Always a pleasure to do business at Coggin Ford service department. Service Advisor Ken Thompson provides a confident, enthusiastic and positive approach addressing my service requirements and mechanical or technical needs. As in the past I felt confident that the best and complete service was provided. Lastly, I was impressed by the new and modernized service department reflecting the Coggin Ford concern for customer’s initial impression and comfort. Have been using Coggin Ford since their day one and each visit has been exemplary. Ken Thompson is an exceptional advisor taking care of your car and guiding it through the service process. He is a professional and caring advisor of both your car and you as a customer.

*Update* - Since my first review when I moved to Jacksonville about 8 years ago, I still go to this Ford dealership because of the great service. I even purchased a car from them in 2016. From the sales team to the service department these guys have taken great care of me over the years. Special thanks to my service advisor, Ken Thompson, for always being so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I never have to second guess him because he's always honest and upfront with me. I appreciate him. Older post - The first time I came into this Ford dealership was for a recall. I had no idea how great these guys would be. Mike Matthews is the epitome of customer service! From our first conversation he made me feel like I was talking with family. He was a great listener, very informative and he checked on me routinely while my vehicle was being serviced. Though the service took a little while to complete, his friendliness made up for that wait and I'll always come back because of it.

Update: I really did not want to change this review of the sales team. My experience with the service department has not been good. I have a vibration somewhere in the rear end of my $54k truck with 6500 miles. I was told originally the new transmissions have to learn and need a break in period. It has only gotten worse and I have already had to swap a tire due to chop on the tire. The Shelby rims have been balanced and rotated over 12 times and an alignment done. I even put my stock wheels back on and the issue is still there. I have swapped tires, rims, and spent months on this issue. Verified tire size, hub bore, and countless other things with Shelby. I brought my truck in yesterday and had the Shelby rims remounted and balanced. I was told it drove well, it does not. There is still a huge vibration in the rear end at highway speed. I love the truck, the service people have been great, but I need resolution.

Frankie was awesome. I didn't feel any of the normal pressure I feel when car shopping. I genuinely felt he was there to help me. He was attentive to my situation and found the right deal for me. I am beyond happy with my vehicle purchase and will come back to Coggin Ford for future vehicle purchases. The process was seamless! Frankie and Darlene gave me peace and made a difficult situation easier.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I worked directly with Mark Dennis who made the entire process seamless and incredibly easy. I had a million and one questions and he was always available to answer every last one. I left with a beautiful car at the best possible rate.
