I had a great experience working with Ismael and John in internet sales. I was very clear on what I was looking for and they asked clarifying questions when needed. Neither tried to sell me anything I didn't want or need. They were very helpful in getting me all the eligible rebates and reasonable financing. The Nick the manager worked quickly to finalize the deal and only offered reasonable add-ons with no pressure. Financing and signing was smooth and easy, again letting me know what options were available with no pressure. Overall I got an excellent deal on our new Explorer with way more options on the vehicle than I hoped for at a reasonable price with no haggling or pressure. i purchased a 2016 ford edge and ismael gonzalez was my salesperson. he was very professional and straightforward. i shopped at other dealerships, including 2 other ford locations. i felt most comfortable with ismael. i would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to meet with ismael. the only issue i had was the backlog and i think i was waiting longer than necessary. i think the entire process was a good 4 hours. luckily, ismael was great company and make are time ejoyable. on a side note, the survey link in a separate email did not work

Purchasing my wife's car here was just an average experience. While the staff was friendly, they were not very engaging. It just didn't feel welcoming. But the one star isn't based off of that experience. Their service department is horrible. They overbook their appointments and forget walking in. They treat you like an idiot for not making an appointment. I should have known I would have problems from day one when we purchased the car and they didn't have anyone available to wash it before delivery. This was after sitting and waiting in the service area for more than an hour. That sounded strange to me because it was the middle of the day in the middle of the week. They asked me to come back another day and they would offer a complimentary wash. When we tried a few days later to get that done they were rude and dismissive like we were bothering them. The same when we tried to claim our complimentary oil change. My wife will not return there because of the way she was treated and goes all the way to Bob Wondries in Alhambra to get her car serviced, even though we live 3 minutes from Colley. Normally I service my car near my work, but that wasn't going to be possible this last time so I figured I would give Colley another shot with my Ford vehicle. Overbooked and unapologetic about it. Worst service center I have ever experienced.

every things were fine but two things: 1- there were no resting area for costumers, No coffee and no water. I was about 5 hours there without any drinks.2- The paper works process is unnecessarily long. for example my agent gave me some papers to sign, took them to finance manager and then brought some new paper for sign. this repeated 5 times. I could signed all paper all together.

I had to replace the mirror piece of my side mirror. Normally, you replace the mirror and mirror assembly. They were able to replace the broken mirror, and not have to replace the mirror assembly, saving me a few hundred dollars.

I was hoping to purchase the car through my small business (sole-proprietorship). However, this would have changed my interest rate, as my business had not existed long enough (1.5 years). I found the sales people to be kind,nd they made every attempt to assist me in the best financing options. The process always takes longer than I would like, but it is a major purchase. This is the second car we have purchased at Colley Ford. The last one was purchased when the dealership was on Citrus in Covina, 30 years ago. I absolutely love the Fusion. It has all the conveniences I need. No more cell phone tickets. Everything is done with a voice command. They are great people over at Colley. Attempts were made to sell me extra features, but there was no pressure. I gave up a Saturday afternoon to get a great car.

I had to bring my 2012 Ford Focus back twice to get a problem fixed. You replaced the battery, and subsequent to that I kept getting "low battery" warnings. I brought it in, and you said you couldn't reproduce the problem and returned the car. Fortunately it didn't seem to affect driving. Still, I had no trouble triggering the warning, so I brought it in again when I needed an oil change. This time you said it was a bad battery that had been installed. Didn't you check the battery the first time? How about when you installed it? At least your customer service is great.

I don't have excellent credit so it was challenging for Corey to get the financing for me. But he was able to do it. We went to this dealership with the intention of being shot down again on what we needed/wanted. We needed a lot of help and someone willing to work with us and 2 other local Ford dealerships gave us the run around and the other stopped communicating with us altogether. It was frustrating, we came here, looked at a car we liked, gave them our situation and they made it happen and told us everything up front. I will definitely be going back when the time comes for a new car and I will be recommending them to many others as well. To Cameron, Tyson, Cory, Charles and Norma thank you all so much for being so pleasant and kind.

There are much more friendly dealers that will make you feel like they appreciate you as a customer. If you do not have an appointment, they just ignore you to find others in line that might have an appointment even if they arrived after you. Even when you go to a restaurant with a reservation, everyone waits in line to get to the hostess.

Mundo was very helpful in the parts department. He did not have the exact part, so he spent a lot of time looking through extra bins to help me out. He was able to find the parts that were close to what I needed and they did the trick. I was so pleasantly surprised to find an employee from a professional dealership spend so much time to help me. Everything was nice and went smooth, only problem was the long wait to do an oil change. I do believe that 4 hours of wait to get my car oil changed seems too excessive. I was told it would be 3 hours initially since its a Saturday but even with that you can't say that the length of time is still reasonable?

