I would avoid Corona Nissan at all costs. The only reason we went to their dealership is that they had a Nissan Rogue with the light-colored interior, which is oddly hard to find in LA. My wife and I drove out there, an hour from where we live, with a three-month old. We had VPP papers, which means you get the best price and should not get hassled. That was not the case. AVOID Max, their Internet Director, at all costs. He is the worst version of a slimy car salesperson as exists. The dealership acknowledged afterwards, that they have had problems with him in the past. Supposedly he was suspended for a weekend after we complained, but I don't believe the folks over there at all.The GSM, Martin Rios, after avoiding speaking to my wife (forcing us to work through a customer service person named Tanya) finally spoke to my wife today. When my wife mentioned that we were hassled during the sales process, Martin Rios replied, "You were not hassled!" Okay, I am not sure how customer service works for Nissan, but I feel like telling someone that whatever they say happened, didn't happen, is just not the way to go about it. I can't say enough bad things about this dealership. We do like Nissan cars though, just the team at Corona Nissan are why people hate going to car dealerships. One Note: Their finance person, named Kay, was really a pleasure to work with.

In September of 2010 I went in and told the sales person I had about 2000 down. We went to look at a nissan Sentra. Test drove it and like it. So we sat down did the paperwork and then they said, well instead of a personal check can you bring a certified check while we work finance. I said sure why not. So I signed paperwork but never took delivery of the car, we were waiting on a certified check. Because of the nature of work I do I was not abe to get to the bank until two days later. I figured car will still be there, So i go back and fiance manager says you need more down like 1600 more. I said I couldnt do it. Mind you I never took possession of the car. I brought a used truck that did me well for quite a few years and then I moved to a city with a great commute transit system. So fast foward five years and I am looking to purchase a vehicle. Imagine my surprised that I have a loan through red mountain funding for a vehicle purchased September 2010 a loan for 2 years at 850 a MONTH!! and it was deliquent. They somehow pushed this bogus loan through on a car I never took possesion of and now Im fighting it tooth and nail. Buyer be ware if you run your credit here make sure you check it again if you dont purchase from them because you may be in my situation. A 850 deliquent loan and no car to ever show for it. I drove it once for a test drive. These people are scam artists

I had a lease that was about to expire. I loved the 2013 Nissan Altima I had and was going to buy a new one. George knew my situation said he would take my lease, pay off the last payment and he would get me into a new car. After checking my vehicle I was over the miles, he said no worries he would take care of it. Long story short I bought the new car and never got a bill for being over miles so I thought everything was good. NOPE! I am in the process of purchasing a home and my lender tells me I have money owed to Nissan Corp that is blocking me from purchasing my home. ..YES I WAS UPSET! I call George back and he says he would look into it, I never get a call back and have to deal with Nissan Corp with a New GM, I wonder why George moved? ?? Anyway I found him at Corona Nissan. ..this is how he does business I tell everyone and hope you tell everyone this guy cares nothing about his customers or he would have helped me get this off my credit report!

I recently bought a new Nissan Sentra 2014 and I love my car. Everything was great until I took it for its first oil change on April 13th. I didn't pay anything because it's covered under the maintenance program I got when I first got it. I took it in and they took over 3 hours to give me back my car. There was no one in the waiting area so I figured it wasn't busy. That's not all. I asked one of the maintence people to check on the status of my car and the guy said he would be back. Well that guy didn't come back. The guy who seems to be in charge whose name is Mike came back and told me my car was ready. I didn't get any paperwork to sign to prove that I had gotten a maintenance check on my car. As I was looking to see if the paper work was inside the glove compartment a repair service guy asks if I need anything. I tell him that I don't have any paperwork and he says let me check inside to see if they have it. I wait a little bit but he doesn't come back. Then I go inside and notice the mike guy is typing it up on the computer. Shouldn't he have done that before giving me my car back? He finishes typing it up and takes me to the front desk to sign. I sign it and leave. Ten minutes later, I get a text message from an unknown number saying "this is the guy that help you today just wandering if they gave u u paperwork" I didn't reply to that message because first of all how did he get my number? Why was he texting me when I didn't give him my number? There were so many spelling errors on it so I knew it wasn't someone professional. I took the time to write this because the service people seem to be very unprofessional and rude. I will not go back here. I decided to take my car to another Nissan dealership and I am so happy with the professional service. Don't go here!!!

