Just bought a Chevy Equinox from Ed at Daniels yesterday (7/28/15) and I could not have had a better experience. I'm thoroughly impressed and happy to be a Daniels customer now. Ed made me feel comfortable and let me test drive two different cars. I was a little uneasy about purchasing a car, but he made the process of financing a breeze. The popcorn and Coke refreshments were a plus, too. Y'all go see the Daniels crew!

I was looking for a 2015 Impala 2 GT with very specific exterior and interior colors and add on packages. I live in Jupiter Florida. I called GM and they found a match at Daniels Chevrolet. Justin Johnson contacted me within the hour. We worked out a plan to handle everything electronically and have the car delivered (for a small fee) to my permanent home in North Florida. He personally drove the car down and the transfer went down with just a minor paperwork glitch which was resolved in a timely manner. The car was in perfect condition. After I took possession, Justin followed up with the proper tax/tag/title paper work (Ga title going to FL titled) and I went to DMV and everything went through without a hitch. I'm an older guy so I was a little apprehensive in doing everything electronically without actually kicking the tires first. These guys did a great job. BTW ... The new Impala rocks.

Having a son in college is great for our family especially sense he's able to play football. But when we needed a car for him to travel back and fourth to school in. Best thing ever happened after having a horrible experience with a Ford F150, a friend suggested I call Ed DANIELS of DANIELS Chevrolet Buick GMC Trucks in Swainsboro, Ga. It was a 3 hour drive to go there but well worth it. Everything is honest unlike what I experienced all my life with dealers in Metro Atlanta. It is worth the 3 hour drive that I have taken a total of 7 three hour drives to purchase a total of 8 new cars in 6 years and it's only going to be Ed DANIELS and DANIELS Chevrolet for me!! EVER!!

My experience with Daniels Chevrolet went beyond my expectations. Living in Statesboro there are 3 GMC Dealerships in my region that I was going between to buy a Terrain. Daniels went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and at a better price than any of the other dealerships could even TRY to touch. My salesman, Justin Johnson, was absolutely wonderful!! He spent a lot of time with me, making sure everything was perfect. And I am not an easy person to please! Justin is the guy you should ask for when you go into Daniels. No questions asked. Any time I was at the dealership, they never left me sitting alone like the other dealerships did. At Daniels they put Customer Service above all else and no one can beat their prices! I know that for a fact! In my buying process, I met all the Daniels' owners personally. It really shows a lot about a dealership, for the owners to come personally meet and greet you and thank you for your business. It really is like a family up there, and you become part of their family during the buying process, and continue to be part of the Daniels family after you drive off the lot. I will never go to another dealership for business and I will always refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Daniels Chevrolet. You just can not be in a better situation or place when buying a vehicle than at Daniels Chevrolet.

