Love the dealership and the staff! Dealership, bathrooms, etc are always clean. Snack and coffee or refreshment bar a plus! I drive one and a half hours to have my car serviced here. Love the people on staff and management that I've known for quite a few years (10 years). Best service as always!

The service was excellent from the valet pickup by David and returning the car. The department was easy to schedule my pickup and delivery. The service consultant called explaining all the work and checking they did on my car. He explained how to operate the neutral setting as it was not explained in the owner’s manual and no neutral was shown on the console. I gave it 5 stars as I had no problems and everyone was very professional.

I was offered a same day appointment for service. This was my fist time visiting the dealership. I was impressed with the facility; a coffee and food bar, plenty of seating both inside and out, a putting green and a play structure for the kiddos. My service advisor Eddie was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car as I decided to wait in the lounge for my oil change. If you like the 5 star service experience and don’t mind paying a little extra for it, then I would highly recommend. It’s a nice place to spend an hour of your day. Update 10/19/20 I returned for a major service today (new battery, all fluids changed). While I was disappointed that a loaner car wasn’t available, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready in just over two hours. My service advisor kept me up to date on the progress and even comped my breakfast. I was able to use a 20% off coupon on my entire service which helped bring the cost more in line with what I was willing to pay for this service. They delivered my car washed and vacuumed. Overall another positive experience here.

I didn't plan on purchasing a car that day... I had just begun the process of searching for a new car and was unimpressed with the selection at other dealerships in the surrounding area. From the minute I walked into the Crest dealership I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. Keaton Hargett immediately assisted my father and I the minute we walked in. All I told Keaton was that I wanted to test drive the Infinity Q60. He asked me what I was looking for in a car (color, features, etc.) and I replied "white and with a great sound system." Within minutes, a white, 2017 Q60 was pulled up at the front with the music showcasing the wonderful sound system. How he knew I even wanted black leather and a sporty look, I'll never know... but I was very pleased to say the least. The test drive was great and by the time I came back to the lot, I was sold! Keaton answered each and every question we had about the car and his knowledge of the vehicles definitely showed. He worked with my father and I on making my dream of taking that car home that same day, a reality. His warmth, professionalism, and great interpersonal skills made this the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Keaton stayed by our side for more than 4 hours... from negotiations to the pictures he took of me with my new car before I drove it off the lot. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase at Crest to go see Keaton. He was simply amazing. Not once did I feel like he was just about the money. That's what sold me. We bought a new infinite QX60 at CREST Infiniti, our sales rep was DJ. Before we brought the Infiniti we did a lot of research on different SUVs online, our initial short list was Acura, Audi and Infiniti. After test driving all three car, it came down to Audi and Infiniti. During our test drive of Infiniti QX60, DJ explained several important features, was very informative throughout our drive, after week we decide that Infiniti was the right car for our family. We went to CREST after two weeks, DJ was busy with a another customer, he found another sales rep to work with us, he kept checking on us throughout the negotiation phase Overall he was very helpful in the buying process, although we had some reservation about CREST as a dealership based on previous experience by a family member, DJs definitely gave us a positive car buying experience at the CREST Infiniti dealership.

Crest has recently opened this Infiniti showroom in Frisco/Plano and its an impressive set up. It was an absolute pleasure to work with DJ Johnson. Few emails, a couple of phone calls and one well attended visit to the dealership and we are a happy QX60 owner. The great thing about DJ is he is not at all pushy, does not spam you with emails and calls. The best part was the time, effort and patience he showed us value prop of Infiniti, all relevant features of QX 60 and the benefits of the dealership. Wife and kids were super impressed as he made sure the features for each target audience were highlighted :) We ended up test driving both the 2016 and 2017 models. Did I mention patience and professionalism. He spent the most amount of time walking through the car features compared to other dealerships. Once we agreed in the numbers and decided the pickup day I was in and out of the dealership in an efficiently orchestrated ~1 HR 15 min. Love the suv. Happy with purchase. DO NOT GO to this dealership!! I went to Crest to get out of my existing Infiniti and get into another one. After some back and fourth we came to a deal that they would take over my lease and pay for the over mileage. Dj Johnson my car salesman assured that I would get out of the QX60 and into the QX80 and would not have to pay anything for the old car. So I had my husband come in and look at the car, Crest ran my credit and said I could have the car just under my name. My husband went home with the kids and after signing all the paperwork I went home with my QX80. Since it was late when I left the car dealership the next day I went in to actually learn about the features of the car. As I am learning a manager by the name of Myles Bates come over to talk to me. He tells me that he just found out that I was not approved on the car by myself and my husband needs to co-sign. I was shocked to know that Crest allowed me to leave their dealership with an $80k car and I wasn't even approved! I had come back to the dealership on my own, they didn't even call me. Then they said that they would not be able to pay for the over mileage on my old car. Myles was very rude and in the middle of the showroom said I can give you the keys to your old car, but I won't be able to keep the same deal. I honestly felt like I was at a sleazy used car dealership, not a luxury brand like Infiniti. My husband was so annoyed at their lack of professionalism and the fact that they are selling cars to people one day and then changing the deal the next day. Miles said in order to keep the car we would need to pay another $1000 down and change our lease from 39 months to 48 months. How can you sign papers, leave with your new car AND then the next day the deal changes. Obviously, doing business with them was out of the question so I took my car back and I WILL NEVER GO TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! Dj Johnson never called me to say anything about the deal, he vanished after the manager came into the picture.I ended up going to Grubbs Infiniti and got an EVEN better deal under MY name alone, no co-signer needed. It is obvious that Crest doesn't know what they are doing. Letting people drive off with a car without approval is something I have never ever heard of. Please everyone stay away from them. If you want a great deal go to Grubbs Infiniti and ask for David Canales, he is a true professional!

My experience with DJ Johnson was actually a very pleasurable experience. He was very easy to work with. He asked us which options we were looking for and he helped us located the exact vehicle. Not once did he try to up sell us at all. Once we came to the "dreaded" part of sitting down and negotiating, DJ didn't pressure us at all. We came to an agreement after only the 2nd time of getting the manager to approve the deal. The whole visit was taken care of in under 3 hours. It did help that I came in prepared with my own research, but from beginning to end, the whole experience was pleasurable. I would definitely come back and see DJ for another purchase and would definitely recommend anyone planning to buy a new Infiniti go see DJ.

We are now on our third vehicle from Crest Infiniti. Stopped in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle. This is attributed largely to the outstanding customer service from DJ and the rest of the Crest team. We've worked with DJ and Gideon three times now and continue to be impressed with both in terms of their salesmanship, attentiveness, and desire to meet our needs. I've never once felt as is I didn't have their full attention and their drive to deliver to their customers shows. I would highly recommend them if you have a car purchase or lease need. I called Crest Infiniti Saturday morning on 8/13/16, to see what time they closed because I wanted to go by there and see their vehicles. DJ answered the phone and took down my information so that when I arrived I could see him. I must say the professionalism and courtesy that I experienced while visiting this dealership was AWESOME!!! From the time I stepped on the premises....it was a great experience. DJ was concerned and interested in what was important to me and what I wanted to pay. DJ provided us with an awesome experience. He was professional in all aspects and worked diligently for our car purchase. I never felt pressured to buy. It was obvious he wanted us to have the car we desired. Once we purchased the car he consistently kept us informed and followed up after we received the car to insure our satisfaction. This review is focused on Crest's Service Department.I bought my two Infiniti's from Sewell in Houston, and had been receiving excellent service there until I moved to Dallas a couple years ago. I initially brought them to Sewell's Dallas dealership where I also received excellent service.About a year ago, I started bringing my Infiniti to Crest for service since they were closer to home. Over the past year, I've spent approximately $4,000 at Crest in routine repair and maintenance for my two cars. I'm the customer that goes in and generally doesn't "bat an eye" at approving their recommended maintenance.After my experience this morning, which was generally similar to my other experiences at Crest, I will never return. I had a 9:30 appointment and provided specifics as to what services I wanted performed. Went in and apparently the service advisor assigned to me was no longer there. I waited for 15 minutes by my car in the heat of the drive thru. As usual, there were several people that asked me if I needed help but apparently none were empowered or interested in helping me. I went inside and noticed a few minutes later that they had taken it back to shop. I'm waiting 2 hours for a lousy oil change, and decide to check status. 30 minutes later a guy comes out to check me in for service. Unbelievable! Each time I go there I have some glitch or issue that they drop the ball on that costs me time and inconvenience. Their check in process is atrocious.This is a beautiful facility, but I don't go there to eat or practice my putting. You guys consistently don't get it.Sewell Infiniti if you're listening I'm so sorry for ever leaving you. I will drive the extra 20 miles to go to Sewell Infiniti for my car purchases and repairs in the future.