Bought my 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5SL on June 12th of 2013, today is November 18th 2014 and Ive had 8 (eight) different issues with this car starting from week 1 of owning it. 1) Trunk doesnt lock properly they had to re-align a bracket2) After two attempts they eventually had to replace the entire front bumper, as it was not aligned with the frame of the car.3) Center Counsel (arm rest) has popped out of place twice and has had to be re-anchored. 4) When trying to pop the trunk from the outside, it doesnt always recognize the key, so I would have to pop it from the switch inside the car eventually they got this fixed5) Phantom brake and seatbelt light would magically appear out of nowhere as Im driving down the highway After 2 attempts this was eventually fixed. 6) My Odometer stuck at 17K miles, they had to order a new cluster This was fixed.7) When trying to start the car, it wouldnt always recognize that the key was with me. I would have to set then reset the alarm and then try to start. This happens once in a blue moon and so far I havent been stranded thankfully, I fear the day that happens. 8) Reverse Camera is glitchy; it goes dark, then light, then back to dark with glitch lines across the screen. Theyve tried to do a system update, saying that should solve the problem It didnt They then tried to replace the whole stereo unit (something that took 3 weeks to finally get done) still didnt fix the problem. I brought it back a 4th time and they said they couldnt duplicate it, (Which seems to be protocol for all Nissan dealers who cant seem to fix an obvious defect.) despite the fact I showed a tech prior to them replacing my stereo and showing them a few video from my phone This issue is still pending and theyve called in their regional Nissan expert to see if he can find the root cause. Ive brought this car back to the dealer at least 15-20 times, which is a bit much considering the car is only 17 months old. The GM was able to give me my purchase agreement (which is pretty much the only honest thing thats happened from this nightmare of a car) after actually physically walking into the dealer (He never returned my calls). Im perusing a lemon law or Fraud case, based on many reviews on-line it seems as though the 2013 Altima has had a lot of issues, some major ones that luckily havent happen to my car but now fear might based on the history of it. I wouldnt mind doing a straight up trade for this car if that was an option, Nissan has always seem to have a good rep, I just think they really screwed up on this particular years model (the first year of a complete redesign) I just dont feel safe in it and I really dont feel like stressing myself out with it by constantly bringing it in to get fixed anymore.

Piss poor management makes this a horrible dealership.Coach RAD is full of crap!!!!!! I purchased a Nissan Sentra Oct 12th. I gave them $400 that day and wrote a post dated check (not to be cashed until Nov2nd). Friday October 24th we received a call saying we needed to come back to the dealership to sign some more paperwork. We went to the dealership on the 26th (62.5 miles from my home) and wound up giving the Sentra back because a new bank wanted an additional $500 down and my monthly payment would increase $20. We were told by Sam (finance) that the $400 would be refunded the upcoming week (REALLY) I called Tuesday annd spoke with Coach RAD (finance guy who closed the deal Oct 12th) and he told me that it would take 3-5 business days for the $400 to be credited to my account and the $600 check was shredded. I got the the $400 October 31st. Fast forward to today November 13th, I attempted to make a purchase for $1.62 and couldn't Because the idiots at the dealership posted the $600 which according to Coach RAD had been shredded. As of right now my available balance is -$278.33. I called Coach RAD a few times regarding this VERY URGENT MATTER and he tells me that a check has been cut but I have to wait until this coming Monday to pick it up because there is no one to sign it xxx!!!! I have to now call my bank and request a waiver on the overdraft fees because of this nonsense with Corona NissanThere's a special place in xxxx for people like this.