This is the third car from Colley in 7 years or so. To be honest, I didn't like Colley Ford because we had a bad experience in 1997. However, things change and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm glad to see that Matt is back as he was very helpful but Nick truly put up with me and was great through the entire sales process. Nick was percistant and was there every step of the way. I hope Ford recognizes him for what a great salesperson he is. It was also great meeting C J Colley.

Purchased a 2015 Edge, had looked at couple of other dealerships and some on-line. Nick was great, asked what I wanted and then went looking and within 10 minutes called back and had found a couple of vehicles. He had great pricing which made the choice between the two vehicles easy. At the dealership things were pretty straight forward, discussed my interest in a couple of the usual extras ( extended warranties etc) very reasonable prices and the deal was done. A couple of follow up phone calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy and that things had been done and explained properly. So far a very pleasant experience and can highly recommend you call or go in and see Nick Wilson.

They could have charged me when my transmission went out but instead they did all the work and supplied the parts free. This was due to a recall, but I had not heard of it. So they could have taken advantage of me but did not. They were polite and accommodating.

We arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before closing. There were no more customers on the lot. A salesman came out right away - Tyson. He was awesome! He was ready to go home. He was extremely helpful. He let us test drive an Explorer. He then took my info to qualify me - The Ford finance was gone already. He said he would call me back by 9 the next morning. He called me right on time and told me that that I was approved!!! At that time I decided to go for a Fusion. Tyson was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had on the spot! From Tyson, the sales manager and Norma in finance these guys are EXCELLENT professionals!!! Norma in finance was Awesome! Not to mention we came on Labor Day so you fed us as well!Great experience!!! Top notch dealership! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

It took me months to make up my mind (after years of no car payment). I was impressed that my sales lady did not pressure me or bug me to make a decision. When I finally did, I went to her, as I promised I would, and we made a deal. The finance manager was fantastic, too. It felt like a visit with a friend rather than a big time business transaction and that appealed to me greatly.There's a lot to be said about a family owned business in the neighborhood. Lastly, I feel extra good about buying American in these hard economic times. It helps to keep our people working at the car company that did not need a bail out from US!

Ordering my vehicle was very easy and a pleasurable event. Jim Keen was a low key no pressure salesman, which I liked, and was responsive to my calls and emails. He kept me apprised of the truck delivery schedule and I always had the feeling he was keeping track of my order. Once the truck came in there was a paint chip that occurred during transportation and Colley fixed it flawlessly. The tank was filled and I love the truck. Thank you.

I called CJ because he is a family friend after having problems with the service department. I scheduled "The Works" for both of my vehicles on the website then received a call that they couldn't service my vehicles as scheduled. I also asked about scheduling service for a power steering recall I had received from Ford and was told you didn't have parts and wouldn't get them for several months. I then took both vehicles somewhere else for the equivalent of "the Works and they informed me that the oil cover was missing from my Fusion. They said it wasn't really necessary to replace it but perhaps the last person to change the oil failed to replace the cover. The next day, my power steering went out in my Fusion as the recall notice said might happen. I called CJ to report my experiences and he immediately told me he would pick up my Fusion and replace the oil cover and check out the software for the power steering and order parts if needed. CJ picked up the car, replaced the oil cover, checked the software for updates to power steering and found out no parts were needed. He had the car washed and returned it. I was SO pleased that CJ took good care of me. He is a gem!!

After multiple visits to this dealership to have the same problems fixed, and being told different stories as to why it can't be done; I am done with them. The whole point of customer service is to first stand behind your product and find a way to fix the problem(s) and satisfy the customer.. Colley Ford and Mr. Larry France do not believe in those principles. Different excuse each time I visited as to why it cant be done, not trying to come up with a solution. It was my fist experience buying a car, the sales person made it very easy for me to understand. He explained every single function of the car, he gave us an explanation of all different models and designs for the SUV I was trying to buy. He was very patient and helpful with us . I didn't fell any pressure to convince my self that the car I selected was the car that I was looking for. I am very greatful and satisfied with Colley Ford because all staff are very knowlegable and experienced about their career. I am VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW FORD SUV ''EDGE".

Ordered the truck thru Colley Ford. When it arrived, it was gone over with a fine tooth comb by the prep tech to make sure it was perfect. When we took delivery, it went very smooth. Charles was very through, and knowledgeable about the specs, and operations of all of the equipment. Kudos to the entire staff, including the GM, finance, and sales! I will highly recommend this dealership to all, looking for a Ford Vehicle!