I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra truck from Daniels Chevrolet In February 2015. I asked the salesman Ricky Collins several times if they were aware of any engine problems prior to trade in or if they did any work on it. Ricky told me that the only thing they did was an oil change. After test driving it there was a slight hesitation when accelerating. Their mechanic took it for a test drive and told me he knew it was fine and he knew of no problems. I asked Ricky if I buy this and something happens and it turns out to be a major problem what is your policy. He said we would come and pick the vehicle up and give you a refund. Even though I had to sign the as is agreement, he said thats just for small stuff and we will make it right. I got home and immediately discovered oil leaking from the engine. I called Ricky and advised him of the problem. He said it`s probably old left over oil from when we repaired the head gasket, and not to worry about it. Apparently the previous owner had driven it too long when it was over heated before trading it in. I was shocked and questioned him as to why he never disclosed that when I asked. He just said he thought he mentioned it. I decided to have a dye test just to make sure just to be safe. The results showed the head gasket was still leaking. I called Ricky and told him I wanted my money back. He wanted to know if I had added water to the engine or drove it real hard. I advised him that I just drove it the 100 miles from his dealership to my house and then to a mechanic. I requested my money back as he promised. He even tried to say that my mechanic may be lying to charge for more repairs or that he is incompetent. He insisted that I drive to another mechanic they are associated with for a second opinion. The new mechanic found the same problem. He stated whom ever did the repair did it incorrectly. The fact that Daniels service never checked to see if the engine was still leaking was very disturbing. I again called Ricky and asked to get my refund. He was reluctant and offered to fix it at their dealership. I refused but suggested that we could do the repair at the mechanic they sent me to. I waited 4 hours before he finally said Mr. Daniels declined the request. I told him I want my refund as was promised. He said that they will send a couple of guys to pick it up in the morning and bring me a check. The next day I called to see what was happening. Ricky said Mr. Daniels told him I can have a refund but now I have to drive the truck back. I advised him I didn`t feel safe driving all that way with known engine problems. I explained that both mechanics advised me that there is probably more damage internally and the truck could die at any time. He said that what Mr. Daniels wants and he`s the boss. I reluctantly agreed to return it but told him I need something in writing stating that they are aware of the situation and authorize me to drive the truck back without holding me responsible if something else goes wrong. Ricky said no problem and he would email it to me. I got a letter stating I have 48 hours to return it but it must be inspected and be in the same condition it was in when I purchased it. This would be impossible since it was already in worse shape after just driving it home. I called Ricky back and asked for the letter to be re-written to reflect what he agreed too but was told that`s what Mr. Daniels wants and he`s the boss. I decided not risk driving it under those terms and just pay to fix it myself. I brought it to the shop that Daniels Chevrolet had actually sent me too. The mechanic found the damage to the engine was more extensive than they thought. The bearings also needed to be replaced. They advised me it would cost almost the value of the truck to fix it, suggesting it would be less expensive to replace the entire engine. I called Richard Daniels himself. He acted like this was all my fault. He said since I refused the previous refund they wont do anything now.

Patti Hall is always friendly and provides me with the vehicle inspection sheet and goes over any suggestions the mechanics may feel is needed for future repair. I was a bit scared when I first went in to Daniels Chevrolet. Given the Large amount of cars at thier location in Swainsboro, i figured it had to be a high pressure dealership. What I found was quite surprising. I have never been to buy a car, that the sales person did not have to run back and forth to "ask" everything. From what I have seen over the years buying cars, that this is when they come back with a high down payment or a crazy monthly payment and then when I say no, they have to go "ask". That takes all day. At Daniels, I sat down, they told me what they could do, and all of it was done with the guy I sat down with. No Floor Manager or Sales Manager coming out, we made a deal and they did it. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new or used car!

I have been to Daniels Chevrolet here in Swainsboro, GA three times. The first time I was looking for a used Cadillac, CTS. The salesman told me that he would find me one that particular day that I was in there; three weeks later he call me back, still no Cadillac; the second time I was in there, my husband and I walked all around outside looking at vehicles, even went inside-three women were sitting at the counter, neither one ask if there were anything that they could help us with or nothing; the third time-I contacted Daniels on the computer; an Ed Daniels called me said he would put together some figures and would call me back; this has been almost three weeks and still no respond. I don't believe I can give Daniels Chevrolet a good rating. Sure he may be a local company, but they didn't show me anything!

Found a truck online for sale by Daniels Chevrolet in Swainsboro GA. Spoke to nice sales girl Whitney who helped broker a deal with the used car manager Don. After aggreeing to a price and then telling me the torn leather could not be fixed by them, the price went up 250$. INSTEAD OF down for damage. I should of walked away then but needed truck for work. After agreeing to new terms, they ran my credit, I was approved and was making plans to make the four hour trip. Then the night before my drive they call me and say that there's a.problem with the truck! Upon servicing it, it threw a.check engine light, but don't worry its because of the aftermarket exhaust,which i was never told it had. I said that I can't get the truck inspected in NC with. a check engine light, so they tell me its 1000$ more.to get it right. Are you kidding. And then they tell me there's a power programmer on the truck. Shouldn't that be told up front? Called to speak to the owner of the dealership, was told he would call me in one hour, never heard back.

I previously went in to buy an 04 chevy cavalier and they are very stubborn on pricing. Don't expect to save anything here... It is a very nice dealership, and now I can see why... prepare to get you pockets drained. They overcharge for vehicles and it's just ridiculous.
