My appointment was at 8:30 for an oil change. The attendant informed me they were running behind when I pulled up at 8:20. I asked how long it would it take to wait. I was told it would be 20 minutes. Looking back, I believe a miscommunication happened. I think the attendant thought how long before they started on my car when I meant how long to do an oil change. They did inform me at 9:15, they had pulled my vehicle in to start. I finally had paid and left at 10 am. So, I would suggest better communication on the expectations of wait times. I’ve never waited that long for an oil change and inspection. However, this was my first experience with the GMC dealership for this service. My other concern was the attendant helping me. When explaining the services provided, he made me feel dumb. One way he did this was in his manner of explaining information. He did not give me time to process any information. He explained the services I needed done at 100,000 miles. He pulled out a sheet with all the information, but only gave me a literal minute to look it over. I asked to take a picture after he put it back in the drawer, so I could later review the chart. A better way to handle this is giving the customer the sheet, say, “Here’s the services you need done. You are in this category. Take your time in looking it over, and let me know if you have any questions. (At this point he can point anything particular a customer needs to focus on). Hand it back to me when you are finished.” This signals to him that I’ve had adequate time to look over it, and doesn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to process information. So, this isn’t going to be the best review, but I also believe in giving grace. For all I know, this man had a terrible day and wasn’t at his best. I don’t think an entire month’s bonus should be forfeited because of ONE bad review. If we were all perfect all the time, then a)we wouldn’t need Jesus, but b) the world would be boring. But in good conscience, I will not lie and say this was my favorite experience at this dealership. I also think, I shouldn’t be pressured into giving good reviews, by being told that this person’s (the attendant and the lady who called me this morning about the survey both emphasized this!) bonus rests upon entirely perfect reviews. It’s a way of inflating the amount of good reviews for the dealership, and doesn’t provide honest feedback. I don’t think that’s a good business practice. So in general, I don’t know that I would recommend this dealership because it forces it employees to put pressure on clients to potentially lie when they have a bad experience by stating an employee will not get a bonus if clients give a bad review. That isn’t an environment where I would wish to be an employee.

We have noticed the upgrade in efficiency to make sure the customer is pleased. (Text/email message to remind of appointment. Verifying automobile and owner; the correct service needed with correct cost amount.........along with other items to assist/inform customer.) Continue with eye contact, a genuine smile, acknowledging customer by name and being sensitive to each ( projecting the atmosphere of "YOU" the customer are truly appreciated, cared about, needed ..... because they are the reason I have a job. No customers (regardless of who it is (race, nationality, etc), we don't have employment and the benefits that come with it. Also, unsatisfied customers can create a problem.

The only problem I had was corporate was there and stopped all technicians from working. This made my wait time very long. My service representative was awesome! He kept me informed and was very nice.

Went to Crain to get an oil change and the service department people were VERY RUDE. I asked for the person, Todd, who usually helps me and their response was who??. Liked he had never worked there and finally someone said that “he ain’t here anymore”. Told them what I needed and he asked me if a had an appointment I said no but Todd had told me if I needed an oil change to come about mid morning, which it was -10 am!! I told them I would leave it and the response I got was they didn’t have time but not that nice. I left the dealership and drove home. I thought I would see when I could schedule an appointment and looked on the web page. The first time I could schedule was at 11:00 that same morning!!!! Crain has been getting all my service due on my car even bought tires! NO more I will go somewhere else where I am appreciated!!! You have lost my business for good!!

Salesman was great, however when it came to purchase the car we have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get paperwork for going to revenue office and obtain tags because you use an offsite group to do all your paperwork, even the warranty paperwork. We have bought 11 vehicles in the last 10 years at the other dealerships along with all paperwork when driving off their lots. I will be purchasing a truck in the next 6 months and I probably will purchase said truck at another dealership other than Crain's because of the way you handle your paperwork!!

I recently had a problem with my car that I took to several other repair places and no one could get it done correctly, the problem kept coming back. I finally decided to take it to a Buick dealership hoping they could do it without completely breaking the bank. I was surprised the prices were very competitive and it was done right the first time!