DJ picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership to pick up a Cadillac Escalade that we ordered through him. I was taking delivery and needing to drive to Houston that evening to see family I hadn't seen in years so I needed processing to be quick. Besides DJ being a super nice person through the entire process and also a Veteran he had all the paperwork with Two bottles of water waiting for my journey. They educated me on all the bells and whistles the car had to offer and off I went in time to have dinner using the back massage and XM radio all the way! DJ was courteous, efficient and polished. I would highly recommend this brand new dealership and DJ!! He won't let you down!

UPDATE: I recently purchased my second vehicle from Crest Auto Group, which recently moved to Frisco from Plano, and after numerous complaints, Crest has done nothing to address my dissatisfaction. Initially, during my second purchase on June 4, 2016 an Advertised 2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan with VIN XXXXXXXXXXX723036, mileage 29,148, priced at $23,984. However, the vehicle is not Certified Pre-Owned, as Advertised for $23,984. They assured me the vehicle underwent a near completed process to become certified, but they would not certify the car because it needed additional body work based on a 167 point inspection. To further their deceptive practices, one of the Sales Managers at Crest Infiniti Pre-Owned named Aaron directed me to the F&I representative Miguel for Infiniti Pre-Owned who initially added a service contract for $4,500 with interest to the deal. He demonstrated its superiority to the warranty of a certified model. I declined his offer; however, after relentless pressure I decided to purchase the service contract for a discounted price of $2,380. Also, other Add Ons were misrepresented and unfortunately financed like Anti-Theft and Zaktek, which I was told was included at no additional charge.Overall, my sales rep, David and the representative for F&I seemed to disagree about where my $3,000 down payment would be allocated. My sales rep said the principal, the F&I representative said the service contract and GAP. They both could not explain why funding was more than I needed for this purchase with a 7.99% APR. I regarded Crests actions with interest rates as suspicious after they seemed to match my previous interest rate set by my bank during my last purchase with Crest. This was before my credit score increased by about 80 points. I later inquired, from their bank, my interest rate was intentionally Marked Up to 7.99%. Crest did not contest the interest rate manipulation but questioned my reason for contacting their bank. Although I have a good credit history and credit score, having considered all things in the auto industry, with an unmanipulated or marked up interest rate and a needless service contract for an Advertised Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I would have saved about $9,000 or more during the term of the contract. Crests representatives became upset when I mentioned my plans regarding the contract, subsequently suggesting the bank wont fund the deal. Crest representatives contacted me with an ultimatum: Either bring the car back if you are not satisfied with it or keep it; but there will not be any further negotiations on the vehicle. I then contacted a lawyer regarding the situation with Crest Infiniti. The next day the same bank representative, named Greg, whom I spoke with about 2 days prior, gave me a call letting me know he authorized the financing of the vehicle.After directing my complaints to Director in Sales Duncan McPhail and Managing Partner Mike Brosin over Crest Auto Group, they have yet to offer a solution. Someone in their position should simply certify the vehicle, provide the certificate with completion date and signatures. I believe integrity of Crest's sales and advertising created a false impression about the product or service offered in order to create a basis for a later switch to other, more expensive products or services, or products of lesser quality at the same price.Mike Brosin agreed to certify the unit I purchased and remove the service contract, make all of the necessary repairs and provide the second key. I was provided a loan car during this time while the 167 point certification procedures were being completed. Upon returning to the dealership, Certified Pre-Owned paperwork was not ready. I left and later received a phone call about the CPO paperwork ready and available for my retrieval. However, The General Sales Mgr., Duncan McPhail, Back-Dated the certification documents to June 3, 2016, prior to my purchase with his signature and signatures of employees, which is falsifying a legal document. The 167 point certification procedures and repairs were not completed until July 6, 2016. Duncan McPhail recommended I signed the falsified document, but I refused.As I discussed with Duncan McPhail and Mike Brosin, the 167 point certification procedures and repairs were not completed until July 6, 2016. I receive a voicemail stating the completion of certification and completed Certified Pre-Owned documents to pick up. I would like to see Crest Cadillac Infiniti and/or the representatives involved held accountable for continuous deceptive trade practices.

While my husband and I were deciding on a car, Crest Infiniti always responded quickly and reminded us there was no pressure. In fact, we were able to take the qx80 home overnight for a test drive...to see if it would be a good fit for our family. Unfortunately yhe qx80 is not the best fit for my familu currently. But we definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Infiniti.

After checking prices with multiple dealers, I reached out to DJ regarding a QX80 at Crest. Even though it was his day off, he exchanged e-mails with me all day and got me the best deal. I came in the next day, and was in and out in record time. I am a busy person, so the car buying experience has always been a headache. We worked with DJ Johnson on purchasing a new Infiniti. He didn't pressure us at all and was very easy to work with. We even threw him a bit of a curve and asked to see a Cadillac at the last minute. He was not at all bothered by our change in direction and very patiently answered all of our questions until we were comfortable with our choice. I originally inquired w this dealership w just two questions and that began communication between Mr. Johnson and myself. I do not reside in the same state as the dealership that DJ works for and merely was looking to have those couple of questions answered merely from a curiousity and informational standpoint. Mr. Johnson not only answered those questions he enlightened me to some other things productive to my search and me. He kept in touch a week to two later after our initial encounter remembering the specific things I had mentioned about my life and financial situation which were main factors in who and where I will purchase my next car from. In reply to a follow-up email I was happy to share w his GM how great his customer service was and how appreciative I was for his help, time and care/concern. I'm glad that I was able to use this platform to bring attention to the awesomeness DJ Johnson exhibited towards me. If I were in Texas and not San Diego, CA or if the car that I originally had inquired about was a possibility for me I feel very comfortable that in dealing w DJ it would have been a supreme pleasure to go through what we all know can be a drag car buying process. He conveyed to me not by his words but by his consecutive actions w/o being prompted that he's willing to do what he can within his power to help a customer and even go above and beyond to help you even if it isn't a sell for himself and the dealership he works for. We began our journey to seek ownership of a new car. We totally expect the salesmen are going to do what they do in order to score a sales. In fact we did with other dealerships that we visited.However, the new-car buyer experience is completely transformed when we met up with DJ Johnson at Crest Infiniti. Personally, DJ's way of handling customers should be used as a standard for ALL salesmen across the nation and here's why.First of, DJ is a very upfront with his customer, he took his time to understand customer's purchase requirements. He then outlined available options and masterfully responded to all of the questions, it demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. Additionally, DJ was very patient with his customer and work through the differences. I saw the car that I was looking for on the Crest website on Sunday. I inquired about it expecting a call back Monday. I was confused which one to pick between Acura MDX and Infiniti QX60. DJ was very patient, knowledgeable and convincing. I went to Acura dealership as well and they lacked the interest of winning the customer and were not to keen which made me go with Infiniti. I believe in good customer service that says a lot about the product too. DJ even followed up afterwards to make sure all my queries were answered. Nathan was also very knowledgeable about the car and did a very detailed demo and patiently answered all my queries. So will definitely recommend working with DJ and Nathan.

I'm elated with my new car, except for the rain messing things up temporarily??. Your team was outstanding during every step of the way- DJ, polite throughout the five months waiting patiently until I made my final decision. The receptionist I first encountered when I arrived without confirming my appointment took the initiative to call DJ and connect me with Kegan. Kegan and I connected sharing personal experiences while the team completed the transaction. He expressed his appreciation and mine with pics to honor and preserve the memory. Very thoughtful! We recently purchased an older model infiniti for my Son and this is our 2nd infiniti to own. The service engine soon light came on so I pulled the codes. After a little research I saw where the problem was part of a recall. I called the service department at Crest Auto Group who ran my VIN and confirmed that I was eligible for replacement of the part. We made an appointment for the service and I was thrilled that it was covered. I dropped the car off then received a call later that afternoon saying the repair would be $750. I advised of the recall, the conversation that I had with their service department and forwarded them information on the recall. As it turned out, my model year was not included in the recall. Due to the confusion Crest Auto Group agreed to make the repair and charge me for parts only, waiving their labor cost. They even ran the car through their detail center! Considering I didn't purchase the vehilcle from them I was very grateful for their willingness to work through the issue and land on a solution that worked for both parties. Well played Crest Auto Group.

