I was not planning on buying a vehicle when I left home to see the new Jeeps; but they sell themselves. The Latitudes are very impressive SUV's. They drive nice and tight and have plenty of power. I love their aggressive looks. Mine is my "Attitude" vehicle! lolI am proud to be an American, and proud to buy an American made vehicle. Let's go AMERICA!!! What is more American than JEEP??? :)

Verna and sales manager worked with me to find a vehicle within my budget which had the features that I wanted. This is the second Jeep vehicle which I have purchased from Conway Chrysler-Jeep and Verna was the sales person for that first transaction also. I should add that one deciding factor for my purchasing another Jeep vehicle is the service department at Conway Chrysler-Jeep. They know how to please a customer!

I was in and out of dealership in 30min I called the dealership before I went to make sure they had the vehicle my wife was looking for witch was a 2014 jeep wrangler they gave me the best price on the phone also received a trade amount over the phone my jeep was waiting for me when we arrived at Conway jeep was clean and full of gas meet everyone in the dealership very easy transaction this is my dealership from know own they give Chrysler a good NAME thanks to my salesman tom good job and will see you in the future

Nightmare of an experience! My fiance and i found a car on their website we were interested in so we called Sandy to make sure the car was still there and it was so we showed up later that day. When we got there we were told the car needed a couple minor maintenance things and she then had the maintenance manager come out to explain what needed to be replaced on the car. That should have been my first clue.. why would you put a car up for sale before you fixed it... Anyway all said and done we test drove and fell in love with car. My fiance then asked if the car has ever been in an accident and they told us no , i have a 10 month old son and do not want to purchase a car that i can not depend on. After we negotiate prices as well as using my car as a trade in, they explain to me that my car wasn't worth much because the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Well we go ahead and purchase the car and i receive a loaner car until those minor issues with the car i just purchased are fixed, which they told me would be the very next day. The next day i spoke with Sandy twice to make sure the car is ready for me to pick up seeing how my work is 45mins. away from the dealership. I left early from work to get there for Sandy to tell me the car wasn't ready.. so i asked her how much longer and she had no idea.. she left for a min. came back and said it won't be ready till tomorrow now, because the maintience guys didn't know they had to fix the car until 15mins. ago.. Well i am very upset at this point but had to leave to get my son from daycare. I called my fiance to explain what happened he then called them and spoke with someone else and they told him that there was an issue with a pully when they were replacing a part and just wanted to make sure everything was ok before they gave it to me. Well the next day(Wednesday) we get a call saying that the car wouldn't be ready till Monday.. We are both super upset at this point and decided to try and figure out whats going on .. so we call up again and no one seems to want to talk to us about our issue.. Then we got really suspicious and decided to check out the car facts to come to find out the car was in a accident. it was hit in the right rear of the car and sustained functional damage! I can not believe a certified dealership lied right to our face with my 10 month old son in hand about such a serious accident! We repeatedly called to let them know how upset we were to find this out and that we wanted them to reverse the transaction because we are no longer interested in the car! Well we got the run around all day long and they we rude and told us that they doubt anyone told us that the car wasnt in an accident and they think that there is another reason why we didnt want the car but we just didnt want to tell them why..Crazy! they also told us they can't give us back our car cause they overnighted the loan package already.. well we ended up going up there to try and figure something out to come to find out that what was wrong with the car i was trying to purchase wasnt even what was wrong with it to begin with they had to have a chevy dealership fix it so they lied again and then they tried to sell me a car that wasnt even close to what i was originally looking at. It was a white chevy(suv)I was trying to purchase and they were trying to sell me a chevy malibu (4dr sedan). Finally after my fiance mentioning someone they knew that sent us there did they decide to give us our car back. I cant believe the way we were lied to and treated i went to them because they are a certified dealership and i felt like i could trust them and boy was i wrong! And to make matters worse i took my car in to get check since they told me my motor was shot and the mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my motor but it was my alternator which was extremely common in the dodge calliber because they did a "recall" for anyone who had that car and had under 80thousand miles dodge would replace the alternator for free.. so not only did they try and sell me an unsafe car, and lied to me about numerous things going on, they also lied to me about what was wrong with my car so that they didnt have to give me more money for it! I cant believe that this dealership did what they did! i will never be back there and i will be sure to make as many people as possible aware of what they did to us!