Our experience with dealer started off nice with the help of Amanda the sales person but then as the night progressed and it came to make the deal things got shady and I almost walked out of the finance department. I had started off doing extensive research on the Ford that I wanted to buy and then put in a request through TrueCar.com to get the lowest price. TrueCar did their job and I got three quotes from TrueCar dealers. All seemed legit and one was almost too good to be true. The quote stated 'your Guaranteed Savings Certificate' and the price quoted by Colley Ford was $4052 below the MSRP for the 2015 ford Explorer base model that I wanted. The good thing about TrueCar.com is that you take the price quoted and go to the dealer so that you don't have to haggle. What you see is what you get unless you choose to get other options once you get there and then it's between you and the dealer.My goal was to get what was on my guaranteed email price. We get to the dealer and the car is already pulled up for us to test drive and the salesperson 'Amanda' is real nice also. We test drive two cars and then the family feels that the one we test drove first is the one. So we go into the office.Amanda takes my credit information and then starts off my jotting down some numbers and asking how much I can afford. The initial figures were way off course so I quoted some realistic figures. I also said I didn't need anything extra that was listed on the sticker like LowJack and Anti Theft.Anyway, then we walk over to the waiting area while Amanda goes to the Sales Manager for the usual crunching of number. All the time I'm thinking that besides my credit and the price that was already sent to me what's there to crunch. After a while Amanda brings over the Sales Manager and he has a paper that says 'Ok Deal'. He shows me a few numbers and says that they can give me x amount for my trade and then with my down payment the total per month is below what I had asked for so congratulations and shakes our hand. I ask the question 'What's the price of the vehicle'? Then the sales manager 'Pete' goes and brings over another paper and starts going over the details but rather fast. I question the details and he had quick answers. I question the price quoted on the email verses the price being offered and again he tries to show me that I was paying less then what was originally quoted which was not even close. He was pushing me into a lease and said that he leases all his cars etc. etc.. No mention of buying the vehicle even though I had asked a quote for both. They had already showed me that my credit was in the top 3 tier which I know meant that I could get 0% financing. I was putting down $3000 plus a trading worth $4750 based on their quote. This alone would have brought the car to the affordable range I was looking for and the monthly price I wanted to pay. Anyway I was told that they would pay the first month's payment and I would only have 35 payments left and that the monthly price included Maintenance, lowjack, anti theft, sirrus radio etc. I even said 'but I don't need all that' and I was told that it's included. Anyway, not thinking clearly I pursued to bring down the monthly total by a little and we met half way. Still to this point I was confused as to what I was actually paying for the car. Anyway we shook hands and waited for the finance department to do paper work. Already it was closing time for the dealer and we are just waiting.We walk in to the dreaded room. I'm still thinking that I'm smart enough now at age 48 to not get had when buying a car. Chris the finance manger greets us and starts to go over the details. He has my wife sign away the trade in and then starts with me so I can do the rest of the paperwork. The first error is found. Chris was not told about the dealer taking care of the first payment. Pete is called in and then he has Chris correct the misunderstanding. All is good so far.Chris starts printing papers and having me sign. First couple are okay and then the meat of the deal. I look at the selling price and nearly fall off my chair. The selling price is $37K plus. I'm trying to calculate in my head what's going on and thinking that can it be tax, license and all these things that have driven up the price? No. Items that I originally said I didn't want and was told they were included all had a price tag. Nothing is free and it's against the law I was told. Hey I thought adding things to a contract without permission is also against the law. I started getting cold feet here because I could tell I was being taken for a ride. I said the deal is off. Pete questioned why and said that they have all stayed late due to me so why am I backing out. He asked what it was that I didn't like. I once again showed him the TrueCar price that was sent to me and that this price being offered was way different. Almost 10K more. I can understand that the TrueCar price didn't include tax and license, however with a lease (which I was now agreeing to after the convincing and again not thinking clearly) you have Destination charges and also an Acquisition fee, doc fee etc. etc. Wow what an error by me. My brain started looking at the numbers and I just could not make heads or tails of them clearly. I asked that the Anti theft and the low jack be removed. They did so. This brought down the monthly price. Then I questioned the maintenance agreement. I was told that both Pete and Chris always buy the agreement as it covers everything, you are never up-sold etc etc. I asked if there was a cap to the number of times you can visit and was told no. Anyway, they sold me on that however did not have a English version of the details that they could give me that explained everything. At this point I was very tired and so was my wife and Son. They could not believe the hassle one needed to go through to buy a car. They also said that we should walk out.I should have listened to my gut feeling and my family. I continued the process and ended up signing the papers. At this point the joy of a new car was already down the tube. That night was a sleepless night and today on day three I'm still regretting I went to Colley Ford. I was looking for a honest transaction which I thought I would get after going through a TrueCar dealer.What's done is done and today I sent a letter asking that my maintenance plan which was worth $2810 be cancelled because you have 30 days to cancel. I'm hoping for a quick settlement.Here is what I suggest for anyone looking for a car.1) Do use TrueCar.com as I found it to be legit and it can help.2) do all the research on the exact car you want to buy3) go to the dealer with your TrueCar quote that the dealer themselves sent and ask that you get that exact deal and that you want nothing more or nothing less.4) Many people Lease and I thought I would try it out this time but remember it will cost you a lot more over the long run. Take into consideration the down payment you put. Make sure you calculate that into your monthly. For example if you put $3000 down then if you break that up into 36 months you've already payed $83 per month upfront. This is important so don't forget! Put down as less as possible and really it's not needed in a lease traditionally.5) Don't fall into the trap that I did and let them talk you into anything extra that you already had not thought about from the beginning and through your research. 6) Check every last detail before signing anything. Remember once you sign you are stuck. 7) if you lease or buy, negotiate the selling price of the vehicle to the price quoted on the TrueCar. Currently the TrueCar price is geared towards purchasing the car. I wish that I had stuck to that!Lastly, I'm not trying to bad mouth anyone with the details of my transaction. I can understand that businesses have to stay in business and sales people need to make commission. However I don't think it's right that you be sold on stuff that you didn't even know was part of the deal. Things should not be added without your knowledge. I want to try to enjoy my car now and hopefully I can after all this anger wears off. I'm sure that this family business has grown with honestly and integrity and I hope it continues to grow, however honestly and upfront costing for clients will go a lot farther than tricks of the trade....I'm sure much of this is my own fault and for not sticking to what I went in with but it's been a tough mistake to swallow. Decided to shorten my response;Oh well. So no discount, no rebate, nothing, I actually paid sticker for this. I am even co-workers with the salesman son. I have never felt so bad, and felt so wronged after buying a car, then after I purchased this one. Not even when I purchased a more expensive Ford the last time. I did get something off my last car and I should have just returned to the other dealership.