Great customer care and service.Ok this is somewhat of a late review. But now is better then never. The two things we needed when moving to the US was a new home and a car. They just happened to be two of the most expensive purchases we've made as well. We went to dealer after dealer and tried so many different cars before ending up at Corona Nissan. We eventually narrowed it down to a Nissan Titan. They had just one 2012 in stock and we decided to go and see it. Why we went on a friday. I have no idea. But with the rental needing to be back on the following tuesday we needed to decide on something rather quickly. I knew Friday traffic wouldn't be crazy but I didnt think it was going to be as bad as it was. But alas, we arrived at the dealership and were greeted by our sale rep; Danny. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman. He gave us the facts strait on the truck we were interested. The good and the bad. He took $2000 off because it was an older model. We didn't actually by it that day but returned Monday to finish up the paper work since we had a problem with our bank delaying the loan. Appreciate the help we received from Danny, and would look here first on our next big auto purchase.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and had a Nissan previously. My 1999 Nissan Maxima had 229,000 miles on it and started to cost more to repair than it was worth. The dealership took it in trade and gave me a great deal on a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV. As this is our spare car that was very important. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership. Also, the service staff has been very easy to work with these last 14 years. They are very good at letting you know what repairs need to be done now, and what repairs can wait. Thank you all for your help.

They sold me a truck knowingly that it had multiple major issues, and they still sold me the truck. they lie and conveniently lose paperwork of due bills pertaining to the work recommended by other dealerships. they also sold me a useless warranty for $3100.00 ..my truck is sitting at a ford dealership and nobody can do any repairs because Corona Nissan will not call them or the warranty company for approval of repairs. I wish i could have walked away from these thieves!!! dont buy here!!! they will lie ,cheat, and steal from you!!! I am currently in the process of filing a investigation report with DMV, Consumer affairs of California, and the better business bureau. I still have to make payments on a truck i cant drive. I bought this truck and have not been able to drive a solid week without having issues with it......dont BUY HERE!!!! Beware!!!!! of the GM Pistone, he is a spineless coward and a thief!!!!!!!!!

Why did I give them a poor rating? They signed a contract with me then called me almost a week later to tell me they were changing it. I didn't think you could change a contract but I guess I was wrong. I lost my GAP coverage and my extended warranty. That was nice of them. They told me, take it or leave the car with us.This was the worst car buying experience ever. I would arrange your own financing before going there if you absolutely must buy a car from them. The car I bought had a check engine light on as well. Now that the warranty is being taken away I will give the car back and they can sell it at auction. Can't figure out why it sat on their lot for 2 months....

I was given an estimated wait time and they actually completed the work in less time, which I totally appreciate. Our purchasing a car from this dealer was only due to the fact that we got a really good price on the car. Our sales person Miguel worked really hard for us. All of the people inside the dealership were very nice and friendly to us. Silvia in the finance department really knows how to win you over. The sales transaction went pretty smoothly. I only wish we could have gotten some extra items thrown in on the car, but the manager Jorge wouldn't budge an inch on anything, so everything on the car is standard. All in all we ended up getting a nice car and a couple of key chains.

When I arrived for the first time I was approached by a car sale's man by the name of Jean Paul. He had great energy and very polite. I told him I was there for car service and he directed me to the service department and that's when I was taken care of by Scott. He had a very professional knowledge of my car, he had a great customer service attitude which in my book that's number one. Adding on to that, I realized in the front of my car stood out some water spots in my paint. Noelle suggested I bring in my car the next day and he stated he would take care of the situation. I had taken my son's Versa into this service center for noises coming from the engine - we had bought this car used from another dealership in Ontario - I found out that I had a few miles left on the extended warranty that I had purchased for the car. I authorized a top end inspection of the engine and Joseph made the report to the warranty company that this car needed a new engine. CNA wanted me to pay a lot more money to have the engine torn apart further - looking for a loop hole I am sure. I do not make a lot of money and my son is paying is way through school and working to pay for his car and other expenses. I spoke to a supervisor at the warranty company with my son on the phone and he was a jerk to us. I was in tears over this whole mess as we had just bought the car 1 and a half years prior. I had spent one week just taking my son to Cal Poly Pomona every day before work and picking him up every day after work as well as my other son - 5 hours a day on the freeway was getting to me. Joseph is the best service adviser that I have had the pleasure of working with - he got with his manager Richard and together the came up with the solution to help me fight the warranty company and we won - Joseph also arranged for a rental car for my son to alleviate the extra stress of me transporting him to school and work. I am so grateful to these men for helping my son and I - they will never know what a great thing they did to help my family. I am in tears as we speak - My son has his car back running beautifully, I was able to pay for the repairs as the price was affordable and they made us feel like we matter. The biggest impression they made was on my 20 year old son who will be buying cars a lot longer than me at this point and guess where he will buy his next car? The last vehicle I owned was a 2012 Frontier. I hated the dealer I had to go to down in El Segundo. But i had no choice since it was near my work and my boss paid for the visits. Now that I have my own company card and a new NV200, I tried the Corona dealer out since it's near my home and I'm glad I did. Thanks for making my first visit a great one and with great prices!

