing we did after it sat for a number of hours. It had problems the next morning and so they called Chevrolet and there were a couple of solution options. We ended up having to leave it in the shop a couple of times, but Conner and his crew were persistent in their efforts to find a solution. I felt very cared for and all the information I provided was accepted and considered helpful.The first fix worked and the Equinox has been running well ever since.

Your service department went above and beyond. I took by truck to the service center-having starter issues. replaced starter and fixed other needs. Although truck continues to make a grinding noise (not everytime). Took truck back and was told they could not find anything. Truck still makes noise.

order a jack and jack for company truck, was charged for it and it was not in truck. That crew had a flat tire and cost $500 to be repaired. had a truck with bent drive line, it was repaired and no ride and drive was done i drove it 20 miles out and had to return to shop to have the rearend repaired. Slow service and I call to find out if truck is ready to be picked up?? This is the fourth service manager that i have used, do not like changing manager's like this. I will be looking to take my company and personal vechials elsewhere.

I was looking for a newer vehicle with fewer miles. I know I wanted another Impala because I have one right now and is extremely pleased with its performance. My last 2 vehicles were purchased from Davis Moore; so I knew I would start the search with Davis Moore. Davis Moore has a great selection on its website luckly I found the deal of the week and the staff worked hard to help me get the car I want. To make a long story short; I bought the car and had a great experience with Davis Moore; they took the stress out of shopping for a new vehicle. I'll definitely be looking to Davis Moore first when I am car shopping again.

well i had to go in the 3 times and each time spent over 6hrs there. told each time would only be one hr. in the end they couldnt do a simple alighnment, comeing up with exscuses. they evently had to put it back to its original position, but i still had to pay. also had to pay to have the knockouts removed. well like i said paid about $300 and was worse than when i came in. in the end went to shamrock took them 30 mins and did a great job, and only cost me $65.and they said nockouts did not need to be touched, that you guys ripped me off. plus you guys couldnt bleed the brakes properly also, you done by manual way and not the vac procedure like i requested,plus charged all these extra little fees i was never told prior to service.so had to spend my weekend bleeding brakes properly like they should be. All in all i spent alot of money and wasted time, just to have work redone, and money wasted. sad thing is someone in my family always buying a new car and as you notice, now not from you all. and we are chevy people, but we live by our principals, and right is right, and wrong is wrong and you all were very wrong and just didnt seem to care.

I had recently purcahsed a 2010 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon and discovered there were two recalls on the vehicle. I call your facility and scheduled an appointment. The service representative was prompt, polite, and professional. The technician, Tyler Potter, was equally profesional and polite. He contacted me in the customer lounge and described what work was complete and why. Further, he looked the vehicle over and advised me that brakes, suspension, and fluid levels were all satisfactory. It isn't often in today's society that you find real customer service as well as those who willingly go "above and beyond". I was quite pleased.

Let me start off by saying that I've been a Davis Moore customer for more than 15 years. I first bought a Sable, then a Darango, then a Sebring Convertible. The sales and service that I received were spectacular. I felt that I was offered straight forward information, good prices and or choices and never felt that anyone was being swarmy or condescending. A few months ago I realized that the Sebring was getting too old and costing me about as much to maintain as a new car might. My son pleaded with me to stay away from another Sebring because of it's costly repairs due to the engine being put in "sideways". Still wanting a 4 seating convertible my choices were a Camaro or a Mustang. Clearly the choice would have to be a Camaro. The following Monday I went into your Chevy dealership. At the front desk I asked to speak with a sales person and as he approached the desk the desk attendant said "Lucky You" a bit sarcastically. Over 5 hours I was shown cars, offered forgotten incentives to bring the price down, no assurance the the car that was somewhere else in another state was available, shown used cars that "might" fit my criteria, given water, sales person went back and forth with the manager (who never came to meet me) until I was supposedly given the best and final offer. Shipped off to financing I was told that my credit wasn't good enough for any of the financing options. Why this all took 5 hours I'll never know. The next day the finance guy called and lucky me they found some one that would take a chance on my credit at 11%. I asked about the cost including sales tax, which it hadn't, and was told they would talk to the manager. I called two more time until I realized a car purchased by me was not important.A month later I thought, I'm going to try Davis Moore again and ask for a different experience and help. There was a sales meeting going on and so I was transferred to the Sales Manager and was told he would take care of things. The internet sales person called me and we wrote back a few times, but I never felt that an effort was made to meet my needs. I then quit communicating all together.Two weeks later, on a Sunday, I went to Don Hattan's webpage and filled out a request. First thing the next morning a Sales person contacted me and asked just a few more questions. He let me know that he would have a few options to look at in a day or so, what would work for me as a time to meet. I met him on Wednesday, decided on the car and price within 30 minutes, found out that the car was in Oklahoma and could be here by Saturday. On Saturday I picked up the car, paid with a cashiers check and was out the door.Although I might say there are some I would do business with at Davis Moore I will let everyone know how poor my experience is with your Chevrolet dealership. BTW, I have an acquaintance that works elsewhere at Davis Moore. After my first experience they warned me that most people at Davis Moore know that Chevrolet sales are snakes and not customer oriented.