I can't say enough about Crest Auto Group. I looked at Cadillacs and infiniti. Anthony T. helped me with the Cadillacs and DJ helped me with the Infiniti. Prices were a little over my budget but DJ went over and above and found me an awesome preowned Cadillac SRX. If I didn't know it was preowned I would have never have guessed because it looks brand-new inside and out. DJ then hooked me up with Garibii who closed the sale. We bought our Infiniti QX60 at Crest but have constantly had transmission problems that Crest has been unable to resolve ever after a year.Their service agent hasn't been very helpful either and it takes a long time to get a loaner vehicle even when you make an appointment. Usually I have been able to get a loaner in 15-45 min but recently I waited more than an hour to get a loaner and then the person says that they actually don't have any loaner. Could I wait another hour or would I come back with a new appointment?I am guessing that they discourage QX60 owners like me since they don't have a fix for the QX60 transmission shuddering at low RPM and shaking violently.

DJ was not working when I planned to visit, but after a couple of text messages, he set me up to speak with Gideon Bridges. Gideon was great. Within 30 minutes we reached an agreement. I was in a rush because my son was graduating from 8th grade, so DJ (who had arrived), Gideon, and Josh Brosin feverishly worked to get all the paperwork done, car detailed, and me out the door with my new QX60. Just a pleasure working with this team and would recommend them to anyone.

The service department was the worse experience I ever had in 20 years as a car owner; A few examples:- They crashed the rear of my SUV inside their garage during a maintenance visit.- On another visit, I was promised the car would be ready on the same day and that was important because I would be on a business trip for a few days; called for a status and they said the car would only be ready next day and I would have to pay for the loaner if I didn't returned it then.- The moonroof had rattle and it took 3 visits for them to fix it- The rear suspension had a weird noise, they asked me to leave the car for it to get fixed and when I got their they told me the part was out of stock; I live 45 min from the dealer each way;

I recently purchased my first infiniti vehicle - QX80 from Crest Infiniti. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and was under no pressure. I first contacted Crest Infiniti via online and requested a quote for a Blue color QX80 via email. DJ Johnson responded immediately and gave us an excellent quote, which was the lowest quote than their competition. Since the initial contact with DJ, he kept in touch with me via email only and never forced me to provide my contact numbers. Since I lived two hours away from the dealer's showroom and I have not seen a blue color live other than on web, I asked DJ if I can see one in Gray color too at the time of test drive. A week later at the time of showing, he made sure both the vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for the test drive! It was so easy to compare both the vehicles next to each other. He was very patient with my 8 year old who accompanied us and was excellent in explaining all the features. He provided excellent customer care and gave us enough time to make our decision. I recently visited your facility due to having a couple of service issues that needed to be addressed. With that said, customer service should be your number one area of importance because if it were not for your customers you would not have a job. I have never submitted a complaint in my entire life but I could not let this one pass. The whole experience was a circus.This all started when I called Infiniti to request service for a lost key. I spoke with Jordan, and he was very professional. He referred me to a towing company that you are licensed with, helping to get the show on the road. At 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26th I contacted Jordan Towing who said that they would be there within the hour. I waited an hour and a half and they still had yet to arrive. I immediately contacted them to find out what the problem was and I was told that It would be another hour. I have a full time job so trying to schedule my day into getting the situation resolved is no easy task. I have phone records to prove the amount of time that I had to go back and forth with this dealership. First of all, I was never contacted by anyone letting me know that my car had arrived on site. I had to call and find out if it was there. Each and every time that I called to check the status on my car I was referred to Troy Dunns voicemail. I left a message about ten times for him to return my call. The previous day when the car was towed in I spoke with him over the phone. He said that they were busy and that he was going to try to have it ready Wednesday night, but if not then definitely first thing Thursday morning. Thursday morning I called to get the status but he was on the phone and once again did not bother to call me back. So I would wait around for his call and end up having to call Crest again to check up on the status of my car. Around 11:00 p.m. Tony got back with me stating that they key was on back order and that he would have to send someone out to search for another key. Around 2:30 p.m. I received the Infiniti Know your vehicle fitness inspection and treatment plan through e-mail. I called to speak with Troy Dunn once again and he was unavailable. I dont know what all was supposed to be done to my vehicle because no one explained this to me. All that I do know is that there are a bunch of fails, cautions yellow and red failed tasks that were never once addressed with me. At the bottom of the invoice there is an estimated total of $1,292.72 with only approved $592.11. I sure hope that this is not something detrimental to the car because I was never explained what needed to be done. I called the service desk once again after receiving this e-mail and they said Your car is ready. So, my husband and I hopped in the car to Crest. When I went to the cashier I paid for the services and he said Hold on. I need Tony to go over this with you. A couple of minutes later he said Tonys on the phone. Do you want to just sign this? I said fine. I got in my car and left. I am about a mile back home and I get a voicemail from Tony stating that my car is ready to be picked up. Really? I was in the car almost home. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. So in turn, this is the first time that I have ever made a complaint and hopefully will be last. I definitely know that I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and you have Tony Dunn to thank for that.Thanks for Your Time, Lisa Silver

Working with DJ was an AMAZING experience. He was very professional, upfront, and he did what he said and he made it happen. Driving 7 hours to purchase a vehicle to me says Major Trust. He was VERY tall!!! LOL He greeted us with a welcoming smile and listened intently to the requirements; his inviting personality was only the beginning. He took the necessary time with us to show the vehicle, point out the all the features we had mentioned previously and even helped us on further decisions ultimately assembling a vehicle with all our essential desires. Normally this type of process/purchase is a LLOOONNNGGGggg drawn out procedure, but DJ prepared everything in advance allowing us to spend a minimal amount of time and not having us just seat around spinning our wheels. If you havent met the staff at Crest Infiniti you are truly missing an incredible opportunity. In all the years of purchasing cars, Crest is the ONLY dealership Ive ever been to where longevity is an understatement. I previously purchased a vehicle from Dan Fletcher just a few years ago at Crest Infinity and to see he is still with the company is refreshing. Not only is he still with the company he is actually in the finance side now which shows growth in Crest and advancement for their personnel. I am currently on my third Infiniti! The second two purchased from Crest! I recently received a call from DJ Johnson asking me to call him about swapping my 2013 G-37 for another Infiniti without a down payment and same price. Because of previous dishonest sales tactics at other dealerships over the years, I was immediately skeptical and didn't return DJ's call. He called and left another message, and I thought I will at least entertain the idea. On my way to dealership, I really prayed about making the right decision, because this year I am concentrating on my financing and making the right financial choices. And little did I know, DJ would also be a man of Faith. He noticed the Christian radio station I was listening to on the way over to the dealership and asked if I was a believer. And he wasn't just trying to take advantage of my beliefs. He told me his story and sent me a link for daily readings. So I knew he wasn't just trying to make a sell. He already had options for me to select from, and I was surprised when it was a new model! I love the color and DJ was phenomenal! I am a lifelong customer!

Crest Infiniti was very professional. We saw the car we wanted on the internet and send a message to the dealer. Within a few minutes we received a response. Ultimately we leased a vehicle with a low cost payment and very little money down. We traded-in our Lexus and they gave us exactly what we asked in terms of trade-in value. The deal was not without negotiation, but again, they were extremely professional. The finance department was exceptional. Typically that's when you get the FUD up-sale (fear, uncertainty and doubt); things like dent less paint repair. We said no to all the uplifts and there was no pressure, just 100% professionalism and respect. Very likely we will be back to Crest again to lease our next vehicle. And we highly recommend our salesperson DJ Johnson.

DJ Johnson took over an hour with my family in September and presented the 2014 QX80 and highlighted the differences that we could expect in the 2015 QX80 we were interested in. He took us seriously although we lived over 300 miles away. Last week, when we were actually ready to purchase, he facilitated the transaction for us seamlessly so that our time at the dealership was minimal (We drove back home to Louisiana the same day). Everything was as promised and the vehicle was clean, had a full tank, and was ready to go. As if that wasn't enough, he called to make sure we made it home safely. Great customer service!!

Have been debating buying a new car for a while, and it's been a long time since I've had a new vehicle. Was fairly sure my best choice across the gamut of cars available was the Q50 or Q60 - definitely wanted the sport package.DJ spent the whole day with me, test driving going over options etc. and DJ new I was still humming-and-hawing, but the lure of the car, and some good deals on his part and I walked out of there today with an amazing hot new Q50S, really dialed in sporty car - and it's a Sedan! I think all Infinitis drive well (had an FX35 years ago, and it was great) - but this car is tight and very sexy.Josh Brosin also hooked me up with some "Good Will" and threw in some extras to keep the car looking new and detailed for the next 4 years, and I didn't ask for it, the deal was done when he threw that in - very nice and appreciated. Good family run business, I think everyone there enjoys working there and it shows.Definitely consider checking them out if you are in the market.