My husband and I purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain from Chad at the Conway, AR location. We were needing a new vehicle to fit our expandin family and Chad was the person who made that happen! Chad was very accommodating and listened to our needs as a family and found us the perfect vehicle. When we came in looking for a used vehicle he helped us look and say down with us and was straightforward and helped us make the best decision based on our situation. He bent over backwards and pulled every sting he could to make this the best first experience at Crain Buick! Everyone we came into contacts with was very pleasant and smiling in which made the whole atmosphere welcoming! We will not hesitate to come back if we ever look for another vehicle and will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family!

I brought my 2013 Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, and filters changed. The service rep was very courteous, professional, and answered questions that I had regarding the service. I have nothing but the utmost respect and regard for the service reps . Anytime I have gone there for service, it has always been the same. I would highly recommend the service department to anyone.

At Crain, I'm treated like family. Service crew is awesome. My go to guy this time was Tony. What a gentleman. All those employees, from the manager on down, give me and my Yukon, their undivided attention. I always reccomnend Crain for that very reason. Love them. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

I contacted Crain about truck I was interested in. I did some research on the vehicle and made a fair offer. They disrespected my offer by suggesting I consider a vehicle more in line with my budget. Frankly I am qualified to buy any car they sell. I made a fair offer on a particular vehicle and they insulted me with their comments. After walking the Nissan lot for 20 minutes without anyone offering to help me, I pulled into the dealership on a Friday evening with the desire to test drive an Acadia. I met Josh as soon as I stepped foot on the lot and he showed me a 2015 Acadia SLT. I drove the Acadia and fell in love. We then proceeded to talk about the numbers. We could not get close enough to the payment I needed that evening, so I went home. Josh treated me with the respect that a woman seldom receives when she is trying to purchase a vehicle, so I decided that Josh was the salesman that I would purchase a vehicle from when I was going to make that commitment. After reaching out to Josh Saturday morning, he notified me that he did indeed have a vehicle that would be exactly what I wanted, with the payment I was able to afford. I appreciate Josh's friendly demeanor and willingness to help me get the vehicle I have been dreaming of for years.

I brought my Acadia in for regular service (oil change, tire rotation). I was impressed that they were open on a Saturday for this type service! Very convenient for me and they, even, cleaned my car. Yay!!

Well, Mr Funkhauser has to be one of your best sales person. Kind, has great knowledge of this truck and has a great personality. Now this was the 4th GMC dealer i went to in regards to this truck within a two weeks. And that include the dealership in Memphis. Mr Funkhauser, greeted me before I went into the dealership. I told him what I was looking for. He found the exact truck that I was looking for within a reasonable amount of time. (Now keep in mind I set in another GMC dealer for at least 25 minutes). Im not gonna talk about the whole day. That was the best experience I have had so far while buying a car. Thank you!!

I purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra SLT from Crain Conway in late November of last year and enjoyed the warm comforts offered by the climate control heating system, heated seats and heated steering wheel throughout an unusually cold winter. As the weather began to warm in early spring I realized that the air conditioning system was not producing cool air. I called the Crain service team in Conway and scheduled an appointment for the following day. I checked my Sierra into the service department around 9:00 am and by 10:15 was notified that a small hole had been discovered in the the AC system. I was advised that the part replacement would be covered under warranty and the work should be completed within a 3 hour time frame. By 12:45 the AC system had been repaired and I was on my way enjoying a much cooler and more comfortable ride home.

I came in with a 2010 silverado with a interest rate of 16.99%. They were able to get me a 2014 silverado with a reduced interest rate of 4.125%. I did'nt have to come up with any extra out of pocket expences. I am very pleased with the service I recieved.

I purchased a vehicle at Crain Buick GMC last week and it was the greatest experience of my life. The salesman I had was named Butch and he was absolutely wonderful. They gave me a great price and I got to ring the big gong they have on the showroom. Butch introduced me to the service department and they were some of the nicest people. The general manager Jay Myers even came out to the showroom to thank me for my purchase. If you read this I highly recomend this dealership.
