I went into Cornerstone last Friday afternoon to get an oil change on my leased Outlander sport and while I was there, I check out the 2016 Outlanders because I knew my lease was up in a few months and I really wanted a bigger SUV. I instantly was helped by Adam, who answered all my questions about the Outlander. I told him how I LOVED my sport but needed more space due to having a child & told him my price range. We talked about my "must haves" which had changed a lot since having my baby lol, and he went and got one that he thought would fit my needs/price. I test drove it, fell in love and literally went back th next day and picked it up. The service there is fantastic!!! It was 2.5 years ago and it still is. I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy/lease a car. They go out of their way to make the entire process as pain less as possible.

When my wife and I went in with no expectations they simply wowed us. Margaret was so helpful and worked with us with everything. They were honest and were willing to do anything possible to make sure we left with a reliable and safe car. They really are the best dealership around.

Cornerstone Mitsubishi is the best dealership around amazing salespeople that actually look out for your interests and work with you to get you driving in a new car! They aren't pushy or rude like a lot of car dealerships. I went to Toyota of Woburn and the dealership was completely rude told me that I would need a cosigner and had to put $6,000 down. I went to Mitsubishi got approved and only put $300 down. They are extremely nice people and will work with you with anything if you have bad credit or good credit. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Happy beyond belief. Thank you Cornerstone. I highly recommend them!!!

After my first outlander was totaled, I was under the gun to find a replacement. I went to numerous dealers with what I wanted and each other dealer attempted to convince me otherwise to get into a more expensive vehicle or not what I was looking for. Cornerstone had multiple options from what I had previously up to the newest model. I explained my situation, and Margaret assisted me with multiple options without ever once attempting to sway my mind. Throughout the process I worked with Margaret, Eddie and had a conversation with the owner. All three did everything to make the process less stressful and they all worked with me to get the car I wanted with what I needed in the car. I will certainly be returning to them in the future when it is time for a new car! I actually felt heard and felt like it was a team process. Thank you all,

I got more personal attention and care from Cornerstone Mitsubishi than any other dearlership I visited in my car search (~10 in total). Unlike other dealerships, I felt like the sales person, Eddie Earnshaw in this case, was genuinely invested in helping me find the right car for me, and wasn't just looking to make a sale. I also never felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking a lot of questions or taking a long time to come to a decision. He was always available and helpful.I went into Cornerstone Mitsubishi with very little knowledge or idea about what I wanted. Eddie, who is just immediately likeable, spent a long time talking with me about what I wanted in a car, how I was going to drive, what I was going to use it for, etc. He listened and made some good recommendations. We ended up taking a Mirage out on a test drive that lasted almost a half hour, so I really got a good sense of what driving the car is like. In total, I visited the dealership three times, and got a lot of face time with Eddie each time. He was great about answering questions. Even after I purchased the car (i.e. after he had any economic incentive to help me), he spent at least a half hour with me, showing me all the features and making sure I didn't have any questions before driving it off the lot.I am very grateful to Eddie and the rest of Cornerstone Mitsubishi. I love my car, and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Cornerstone Mitsubishi provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived I was treated with competent, pleasant service. This is a smaller, family-owned dealership, and it really shows; the whole atmosphere of the place was just very chill and friendly (they even offered to include me on their lunch run). I had found the car I wanted on cars.com, and I was able to take it for an extended drive. I decided that I wanted to take the car with me that day. The negotiations were fair, which is honestly all I ever want from a dealership - while I don't want to be ripped off, I do believe in businesses actually making money for good service. The price I got on the car was very fair, and they went above and beyond to get me the value on my trade that they could, and also helped me figure out what monthly payment would work best for me. I left that day the very happy new owner of a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. A few days later, a problem arose. It turned out that the car had been in inventory for a while and one of the brakes had seized. They not only fixed the issue with no questions asked, they offered their sincere apologies, gave me a loaner while they worked on it, and kept the car overnight to give it a thorough inspection to make certain that nothing else was wonky due to its extended stay in inventory. I could not be happier than I am with my car and with everyone at Cornerstone Mitsubishi.

Honest, intelligent, passionate. What more can I say? You will NEVER meet a more honest and helpful business owner in the Car industry. Bill is amazing. He and his staff stayed late, helped us until an hour past closing.Bill shows you the 'real deal' - what you are buying, what he paid and screens most dealers won't share so you know exactly what you are getting.He will give the best possible Mitsubishi deal of any of these dealers.We don't yet know about the service side of the house but if they are as good as the business owner, we'll be happy for the life of the car with them!Great job to Bill for finding us a great car for a great deal!Thank you.

I was looking for a used 2010 Outlander. Bill Cimino found one and worked hard to make me an offer on a car I wanted to buy. He addressed every issue I had with the vehicle and made it clear the his goal was not just to sell a call but start a relationship with his customers that would have us return for service and to buy other cars in the future. I did my research and Bill agreed to aggressively price a vehicle to make the sale. While other dealers such as Quirk Mitsu play games to lure you in, Cornerstone Mitsubishi treats its customers with respect and treats you fairly. I made my purchase six weeks ago and found that I was treated just as well after the sale. Their service department staff knows what they're doing. The tone set by ownership of treating customer fairly is just the same in the service department. As for the Outlander, I drove the Outback, CR-V, RAV4, Sorento and Forster first. I'm glad that I chose the Outlander and very happy with Cornerstone. I live in Metrowest, but recommend Cornerstone Mitsu in Wilmington.
