Take my car in for a routine 45,000 mile service on Saturday 6/5/21 get my car back from service at 12:15 was there since 10:30 assuming everything is fine with my vehicle never had a problem since I purchased my car. Went straight home took a nap got ready to go to work get in the car my check engine light came on been in panic mode because don’t understand how you go in for a oil change and my check engine light is on can’t call no one there closed then also service center closed until Tuesday had dream last week about a dealership I think this is my nightmare from my dream called out from work scared to drive my car can’t wait to see this outcome before I get my lawyers involved stay tuned part 1 Part 2 Took my car back they fixed the problem I wanna thank Mr Miller For being an angel in this situation because my family suffering from hardship right now blessings 😇

I was recently in a bad car accident and had to find a vehicle right away. I initially had an awful experience at the Nissan Dealership in Egg Harbor Twp, where the sales reps had no regard for my price range, timeframe, or the fact that I was injured and couldn't walk all over the lot to view cars that they thought I should buy. My friend told me about Cherry Hill Nissan and I called Eddie Torres and explained my situation. I could tell the difference between the two locations immediately. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I was looking for and the price point that I wanted to be in. He respected my time limits and enabled me to get in a brand new Nissan Rogue for less than what I was going to pay for a much older model with high mileage at the other Nissan dealership! When I arrived shortly before they closed the night of Halloween with my sleeping children in tow, he and Carmen Pizzo made every effort to accommodate my family and our needs and respected our time constraints. Our sales rep Carmen was amazing and stayed late just to show me all of the new features on the rogue and how to operate them. They were both genuinely excited for me! I was so pleased to have realized how different the culture and people are at Cherry Hill Nissan that I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes to go there over having to deal with anyone else! I couldn't be happier with my experience there and am absolutely in love with my new Rogue!!

I will start out stating that I was hesitant about leasing a vehicle through Nissan from prior experience with Nissan Motor acceptance corporation from a dealership in Rhode Island. I had in mind to lease a Honda Accord. My finance made me go there first and from the beginning of the process with their salesman, Dominic my mind was changed. He was to the point, quick, however, very efficient explaining how the process worked. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my vehicle as a trade in with absolutely no hassle, The monthly payments were exactly what I had in mind and the car is fantastic! Cherry Hill Nissan made my experience buying a vehicle pleasurable and hassle free. A few days later Dominic reached out to me via text and asked how I was doing with the car, I had a quick question and was unable to call the dealership at that time. He text me back in less than 15 minutes with an answer. Again, hassle free. This is a great dealership! If you are thinking of a Nissan, go there!

I purchased a used armada from Eddie and Roman last week. I walked in and let them knew exactly what I wanted and they went above and beyond. Throughout the entire process we were in constant communication and after a couple different things were ironed out, the deal was the done the next day with all of the terms we agreed on. They took care of me on my trade and we made a deal that was beneficial for everyone. As a sales and executive, you meet a bunch of people in all aspects of business and like myself, they told it how it was and there was no nonsense. They were a pleasure to work with.

I could probably go on for days about the ignorance. disrespectful, lying sales manager EDDIE TORRES. I have never in my life met someone like him before in my life and I hope I never do! He did nothing but lie, lie, lie and more lie. He was talking down to me like I was his child or I was stupid. He tried to hide things about the vehicle that were wrong in hopes that I wouldn't see them. I will never go to this dealership again because of Eddie Torres. He should be in prison for how he scam people. This dealership should be shut down. Cherry Hill Nissan is so unethical and disrespectful toward their customers and when I spoke to my attorney about them he advised me that there were many lawsuits against them. Never go to this dealership!!

This dealership is quick to give you a deal but absolutely HORRENDOUS with providing customer service!! We have had one bad experience after another and no one takes accountability. Eddie, the sales manager, is quick to provide an excuse too- very unprofessional and completely unethical! Rest assured we won't be going back to Cherry Hill Nissan in the future. Do yourselves a favor and if youre interested in a Nissan go elsewhere where they actually strive to make things right and put customer service at the forefront. Very disappointed in the customer service and service department!!