I brought my Hummer in to have the wiring installed for the Homelink garage door opener. I told the service adviser that the wiring was not in the Hummer from the factory and asked if they could install it along with the factory visor I purchased from the dealership. They said it should be no problem. I set up an appointment and dropped it off at the scheduled time for the install. When I came in to pick it up I found out that they had not installed the visor and didn't install the wiring. I asked them about this and they said that the wiring was not installed at the factory and they couldn't add it on. I said I knew this and that is what I had told the service adviser when I set up the appointment. They said there is nothing they could do about it and handed me a bill for $100.00. I paid the bill and headed out on my way and when I got into the Hummer I found the service tech had left dirty hand prints on my headliner and the new Homelink visor. I took it home cleaned the headliner & visor and installed the wiring myself in less than an hour. We have came back to Davis Moore and purchased another vehicle last summer but I'm still not real sure about the service department there.

I used Davis More several times for service but the last time in I had some warranty work to do and they did not fix the problem. In fact, the service manager tried to rip me off by trying to sell me a new battery which I knew I did not need. He said: "your battery is putting out 0 cranking amps". I am not an expert but even I know the with 0 amps a vehicle would not even turn over. My vehicle started fine and I had AAA come to my home and check the battery (I got it from AAA) The battery was new and it checked out just fine. I took my vehicle to another mechanic who changed the idle pulley which is all that it needed to solve the noise problem to begin with. Davis Moore said it was the alternator making the noise and charged my warranty for a new alternator which I know now was not even bad.Bottom line is, I won't go back to Davis Moore for service and probably won't buy from them again either.

We have bought at least 5 cars at DM and get our service work done too.. The sales guys are nice to work with but sometimes they don't always do what they say. We don't expect honesty out of sales people in general, so no disappointments. The finance guys are mostly informative without being pushy, especially the guy who we've worked with on our last two or three purchases, he's a great guy to work with. One finance guy had me walking out the door until the salesman said a few things to him. He was really a dick. My last service visit was very favorable. I was in a hurry and asked the service guy if he could get the car out in a short time. He did and I appreciated that A LOT. That's what I call good service and is now my top reason for coming back next time. One more thing... I travel for work and am sometimes gone for extended periods. Your service guys treat my wife the same way they treat me and that's a real comfort when I'm thousands of miles away from home. My daughter found a car (that she just had to have) at a ford dealer on the west side when I was out of town. They tried to hose her and my wife with some sales BS.. Fortunately they didn't end up buying it because of the ford dealers multiple errors.. We will never buy from them and have told everyone we know that they're dishonest and idiots. They sell lots of cars, but not to me or my family. She ended up with a nice used car from DM and everyone's happy.

i brought my car in and told the service guy that i had a wheel bearing going out(at24k miles). They check it out and said the wheel bearings were fine but that the noise was that the tires were bad and you charge me $50 and sent me on my way. The next day i replaced all 4 tires but the noise was still there. i brought the car back to ya your guys drove it and said that i had a wheel bearing going out!. You replaced it and tried to send me on my way but i wanted my $50 back and was told that this dealer ship does not return $ even when its mis-taken.(I did get my $50 back after a LOT OF ARGUING)I drive 56 miles to get to this dealer ship. In that 56 miles i pass a lot of dealer ships that ill bet would not treat a costomer like this. In the last 4 years i have bought 3 new cars from ya and brought in 5 friends that also bought new cars. I'm not sure that i'll be back for more of this.

I am very appreciative of being able to bring my vehicle to Davis-Moore for service and wait on it in the very nice area you all have provided. I live 65 miles away and so it is nice to call--have the appointment set up and everyone is ready and friendly when I arrive. Then the waiting area has coffee, water, and just a nice comfortable place to be. This time even more courtesy was extended as I had a flat tire on the way to my appointment, which made me about 45 minutes late. I called as soon as it happened and they assured me it was OK, come on. Then when I got the tired changed and seen how late I was running I called again and they again said--come on, it's OK. When I got there everything was just fine, nobody showed any aggravation for me being off schedule and all went well. I also want you to know the receptions was a very sweet and kind voice to hear answering the phone, then the lady who answered in service was calming and reassuring and kind as well. I thank you all for that.

