I had a very enjoyable experience working with Greg and Shane. I came into the dealership with two months left on my lease just to look around, but a few days later I was driving home in my new Q50. Greg really took the time show me all of the lease options to get me exactly what I wanted at the right price. Shane also provided terrific customer service when it came time to do the paperwork. Greg R. really went above and beyond to find and secure the exact car that we wanted, making a dealer trade happen quickly on a brand new QX80 during a very difficult time to buy a new car in the overall market. He has been super helpful after the sale and is always available to communicate about our new vehicle. Shane made financing and purchasing the vehicle quick and painless, and I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all.