Amazing Experience! I recently took delivery of a 2014 Infiniti Q60 from Crest and had an amazing experience. From the beginning there were quite a few twists and turns specific to my situation, which made it apparent that the margins would be lean for the dealership in order to accomplish my payment & term goals. This didnt stop John Dagnan from truly thinking out-of-the-box about how to make the deal happen. Although I must have thrown a thousand questions and points of clarification at him via voicemail, text and email, he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciated his ability to connect with me and instead of taking a high pressure sales stance, assumed one of lets see if what you need is achievable. I knew from our initial exchanges that even if a deal wasnt able to come together, I would look him up in the Spring of 2015. Once all of the details were mutually agreeable, I made an appointment to sign the paperwork and meet with Finance. I told John that I had a very small window of time and needed to ensure that I could get in and out within an hour. Upon arrival, we went through a couple of logistics, checked out the car and then I was taken to meet with Myles Bates, Finance Manager. Myles shares the same professionalism that John does and was actually quite funny at times, which to me is a definite perk given his line of work. I made it crystal clear that I wasnt interested in any upselling pitches at the point of finance, but Myles asked for the courtesy of explaining a few options, to which he said a simple no would suffice and we could then move forward. As a result of his knowledge and product offering versus my initial feeling that it would be a hard core sales pitch, I actually to even my own surprise ended up selecting one option that in the end I felt (and feel) helps to insulate the vehicles value. Once finished I was off to meet with the delivery specialist, Johnny Sanchez. I admitted to Johnny right from the get go, that I was a bit technology challenged and avoidant. He smiled and took as much time as I needed to ensure I was comfortable in the new ride, in addition to having all of the settings (navigation, mirrors, seats, etc.) taken care of for me. I cannot stress enough, what a positive and enjoyable experience it was at Crest Infiniti due to John, Myles & Johnny. Employees can make or break an organization. My hope is that someone will read this review and pay it forward by calling John. He will take great care of you: guaranteed. He spent a lot of time helping me find the right car. I selected the Q70. DJ worked very hard to get a good deal for me. If you are looking for the best car buying experience of your lifetime, I definitely recommend that you go to Crest Infinity and ask for DJ Johnson. DJ is more than a professional sales consultant. He is now my friend. We exchanged family information about how bad health and loss of a spouse can be devastating. DJ emailed me links for a couple of websites where I was able to get more information about my physical illness. DJ clearly goes the extra mile to help with all aspects of life.

This was my second attempt to purchase an infinity. As a Nissan owner, I know that this is a high quality product. However, it is not made out of gold! In both attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, the results were the same: NO SALE. The management of this dealership should change thir name from new sales to new showroom. Their disposition to negotiate a sale price that will fit reality is not where close. Their idea of negotiate is to show you the MSRP. Who in this time pays MSRP???In contrast, Lexus, Buick, Jeep, Audi and BMW are more opne to look at their product and to negotiate to a true sale price.In conclusio, DO NOT EVEN STOP. You are better off driving few miles and get an Infinity somewhere else.

Worse Dealership ever i have been to. I would strongly recommend Sewell infiniti over Crest infiniti, especially if your car is not under warranty, Crest Infiniti purposely messes up your car so you would have to go back to them. I have been to several dealerships ( High end) and this one is ridiculous. The money you spent on the car, one would think they would be nice and easy going and welcoming, but no. They will be nice to you at first, very nice but after two or three times they will show you their true colors. The toyota dealership has a better service, customer service and resolving issues service as compared to crest infiniti. I have been there a few times and the only reason i went back is because whenever i would pick up my car something would go wrong, it could get so worse never even thought, one time i picked my car up and the engine literally stopped after three miles, and never had that problem in my car before. They fixed that issue and then another issue came up and now they are saying they didnt do it and they are not gonna fix it. And i brought it to the higher managements attention but looks like James Saliva is the owners relative or something and no body really cares but the money. And they also lie alot. I double checked with the issue that was going on with my car, when confirmed with the sewell infiniti they were honest and told me i did not need that part and crest infiniti is just charging extra. If you have any complaint please go the Infiniti Headquarters website to file a complaint, I just dont want any one else to go through this problem and inconvenience. Every body works hard for their money. I would strongly recommend another dealership. have not been to gruth Infiniti but have been to sewell infiniti and they have been great, as compared to these unprofessionals.

All,We purchased 2 Infiniti's from Crest a year and a half ago. We have loved the cars. Recently, we needed service (and body work for a small accident) and took our JX35 into Crest to get serviced. Quite honestly, we had some frustrations early on with proactive communication and early follow through. As we all know, things can go awry in business. I sent an email to their leadership team and was blown away with their responsiveness, personal accountability (ie not defensive at all), and willingness to do what it takes to make things right. THIS level of ownership and client-first mentality is exactly what Service is about. Although frustrated by a few of the issues we dealt with, it was clear that Robert (Service Director) not only cared, but wanted feedback so that he could fix any systemic issues with his team to train more effectively and improve client experience. How do you fault such a leadership team?Net: The work they did on our JX was excellent. Even more important (to us) is that they stand by their reputation and do what's required if/when issues occur. This is what my wife and I look for in a Service organization.Thanks to the Crest team for turning a fair experience into a great one.

The team at Crest Infiniti was very easy to work with. I started my search online, and then Chris and Talon helped me find the perfect QX80 when I arrived at the dealership. I ended up financing through the dealership, and that process was also a breeze. I found Crest Infiniti to be honest, friendly, and fast. Highly recommended.

Leasing with CREST INFINITI?..BewareFirst, let me clarify that I have very high regard with their service department. They always do an exceptional job in making sure all concerns are resolved. But their sales division especially the leasing one is just terrible. Forget about cooperating and responding to your queries, they are very irresponsible and don't expect an answer from them unless you are ready leave multiple voice mesages and emails. Not just me, they didn't even respond to the bank's calls thats how horrible their leasing service is. All the sweet talk is only until you sign the lease. I am never going to buy or lease from this dealer again and would not recommend it to anybody.I called Sewell Infiniti for the same and they were not only able to complete the whole transaction over one (I repeat just ONE) phone call but also they were very cooperative and even tried to reduce the price. I regret I didn't sign the lease with these guys earlier.

Customer service before and after the sale Crest Infiniti can not be beat. I have bought three Infiniti's from Crest the price was fair and the time out the door was quick and easy. After the sale you may count on Crest Infiniti service department and staff to take excellent care of your car and treat you like family.

Let's start by saying I will never do business with Crest for any reason. I visited them to check out a few vehicles on the lot. Mr. Sabu told us he'd appraised my car while my wife and I test drove the ones on his lot. When we came back he told us to wait while he get the appraisal. We were left by ourselves, no other employee or customer insight - they were closing. 50 mins later, he stroll in to his cubical with a piece of paper showing a slap-on-the-face figure they offered my trade in. He explained that there it needed a repair, which was a lie, I had the vehicle checked out the next day. We told him another dealer offered 33% more just before we came to Crest. He demanded the name of the dealer, calling my wife and I liars. We proceeded toward the door, at which point he chased us down, standing between us and our vehicle and raising his voice about the name of the other dealer. We kept out calm and just left. Bullying doesn't work on us. No one shall be treated this way..

I went to lease a new 2011 Infiniti G37, and it has been a giant headache ever since. I entered the dealership with my cosigner, and we were both told to sign all papers digitally without even looking at them! Caught up in the rush, I went ahead and signed just so I could have the keys to my beautiful new car in my hand. I later found out that the deal they gave me was no where near the deal that was originally drawn up the week before, but my payments were the same (must have been a math mistake on their end.) I was frustrated from this, but I didn't get too upset because I'm the one that made the decision of not reading carefully over what I was signing.The dealership told me that the financing was 100%, and I was good to go. Them knowing that I would not sign anything without being approved for financing, I was assured I was approved and would not have any issues. I received a call two and a half weeks later telling me the financing has fallen through, and to bring the car back, or purchase it at a higher price. I declined this offer, as they had cashed my check, and I had the signed documents of my lease and told them I would be seeking guidance from legal counsel.On October, 29th 2011 a representative of Crest Infiniti illegally repossessed my vehicle. I leased by infiniti g37 from here over 2.5 yrs back and so far my experience with this dealership has been very pleseant. Everytime I go for service, the staff is very friendly, time oriented and knowledgeable.I give it 5* as I do not see any area that they lack. nice doing business with them.thanks.