I have had the worst experience with this dealership and its employees. I bought a car the 26th of December and was told the only thing I had to qualify for the new grad rebate was make a copy of my transcripts to prove that I had recently graduated. The whole time I was negotiating I kept mentioning that I wanted to participate in the new grad rebate and wanted to know exactly how to submit the paperwork. None of the people I worked with would be straight with me about it and claimed they "didn't know" how I was suppose to go on about doing it even though the rebate was listed on Ford's website. Even when I was signing the papers with Gary he also said he didn't know and would give me a call once he found out. I was not contacted after over a month, and I finally decided to call back in late January.I called the sales consultant, Ken Steed, who had sold me the car and once again asked exactly what I was supposed to do for the college rebate. He told me I only needed to submit my college transcripts, which I did, and I called him a couple days later to verify that he received them. He told me that he had submitted all of the necessary paperwork and that all I had to do was wait for the rebate in the mail. This was 2/7/15. I then called back the 13th of March to check on the status of the rebate, which Ken said he didn't know, but gave me a phone number to contact for the status of the rebate. The number belonged to a random insurance agency which was not affiliated with Ford. Once again I contacted Ken and explained that he gave me an incorrect phone number to which he replied "oh, that doesn't seem right," and then gave me the number for Ford headquarters. I called to check on the status of my claim only to have them tell me that nothing was ever filed from that dealership for the vin number of my car...I explained to the representative that I had been working with a sales consultant (Ken) about how to go about getting the rebate and she said to contact either the general manager of the dealership or the finance manager, as they are the only ones that can actually submit the request for the rebate to Ford, and that she would even walk them through it if they weren't sure how to do it. I called the dealership directly and spoke with Chris on the 18th of March. He said that he would look into the matter and give me a call back. He did not call me back, so I called him on the 19th only to be told he wasn't available. I called the next day, the 20th, to have him tell me he would have one Cory call me about the rebate. I never received a call back. I attempted to contact the general manager, but the receptionist refused to connect me.I will be filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau.

Don't bother with this dealership, Nick and Corey are the most skittish people I ever met.Corey was so rude to my husband, he hung the phone up in his face, then after about 5 minutes Nick called us back wanting to see how every thing went. These guys are not men, just boys trying to be men. They where so childish they ran my credit 4 times, how crazy is that, my husband and I found this out when we went else where, thank God for that.Don't waste your time with these people.

Talk about bait and switch. Went in with a written offer on a used 12 mustang gt. When I drove two hours after confirmation they put up a fight and even had the owner walk in and say to me it was wrong. Also he said he wouldn't want to sell be a car. Buyer beware.

Well, first off let me say I just love my ruby red 2015 Ford Fiesta SE!!! The people down at Colley Ford provide a hospital environment. So why not 5 stars? I am not happy with the deal I got. Of course that is a lot on me. Here is what happened. During the sale Lojack was mention as "part of the deal." Those were my words and the salesman agreed. Lojack is in the car but it requires a $795 activiation fee!!! I would have never gotten it had I realized what I was signing for. Okay, I signed the contract, my bad. Second problem, the MSRP on my car was $17,910. My contract charged me $18,198.25. Recommendation: Purchase a copy of "Buying a Car for Dummies." I did everything wrong and this dummy made a very bad deal. I still have a great car though. :-)

After comparative shopping for plug in and hybrids I was not sold on what was available by Honda, Nissan or Toyota. Doing further research and need for green sticker, I called Chevy and Ford. Tyson gave the friendliest and fastest service. He called back confirming sticker on magnetic color. After a drive and great salesmanship I left with a titanium package Fushion. I'm happy with this choice and able to take the carpool lane.

