Purchased a lease through Crossroads Nissan (after recently purchasing a car through the dealership). As we approached the end of the lease (our first ever), nobody from dealership called or proactively offered to answer questions or consider options. We chose to buy the vehicle because of high mileage fees. When the amount the dealership required differed from what Nissan financing was telling me, instead of patience and understanding, I was spoken to in a patronizing manner by the finance manager and informed that I was told everything when I signed the final paperwork. I was even told my conversation that day at the dealership had been "recorded" because of "federal monitoring requirements." Besides sounding ridiculous, they would have been required by law to tell me that prior to the recording in the office. Again, not a textbook case of how to handle a confused and frustrated customer. After two significant transactions with them and routine maintenance (i.e. really good customer), I'm highly unlikely to purchase or lease another vehicle through crossroads.

I purchased a 2016 Rogue from Crossroads Nissan last week and it was one of the best, most positive buying experiences I've had in the 40 years of new car transactions. They treated me fairly and respect. While there was some back and forth on the deal, as you might expect, it was all handled in a professional manner. In the end, we reached a mutually acceptable number and completed the purchase. I give them, especially the salesman (Rod), very high marks.

This is the first NEW car that I have purchased in 30 years. I was told by a co-worker that this was a great dealership with a lot of inventory to choose from, he was right. AJ was my sales person. He is one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. He asked me what I wanted, listened to me, then said, come lets look at these. He never tried to over sell me. He knew I was no-nonsense and he was a perfect fit for my needs. No pressure, he kept asking me what I wanted. The finance portion was really easy and I loved the sign my desk forms w/ the computer card to take home and not a thousand pieces of paper. Car buying has come a long way, I was in and out without feeling frustrated and drained of my money and soul!

They were awesome! They were able to negotiate a price on my trade in as well as the price on my vehicle to get me at a payment I wanted to be at. They also paid for two brand new keys to be made since they old owner only gave them a key fob without the valet key inside. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car and looking for a place that truly looks out for you. The only negative thing I experienced was how high thw gap insurance was. I paid less than half of what they charged me the last two times I purchased it, but overall great experience and got the car I always wanted!

I woke up the other day with a new car on my mind. Since I had been a Dodge girl all my life I decided to visit Dodge! I was excited about a particular vehicle and I knew that my credit of over 750 would clearly afford me that new vehicle. After 5 hours of back and forth and excuses from my sales person, I left. After I left I decided to go to Nissan Crossroads, I guess you can say that God sent me there! I met some awesome people, no stress no red tape!!! I spoke to a man by the name of Joel Williams who was amazing and honest!!! Even the Finance manager Robert made me feel at home! It took me less than 2 hours to purchase not only 1 but 2 fantastic vehicles The 2016 Roque for me !!! And a 2016 Altima for my husband as a gift!! Joel wasn't pushy, he was easy to do business with, No stress!!! I am now a Nissan Girl!! This place is amazing!!!! Bye bye dodge you are now a thing of the past! Helloooooooo Nissan!!! I called the dealer about the noise as soon as I brought the car home and heard the loud whistling noise. It would have been back the next day, however we were going away. This issue is all over the Internet. I also wonder if this is a safety concern, something that deals with the steering of a vehicle? What a mistake we made buying this car, and my only satisfaction is driving it with the sign in the rear windows that reads "Ask Me About My Whistling Power Steering Motor", with my phone number and E-mail address attached. I have explained it to 25 people in person that have asked, and allowed them to listen to the whistling as well. I also explained that Nissan says it's normal. Many have had the typical response I first had: I wanted to drive it through the showroom window! But were law-abiding citizens that know our only recourse is what I am doing. They walked away in dismay, convinced there was no way they were purchasing one of them. I have contacted your sham Facebook page, and am always asked to send a "Private Message " to so and so to discuss. They'll take a complaint. I'm done complaining. You do the math on the word I'm spreading, and if each of them explain it to ten more people, well, that's all I can do. A little background on us; we left the Toyota family back in the 90's, because a salesman told us he didn't think we could afford a certain car, this after driving Toyotas for over 20 years. We went down the street and bought out first of 5 Maximas. Strangely enough, we were going to buy a Maxima in 2015 and just picked this whistler up to hold us over; lucky for us, we got to see the quality noise Nissan now puts out in their 2014 Altimas. Maybe your company should be called Noise-san? Maybe a new bumper sticker for me, I like it. Needless to say, we're done with Nissan. Seeing the scam perpetuated by the two dealers saying the same thing, almost word for word, the noise is normal, can only come from one place, your office. The standard answer is until Nissan issues a recall, you have to live with it. There is nothing we can do! What garbage Nissan is producing. We're paying this car off in 2 years, and going back to Toyota, the Avalon to be exact. I guess we should have never left back then, maybe just went to a different dealer. In closing I would like to say that the service writer at Michael Jordan Nissan (where we purchased a new 2008 Rogue SL, for cash, back in 2008) was much more sincere and concerned than the service writer, and the rude mechanic, where we purchased the car from, Crossroads Nissan.I often think back to what my drill sergeant said to us in boot camp; Son, I dont ever get mad, I get even! I still practice the philosophy to this day. These were very easy people to work with...easy to get a hold of whether by phone, text, or email. Their response time was fantastic! They gave us a great price on a new car. When we arrived at the facility we were met by friendly faces and were treated well. The finance part of the process went very smoothly. I recommend if you are getting quotes through email or phone, make sure they give you all of their requirements to get the quoted price. Our first quote, which was quite low, came with the requirement of using their financing, which is not a big deal, but we were not told up front and made decisions based on that quote. All in all, a very good company to work with when buying a car.