My husband and I saw the exact pre-owned truck we wanted at a price we could work with on the Crest website. Despite a bigger credit issue than expected, we drove out in just over 2 hours with a near-new vehicle, not just at a great price but a genuinely great overall deal. Salesman Josh and Finance Guru Sean are my go-to guys at Crest! I have done 12 car deals in the last 20 or so years and I have NEVER done it in 2 hours, nor with such a professional-yet-laid-back staff working so hard to put us in our dream vehicle. My experience at Crest Infiniti was to say the least EXCEPTIONAL! It all began with Will, the new kid on the block, who handled himself very professional, friendly, and informative. I must admit I was a bit nervous with the new guy taking on my car deal. I didnt want to encounter any nonsense.....you know....the back and forth to the sales manager game! I must say this did not happen one bit. After driving the vehicles of interest we got right to numbers, no nonsense at all. I must say I didnt really give them much to work with. I told them what I wanted for trade, price on the car, and I just had to have the upgraded tire and wheel package. Enter Talon Kuhns one of the sales managers. He was very polite, no stress, professional, and well informed. He then went over the numbers that I wanted to acheive to make this deal happen just to be clear. It was late after shopping all day so my wife and I went home for the night. I promised Talon and Will that I would not make a deal with anyone else before giving them an opportunity to hit my expectations. Another dealer made an attempt to meet my needs but was unsuccessful. I shopped around a bit prior to going to Crest and by far they gave me the best value on trade. They also gave me a great deal on the price of the car, and had the tire and wheel package ready to go within 2days. This exceptional service surpassed my expectations and couldnt wait to go pick up my new car!!! Kudos to Talon, Will, and Duncan!! Thank you for the best car deal experience I have ever encountered! My husband wanted to trade in my mommy mobile SUV, into a sporty, sleek new car. We went online Friday and Saturday looking at different cars, then Sunday we went to Crest Infiniti to see what was on the lot. We came back on Monday, Tux approached us, and showed us the G37 Sport that we saw the day before. The test drive was amazing, the first time behind the wheel I knew I found my new car!! I have never enjoyed the car buying/leasing experience, but Tux made it effortless! I would definitely go back again!

I worked with Talon Kuhns and Dan Fletcher for sales, and Donny Dixon, and Caleb Brosin for finance and delivery, and Duncan McPhail for overall sales process. I started my process with Talon about 3 months before actual purchase when I learned I will be moving to TX for my job and thought to purchase a 2011 G37 coupe rather than moving my old car. This has been BY FAR THE BEST SALES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had. In short, they were all very nice, courteous, professional, honest, up front and no typical sales pressure. They came to pick me and my luggage up at the airport on the day of my move, gave me a loaner vehicle for 3 weeks while my car got delayed by the factory. Please read on for full account of events - I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREST TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE INFINITI IN DFW AREA. I dealt with Talon on details around options, color, prices etc over the phone and email and he was very nice and straight forward from day one without any pressure. When I actually visited TX couple of weeks before my actual move, Talon had to leave early but he made sure that Dan Fletcher was available to talk to me, he also gave Dan all details of our previous conversation and even including my preferred name that I goes by. It was very nice to not have to repeat every single thing I had already discussed. Dan Fletcher is simple the best at what he does. He spent great deal of time explaining various features, finance options, process. We went on a test drive and he explained every single thing I should know about. The vehicle I wanted was not available at time but we also went to lot to see what the color I wanted looked like on an actual vehicle and wheels, options and trims etc. One set back was that, about 4/5 days before my actual move to TX, I learned the delivery of vehicle I want had been delayed by the factory (due to production issues in Japan) by about 3 weeks. This was a huge problem for me since I had already declined an offer from my employer to move my vehicle. Dan and sales director, Duncan McPhail were extremely understanding of the my inconvenience, and offered me a loaner service car EX35 until my vehicle arrives. THIS DID NOT COST ME A SINGLE TIME - THEY EVEN PAID TOLLS FOR ME FOR THE TIME I DROVE. Not only that, they even include few accessories (wheels locks, splash guards and all season mats) at no extra cost to make up for inconvenience. Not only that, Dan Fletcher actually came to pick me up at the airport with loads of luggage and took me back to the dealership where they had the loaner car ready and waiting and all paperwork good to go. This is the nicest thing they did and I normally don't expect my dealership to come pick me up at airport. On the day of actual purchase, it took a couple of hours to complete finance paperwork, delivery of vehicle etc. Oh, and price of vehicle had also gone down for my particular discount program - I would've bought the car even though they didn't tell me about this difference since I was already committed. I appreciate their honesty and this price reduction made up for the delay as well :).Donny Dixon did the delivery of vehicle. He was extremely nice and helpful in explaining every single feature of the car. He set up my GPS preferences, set up my blue tooth phones for work and personal and customized my settings and seating setups for me. I have also gotten follow up calls just to see how the car is going and if I had any questions. Caleb Brosin handled the finance and paperwork. He was also very courteous, and explained every single paper I was signing. I did not feel pressured at all in purchasing any extra options when he explained them all to me. I could not have had any better experience that this. It was simply beyond pleasant. Everything was what I expected or even better. And believe me, I explored other options too such as purchasing car from MD and move to TX and also Sewell Infiniti by Dallas Love Field (where they set up an appointment and sales rep didn't show up while I waited there for an hour).

He was pleasent, knowledgable, and most importantly, I did not feel pressured. Very pleasant experience. Low pressure, no games, no thousand trips to the finance office, just the kind of respectful and easy process you expect from a luxury dealership. Talon was outstanding, highly recommended, as were both of the finance guys. When they didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot, we were given a similar loaner until the our car arrived, no hassles, questions or restrictions.

You see the TV commercials where people are very happy and talk about what a wonderful experience they had when they bought their cars at _________ Dealership. Well if you want to experience that TV commercial in real life you need to go and see Talon Kuhns at Crest Infiniti in Plano, TX. I am a hard person to deal with plus I work a difficult schedule where I am on shift for 24 hours at a time. I already had my mind made up on a particular car and was ready to place my order that week until I talked to Talon. He took all of the information about the car I was driving at that time, gave me options and was able to accommodate what I was looking for all over the telephone. When I arrived at Crest I can honestly as I was in and out quickly. Most of the deal was done over the telephone. I cannot praise him enough. Talon is very knowledgeable, caring and truthful, which is a very hard trait to find in a car salesman. Talon and the staff at Crest Infiniti exude the true meaning of excellence in customer service. We were in the market for a new car after totaling our new Mercedes. From start to finish BY FAR the best car buying experience yet! We were looking at several different cars when I noticed the Infiniti Ex-35 and though I'd email 3 dealers to get info & specs for the car. Tux literally responded with in minutes, and a car we were even thinking of, after his extensive knowledge, and test drive & not pushy AT ALL attitude it bumped the car to the top of the list. The car truly can sell itself, but Tux sold their customer service as their 1st priority which seemed genuine & sincere. So we bought the car GrEaT deal, and after deal was closed & done, I have had a few "blond questions" for him & he got back to bs within minutes. I have been in market for 3 months and couldnot find the right car at the right price.I went to crest infiniti preowned, liked a 2007 honda accord black color and tried to get the car. I was helped by my sales person immensely, he practically bought the car for me. His help has made me acrest buyer for life(if they dont change). His outstanding nature could be seen wiht one example, after 15 days of buying the car i ran into a small problem, i had to just call him once and he asked me to go to infinit service and they will take care of the problem tomorrow and will provide me with a loaner while they get the car fixed.Amazing customer service and great people...100 stars to all and 100 stars to crest

I had been looking at other brands of cars when I was told to go check out Crest Infinity. I hadn't even considered an Infinity but thought I'd check it out anyway. I can't say enough how lucky I was to get Talon as my salesman. He answered all of my questions without missing a beat. I've dealt with other salesman who have talked down to me because I'm a woman who they felt wouldn't know a spark plug from a lug nut but Talon was amazingly courteous and polite. I was looking for a sporty convertible that handled speed and turns well. He showed me the G37 and I was hooked. Talon showed me all the bells and whistles and went into detail about the cars handling capabilities and even compared it to the other cars I was looking at. The G37 is the car that I feel will accomodate all of my needs. I wish there were people in other customer service industries that did their job as well as Talon does his. Kudos Crest!

We were very impressed with Crest and especillay Talon Kuhns. He was not your typical car salesman, like the one that we all dread dealing with. He was amazing and there was absolutely no pressure to buy right now, He gave us the space and let us make up our minds on our own to make this purchase. He has a very calming attitude and was extreemly personable. We have bought many cars througout the years and by far our best experience was with Talon. We went from a BMW 3 series to an Infinty and there is no question hands down the infinity is much better. It is more user friendly than the BMW with the back up camera, the placemnts of the cup holders, sunglass holder etc. It also has a much superior bluetooth system. The handling of the car is alot more fun than the BMW as well. We are very happy with pur purchase and will recommend anyone that we come in contact with to Crest and to Talon.