What a pleasurable car buying experience. Great customer service. We Called ahead of time letting the dealer know what we were looking for and when we would be in. When we arrived the salesman had a few models of the Car were were looking for to test drive so we could decide what was right for us. We found the perfect car. Sealing the deal and completing the paperwork with this knowledgable team was hassle free. The salesman let us know we could call him at anytime with questions on the car and how to operate the many features. I have called twice and he was happy to assist and answer my questions.I recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

They were extremely accommodating with that. If you do go through internet sales just know that it's a no frills department unlike the flashy showroom but in the end I'd rather have no frills and get a better deal. Will never do business with Colley ford again. Was in one evening after work, Jesse told me what they would give me for my trade in, and promised $1000 off the price of used car I was looking at. Arranged my own financing the next morning came down to close the deal and suddenly the whole story changes. They won't give me what Jesse & mgr promised the night before and then told me the $1000 was off the regular price of the car, the sticker on the window was the SALE price!!! The most dishonest, underhanded, unethical thing I've ever seen!! Needless to say I walked out and didn't buy the car. A bunch of liars that will do or say anything to get you in the chair!! I must say robin originally helped me and I liked her a lot. She was helpful and honest. The rest of them are crooks as far as I'm concerned. Flat out lied to me. Beware!!

Called the dealer and spoke to Larry France to see if i could get my Fusion Hybrid in for routine service. He told me if i could drop it by and pick it up later he could get it done the same day. Dropped the car off at 9:30 am and it was ready by 12:30pm. Larry even got it washed for me even though they were pretty busy. You can buy a car anywhere, but the service department is who takes care of you long after the sale is completed.

Man, I hate to feel taken advantage of by a neighborhood company. Especially one that has such a public presence. Colley Ford bought my Ford F450 from me over a week ago. They gave me a partial payment and said they wanted to wait to pay the balance to me until they could verify that my name was on the title as the owner. On Monday, the KSR showed my name as the owner. CJ said he would pay me all but $1,000 until he could get the paper title. I agreed and was supposed to pick up a check yesterday. In the meantime, they had me jump through all kinds of hoops, sign a Notarized Lien Release & kept stringing me along, dragging out the sale for over a week. Now, CJ won't call me back, but sent me a text yesterday telling me that we can cancel the deal on Monday. What??? A text? I just spoke with the sales manager, Daniel, and he was condescending, rude, & obstinate telling me to "return their check and come get my keys." What??? Bait and switch much?Who does business like this? I'm concerned that these are unethical business practices. Colley Ford has had the truck over a week. I don't know what has happened to it in that week, not to mention, I've turned away other buyers in the interim. Smh. I'd like to avoid escalating this and seeking legal redress, but I have a Bill of Sale so I'm confused as to what is going on here.

Went to Colley Ford hoping to purchase a new Ford truck..Attracted by an internet special price..After test driving the vehicle I was taken into the office to crunch some numbers and answer the usual ton of questions..The salesman and the receptionist all disappear into the sales managers office for a veeeeeery long time..So long that the other couple that was also being helped walked out..That should have been my first clue to do the same thing..After going back and forth with the sales manager about financing a new truck I decided that I was fine with a used truck..The truck was marked 19000...I was planning to put down 12000 so I thought this would be the easiest deal in the world to close...Boy was I wrong..After sitting in the office for another hour waiting for the approval I was taken into the sales managers office..Which desperately needs to be cleaned..I listened to his shuck and jive about how after putting 12000 down on a 19000 truck my payments would still be over 400 a month for 60 months..Im not a math major but even I know thats total crap..He then tried to say the truck was priced wrong and that because it was used that the warranty would be more expensive..All with a laundry list of other excuses..We negotiated a new price after I stood up to leave..Unfortunately I was blinded by my love for a bad xxx Ford truck..But my nightmare didnt end there..I was left in another waiting room..I think forgotten about..for another 30 minutes waiting for the finance manager..Still feeling totally taken advantage of and kinda pissed off I decided to give her a complete inspection even though I was told repeatedly at the dealer that they give each used vehicle a very thorough inspection and go over every inch to make sure everything is working and in great condition..After my double check I found a cracked headlight with condensation already inside..brake lights that didnt work and turn signals that also didnt work..So I was back at the dealer AGAIN fixing a truck that suppsedly had a VERY THOROUGH inspection before I bought it..Theres not enough space on this page to tell you how terrible my experience was..I still feel like I was ripped off and taken advantage of..The customer service sucked and the truck needed repairs..This was without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had..And I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to ever buy a vehicle there because this is what they should expect..Its such a shame that a company that has been in the city of Glendora for so long will be known for deals like this..

The first one was handled by Jim at the service department. The cargo cover minus the net was provided by Robin and Nick. I'm so grateful for this assistance.