Where to start with this horrible place?? AVOID CHERRY HILL NISSAN!!! They were caught straight lying multiple times! Here is our experience summarized. 1st While we were waiting for 2 hours to find out our payment, we just heard that the car was sold to someone else while we were still there interested in it..2nd They will make you stay there with false time waiting periods. We went at 2.30, was ready by leave by 4 because they sold the car we were interested. They kept us there to 9.30 pm (because they were working on such a new great deal)3. We financed a brand new car. But they charged $1,300 extra for warranty.4. Lied that our finance company rejected us, when there were multiple calls that decision was pending.5. Paperwork was done on Saturday but somehow by Monday decision was made and we were rejected?? Finance company said they need 4-5 business days to decide. They still needed more documents.4. Contract said we had to keep the car for business 10 days in order to get financing ready or return the car after, they said it doesnt say that anywhere. 5. They called excessively from early mornings to late nights to get the car there ASAP, from office but also their personal numbers.6. We got a lawyer, she said Cherry Hill Nissan had many lawsuits against them. They are horrible and just return the car.The staff we dealt with, Especially Eddie the Manager is ignorant, a bully, scammer. Why are the still in business?? Ive bought many cars but I would rather pay to buy a car blindfolded in an auction then from Cherry Hill Nissan. Avoid this place, Im happy we returned the car because wont need to ever step foot on that place. I will put this review on any website I come across with. They treated us like we were stupid, wanting us not to believe what we were reading or hearing from our finance company.

I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima SV as a birthday present to myself and I can't say enough about this dealership! Having had a horrible experience at another Nissan dealership, it took me 2 weeks before I went to Cherry Hill Nissan. I received the BEST service from Carmen Pizzo!!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty. Carmen is very warm, friendly, kind, relaxed, absolutely no-pressure, and funny! I even had the pleasure of meeting his wife who dropped off dinner to him. I must also say that Eddie Torres (Sales Manager) and Mike Sondberg (Finance Manager) were every bit as wonderful and warm as Carmen. They worked until the deal was done and made sure that I was completely happy and I AM! This was such a refreshing experience that I will return to Carmen, with no hesitation, when my lease is up. I recommend Carmen to EVERYONE! Thank you ALL!!!!

Typically I trust and use CH Nissan for repairs outside the shade-tree variety. These last few days have me rethinking this. I discovered a broken leaf spring on the driver side of my xterra (no - it has not been driven hard) - called to get an estimated cost to repair. Got bounced from one writer to another, none of which seemed to be able to call back. When I finally got through again - got the cost and agreed to bring the car in. When I got there, we will need to order the part, pre-pay please. OK, ordered the part, it will be in tomorrow. Asked - you WILL be replacing the u-bolts when this work is done, correct? Those are stress parts that are never supposed to be re-used. Next day, the spring comes in, was told come pick it up? Ok, where is the service department....Went to pick it up, decided - this is too much. I at this point don't trust this dealership to perform this repair (before I even get to a tech). Asked about the U-bolts... they are not stock items. we can have them for you tomorrow morning. Ok - order them please. Go to pick them up... no, not next day - how about a week? Sorry they say... So back to my original problem - how did the leaf spring break?? Nissan quality?

They pulled the typical sales games. We had a deal pretty much worked out and all of the sudden they couldn't deliver the percentage rate because the car I was buying didn't qualify for that rate. So I did what you should do I went to a friendly Nissan dealership that gave me everything that they promised.

On June 13,2013 My mother and I went to the Cherry Hill Nissan Dealer and we got a fantastic deal of a lifetime on a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. At first we were gonna buy a 2007 Nissan Versa but it had gotten sold so I was a little upset about that but then something better came along. When I saw that nice beautiful royal steel blue car that look it should have been in a "Fast And The Furious Movie", I mean this car was so gorgeous I knew that this car was made for me to get for my birthday and when I test drove it that day I went to the dealer I was like whoa this car rides so smooth on the road and especially around the summer time. The inside of car was very clean, the radio sounds awesome especially when you play a CD and your crusin' on the road to your favorite tunes,the engine and transmission was in tip top condition along with brand new tires and rims. The air conditioning was ice cold and the heat keeps the car nice and toasty in the winter time. I was so excited that I bought this car and I am so in love with it I treat it with T.L.C. (Tender Love & Care) this car is like the love of my life that it deserves nothing but the best.The staff at the Cherry Hill Nissan Dealer are very nice people and are willing to help you get a good deal of the car of your dreams, I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or a family member of mines so that they get can get the same treatment like I got. The car was definitely worth getting because out of all the other cars I've had the Mitsubishi Galant tops the number car charts of mine. The person that gave me a good deal on this car was gave us excellent customer service,was very helpful to me, and considerate on giving us a good deal. I've been using Cherry Hill Nissan for sales and service for about 10 years on two different Maximas. I may need to buy a new vehicle very soon, so based on my past experience, I know they will work with me for the best price. Last time I purchased a vehicle, I had four quotes from different dealers for the same vehicle with almost the same options. Since Cherry Hill Nissan is the closest to my residence, I thought I would go back to them with the lowest price and ask them to beat it. I didn't have to do that because with their first quote they beat all the other prices. I referred two friends to Cherry Hill Nissan and they both were very satisfied.