Had a wonderful, honest, car buying experience. Juan was courteous and took as much time as I needed getting familiar with the car. Negotiating the price was quick and professional. And once a price was reached, the electronic forms submittal was fast and thorough. The one mistake that was made on one of the forms was corrected quickly. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Everyone at Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest was very helpful. I didn't really go in to purchased a car but when we meet Will he was very nice and friendly and work his magic to get me out of a bad car loan and into a very good one. I had the worst experience at this dealership and am sad to say I was taken advantage of. I went there to lease a new car and was told all along I could turn in my previous car there which was also a lease. They had me clean out my old car which they also took the plates off of, then after signing all the paperwork for the Nissan they decided they weren't taking my old car and I had to return it myself. They tried to tell me it was no big deal, just drop the car off at the dealership and you'll be good to go. But that was such a lie and they knew it. The fees involved to turn it in were outrageous. Then the next day I tried to take back the Nissan but they refused, said there was no grace period on returning the vehicle. So 4 months later I still have 2 cars because I was completely mislead from the second I walked in that door. And now when I turn in my old car I will still be charged a huge fee that would have been avoided if they took the car like they said they were going to. Don't let them fool you, if it sounds too good to be true it is. Take your business elsewhere or you'll regret it like me.

The salesmen are great but when it comes to the point in the sales tactics the manager comes over and treats you like a second rate citizen. Will not answer a simple question, what did my car appraise for? Keeps your keys and driver license hostage from you leaving. Not a very respectable manger for such a noteworthy dealership.

Do not under any circumstances by Crossroads' "Christian values" hype. They are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. I came in to see a specific car that I called to confirm was still on the lot. Got there literally 10 minutes later and surprise, surprise! That car wasn't on the lot. Nope! It had supposedly just been sold that day. Naturally they started trying to show me other cars, all of which were more expensive than the one I wanted to see. I explained that I know what I want and have a budget of what I'm willing to pay, but they kept trying to get me to tell them what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I know that scam and how irrelevant monthly payment is compared to trrade-in and price of what you're buying, so I just left. Very awkward departure because they kept talking to me even after I had walked outside. Won't ever go near them or any Crossroads dealerships after that.