The main reason I purchased my new Explorer at Colley Ford was the sales person, Charles Ball.I was actually at Glendora Chrysler Jeep across the street from Colley Ford looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to take a look at the new 2014 Explorer and Edge for comparison.Charles started and ended with his "A" game. Without a doubt he likes his job and knows how to deal with people to make you comfortable, answer any questions and most of all to get you a price that's fair.The Dealer cut the price as low as he said he could go so my wife and I left without buying the car. The next morning Charles called with an additional price cut which got the cost very close to what I wanted to pay. My wife and I bought the car due to the extra effort Charles put into working with us and the sales manager to close the deal.I might have got a slightly lower price if I had kept looking at other dealers but never the attention Charles gave to us. To me if the sales team works this hard to make a deal then I feel the service and everyone else will work just as hard to take care of the customer when coming back for service.

My first contact was with Amanda, very friendly & helpful. I received a call from Eric Stethem & who is TOP OF the heap WONDERFUL. He found exactly what we had been looking for! NEVER pushy. Listened, looked & found us a beautiful Ford Flex. I can't say enough nice things about our entire experience at Colley Ford. Eric even called me at home after the purchase. He is ONE OF A KIND! Jim in the service Dept. is also a gem. Colley should thank their lucky stars they have them. I'm 72 yrs. old, I've seen a few dealers, sales people & service depts. Colley Ford is TOPS!!!

I was very please to hear Tony Riech was working at Colley Ford. I had a good buying experience dealing with him at Chino Hills 2 years ago. Tony was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure an awesome buying experience. Cory in financing Was also highly hospitable. I highly enjoyed the easy going and straight forward way in which they both handled the process. It definitely made buying a car less taxing. I will highly recommend Colley Ford to anyone I know, who is in the market to buy car. Due in large part to Tony's efforts I believe I have found a dealer I can do repeat business with.

The reason I gave such a high rating is because from the beginning of my visit to Colley Ford I received sincere greetings and amazing service, which extended throughout my visit! I did not feel pressured just reassured that my car buying experience was going to be spectacular and it was. I also witnessed other customers at the end of their car purchasing experience. They appeared to be satisfied content as well. They sales managers help were pleasant. The store was bright spacious and comfortable as we wait for the Sales Manager to get the approval for purchase. The only thing is I did not know that my credit was going to continuously be ran even after my purchase. I continued letters in the mail of credit denial. But just maybe the creditors office were late with their denial letters.Otherwise a very pleasant experience. I would and have recommended friends and family:)

Wow.... went to bout 8-10 auto dealers during decision process. Dealing with sales staff and managers at other dealerships during buying phase for new vehicle was so challenging. Nick (Internet Sales) was a welcome change from the high-pressure, uninformed people we had met at other dealers. The whole process from start to finish was made ridiculously simple and enjoyable. ...I know. . Not something you usually hear about auto dealers. Nick was cool, other employees talked to us for a while. .. sorry can't remember ur name bouncer/security guy (former occupation), even the finance guy at the end of the process made the final documentation easy. I love my new Expedition... It's crazy nice. Thanks Nick and Colley Ford

Great car, great service when I arrived. Car was in better shape than expected. Only drawback was I was 3rd in line to get to Finance Dept so wait was an hour. Was holiday week end of year, so that is understanable.

We went to Galpin Ford because we heard it was a top Ford dealership - but didn't like it as we felt pressured to buy something we didn't like. We came back to Colley because everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Chris did a great job of listening to what we wanted and helping us find the perfect car for us.

Tony handled the negotiations very professionally and was willing to meet competitive dealer pricing and provided Ford credit at a Rate equal to my pre-negotiated rate with Credit Union. The Internet service exceeded my expectations. Dan was also very informative and provided simple explanation of options and contract terms.

Everyone was very friendly. There was no haggling over trade-in value. Mr. Lamas demonstrated a lot of the new features because I owned a 2009 flex- first one in my area. Mr. Lamas came in on his day off to do this which I appreciated very much.

I initially dealt with Tony over the internet as part of the USAA car buying program. Tony provided quick responses to my questions and assured me he could find the right vehicle for me. When I visited the dealership, Tony was very courteous and took time to explain everything about the purchase. The price he gave me in person at the dealership was the same he quoted over the internet. After agreeing to the terms, he sent me to Dan in the Finance department to sign the paperwork. Dan was very friendly and provided excellent customer care while walking me through the paperwork. When I came back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Nick was there to greet me and get me set up and on my way. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was professional and courteous. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle.

Worst experience! Told my daughter she was financed...not, needed her to fix financing, but neglected to tell her that, then called to tell her they were going to report it stolen! All she needed was proof of income! We took the car back and purchased at another dealer got a better trade in value on the old one and a kind attitude.