I took my car in due to a convertible issue with my 2004 Nissan 350z. The bow 5 was not closing all the way. The convertible would open and 90% close. I started to panic a bit after looking around to see what the problem was, but could not find it. I realized a storm was on its way the next day so I decide to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. When I got to the service desk I spoke with Glen and told him my problems. Glen Kemery seemed very nice as I felt I was in good hands. I left went home and got a call. Glen Kemery went on explaining that my car was involved in a accident and due to not the proper repairs needed, that this was the reason why it would not close. I went on to explain that even with the accident and repairs it still open and closed before as this was never a problem. He said there was nothing they could do as they would not be able to close my top. Glen Kemery went on telling me to take it to a body shop to get the one of the seems fixed as that would take care of the problem. He also said that it could be the whole top itself and that could cost me over 5k to replace. At that point I was very upset and stressed thinking that I had a car with no convertible, almost the whole reason why I purchased this car. About a hour went by and got a call from Glen Kemery stating that they were able to get the top to closed, I ask how. Glen Kemery said they manually forced it shut, I then asked, is that OK to force shut? Glen Kemery replies back and says YES it is perfectly fine nothing will be damaged I assure you. Now I reminded Glen before the phone call that the previous owner of the car had told me that top worked perfect as I witness with my own eyes the top working perfectly fine. I told Glen to check for a piece of fabric that might be in the way of the one side on the convertible. I told him the previous owner stated that sometime a piece of fabric would get in the way and bow 5 would not close all the way. Glen Kemery went on and told me that would not be the problem that it was the body work that needed to be done. I went back and forth with him for about 10 minutes to really figure out the problem because as I stated to him the top went up and down before that I cant see why now all of a sudden it would not work. I was a bit confused and I did not understand. Now as all of this was going on I was on edge, highly stressed and confused. At this point I just wanted my car back and deal with the problem once I got the car home. When I got home I went onto Google and BAM low and behold it was a common problem that the elastic bands would ware and it would cause malfunction for the top not t work properly. I also found a online document stated if I had problems with bow 5 this is exactly what it said: Both of the following symptoms: The soft-top 5th bow stops in this position (see Figure 1) when closing, and: Each time you press the power switch to the Close position the 5th bow will move a little (1 or 2 inches) towards the closed (down) position. NOTE: If the symptoms are not exactly as described above, this bulletin does not apply. Use the ESM to check for other causes. What really gets me upset is that I am the customer explaining my problem. The service manager not listening to what I was telling him. I just went on the computer not ever 5 minutes and found the problem. Now you are telling me you could not do any research on this problem to find this????? After all the stress and all the confusion and $127.00 later all this could of been avoided. I feel like I just throw away money. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars to fix this problem, when low and behold this was a common problem and a easy fix. Hope this could help you out on your convertible issues.

I accompanied my mother to Nissan Cherry Hill to purchase a new car. Rich was our salesman, and John was the Sales Manager. Both were friendly, professional, and didn't play any games. She got the car that she wanted at the price that she wanted. The staff was so great, that I purchased the same car from them a few days later. I had first gone to another dealer, in my area, and was not happy at all. My mom lives 90 miles away from me, and it was worth the trip to deal with Cherry Hill Nissan. I bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past year. Every time I go in there, I get great customer service. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My salesman Bill was the best. I went in to Cherry Hill Nissan last night to check out a few vehicles that I have been searching for, for the last couple of months. The experience that I had at Cherry Hill, was completely different than any experience I have ever had. There were no associates breathing down my neck or pressuring me, and I left VERY satisfied. The associate made sure to cover any questions I had, and to go above and beyond by providing additional information on the vehicle. I received a very rude and sarcastic e-mail from Sam Tribuiani, Internet Sales Mgr, when I politely informed him that I had purchased a car from another dealer. I treated Sam with respect and courtesy, but he reacted in an insulting manner when things didn't go his way. There are other dealerships that exhibited a high level of professionalism, and yes, were even able to accept a lost deal with courtesy and dignity.

