I do not recommend buying a new vehicle at Cronin ford in Harrison Ohio .... The sales staff and finance staff are very rude and pushy ... I tried to buy a Mustang and wanted a comparable interest-rate like my existing car at 0.9% But they tried to force me into the mustang at over 4 percent interest rate and not give me market value for my trade in... Very rude and pushy staff... I do not recommend anyone to try and buy a vehicle at Cronin ford in Harrison Ohio which I consider the worst dealership ever !!!

I recently purchased a 2015' Limited Ford Explorer and could not have been more please with my experience. The salesman I dealt with from beginning to conclusion, Tony Henegar, was outstanding to work with. It was not a "pressure sale" in any way, but more of a "how can we please the customer" type of approach. Tony and his crew wanted to make a sale, which they should, but I could tell it was important that I, the customer, was satisfied. Once the sale was final it didn't stop there! I recently bought my 2nd automobile at Cronin Ford, and wouldn't shop anywhere else. Our salesman was Dave French. He was very helpful and knowlegable about the Taurus SEL we purchased. The 2011 vehicle didn't have an owners manual. I requested one, and he made sure I had one within a week. The automobile was priced correctly, extremely clean, and Dave made sure we were familiar with the many options it has. Jay in the finance dept. got us a wonderful interest rate with terms we were comfotable with. This was our 2nd purchase at Cronin Ford in the past three years, and I often recomend them to others in the market for a new or preowned vehicle. Other dealers with old fashioned high pressure sales tactics could learn a lot from the Cronin expirience.

We had a few bad experiences down here so we decided to stop by Cronin ford. My sister in law had a great experience buying her car there. We loved them, they seemed to genuinely care about our experience and seemed to want to get us the best deal possible. The finance guy, Jeremy went above and beyond for us. I have left about 10 messages on the Jeremy's phone (the finance guy) and no response and I have left messages for Justin Love the so called Sales Manager lol they must not know what customer service really is.. Now I bet if was wanting to trade or buy a car they would be all over it. I have purchased 3 cars from here in the past, but no longer will I buy from here. So this will be our family's second review! We bought our first car from Mr. Adam Minges at Cronin Ford and were extremely happy with the experience. If you are in the market for a car go see Adam and tell him that we sent you! We were in service getting our tires rotated and an oil change and bumped into Adam, he talked to us for a while about the vehicle we bought and then we got on the subject of my aunt needing a car for work and to haul totes to set up her stands at the flea markets. Her old chevy cavalier is not cutting it! The next day we brought my aunt to Cronin Ford and worked with Adam. He showed us different options and we ended up going with the Ford Escape! My aunt loves her new Escape and was glad to work with such a nice young man. Since my uncle passed my aunt has not been comfortable making financial decisions however this was a very comfortable experience for her and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you!

I purchased my new F-150 from Adam Minges at Cronin Ford and had a wonderful experience. I called the dealership and spoke to Adam about the great deals that I saw online through Cars.com and asked him if I could come in to see the new trucks. We set an appointment and I fell in love with the truck. At this moment I was very cautious however Adam was very laid back and did not pressure me whatsoever unlike the other dealerships I visited before stoping here. We went inside and worked some numbers and I was very pleased with the way that Cronin did business. I got to see everything up front and was driving away in my new truck in no time. Adam has also been following up with me after the purchase and offered to set up my first oil change. Overall: I will be back to Cronin Ford. The level of customer service and low pressure approach really made me see that all dealerships should not be treated equally. I always tell people where to go if they want to get the treatment that I received in purchasing my new truck. Thank you!

Adam was wonderful and even had the Optima pulled up and ready to go for my test drive when I arrived. We drove over an hour to see the vehicle. The pictures didn't even do it any justice on the website. The vehicle was gorgeous! I was at ease the whole time when we were discussing the numbers. Their prices are fair. They stayed two hours past closing time to accommodate me as well. Even though I purchased a used car they gassed it up for me and even washed and detailed it for me. Rob Ernst assisted me from my online questions prior to my arrival through driving my new car off the lot! I had been car shopping for days and finally narrowed it down to the one I wanted, after test driving one at another dealership and not 'loving' it I decided to search online for that same vehicle only better. I found two of them at Cronin Ford and used their online chat tool to speak with Rob and ensure that they still had both vehicles on the lot (as I was driving 1.5 hours to get there) and that they wouldn't sell before my arrival. Rob ensured me they were both there and he'd not only move them right up front for me but would hold the keys until I arrived so I was sure to get my pick! When I arrived he'd done exactly as promised, I drove the one I was most interested in and was very satisfied. Rob answered my questions, pointed out the additional features I wasn't aware of in the vehicle and then helped me through my buying process with ease. After I'd purchased he went above and beyond by walking me through use of all of the cars features. When I had questions about my car the next day or needed additional assistance he always answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I recommend their service and am very thankful to Rob for his assistance in making this experience smooth and successful for me!

Rob Ernst contacted me about a Ranger I had for sale. I appreciated the window sticker information he sent and his offer to purchase it. I sold the truck to a couple from Troy, Ohio for my asking price. They found it online when they expanded their search area into Kentucky. It was exactly what they were looking for, they wired the funds into my account, we did the title paperwork and they drove away happy. This was my first truck purchase, and the sales manager, Todd , was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the trucks and the diesels in particular. When I picked up the truck, Adam spent almost an hour with my wife and myself and walked us through everything about the truck and showed us all of the amenities it has to offer. I would not hesitate to continue to deal with Cronin in the future.