We purchased a used car in March. I was trying to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt but can no long hold back. We had an AMAZING expierience with Dick Cortes and Lou he's truly a diamond in the rough. We were just looking and he took the time to show us the inventory and answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase a Ford Edge 2011/ used. Randy helped us with the paperwork that took 5 hours but we were happy. We noticed the people ahead of us were given two sets of keys and a full tank of gas. We asked and were told you're buying a used car we don't do that for used cars. We were also given one set of busted keys and noticed it didn't have keyless start as said on the sticker on the car. We were just so stoked to get a new car. I've always had Japanese cars and wanted to buy an american car. To keep jobs in america. As we were handed to Dan to sign the finance papers, he crossed our the mileage for our warranty and told us Randy didn't know what he was doing. We noticed a blemish on the mirror and was informed all of our issues will be taken care of the following week. I went down 7 days later and nobody knew what was going on. We were called back to re-sign the entire contract after a week. I spoke with CJ colley and was very hopeful, he told me he was sorry and to bring it back the following weekend. Within this time if we went passed 70 a sound would constantly ding, the blemish was still there, no keyless start, no sync, the volume on the radio couldn't go passed 11 and a busted vallet key. It was becoming a nightmare. we get there 7 days later a total of 14 days and numerous calls to find out that the keyless start system may void our warranty contract because it may or may not be a ford product. I decided to go home and think it over. Were on week 3 so i asked for the cash Value from CJ he told me he would get back to me and never did. I called Jim in the service department and was given an amount of $685.00. I asked CJ i would rather take the cash option and he told me you would only get $300.00 when they were issued a check from the finance company. After about a month the car was taken care of after many stressful calls that were dodged, bad days at work horrible conversations with Colley Ford crying over the phone and stress. They told me you were nice before and that they are doing me a favor because i caught their mistake. NIce is being happy with a great transaction, this was a deal from xxxx. We were so PISSED off and Dale told my Fiance to shut his mouth because were yelling. After a month most issues were addressed and i did get a check for $300.00 as GOOD WILL as it was put in the emails. I just called Dan about a week ago to ask about my warranty because as of last night it's at Upland Ford due to electrical issues. NEVER NEVER NEVER will i ever go back to COLLEY.. GO to Upland Ford!!! THank you DIck, Lou and Jim for your help... :) i have all emails to support this transaction

Best experience I have had when buying a car. I've been to a few other dealerships who tried the "hard" sale which made me very uncomfortable. Chris was great, very helpful, pleasant. The best part, I didn't have to deal with finance managers offering me "great" deals if I buy that day. I only dealt with Chris. He did all the work. All I had to do was sign when I was ready leave with my new Escape, which I really love. The rest if the Ford team were really great. I will definitely buy from them again. Kudos for Dick Cortes at Colley Ford in Glendora, CA! When I told him on the phone what model car I was hoping to get, he came and picked me up in the C-Max Hybrid that he knew I would like, and I did like it--right away! Before he had me drive the C-Max back to Colley Ford, he explained thoroughly how the vehicle operated as a hybrid. He then made me feel at ease throughout the application process. Mr. Cortes introduced me to the pertinent department heads and instructed me on the timeliness for servicing, etc. of the vehicle. After I was approved for the lease, the C-Max was then washed for me, and Mr. Cortes then explained in more detail how the vehicle operated before I drove it home. Needless to say, I am now a happy lessee. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Cortes, the outstanding Sales and Leasing Consultant at Colley Ford. I told him I was a shopper right now and was just looking. Usually when I tell a salesman in the car business that I'm a shopper, I get the cold shoulder but instead ask me questions why in a friendly response. This dealership rotated my tires, and did not put them back on correctly. Two visits later, they determined the noises coming from my car were due to "not having put the tires on correctly" so what did they do to right their wrong? They charged me 130 dollars. Thats right. 130 to fix the problem they created. This was also presented within the warranty period, and they delayed and delayed until I was out of warranty, THEN treated the issue as if it were seperate so that it would not be covered under warranty, even though the lemon law states repairs have to be honored on a vehicle outside of warranty, if the original problem was reported within the warranty period.I TRUELY FEEL THEY INTENDED TO RIP ME OFF as they are aware of their wrong doings, and continue to screw me.

My wife and I just moved here from the San Diego area to La Verne, we stopped by Colley Ford to look at the new Flex and the Explorer, after spending time looking at both we chose the Flex. The Sales man Kim Benns was very helpful and knowledgeable, the other Ford dealerships we went to the Salesperson either didnt know their product or they didnt have what we were looking for.Jim Carpenter helped us with our paperwork and got us a great deal and made the financing pleasurable.We had mentioned that our son plays football at Bonita High School and Bill Henley the manager donated $50.00 to the High School football team.My wife and I agree, that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had, we will be Colley customers for life.