I had several other dealers giving me price quotes for a Qx56.All of them gave an automatic reply.Talon At Crest Infiniti called me back and answered all my questions. I have very little time to deal with car dealers making you feel like you are just another customer.I have to say it felt great being treated so well and making me feel good about buying a car. Richie from New Car Sales was great. New Car Sales Mgr was great. I am disappointed with the customer service I received when dealing with the parts department, a few days after picking up my g37. They were not friendly and were put off by the fact I was there inquiring about the purchase of some accessories. Additionally, they were not all that knowledgeable. I called the Parts Dept to inquire about splash guards, and I was told a reasonable price. I was then told I had to come into the dealership before they could order them, not happy about that. Upon my arrival on-site, I was greeted with very unhappy employees, quoted a different price for the exact same part i called about the day before, and was really put off by customer service...quite the difference from my experiences with the sales department. I can't wait to see how my dealings go with the service department in the future!I will be giving the dealership a call today to inquire about the tinting job they did on my g37 sedan, prior to my delivery. It appears the dealership has their own internal person who does tinting because after a few days of getting acquianted with my new car, I realized what a poor job they did on tinting the windows, which was added onto the car a few days before delivery. Lots of dirt and hair under the tint, and lots of bubbles towards the bottom of the windows because they were brushing downward in a hurry. Not cool.

This dealership was incredible. They worked with me to make sure that I was as happy as possible. From the initial phone call to the final delivery of my vehicle, they handled the sale with professionalism and courtesy. They went so far as to personally deliver my new vehicle to my home on a Saturday. When they delivered, they went over everything and stayed until all of our questions were answered. I had a very positive experience leasing a G37 Sedan at Crest. Talon Kuhns followed up with me consistently, just as I asked. Once ready to move forward I scheduled a visit for a test drive. Great experience and very friendly group of professionals. Come into the dealership for service but walked out with a new vehicle. Our Infiniti G37 had a blowout and we were able to find a match for the tire at the dealership and at a price that was in line with local tire dealers.

We drove 8 cars before deciding for sure on a G37. We were coming out of a 1998 I30. Talon worked with us on 3 separate visits, from fact-finding to test driving and then color review and selection, and was very helpful. Gideon is well-placed in his job in customer service. We had two more visits with Gideon after the actual delivery orientation, and he was most courteous, accurate, and helpful as we learned how to program and use our phone.

Had it not been Talon, Probably I would have bought Lexus. I researched both vehicles (Lexus/Infiniti), test drove both and finally bought Infiniti G37 Journey.I have compared ratings in Consumer Reports for Lexus ES 350 and Infiniti G37. Surprisingly 2011 G37 is rated higher than Lexus ES 350 and more over, Lexus drove felt like driving Camry an G37 felt like driving a BMW / Benz C-class sedan. Consumer reports reported Owner costs more for BMW and Benz and also were rated few notches below G37.Talon helped us in deciding.-Ravi-

I received information in the mail as well as emails concerning the Infiniti Winter Limited Engagement incentives. I had 10 months left on my 2008 M35 Lease. I contacted Talon and he promptly worked up some numbers. He gave me some ballpark estimates on the phone. He suggested I come to the dealer as they were making some great year end deals and also suggested I review the new M37 as it was improved from the M35 I currently leased.Talon was exceptional in that he worked to get me out of my M35 lease early and into a new M37. He worked very hard to get me the deal and payment I wanted. I was more than satisfied with his professional handing of the deal as well as going to bat for me, the customer. I would highly recommend him and Crest to anyone in the market for a new luxury car.

Our recent new car buying experince at Crest was great compared to any others we have had. We took our time comparing cars from Crest and from other dealerships because we were not sure if we wanted a car or SUV. Throughout the process Talon was very helpful. He followed up and was helpful withour pressuring us. Once we decided what we wanted, it only took us a total of three hours to drive off with our car.

All things being equal, Talon sold me on his expertise and knowledge. I own a Lexus and we test drove cars back to back. Since this is the first used vehicle I've had in a long time, I was very particular about the minor wear and tear defects that come along with a used vehicle... but Tux, The used sales manager Jason, and the Service rep Troy Dunn have taken care of me like I had purchased a new vehicle. I purchased a new car, Inifiniti G25. I was extremely happy with the service and honesty I received from Talon. I dislike the car buying process and communicated with Talon via email and phone prior to visiting the car dealer. Talon was upfront with the price, interest rate and payments as well as my trade in before I agreed to visithim at the Crest dealership. I was there about 2 hours and it was a painless process. I would refer friends and family to Crest and Talon because of the positive experience. I expect to purchase another vehicle in a couple of years for my spouse and Crest will be our first visit.

Contacted them via the phone and worked with Seth and picked up my new car yesterday. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle compared to the other dealerships I talked to. Service was good when I got there and we were able to go through the paperwork quite quickly. 90% of my experience was very favorable and the people were friendly and I did get the best price here compared to other places I shopped.There were two things that I noticed. One, the overall environment isn't what you'd really expect from a 'luxury' car dealer. It felt more like a Toyota dealership from an infrastructure and overall professionalism of the sales staff perspective.The one item that soured the entire experience for me was a $400 charge for tint and nitrogen. When I called and was discussed the price of the vehicle before I showed up to pick it up I asked what the sticker price of the vehicle was (which we used as a basis for the negotiation) Update - The sales manager called me immediately (less than 2 hours) after I posted this review and corrected the issue within minutes. Definitely appear to be focused on assuring an overall positive experience.

Talon Kuhns was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fair. I normally can't stand the process of buying a new car. Talon was different. Both my wife and I will recommend him to anyone. We purchased a G37 Coupe very close to the price we walked in there wanting to pay. The entire process was over in about 2 hours. Two days later we traded in our other vehicle for a new FX35, also at a great price, and also due to Talon. As business owners ourselves, we know how hard it is to find good people who do their job well. Crest Infiniti has one in Talon Kuhns.

My visit to Crest began as just trip to view a new 2010 G37.I contacted the dealer and spoke with Talon Kuhns. Because I was in route to the dealership I wanted to be sure and not waste my timeso I asked Talon if they had a specific color and model G37 to assure that I could see exactly what I'd planned to purchase. Talon assured me that they had the vehicle and he would be waiting when I arrived. When my wife and I arrived I walked into the dealership and immediately asked to see the vehicle that Talon had just told me they had and was told, "oh we justsold it, but I always like to allow my customers the opportunity to see other options just in case they may change their mind." At this point, I should have taken the clue to walk away. However, I decided to walk out to the lot and view other G37's. While looking at the others, I asked Talon if I could just see the vehicle that was just sold to at least see what it looked like. I was told that it was already gone. So in a matter of 20 to 30 min the vehicle went from being there on the lot to totally purchased and delivered. While I must say that Talon is a nice guy as well as very informative and knowledegable of the product. His ability to be deceptive shouldn't be overlooked.Fast forward a bit -- somehow I allowed my better judgment to be overruled and was pulled by Talon's abilities. He told me that Crest would have the vehicle that I wanted coming in a few days and he'd like to earn my business. Fortunately for me, I'd already worked out a deal with the Sewell Infiniti which gave me a little negotiating power because Talon first told me with the special financing options by Infiniti, he would have to sell me the vehicle at MSRP. I disclosed my deal with Sewell and somehow Talon decided that Crest would definitely be able to match the deal. Because my residence is closer to Crest Infiniti than to Sewell, I decided to give consideration to this deal.I later received a call from Talon stating that Crest had received my vehicle of choice earlier than expected and I need to come in and work out the deal. To expedite time I decided to go ahead and get pre-approved for financing and to retrieve all details of numbers before I got to the dealership. I asked Talon if all was in order and he assured me it was. When I got to the dealership I immediately asked for the numbers. When I looked at the numbers, there were additional charges which when added totaled about $1000.00 extra. I asked Talon for an explanation of these fees of which some he stated, "I don't know what that is". Needless to say, I began to feel as if I was deceived and decided to just walk away. I received a call from the Sales Manager Duncan McFale who asked why I left. I told him about the extra charges and he began to explain that those charges reflected a combination of additional options that were on the vehicle when it came in and title and license fees.I felt a little better about them but something in my heart wouldn't told me I still needed to walk away from Crest and do business with Sewell. Even though Sewell is a bit further away from where we live, we decided to go ahead and do business with Sewell. The experience was amazing. Not only did they honor the numbers that we'd discussed previously but the extra options that Crest itemized and chose to represent as additional costs were also on the vehicle that we purchased at Sewell and they never said a word about them. Now That's Service! It's one thing to be nice and represent yourself as a full disclosure dealership. But it's another to have integrity to not manipulate and deceive your customers to appear as if you've simply kept your word when really you've only found another way to inflate your profit. The choice is up to you, but be careful about the subtle deception that lies beneath the accolades.