I came in for a oil change and Nick Sanchez noticed my side mirror wasn't operating that well and he went to check if it is still covered under my 30k warranty and luckily it is! I will be coming back to schedule that service very soon. Oil change was quick and on time when they said it would be ready. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff is very friendly.

Never had such a frustrating process in my life. Felt like I was getting pulled around by conflicting numbers only in the end to be improperly quoted on the WRONG CAR. Follow-up calls making promises and that ended up changing, people failing to call me back. Thankfully I got a better deal and better service elsewhere.

Corona Nissan is fantastic, they go above and beyond. I look on the internet and found a vehicle I was interested in. But I was not able to get there no problem they brought the vehicle to my house which was in Riverside, to inspect & test drive, no commitment. I like it and we made the deal subject to approval. They call back and approved the deal no paper work just their word and mine. They had excellent interest rate available. They came back out to my house with the paper work everything was as agreed I signed & they left the vehicle . There was no pressure to buy. They call back and did ask if I was interested in a extended warranty or other protection plans. I said no and there was no pressure to buy anything else. They mailed the paper work out. The pricing was great. I would definitely buy from them again. with service like this and no pressure why go any were else. They treat you like family.

First time with this service person but he was otherwise pleasant. The registration process for this survey was glitchy and somewhat difficult to get to work. If you honestly want feedback you need to improve the survey interface. Also the opening page for the survey still lists Todd Hansen as the Service Manager which is no longer the case sadly.

I have been a customer at Corona Nissan for over 15 years. The service department has continually improved their customer service.This, however, is the first time I have purchased a car from Corona Nissan. The difference this time was the Fleet Sales consultant Mike Ridge. I detest sales manipulations and the back and forth game from manager to salesman. This became apparent as I was about to walk out and I was redirected to Mike Ridge. He cut through all of that and simply presented numbers, showed me information, gave me options and did not try to "work" me. He supplied email information in a timely way, as well, and called back promptly when I had a question. He honored my appointment time when I came in to purchase the car, and made sure I had the financial information pre-submitted to reduce my time at the dealership when purchasing. When he had to deal with other customers, he had other individuals at the dealership ready to help me with becoming familiar with the car, etc. I felt his demeanor was friendly, respectful and professional. His service was prompt, informed and non-manipulative. That made the sale for me. I was ready to go somewhere else, and his approach made the difference. Thank you.

Ryan Copeland was attentive to us and showed us where to go when bringing our recently purchased car for service. I had spoke to Nick Sanchez before coming and he was courteous and professional. Once there, Nick was very helpful and friendly. When it came time to pick up the vehicle Nick Sanchez told us what was wrong with our previous key and the vehicle as well as what they did to correct it. This dealership has terrible customer service, especially from the sales team. They do not return calls. They do not return emails. They do not deliver on their promises. It is highly suspicious that there are so many 5 star "reviews" on this site. Please be warned and avoid this dealership.