I'm 64 years old and until two days ago I thought of myself as a Colley Ford customer. Tomorrow a charity that I won't name will be towing my old 2000 Taurus away from there. I can only hope I'll be able to write off something on my taxes for it next year. That should tell you what sort of trade-in Colley offered me on the car I bought new from them and had serviced by them ever since. The car broke down on the 57 freeway so, knowing the prognosis might be serious, I had it towed to what I thought of as MY dealership. While I waited for my ride I looked at some used cars on the lot. A sales person said he'd have to call me later to tell me what the finance manager would quote for trade-in of the Taurus. When he called I was stunned. The offer was a mere 200 bucks. The next day a friend of mine who was with me back in 2000 when I bought the Taurus went to the Colley dealership and asked to speak to the sales manager, a Bill Henley. He asked Mr. Henley what portion of that 200-dollar trade-in offer could be considered reflective of my being an existing customer. Mr. Henley showed his colors by responding with a proud smirk, "I've given 50 dollars in trade-in before." So my friend asked hypothetically, if a complete stranger's 2000 Taurus that he had bought elsewhere were similarly to break down across the street, what would be the difference in the trade-in offer he'd make to that man. Mr. Henley responded, "Like I said, I've given 50 bucks on trade-in before." To this my friend openly speculated, "Then you're saying that the price of being a Colley customer is 150 dollars?" Mr. Henley said he wouldn't say it like that, so my friend asked him what other way there is to say it to which the Sales Manager simply stated that he doesn't appreciate being "ambushed." Honestly, anyone who's bought cars from dealers knows that if the dealer even wants to give the IMPRESSION of caring about a customer he can at least fudge the numbers to make the trade-in simply seem better than that. But it appears that at Colley they don't care, and evidently they don't mind letting a customer know it. In fact, it seems to me in this instance that they might have enjoyed insulting a customer when he was quite down.This has been a nauseating wake-up. I'm just glad I got my belongings from my Taurus yesterday so I won't have to set foot at Colley Ford ever again. And I strongly recommend that you don't either.

$400 for service. Did not wash after service. Second time there and both times not washed. Grease left on left door panel by me janice. One $90or charge for proceedures I did not ask for and not called for approval. Tires supposed to be rotated but not bled on bill. I bought car here but will look for another dealer for service. The price of the vehicles are fine. Its what they don't tell you when there is something wrong with the vehicle they previously knew about. Its a sad thing that sales people smile at you but at the same time do not disclose what they know to be wrong. Then when you confront them about it after the discomfort of the vehicle problem then they want to be helpful but without committing to fixing the problem. It seems that if the customer buys the vehicle without noticing the mechanical flaws, thats their problem. And how many people buy cars and knows nothing about mechanical issues. That person is stuck.The final transaction on the vehicle was not good either as I asked them about my dad not having a license and they said they could still help us when in fact they were going to make me the owner and my dad the co-signer. This was after they did a credit check on me and I knew nothing about what they were doing thats how they took care of it:( If you go anywhere to buy a car just make sure you are prepared before you go and don't be in a hurry. These places are suppose to help you not take advantage of your ignorance. The only good experience out of the deal I had was with Yohann the person who took care of paying for the vehicle. What a night and day experience. This guy was just so extremely helpful and transparent. Bought a Used 2004 Buick Regal in 2007. Had 62,000 miles on it. It has 76 now. Car is used once or twice a week as I have a company car. The problem with the vehicle was it had a faulty battery cable which I payed a mechanic to fix. The car has given me no problems till September 2011 when a wiring harness had to be replaced which cost $490.00 from a GMC dealer.

I took the vehicle in for a pulsating brake issue and the rotors were warped after 19,842 miles. They claim the warranty on them runs out at 18k, but the book only shows "shoes/linings" and does not mention rotors and my pads have over 10 mm left. I called Ford at 800-392-3673 and they could not find anything on the rotors, either.He quotes me $188 to machine the front rotors. I tell him that is sounds very high and he says his labor rate is $98 an hour. I ask if there are any service coupons available or if they will price match a local brake shop (Brake Masters) who will do it for $70 and he immediately says no to both. I look further and find that the dealership has a coupon for $179 for both pads and rotors machined! I tell him this and he has no explaination. I ask if they will take that labor rate and just back out their cost on the pads and, again, he immediately says not with some double talk about the "promotional rate." I point out that the labor rate is reduced so why not keep the pads and make money on them? Again, no real answer. So I then ask for that deal and tell him to put the pads that go with the deal on the passanger seat of my truck when I get there. It takes 3 times for him to get I don't want the pads on my truck, I only want the pads I get with the coupon in the car, not on the car.

Customers be aware save your Time, Money, and all the HASSLE Very poor customer services, Charge you more then other ford dealers I wish I would have read all the previous reviews The only reason I went to this dealer for service because they are open till late. I needed to replace my Rear ABS sensor for My ford Escape 08. Ford in upland gave me a quote of $189 for the same job and Colley Ford charged me $300 + Part prices are way to much and charged excessive labor the only reason I did not went to Ford upland they close early I called the Service manager and all I get was Rude Attitude I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANY ONE ELSE