Low stock on lot, and they said they could get a vehicle that matched my specifications to what i wanted, at a reasonable price. However, during the waiting period for the vehicle life issues came up and could not purchase the car at this time and they are refusing to refund my 1000.00 dollar deposit they made me put that HUGE deposit, after i tried to only give them 500.00 ..i should have walked then...but NOT knowing life issue would come up and I would not be able to purchase at this time...they are refusing to refund my 1000.00 (total scam). I never saw the car, never drove the car, and even questioned if I don't like it when it arrives or meet my specifications they said .verbally they would return my money, but as of yet i have to dispute it with my credit card. BUYER BEWARE ON deposit and if you will ever get it back if you decide NOT TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE or if you DON"T like the vehicle they may find for you.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and within that time I had one bad experience in getting my car services. Maybe I should say my car wasn't totally repaired. Once it was brought to their attention the issue was resolved. I was mostly please that it was resolved by the service desk, and within two weeks later the manager or the agent called to do a personal follow-up. Very professional location from end-to-end. Calling me by my firt name makes me feel like they are taking a personal interest in providing me the best services. Wait I was called Mr, once and then I said you can cal me Joe, and it seem like it got around. lol

Bought new 2012 Nissan Frontier. Was directed to Sam , then to Mike Clemons. Mike was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure, all information was presented to me. The total transaction couldn't have been any smoother. Normally, I would rather sit through a root canal than to go to a car dealership, but this transaction was very professional and very smooth. Cherry Hill Nissan Dearlership was very driven to accommodate what I wanted in a car. I appreciated all the hard work they do for their customers. However, I was disappointed that they brought in a car for me that had 121 miles on it and wanted the same price for the one that I test-drove which had only 8 miles on it. I was so drained out from being in the dealer for many hours (even though I had an appointment to get in and out as fast as possible because my mom came in while she was sick, the paperwork was not ready at all) that I didn't realize it until I drove off the lot. And now, I am very confused on why this occurred. I hope to get this straightened this out.

I hadn't purchased a new car since 2002, so I was very nervous about it going in, particularly because I have been hearing a lot of horror stories about other dealerships lately. I was pleasantly surprised at how exceptionally professional, friendly and courteous everyone at the dealership was, especially my consultant, Ron Carpenter. I absolutely love my car, and I feel that I received a very fair price without any unnecessary and demeaning haggling. Further, the staff ran like a well-oiled machine in obtaining financing at a great rate, helping me select options for my extended warranty, and completing all of the necessary paperwork. I will definitely recommend Cherry Hill Nissan to others and will, no doubt, return several years down the road when it is time to purchase a new car.

I gave my experience all 5's because it was truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mike sat with me and my mother for 5 hours as we test drove cars and tried to work out something that would be doable for my budget. He really took my needs into account and didn't just try to sell me something and move on. Even after the papers were signed and we had paid for the car, he still sat on the phone with me and spoke to my insurance company, he handled all of my concerns and i didn't leave feeling like I had been taken advantage of. This is the 3rd car our family has purchased from cherry hill nissan, and he knew that. He didn't try to push something on my mom, but instead spoke to me and was realistic about my budget and what I could afford. I felt like he really did his best to make sure I was comfortable with my purhcase, and even offered to shop other near by nissans when I told him i wanted it in another color. I wouldn't go to any other place and have already recommended him to several of my friends looking for new cars.