Great experience with Conner. Work was performed well and to price quoted. Came back to dealer after visiting license dept and found tape covering the vin on dash. I asked if small screw could be used to extract. It somehow became a big deal with Connor boss getting involved. He starting saying the hole dash would have to come out to remove the tape. Luckily a tech had come up and was able to remove the tape with a small screw driver while he was talking. Conner boss demeanor tainted the service visit. After customer planning lack of parts necessitated a second trip to dealer.

WE have 3 happy Davis Moore car owners in our family. We all have purchased a vehicle. We received the best service any customer could hope for.Our son Luke, is intellectually disabled and needs help in accomplishing things he tries to do himself. Although he very high functioning assistance is always helpful. Whenever Luke would schedule service on his car he always talked to Connor in the service department. He considers Connor as his friend and he trusts him. Connor has always taken the time to explain things about his car so that Luke totally understands.Connor has also called me on occasion to review what he told Luke and we decided the best action to take. This is service above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Parents of children with disabilities will forever be thankful for times like that.Connor and all of the people in the service department have done an outstanding job in servicing our vehicles.We also have bought our cars from L.P.Magyar in the sales department. L.P. has become a great friend as well as a champion car salesman. He has sold all of us great vehicles. My husband has bought several vehicles from L.P. and trusts L.P.'s advice.I have purchased 1 new vehicle (2009 HHR) that I love! My husband and I went in looking for a small mid-sized vehicle that could accommodate our growing family we had also purchased from Davis-Moore Chevrolet before. We needed a replacement vehicle for our poor little Escort that had seen better days and was unreliable. We were looking for a SUV with at least a 3rd row and electrical windows and locks. When we headed to the dealership we already had a few cars in mind to look at and had called ahead and spoke to David who stated he would have the vehicle there for us to try because it was on another Davis-Moore lot. When we arrived we were introduced to Chris who got us in to test drive a few options they had. None really seemed to fit at first and most other things seemed out of our price range. However Chris took the time to drive us over to another Davis-Moore lot to look at some Dodge Journeys that they had that had been marked down due to recent hail damage. I believe the second one I sat down in was the one we ended up with. Sure it had a couple dents here and there but nothing that wasn't fixable. Chris asked if we wanted to test drive it back to the other lot and we said sure. By the time we got back to the lot we were sold. We had every intention of not buying anything that day but given the great mileage (23,000) the year (2011) and all the bells and whistles plus the price we decided we couldn't pass it up. Oh and they also offered to fix the damage obviously at a higher price but if not they would take money off. We decided the damage wasn't that important to us. Anyway they got us an amazing deal and at the affordable payment we needed it at. It was definitely a great experience.

Everyone was very professional. I looked at a car on their website, called about it, went to test drive it and purchased it. The car was in great condition and I couldn't be more pleased to be driving it. I would definitely buy another car from Davis-Moore.

We, me and my wife, knew what we wanted and we had agreed on a maximum amount to spend. We were not counting on finding what we wanted right away, and were willing to walk away if the deal was not right for us. We told the sales staff what we were looking for and they showed us several vehicles that were similar to what we wanted. Once we decided to deal on the one we wanted everything went well after a bit of haggling. The real bad experience came once we had made the deal and signed the papers with the sales staff. They told us we had to go deal with their finance guy to pay, even though we were writing a check and paying in full right then. After we were left waiting on him for over 30 minutes, while he was in his glass office clearly not busy with anyone else, I finally went over and knocked on his door and asked him if we could "get this show on the road", to which he replied "I've been waiting on you".He then brought us into his office and proceeded to try to convince us to finance the vehicle we were buying rather than writing a check using cash we already have. After about 15 minutes of that conversation going in circles he then began to full blown, outright argue with me that it would be "smarter" to save the cash we were about to spend and just finance. We then reminded him that we were only in his office to write him the check and told him "we are done, are we writing a check or are we leaving?" He then moved on to trying to sell his additional warranty packs burning up another 15 minutes. He finally gave us the total balance and accepted our check only after my wife rather loudly said "STOP, I'm writing the check NOW, how much does it need to be.We finally got our keys and and got to leave.I would have rated the customer service better, but the salesman would have had to buy my family dinner to make up for that finance guys poor and very unproffesional behavior.

It was kinda slow at first but got a car at a GREAT price and the offered me a good amount of money for my trade after negotiating back and forth. But they bent over backwards to get me in the car I wanted. I LOVE my new car and couldn't be happier. And even better knowing it's a certified GM through the Chevy dealership. I feel like I'm in good hands.