I am, and have been for 40 years, a salesman myself; I can identify good ones and bad ones. Rod Blackwell is a keeper; he did everything right and nothing wrong, which is amazing. I went to 4 Nissan dealerships, 3 Toyota dealerships, and one each for Suburu, Ford and Lexus. Rod was easily the best floor person. Leo Vera, the manager, and the rest of the staff were also very good. It turns out Rod is also excellent at follow-up. He answered and handled my after-the-sale questions.

After a terrible experience, having my car totaled... I really needed to find a new car that I could depend on and people I could trust.I feel it is safe to say that I found both at Crossroads nissan.The salesman was very attentive and helped me make the right decision for me. they even let me take the car home to show my husband before I made my decision.I wanted to wait overnight to make my decision. The salesman was not scheduled to be there when I wanted to come back.He went out of his way to be there when I needed him and remained until after the finances were complete.He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know before I drove off that evening.The dealership contacted me to make sure I was happy & satisfied with my new purchase.I haven't been in for any service yet since the car is still new, but I look forward to finding out if the service department is just as good to work with as the sales staff.

We went to look at a very specific used car that we planned to buy as long as it was in the promised condition. We took it for a test drive and then my husband gave it a very thorough once over and was satisfied. When we came inside to start talking specifics about the car and financing, our salesperson left us at a table and then came over with a funny look on his face and said that he didn't know how it happened since he had the keys but someone had started a deal on the car and we should just sit tight and wait to see the outcome of it. Then he left us there -- just how long he thought we were going to sit there and wait, I don't know. I got sick of it after about 10 minutes and went to tell him we were leaving. He came over with the Internet sales manager and I thought at least we'd get some sort of explanation as to what had happened but instead he apologized and then asked if he could put us in a different car. I understand it's a business and that they just wanted to sell the car to whoever, and I also understand that our salesperson had no control over what happened, but he seemed very unsure of what was going on and I'm sure that if we had had someone who was perhaps more aggressive who would have fought for us things might have been different. Regardless the sales manager should have stepped in immediately and either put a stop to things or else at least done us the courtesy of coming over and explaining what was happening and what their procedure was when something like this occurs. That simple courtesy that would have shown would have gone a long way to making us feel differently about the experience.Both my husband and I emailed the sales manager separately after the incident but again, no real explanation was forthcoming. Instead, the sales manager stated that someone had 'purchased' the car while we were looking at it when in fact the purchase was nowhere near finalized as our salesperson told us about an hour after we left the dealership that the other party was still negotiating his trade-in. Regardless, the sales manager certainly could have smoothed things over even via email after the fact but instead just blew us off once again. As a result, I will never, never do business with this dealership. The following weekend, we walked into a different dealership, test drove a car and purchased it -- just as we would have done at Nissan Crossroads if we had been allowed to. I'm sure our salesperson Samantha is really grateful to these guys for their lack of customer service. :)

The staff at Crossroads Nissan was fantastic. The sales rep was easy going and courteous in every way. The sales manager played hardball in negotiations which is exactly what I expected, he was also very courteous. The finance rep was great easy going and courteous even though he had to count out $12,000 in cash by hand. Overall the whole staff was extremely nice and courteous. The best used car experience I have ever had. Thanks to the staff for everything. I will recommend Crossroads Nissan Wake Forest to anyone buying a new or used car.

I have a very busy work schedule and was unable visit the dealership and Howard made it a point to accommodate me and deliver the car I wanted to purchase to my work location even though it was in 30 minutes away. After the purchase a few issues were detected and he made sure that the problems were addressed and that I was satisfied with the purchase. In my opinion he went above and beyond which have exceeded my expectations. Howard made my car buying experience a pleasant one, he is a very nice guy. I would recommend visiting him at Crossroads Nissan if you are in the market for a car.

I went to the dealership on the last Saturday of December kind of late at night. When I got there Howard was the first person to walk out and greet us. He let us test drive what we wanted and I fell in love with the Nissan Sentra. He said that he was going to buy this same car for his wife but I got it first. SORRY HOWARD! Even though we were there at closing and on a Saturday night we got EXCELLENT service! I know everyone was ready to go home and get out of there but they spent their time and helped us out and helped us get an awesome deal! The next day when I saw the car in daylight I saw a few scratches and spots that needed to be fixed. I called Howard up and he told me to come right in! I went in and they gave me a loaner car for the day with no problem! I was very pleased!

