From the initial contact of the salesperson, Nora, I have been impressed with the service I received from the dealership. Although I was in the market to purchase a Jeep Rubicon, after speaking with Nora and discussing what was available at her location as well as the simplicity of the purchasing process, I decided on the Chevy Sonic. The maintenance and servicing experience on my vehicle has been seamless and the staff are very cordial while providing excellent customer service. I especially appreciated Mack, in the car care service center, as I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times in a two-week period and he was humorous and understanding about it.

Service staff has always been helpful and partiacularly in this instance where a factory service had been noted but we were unaware of, yet the service manager knew it might be applicable, and checked it out before service was begun. I am not so sure that this would have happened at another GM dealership. Service times were convenient and the staff was very concerned that I should be taken care of adequately, including being provided with proper transportation since the work would encompass some time. Just thankful for the helpful staff and the fact that repairs were accomplished adequately and timely. Thanks again for this great service.

I took my Treverse in at 19000 miles because the air conditioner did not work. It took six days to overhaul the system. Fortunately I had a loaner truck for the days. The car is great and cool. Now if I could get the $100 I was promised if I sent a friend in to buy a car. My friend bought a car four months ago and I am still waiting for the cash.

Buying the new 2015 traverse was perfect. Mark was a awesome salesman and Danny in finance got us a great rate and payments we were very happy with. We have always got great service when buying a car at Greg May Chevrolet. The only thing I could complain about is when we traded in out 2013 tahoe, it was on the smart payment plan. Somehow in the trade, no one told smart pay that we traded in the tahoe, and smart pay took out a payment of 546.00 a week after we traded and tryed again two weeks later. I had to call my bank to stop it and fill a dispute on the first one. I had to call smart pay myself to let them know I didn't have the tahoe anymore. When I called Greg May about it, they would just give me a number and claim they didn't know what to do to fix it. I would definitely buy another car from Greg May for sure. They have always treated me good. I just was disappointed the didn't help me on the smart pay issue. Im still missing the 546.00 dollars that was taken out of my account a week after the tahoe was traded. And that really hurt when I put 2000 down on the traverse. If Greg May can fix there customer service after the car is sold, they would have the perfect dealership. Maybe they will make it up to me later or on the next car I buy from there. Not mad, just hope this information will help them improve for me and other loyal customers. I dont like driving anything other than a Chevrolet. Thanks for listening,

Credit was ran received an excellent interest rate, signed the papers and out the door in our brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Z71. First time at Greg May's for an oil change and search for a small leak on my 2012 Tahoe. The mechanic was happy to bring me back at my request and confirm my suspicions on the cause of the leak. I wasn't sure about what to get or what my payment plan would even be; but, I knew I needed a car and fast for the family. I came into to Greg May Chevrolet in West and was surprised about the inventory * huge * and the Sales Staff. I had a Salesperson come out and he must of knew that I had 'credit issues'. We walked back to his office and I told him my history. He patiently took all my information and then gave me my financial options. We walked out to this huge lot, looked around and I took some test drives. Needless to say, I now have a great little car that is well within my monthly budget. I can't thank you guys in enough. Everyone was great, kind and very helpful ! It is well worth the drive and you will be sure that it is once you get here.

This Holiday Season has been Crazy ! Being new to the Area I wasn't sure where to turn when I found that my car was having some serious issues ! Did some checking around and found Greg May Chevrolet in West and to make a long story short...I found a new home ! The service for my vehicle was done quickly, effectively and at a good price ! However, I wasn't expecting to find another vehicle and I did ! The Salesperson was great showed me my financial options (credit issues) and he then showed me their inventory; which was huge with trucks, suvs and cars. There was no pressure after my test drive and I found myself with a new Silverado ! Would I recommend Greg May Chevrolet in West to friends or family ? Definitely...with Great service at their Service Department, Excellent Prices and Great Salespeople...how can you go wrong ? Its worth the drive...

Had work done on my truck and thought I would just look around. I was amazed at the inventory; but, also the Customer Service for the Salespeople was Superb. I had a gentleman come up and asked if I had questions to let him know and he would be happy to help me. He saw me looking at the trucks and he told me about the sales and I said thank you and was going to move on; but, something struck my eye and I asked him about it. Needless to say we went into his office and I told him about my credit issues and he told me all of my options and I now have a serviced truck and a new truck in my drive way.