Purchased an Infiniti EX35 on 8/19/2010. It took me only about 2 hrs to complete a test drive of the vehnicle and to agree on a Purchase Price.Ask for Talon Kuhns. He's very informative and will not pressure you into anything. Price neogitation only took about 15 minutes.

Crest Infiniti in Plano was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so attentive and polite. My husband and I felt very important. We were offered coffee, water, soft drinks and cookies.. it was just unbelievable how nice everyone was. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase and my Sales Rep., Talon went above and beyond to make sure that I received the deal I was looking for. In the end, there were no hidden fees or charges and I was able to purchase the exact car I was looking for at the exact price point I was looking to end up at.

My husband and I decided to visit Infiniti on a whim one Saturday to look at the EX35. I thought I had my mind made up to buy an Audi Q5. As soon as we got out of car, Talon was right there to greet us. Right away, he made us feel at home and was eager to show us the EX. After taking the car for a test drive, we absolutely loved it and decided to get it. Talon not only worked with me to get me a great deal - he even went above and beyond to find the car I wanted that wasn't on his lot. In one day he located the car that had all the features I wanted and had it delivered to his dealership where he made the actual purchasing process as easy as it could be. When my husband and I decided to purchase a car, we grin our teeth to prepare for all the hassle from the saleman. When we went to Crest, it was completely the opposite. Our Saleman, Talon Kuhns, was full of knowledge and able to answer all our questions. He provided for us such excellent service that we changed our mind from want to purchase a pre-owned vehicle to purchase a brand new vehicle. We were happy that we were not pressure/force to buy something therefore we will definitely come back to get another new Infiniti from Crest and definitely with Talon Kuhns as our saleman.

Talon Kuhns is really good at his job. We only intended to buy a pre-owed vehicle when we went to Crest. He was able to demonstrated all the great features of the Infinity QX 56 and able to work with our expection therefore we end up purchase a branch new vehicle. I am very please with Crest services especially Talon. We will definitely come soon to look at the Infinity G37 S. I would like to recommend this dealership with all my friends. Everyone at Crest were wonderful and friendly.

I asked for a price quote over the internet and accepted the first offer they gave me because I thought it was a VERY Fair price for both parties. I had visited several dealerships looking at Infiniti FX35's and my experience at Crest could not have been better!My fiance and I met Tux at Watters Creek in Allen, and had let him know about the absolute horrible experience we had with Sewell Infiniti in Dallas. I was about to give up on looking for a new vehicle and he promised if we came in our experience would not be anything like what we'd been through. He couldn't have been more right! He was not at all pushy or made us feel uncomfortable like your stereotypical "car salesman". Tux is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Infiniti's, was able to answer all our questions and made me feel like I really knew what I was getting.Being a recent college graduate, I was so nervous about the whole car buying experience because of horror stories you hear, but I feel completely confident with what we got and for the right price. It was very easy and I love my new car! Everyone at Crest was very fair and honest and we were greeted from the second we walked in the door. Absolutely a first class buying experience! The entire process was pleasurable and everyone at the dealership was fantastic to deal with. The entire process, from initial presentation to final delivery, was handled in a professional, respectful and patient manner (it was actually a fun experience!) Heck, as part of the delivery of our new vehicle, we were given one-on-one attention to review every aspect of the vehicle (an entire 1.5 hours getting my wife and I acclimated with the new car and getting everything set up, i.e., navigation, blue tooth, seat memory settings, etc.) The delivery process (probably better described as a first class presentation, white glove, concierge type service) of our new vehicle was conducted in an air-conditioned dedicated room that allowed my wife and I to learn all the gadgets on our new vehicle! Our Sales Consultant, Tux Browning, is a sensational representative for Crest! My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience (start to finish) and wouldn't hesitate to refer our friends and family to Tux and the entire Crest Infiniti team .... Top notch, all the way around!

We went to Crest Infiniti to test drive their SUV in order to upgrade from our Chevy Tahoe. We were greeted by Jeff, who was extremely nice and proceeded to ask questions to determine if they had a vehicle that best suited our needs. On the way to his desk many people spoke, smiled and made it a very comfortable place to be. Jeff spoke with us about the Infinitis then we began our test drives. We did indeed select a new QX56. We drove the vehicle home that night. Since our purchase we have returned to Crest for general maintenance and have been just as pleased with the service department. When Jeff has seen that we were bringing our vehicle in to the service department, he has made time to come chat with us and see how our family is doing. We would definately recommend Crest Infiniti to friends and family. We would call to see that Jeff was available because we have no doubts that he would take good care of them, and do anything possible to make the purchase process a smooth one.

We were greeted promptly when we arrived and directed to Caleb as our Sales Consultant. Caleb took time to determine what we were looking for from a model and equipment perspective and was able to find the right vehicle in the right color for us. Once we made the purchase decision all finance options were presented clearly to allow us to pick the plan that was most favorable. Everyone of the employees we met was personable, relaxed and focused on us. We were especially pleased to be able to drive away in our new car that evening.

From the time we walked in Caleb was there to help us out in any way he could. We new that we were in the market for a vehicle, he showed us several models that fit the description of what we needed. We went on a test drive where Caleb showed us the great features of the car and answered all of our questions, he was extremely knowledgeable about the specifics of the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the finance team was extremely pleasant and explained all of the detail of the contract in a good amount of detail so that we could make informed decisions about any extras that we wanted to purchase. There was no feeling of being rushed through, we were treated as though the only reason that they were there was for us.We had a very good experience at Crest Infiniti and would recommend it to anyone. The next time we need a new car we will definitely go there again!!

In the very beginning Cedric said that he wanted to make the entire process very easy for me. Cedric certainly lived up to his promise. The entire process consisted of six e-mail conversations and one pre-visit to the dealership. Then of course the trip to the dealership to sign papers and pick up the car. I even commented to Cedric that I was not accustomed to this type of treatment and was still waiting for "the big surprise". Well that surprise never happened. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Crest Infiniti. You are actually treated like a customer, and not as if you were prey, like so many other dealerships seem to treat potential buyers today.

I highly recommend Crest Infiniti to anyone that is in the market for a car. During my recent purchase, I worked with Caleb Brosin. Caleb immediately made me feel like family and treated me as such. After the purchase, my new EX 35 was placed in a private showroom in the back. For the next 30 minutes or so, Crest showed me everything about my new car and setup my bluetooth and navigation. I have no intension to buy an Infiniti in the past. After I stepped into the CrestInfiniti, the excellent service of the sale rep,Mr. Dan Fletcher changed my mind. After the road test, the excellent performances of Infiniti G37 changed my plan. When they offered me the price which was very good. Their financial officier not even pushing me to buy any extra warranty or package. Not wasting any of my time. The service rep, Myile explaned to me on setting up the radio, blue tooth very detail. Because of Duncan, the sale manager, CrestInfiniti have an excellent team-work. If you want, need or looking for a new car or another new car. I highly recommend you to go to CrestInfiniti before you go to other auto dealer. This is my first Infiniti. For sure, I will go back to CrestInfiniti to have my 2nd, 3rd...... CrestInfiniti is the best. Professional. Nice. Grest. Good job.

We originally had our mind set on a Audi, but decided to give the Infiniti a try. We were overwhelmed with the overall experience after being so underwhelmed at the Audi Dealer. Their pricing was very fair and everyone went above and beyond. The finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. I am confident that Crest will back up the purchase which is why we left the Audi Dealership. Now that we have the EX35 we couldnt be any happier.

