I can't express enough how Awesome Alyssa Sales is! All the staff , They where honest welcoming our vehicle was clean and beautiful and they really take the time to get to know you while your there. I purchased a Chevrolet in 2019 and had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with Bill Defow In Lafayette. I was needing an oil change and put it off because I couldn’t bear the idea of going again to our local dealer. I made an appointment online with Hubler and when I was about 10 minutes away I had a feeling I needed to call. Sure enough, the online appointment was nowhere to be found but Ron said come on in. They worked me in, and while I was sweating I mentioned another issue and Ron went out of his way to take a look. This experience was so amazing. I have already been telling friends. I WILL be back again. I felt so comfortable and everyone was so very sweet and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Ron and how far out of his way he went to help. 100% thrilled with my experience.

Went in to get an oil change and new spark plugs and wires. Walked out with a brand new 2021 Chevy trail boss. Jake F was AMAZING to work with. He was kind and understanding he listened to our budget also what we wanted in a vehicle. Even though my husband was set on the trail boss from the first second. Jake was able to get us the vehicle that had just came off the truck hadn’t even been inspected(which he got done today and wasn’t supposed to be done today)yet , and was able to stay in our budget. Budget included insurance, monthly payment, and every warranty we could get on the vehicle. Christi Hubler is amazing. Everyone is will to work with you and get you into a reliable safe vehicle for your family. This is our second truck we’ve bought from them so far. We wouldn’t shop for a vehicle any where else. We love our Hubler family, and we are highly highly highly satisfied with Jake. He’s an amazing sells rep and we were very comfortable with him. He explained everything in detail. He didn’t pressure us to buy anything we didn’t want. We were there for almost 5 hours and he sat with us talking to us the whole time. I’m almost positive that he didn’t get a lunch today because he took his time to work with us!