To preface, we are reasonable people and are familiar with the purchase process of cars from dealerships. Wish we read the reviews on Yelp before going through with a vehicle purchase from Corona Nissan. After purchasing a newer used car, for which we were given only one key, the battery died completely within the week (it had to be jump started before our test drive) and we had various electrical issues. During the finance process we signed an agreement stating that the dealership would detail the car and buff out scratches and dents. We purchased an extended warranty and requested the car be towed for repairs and detailing and that an alternate vehicle be left with us. After unanswered calls and emails for two days, on a Tuesday the car was towed to the dealership, as we live an hour away. We also requested the alarm/remote that was advertised with the vehicle. The car was promised back by Thursday. No rental car left as alternate transportation. No calls or returned inquiries from sales or service all day Wednesday. I had to call for an update on Thursday morning. Car was not ready on Thursday so I requested a rental as I could no longer take time off work waiting for my car. Car was returned Friday, with a new battery and electrical issues (hopefully) remedied, but without scratches fixed and with no alarm/remote. There seems to be a disconnect between what sales tells the customer and what service dept tells the customer as no one in either department could tell me what was going on with my requests or my car. Numerous calls to sales managers and sales persons were left unanswered. The blame game was played as sales blamed service dept and service dept blamed sales for the poor customer service. I was even told by a service member that the reason I was waiting for my car to be completed and returned to me was because "some new guy from finance told me to wait but i don't know his name." My final call to the dealership in attempt to resolve my issues involved me getting transferred to numerous departments and several hangups. I requested to speak to the manager and the assistant manager and was told both were extremely busy and could not return the pages. The last person with whom I spoke, as I was trying to reach the sales manager, was beyond rude and yelled at me! I was appalled! Even threats of getting our lawyer involved could not prompt a return call in hopes of reconciliation. The employees at this dealership ruined my car purchasing experience and left me disappointed with my purchase. I wholeheartedly wish I had gone somewhere else. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, nor do I hope to have to return there for future issues.

The only complaint I have is try to keep you shuttles clean. When they came to pick me up your van smell dirty and it had empty water bottles everywhere in the back. Try to wash them more often or clean them. Thank you

This month I purchased my first vehicle all thanks to Corona Nissan. Everyone was so awesome it felt like a family. The sales manager , Brittany, helped me on my visit and she made sure I was treated like royalty!! After I picked out my car it was time for the signing process and that took 1 and a half hours to get into so me and my mother were naturally upset about that but the staff at Nissan made sure we left happy. All in all it was a great experience and I've sent a few of my friends to def check them out!

New Owners and Management DO NOT value good customers or long term employees.Tony in service is the only reason I will continue to get my cars serviced at corona nissan.I curently own 3 nissans (1999 frontier, 2005 altima, and 2009 xtera) and think Tony and Todd in the service department greatI trust them completly and find them to be friendly, fair, honest and very helpfullI am VERY UNHAPPY however with the "new management/ownership " at corona nissan. I am sorry to hear Todd has left the company. I believe a reason he left was because of the way Corona Nissan Management/new owners poorly treated a great 15 year veteran service writter as an employee.I have been a customer of corona nissan for over 12 years and do not like the changes I see in the corporate attitude and culture.the sales department just recently treated me very badly, if Corprate wants, Please contact me for details..I have many choices of where to purchase a car and get my cars serviced.If Tony leaves your service department you will lose me as a customer forever.I will not purchase another car from corona nissan, and I can not reccommend your dealership to anyone except for service. In fact other than the service department I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY FROM CORONA NISSAN.If Nissan Corprate reads this review please investigate all the bad reviews listed here. My daughter went to Corona Nissan on January 21, 2013 after being recommended by another dealership that was unable to help her. She was in a difficult situation and knew it would be hard for her to get financed. She was completely honest about her situation and upfront about what she could afford, down payment and credit history. They told her they would find the least expensive car on the lot and would be able to get her financed. That evening they "sold her a Nissan Versa". We literally had thought a miracle had happened due to her situation. I questioned the finance person and sales person numerous times about them calling in a couple days and telling her she needed to bring the car back. They assured me over and over that would not happen. We were overjoyed she had a car. Approximately two weeks later she recievied a letter stating they were unable to get her financed and the car needed to be returned to the dealer. She spoke to Anita who told her "no, do not worry about the letter, we are still working on the financing". February 21 2013, Martin called her at 2:30 Pm and told her she needed a cosigner or she would need to bring the car back by 9:00 that evening. My daughter told them that would not be possible because she was at work and would not get off until 10:00 PM. In hopes of my daughter keeping the car my mother called Martin and gave him all her information to use as a cosigner so my daughter would be able to keep the car she so desperately needs to get to work and her children to school. Anita called her February 22 and told her "not to worry, they were still working on financing, no cosigner and they would let her know Monday and she would tell Martin to back off". February 25, Martin called my mother and told her they would be able to finance her but my daughter would not be on the loan. February 26, Anita called and told my daughter the same. My daughter has had this car for approximately six weeks, for that entire six weeks they have been running her credit through every finance company in the country bringing her credit score down even lower. She had three other dealers that were calling her back wanting to make deals with her but she did not return their calls because she was told by Corona Nissan she had a car and they could get her financed. Martin was rude and they have done nothing but lie and change their story. I honestly think they are doing something illegal!!! They are nice and tell you what you want to hear and promise you the world!! they are nothing but a bunch of shady liars!!! I would not recommend anyone buying a car from them they cannot be trusted and do not have their customers best interest at heart!!! They should have told her from the beginning they would not be able to finance her!!!