I have been in advertising sales for the last 18 yrs, and my clients are car dealerships. I have bought many cars and known many car salesman. He was not pushy about my buying a car. I truly felt he cared about the decision I made and was not just in it for the sale. I had a the best experience at Crest and it is strictly because of our salesman---TUX. He not only sold the car, but he sold customer satisfaction. I bought a G37 sedan. I original wanted this car, but I was keeping my options open. The first night I visited Crest we were in "ahh" as to how we were treated. We took a vehicle home to test drive that night and the next day......we visited a couple of other dealerships to see if anyone could beat Crest's customer service. I actually drove up in the G37 and asked each sales person to tell me why I should buy their car and not the G37.....each of the salesmen were obviously uncomfortable with the situation....now I know why......they knew they couldn't "hold a candle" to your dealership!!! One salesman actually said "well our customer service is better than theirs". I asked him to explain what they offered.......I laughed after he detailed what they offer to customers!! I began to tell the salesman how they could improve their customer service. I explained to him my entire experience at Crest. I also want to explain it to everyone that reads this......so here it goes---Again...from the time we walked in to the end of the sale was the best experience and I give the credit......all of the credit to Tux!!!! He is first class and treats his customers that way. He was very up front, direct and never pressured us at all. That meant alot to us....especially after we visited the other dealerships. Tux topk extra time to explain every detail of the car- all the way from the safety features to the fun features. I have never had a saleman be so detailed. Another thing that was very impressive was that Tux addresses me instead of my husband, since I was the one shopping. Over the years of buying cars.....no other salesman has ever done that.....even when my husband would say to speak to me instead of him. Tux also made the experience very personal. He wrote down everything we said and the next day remembered everything about us.....even our twin's names. After visiting the other dealerships.....my decision was made and hands down.....I bought at Crest. Yes....I love the car, but Tux is truly the reason we bought the car. He knows how to provide the type of service anyone would recommend and that means the most to us!! When I bought the car, Tux went a step further.....he came to my work to pick it up to have it detailed and then delivered it to me in a Tux--hence the name. He also took pictures of my entire family with the car!!! He is awesome and we recommend him for the salesman of the year award. Please recogonize him as the true jewel that he is. So, if anyone is interested in buying a car....no matter what car you are thinking about....I challenge you to visit Crest and experience the "Tux Treatment". We have had the car for 2 weeks and he is still checking in with us to make sure everthing is going well.....and even ask about our twins...by name!! I know I have already said it, but this was an exceptional experience because of Tux and his customer service skills. We were looking for a new car. We had a Cadillac 2006 DTS and wanted to look at the new Cadillac DTS and a new Infiniti. Crest Cadillac people were very nice, we first looked at the Cadillac and then walked over to Crest Infiniti where we were very lucky in getting Jeff to help us. Nothing against Jeff, but more likely all of there personal would have been great. Anyway we do concern ourselves lucky to have Jeff to work with. He was very professional and we think gave us a good deal on a new Infiniti and showed us all the bells and whistles about the car. After our decision to do business with Crest he introduced us to the other people at the dealer in charge of service and so on. I am sorry, but I do remember their names,we have their business cards in the car. Visited dealership last Saturday. Met with Tim first and told him what I was looking for. Nothing in stock, but something coming in within a week. Told him I needed to work on my wife a little more before I signed anything. We agreed on which vehicle we would work on ($45,500 list price). Sheet comes back with a $48,600 version with price way too high. Decide I will leave then. Of course, he would like to talk with his Sales Manager first. Duncan comes over to office, introduces himself, and asks where we need to be. Terms are made clear - under $600 a month for 60 months. He comes back 10 minutes later and says "No problem, we can do it for $598 a month." I ask about terms , and of course he is giving me 72 months. Leaves, comes back 10 minutes later and says "we can get it to $629 a month for 60 months". I figure it's legit, tell him I will talk to my wife again, and I will call Tim on Monday. Call Tim on Monday, and am told they have sold the car already. They have another one coming in in a different color, would I be interested. Initially, no I am not, but think about it and call Tim back and ask for a breakdown of the financial deal. Get a response of $639.84 a month for 63 months. Doesn't seem like alot until you do the math and realize that there is an addition $2500+ in total payments. When I ask the increase, I am told that this vehicle is $500 more and they have to have it delivered. The destination charge of over $800 is still kept in the price. Breakdown also showed trade value well below researched values. Have requested a call from the General Manager, but have not received on yet (24 hours later). Would strongly suggest going elsewhere, as I have never had this type of issue with any Ford dealers (6 different dealers in 6 different cities).

Here is a list of issues with this crappy dealer: 1) They will throw in a BS charge when you purchase your car2) Got smudges on my headliner at delivery3) Had to come back over 3 times to clean headliner (still looked like crap)4) Got paint overspray from trying to fix smudges on headlier on passenger headrest, armrest, grab handle and rear of passenger seat. 5) Took car for service and issue wasn't even fixed! (They had my car for over 5 days)6) Customer service sucks. Right when you pull up, the porters look like you then continue their business. Service advisors act like you are bothering them!I took it to sewell and they did the following: 1) Immediately greeted me2) Had my car for 1 day3) Fixed my issue4) Called me up a few days later to ask how my service went!!!!

This is the worst dealership ever. Not only were they ignorant and incompetent, they were rude and condescending while trying to negotiate a deal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I came in and asked about a particular car. They told me 30k. I asked "really?" And then he said he couldn't go lower. Then I showed them the online ad which was at 26.9K. Then he felt like he got caught red handed and went to get another salesman. And when I complained about a couple of dents in the car and asked them to take a few dollars off, they just scoffed. Rude and incompetent! Complete jerks!

I came in here to buy a car and was treated like dirt. All the salesman were standing around and no one would help me. When it was time to look at a car they showed me all the junk cars and insinuated that I couldn't afford a new car and my credit was not good enough and I should not try to negotiated for a better rate.These guys are terrible and I would never buy from them. Avoid this dealership.

My E46 BMW M3 was totaled while parked and unoccupied. I was very sad to see it go, but that put me in the market for a new vehicle.I saw some negative reviews for Crest on the internet, but I decided to check them out anyway and I'm glad I did. Don't always believe everything you read online, verify it for yourself.I had a great sales experience, Caleb was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered almost all my questions. The one or two times I asked something he didn't know, instead of making up some BS he researched it for me to get the right answer.The sales process was pleasant without the typical high-pressure nonsense or sleazy tactics, but car dealers are car dealers... I spent a half our or so doing the back-and-forth game with the sales manager to get a final price, but I never felt like I was being pressured into a deal I didn't want or lied to in any way. Just do your research beforehand, start low, and give a little when they give a little and you should be able to arrive at good price - Crest will definitely 'deal'.

My wife and I went in a number of years back looking for a QX4. They had a demo listed in the paper and we went to check it out. We asked for the model they had advertised. The salesman said it wasn't for sale. I asked why they had it advertised, he said he didn't know because 'it was out on a test drive." The same salesman basically told us that a teacher and graphic designer couldn't afford the QX4. On our way out he followed as I dropped his 'business' card into one of the floor models. I went to work the next day and wrote Crest management to explain the rude nature of the salesman. To my surprise, I was replied with an email saying they wouldn't stand for his actions and had FIRED him! Wow, justice!My second trip to Crest was to look at a used Lexus, I was able to take the car to work, guys were great. I found out the car had some pretty hefty paint work done so I passed.So, strike two for crest? I don't know if I would tell you to avoid this dealership, but I would certainly be careful.

Everyone here is a liarThey said they would fix all this stuff on the car we bought and said to trust them that we didnt need it in writing and it would be taken care of. Then they said the repairs would be too expensive and said they won't do it. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF ONE PERSON DOESNT GO HERE BECAUSE OF THIS POST I WILL BE HAPPY.

We went there looking for a car with a hard to find color. They had both colors we were interested in, used for way under any price we had seen so far! Chris was so friendly and no pushy at all. The service was great. I felt at ease the entire time. I would highly recomend this dealership, and Chris, to anyone!

After telling me they had the Sport-tuned G35 coupe on the lot in the color I wanted, I drove over 100 miles to learn it wasn't there. Not only wasn't it there, they'd never even had one--the salesman said he made a mistake...more likely lied to get me in the door with the bait-and-switch.After pushing me toward a model I didn't really want, kept saying he was being generous with the offer despite being more than $2,000 over TMV!! Unlike Grubbs Infiniti nearby where I bought my G35 and loved the service, these guys play games and are the reason dealers have the snake-reputation that they do.

This dealer has lost my future business, playing games and tricks with customer. Even on my extended warranty dedectable was suppose to be zero had in their system at $100 and would not change. Service really gives you the business doing unneeded repairs. Please go elsewhere

Horrible first experience. I don't know what tricks they were playing but they fooled me. I talked to both the salesman and manager and they gave me a price. When they know I like the car (it is used) and decided to buy it, they quickly went out and came back to tell me they won't sell the car for that price but an additional thousand bucks. Just because I liked the car I spared that money and get the car. But, I felt really bad. They are unprofessional, greedy, ... kind of people.<br><br>I also want to add that after the sale was finalized they gave me just one key and said that is all we have. I was not expecting that and I haven't asked with how many keys the car comes. <br><br>Also, the car had a big damage which I belevie they knew about (as the damage is basic) but was not observed at the time because it needed to be driven for quite many miles to see the problem. I found out that problem after two weeks and spent another thousand bucks for repair.<br>What would I call this? A bad luck, coincidence, or ....