I must admit the entire process of buying selecting and purchasing my car was fast, easy and professional. When I first got there I was NOT attacked by over aggressive sales people, but was allowed to walk around and look at my own pace . I had already researched the vehicles that I was interested in on their website and had things narrowed down to three vehicles. I was able to look at vehicles with my wife at a relaxed pace and not feel pressured or steered toward another vehicle. When I was ready to test drive a couple vehicles Julie Young was able to assist me and answer all my questions She was polite and not high pressure nor did she come on the test drives (that I hate when they do,since they talk the whole time that you are trying to concentrate on the things that concern you). She got info together for finance department and answered the rest of my questions that I had. Finance department got me done in record time as Julie was running the vehicle I chose thru the detail department. Very pleasant purchase process all the way from start to finish. When I need to buy a vehicle in the future I will make Cronin Ford first stop and see Julie. I will seeiwhat their service department is like down the road when I come in for routine service. I hope it is easy as the purchase process was.

Rich Underwood, our salesman, was great. We are shopping for a Kia Optima and told Rich upfront that we weren't ready to purchase a car that day. Even so, Rich didn't rush us. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and couldn't have been more friendly. I purchased a new Escape a couple of months ago. Adam Hatfield was my salesman. I received a recall on my car a couple of weeks ago. I called to set up my appointment and they could not have been more accommodating. I called Adam to see about getting my Value Guard done at the same time, as I had not gotten around to that. Adam made sure that it was set up for the same day and everything was completed in 1 day. Adam has made this entire experience so pleasant. He is always helpful and makes sure that everything is taken care of. He did not just sell me a car and disappear. His follow up is extremely helpful. Like most people, I was weary and overwrought of buying a new vehicle from a dealership for in fear I'd become yet another victim of a high pressure salesman pushing me into signing rather than finding out in what I really need from my vehicle. My experience at Cronin was a breath of fresh air and unlike other burdensome dealerships I've dealt with in the past, I was not immediately swarmed the second I stepped out of my car. I had time to search the lot and select a few vehicles I found most suitable before I was greeted. She got me the price I wanted and gave me free lifetime oil changes! They had me on the road within an hour! This was truly the worst buying experience we have ever had. They do shady business, tricking you into buying all sorts of things you don't need or want, and then your total is 11k over what you started with. They also agree to a price and then change it on the final bill, hoping you won't see it. They had so many people talking at us for so many hours we didn't know what was up or down at then end which is what they want so you won't pick up what they are doing. It worked out in the end, after having to drive back the next day to renegotiate the deal and we love our truck, BUT I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I contacted this dealer about a Ford Taurus (after business hours one evening) through the form on the vehicle listing page and was assured by an automated email that I'd be contacted within 24 hours. I was suspicious of the posting to begin with, because it seemed to have contradicting information, so I requested clarification. Shortly after the start of business hours the following day, the posting disappeared but I was never contacted. Three days later, a salesman from this dealer finally emailed me, spamming me six times within a span of about 20 minutes, apologizing for the flood of email but explaining that his manager wanted 'closure'. I was lit up with emails from this individual, and not a one of the emails I received from him had anything to do with the vehicle I was interested in, nor did it answer any of the questions I asked. The final email I received asked me about my "KIA search". I explained to this individual in a very direct and to the point email reply that I was not interested in buying a KIA, he had not answered any of my questions, the car I was interested in was gone, and if he'd contacted me in a timely, professional manner, I may have been willing to drive the 3 1/2 hours to his lot from my home to do business with him, but I certainly would not now. I requested that he not contact me again, a request he ignored. I was contacted again a few days later, again asking about my KIA search. I explained to him once again that I would NEVER consider buying a KIA, and again asked not to be contacted again. So far, I have not heard back.

The first time we went to Cronin Ford we were met by ED Monhollen We didnt know they were about to close but Ed said they would stay open if we wanted to look around. We ended up driving 3 different new cars. Ed and Jason were very patient We did not purchase that night but went back on monday and bought a brand new optima. They made sure we were given the best deal possible. I would recommend Cronin and Ed and Jason for their next vehicle.

I was recently in the market for a new car. I found a Kia I was interested in and contacted Cronin via e-mail. The sales person was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He met me promptly when I went for a test drive, we went over the car and oprtions. I didn't feel presured to buy the vehicle but once I made my choice the process flew by. We've been back to purchase other accessories and are very satisfied.

I originally thought this sales team seemed knowledgable and spot on. I was severely mistaken. After driving three hours to purchase a vehicle (2011 Kia Sorento EX) that was listed on their internet inventory and confirmed by TWO sales employees via phone, I arrive to their dealership to learn that I was victim to a misfortune that happens "several times a year." Apparently Their marketing team is not on location and makes errors of advertising vehicles and vehicle features that are non-existant. Since I was pre-approved, had driven myself and my family three hours to their dealership, I decided to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Sorento instead. They offered me $500 less on my trade in then what other Kia dealerships had, but I went with it as I had just wasted three hours driving up there. Their tax and titling office/sales floor communication, or lack there of, misinformed us on out taxing costs that we typically should have been exempt from as an active duty military family. In talking with sales floor, sales managers and even store managers all we have received is a big OH WELL THATS MISFORTUNATE. What a horrible way to treat customers, beginning to end. Please, do not waste your time with this dealership. Their lack of care over their mistakes is insulting.