We were very pleased with the experience we had at crossroads nissan. Upon our arrival, carlos approached us with enthusiasm. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. We also appreciated the fact that he was not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions amd was very thorough and provided us with many details about the features of the car we ended up purchasing. Also, we felt that the overall staff at crosroads went out of their way to make our car buying experience a positive one. We would not hesitate to go back!

Tracy Alexander did a super job getting us in the dealership over the phone; Al Kruziak is a fantastic salesman! He took all the time needed to answer questions, and did a great job on the demo ride. We leased a 2013 Versa for 39 months and will definitely come back to see these fine folks.

We went there on a Friday after work and did not leave until after 10pm even though the salesman was scheduled to get off at 9pm he stayed until all the paperwork was done and made sure we knew all about the new Altima we purchased. This was the first time we ever bought a car from this dealer and we will be back again when the need arises.

First I have to say that originally I thought the pricing on the Altima 2012 3.5SR was on the steep side even with the discount (internet). It was still above the real retail value. Well working with Eric, Al, Tracy we were able to compromise. Everyone involved worked together with me to have a satisfied customer. I was impressed with the Dealership that my daughter recently purchase a vehicle as well from Al. Overall I am satisfied, there were things that were missing, Nav manual, tire stem valve caps, and most surprising cupholder. Anyway, I would recommend this Dealership.

I originally went to the dealership to get an oil change on my 2010 Altima. As I waited for my car to be serviced, Howard approached me and I was shown the 2013 Altima. I took the car for a test drive and I enjoyed it! Needless to say instead of driving away with just an oil change.. I drove away in a new car! I appreciate Howard and Micah Campbell for helping me, as well as all of those who worked in the background to assist me. This was my second purchase from Crossroads Nissan and certainly not my last!

Matt is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful without being the typical pushy salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to get what I wanted. As for the service department, I have used them for several years on a previous Nissan that I owned & they have always treated me well even though I did not purchase that vehicle there. Their facility is clean & comfortable. The finance process was relatively quick & pain free. I would definitely consider purchasing my next car from them, but I'm hoping to keep my Altima for 10+ years.

I went to look at a used car. I initially met Matthew. After taking the used car for a test drive my wife said since we were there I should take the Maxima for a test drive since. It's a that time that I met Mike Veri. I loved the Maxima. From the beginning Mike was very friendly and answered every question I had, and I had many. Mike made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We never once felt pressured. His calm demeanor was a big factor in our decision to get the Maxima. Although some issues came up during the process, Mike addressed each one in a professional manner, thus cementing our decision. I would also like to mention Micah Campbell. He made the paperwork process go as smoothly as possible. What a great crew you have there at Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest. I will gladly recommend you to family and friends. High pressure sale. They said that my credit score that was in the sevens didnt matter, there was a special rating for buying new cars !! what a load ! they continually pressured me to give them "10's" on their survey marks. admin issues with the paperwork noted after the sale. stay away from Nissan in Raleigh, Sanford and Hickory.

I visited Crossroads Nissan not knowing what my car shopping experience would be like. And, if like many previous experiences it would not be all that good. Al at Crossroads approached me as I was walking to the front door, introduced himself to me, and helped me to begin my shopping for a new car. Al helped me through the whole process in a very courteous, knowledgeable way. No high pressure tactics, he just walked slowly with me and made the experience very positive. Guided me through car selection, financing arrangements, and after the deal was made, walked me through all the functions and operations of the vehicle. Al and the staff at Croassroads Nissan made me comfortable, and I would highly recommend Al as a qualified salesperson. I am certain my future dealins (service, etc.) will also be a positive experience.

I spoke to Wes via phone and asked him not to have me drive the 30+ miles if he could not meet my price range. He called back and assured me they would work with me. Indeed they did, and Wes was and has been an excellent, honest and caring sales person.