I purchased a Nissan Versa from here. At first everything seemed great. I took the car home after just a couple of hours. They call me back 4 days later, to get a couple of "corrections signed". They said the bank asked for a couple of more items, and all of a sudden my payment went from low 100's to high 200s. Thy wouldn't let me return my car. This is a ripp off.

This is my second car from nissan acceptance corp they started their bullshit routine "how much monthly you can afford" Leased a frontier agreed at 460/ mo. The following day my wife wasnt very happy with truck she's want something economical. So I told arman about my problem and he agreed to replace the frontier to a versa. I didn't get a chance to do my homework about the price. I know he helped me but this iis when he took advantage of me. He sold me a 2012 versa sl at 21k plus. The following day I checked yahoo auto and found out that the invoice is around 17k and msrp at 19k. So I called the manager george that I'm not happy that arman sold me a car 4k plus more than the invoice 2k plus more than msrp. So he said that I need to come by so he could see the agreement. So I came back that same night met with the manager george and arman. They showed me a paper that has a list of accessories for 2k with my signature on it and a fake looking invoice at 18,925. These accesories were already installed in the car . I asked for the copies and George refused. All of a sudden George said if i change the price to msrp will you be happy. He is firm that if he give me the msrp price He wanted to make sure that I won't come back there complaining that I'm not happy again. He technically warns me. I just agreed 2k is 2k. I will definitely enjoy this versa but this is going to be my last Nissan. I will never comeback to this dealer again except for the maintenance of my car because I got their gold maintenance package.

After leasing 2 separate vehicles from this Dealer, I expected to be treated like a valued customer. Instead, the person I dealt with kept us standing waiting outside his booth while he fiddled on the computer and then totally ignored my wife, who sat there right with me. Didn't acknowledge her, or introduce himself to her. I had less than stellar credit and needed some help. He offered no help, kept raising the price of what an option might be, and didn't seem at all interested in being of assistance. I finally ended up going to another Nissan Dealer, and it was the difference between Day and Night. Stadium Nissan was the light, Corona Nissan was the Dark!

I bought a used Frontier Nismo from Corona Nissan. I found it on Antotrader.com. I got a good discount after a quick negotiation. The price negotiation was straight forward and efficient. I spent less than 3 hours buying the car. I think this is very fast. I found the owner's manual and back seat headrests missing. After I showed them, they ordered the missing parts quickly. Sales Robert and Vergil gave very good service. It helps a lot doing research fisrt on the internet then go to the dealer. This way buyers make less mistake during the negotiation. The used car price advertised on the internet like autotrader.com, cars.com , autobytel.com are usually lower than the window price. So find a car you want on the internet first. After I saw Corona reduced the internet price by $1000, I went bought the car with a even lower price. Also get familiar with the car's features and add on so you know what you are paying. Read every paper you sign and ask questions. Inspect the car carfully and ask questions. I did not see the headrests were missing. so I have do drive the car back to dealership to show them what's missing. They ordered the headrests for me immediately.

In March 2010, Pete Corona (sales) agreed to lease our second vehicle 3 months before our first lease was due. He stated several times that "wear and tear" and "over-mileage" would be written off, or "forgiven", but the 3 months still due on the first lease would be rolled up into the 36 months of the new payment. All was agreed. Then in June, we got a bill from "Nissan Corp" for $479.70 for over-mileage. We have called Pete (sales), Tovan (finance) and Chris (owner/manager) at Corona Nissan several times, for months, without any response. Pete did say when we first got the bill that "he didn't remember". Nissan Corp is ready to turn us over to collections for an invoice we don't owe.
