My husband and I had been looking for a truck to expand our business, we looked online and found exactly what we wanted with Corwin Wholesale. We had an issue with getting up there right away, since we live in Iowa, so I called them and talked to them about the truck. I told them we were very interested, but we wouldn't be up there until the following week. They told me they would hold it for us until we came up to look at it, even though we weren't sure if we were going to buy it. They had several people make inquires on it in the week leading up to us coming, but they still held it. They also worked out the financing with us ahead of time so we didn't have to do it after our 4 hour drive up there. When we arrived at Corwin Wholesale, we were greeted by our salesman and he pulled the truck out front so we could look at it. As it sat there and idled, we noticed a small power steering leak. The salesman said the person who traded it in just had replaced some lines on it, so we thought it would be an easy fix that my husband could do (since he is a mechanic).About a month after we had purchased the truck, we noticed the leak had gotten significantly worse. When we looked into the problem, we found out the gear box had to be replaced. We were somewhat upset about this, so I called up to Corwin Wholesale to tell them about the situation. The salesman remembered selling the truck to us and remember talking to us about the leak. He referred us to his boss, who was out for the day, but would be in the following day and he would call me back. The next day I called (because I am impatient) and got a hold of Eric and Steve, the managers of the lot, and discussed the issue with them. I told them we were quoted the cost of parts and labor from a local shop and gave them the name and number. They were completely understanding and we came to an agreement on a amount they would reimburse us for the parts and labor. They were also apologetic about the situation, and Steve even gave me his personal number so I could contact him if I had any questions. After my experience with the Corwin Wholesale Lot, I would definitely make the 8 hour round trip to by a car from them again. Even with how large of a scale they operate, they still gave me the "small town" hospitality.

Went in for a recall on my car, it was a simple case of not the model I had needing it so that was quick and easy. There was a vehicle I'd been discussing so asked sales man about that, it had been sold. I told them to keep their eyes open for one like I'd been interested in. Everyone was pleasant and a relaxed atmosphere.

I was just in the mood to look at cars. Stopped in and looked at a car I was somewhat interested in but went home to think about it and research it online for a week. Went back and it had sold the day before which was a blessing because I found my PERFECT car that day. I filled out the application and told them I couldn't finance an apple so went home to wait for the "rejection call". Got a call BUT it was a - come and get your new car call!!!! I am floating so high on cloud 9 and would recommend Corwin Public Wholesale to everyone out there! I dealt with Shane and recommend him to anyone needing help finding and financing THEIR perfect car!!

In the past I have gone in to their lot to look at a vehicle that was available online. The sales guy didn't even bother showing us the vehicle and straight up sat down to check credit and financing. It was my first time out buying car and since college had left my credit score shaky, I didn't protest. In the end he said, we will wait for a few days and see if the subprime lenders would budge. I mean, hello! I have not even seen the car yet. Me and my wig just walked out and decided to never go to this dealership ever again.

Was inquiring about a vehicle I had seen online at Corwin. My salesperson checked and was told it had been sent to auction. Well as I left, I found it myself 300 feet away in their wholesale lot. Just a note, another saleperson told me that they will sometimes say that so you will buy a different car off of their lot instead of go over to the wholesale lot. I asked the wholesale manager if the price was still the same on the vehicle and they said they hadn't priced it yet but would honor what was online. By the time I got home, the vehicle had been pulled from the original online listing and relisted for $2000 more than what it was on the original posting. Really?!... I will say that the two salesmen I spoke with at each of the Corwin locations were helpful and I realize this situation was not their fault since they don't price the vehicles and had both consulted managers on my questions. However, I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from Corwin anymore. Was just a little too unorganized and shady for me.

very very polite and very very nice from beginning to end... i traveled out of town to purchase the car and they worked with me the whole way through... very very satisfied with my car and the whole process!!!

Walked in talked to Marlo great guy showed me cars in my budget knew my needs and showed me trucks that fit what I needed finishing up paperwork was a breeze got a call with a price and that was the price I walked out with no hidden fees no hidden costs the number he gave me was the number I paid I highly recommend the guys there for any car purchase still under construction but should look good when it's done

Went in to day with the intention of finding a new car. The sales person (Chuck) and manager were both very accommodating. He understood our budget and didn't push any thing that was higher at all. The interior of the dealership was currently under construction so I can't remark too much on that. It was clean and warm I will say that. We did however pop over to the main Corwin dealership for a mid visit bathroom break. Overall a very great buying experience and I would very highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy used.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and they had a great selection at what seemed to be very fair price. The salesman and manager was very easy to work with. The building is still under construction so the facility is more like a construction zone than a fancy dealership. It was kind of nice doing business with out computers, facny worksheets or all the games some places like to play. It felt a lot more personal and was very easy to come to a deal. I would recommend Corwin Public Whole Sale to my family and friends

The manager that was working when I was going to trade my car in lied. He claims they only make 200-300 dollar per sale if this is the case why would he low ball someone on his trade in. He also kept saying on how he's doing a good thing for the community by opening a wholesale lot and selling cars cheaper. The car I was going to buy needed some work and cleaning. The Rear Tires Where Cupped So Bad The Tires Were vibrating horribly and needed to be replaced. As far as the cleaning department goes they need to learn what cleaning means. I also had to wait an hour for the to find the car.