I am thrilled with my car and happy with the service I received from Cherry Hill Nissan. My husband and I recently visited the dealership to look into trading my car for an upgrade. Our salesman Juan Perez, took amazing care of us and went above and beyond to offer great service and experience. He spent a lot of time with us listening to our concerns, wish-list, and our budget. We went on test-drives of two vehicles that had all we wanted and that also fit our needs. Juan helped us find a middle ground between what I wanted and what my husband wanted...which is not easy! Juan was understanding, helped weigh our options, knew the cars inside-out, and worked hard to get us exactly where we wanted to be. In fact, all of the staff we came across were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Everything went very smoothly and at the end of it all, we had a beautiful Altima that we are so happy to own! About 4 years ago I was shopping for a new car and decided to shop over the Internet. I was put in touch with Franklin Smith. Franklin was very courteous and helpful, and when I came in, he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and gave me a great price on the 2008 Rogue SL I purchased. Over the years Franklin has kept in touch at least once a year to make sure things were going well with the car and also to wish me a Happy Birthday personally. This week I decided it was time to trade the 2008 Rogue in on a new 2011 Rogue, so I once again reached out to Franklin. I couldnt have been more pleased with his professionalism and how courteous he was yet again. I was basically in and out of the dealership in around 2 hours and I didnt feel like there were any tricks or sneaky pricing at any point. The Juke I just bought from Cherry Hill Nissan is my first time buying a vehicle from there, but my family's tenth. I have purchased new two other vehicles previously, in 2003, and 2006, so I definitely feel I have some perspective on the process of purchasing a vehicle. I always heard from my mom, dad, and sister how great they were there, and to be honest, I only checked in on this place, at first, to appease my family. To my delight, the people I worked w/ there were even better than I thought they would be, after hearing the recommendations of my family. They were friendly, honest, worked hard, and very fair. I am very happy w/ the deal I got on the Juke, and I really appreciate all the extra legwork Mike M and Mike D had to do to get it there. The trim level for the Juke I wanted was hard to find, and the two Mikes really went to great lengths to get one there for me. Also, the finance manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was great w/ me and was able to match the discounted interest rate for military officers I was going to get to finance the car through USAA. Everyone I dealt w/ through the buying process there was super. Now I know why my family has bought nine vehicles there, and will continue to shop there in the future.

I was looking for a used 350z and a friend suggested I go to Cherry Hill Nissan. I'm glad they did! The sales people were very friendly and didn't push me into a more expensive car like most other dealers do. They showed me a couple options (and other models too in case I didn't see a z that I liked) and I walked away with a used car in great condition at a great price! I purchased a brand new 2010 vehicle from Cherry Hill Nissan Ed Gorski told me that the power outlet in the center console was in the car. When I picked the car up it did not have the part in the car. They installed the part for me and told me it came with a 1 year warranty. I brought it to Acme Nissan because the power outlet wasn't working. They told me it was a non-nissan component and it was not covered under warranty and it was installed incorrectly. It was installed with the wrong amp fuse and it was spliced into the front power outlet. I called Cherry Hill Nissan to resolve this issue and I spoke with Sam the sales manager and I was rudely told that they wouldn't cover the repair and I should "F OFF AND DEAL WITH ACME NISSAN!" I contacted Nissan Customer Affairs office to resolve this matter and they told me to file a complaint with the BBB. This is the worst car dealer ever to deal with I wouldn't buy a car from them ever again. I was jerked around with the price last minute regarding a dealer rebate because in order to get the rebate I had to finance the car. It was a nightmare. They don't back up their work and just so dishonest.

Rude! Dishonest! Condescending! I spent time over the internet speaking with Amy concerning a 2011 Altima Hybrid until I was quoted a price of $22,159, $4900 under invoice($27,059). Amy told me that Cherry Hill Nissan is not dishonest like Woodbury Nissan and told me to ask for Sam. So I decided to go in to get my 2010 Dodge Ram appraised, but made it clear that I was not going below KBB $29000 and NADA $30,350 both Clean trades. So I spent gas and tolls going to Cherry Hill Nissan. When I got there I asked for Sam the sales manager. Sam greeted me in the empty showroom briefly then introduced me to a salesman, whose name I can not remember...oh Ed. Sam told me the price was good on Altima and that Ed would get my truck appraised. So I gave Ed the owners card/keys and he went to have truck appraised. After about 15 minutes Sam came over to where I was sitting and told me "you know what the answer is going to be. I can offer only $25000 for your truck." I looked at him like he was crazy. He began to explain that he was looking at auction pricing. I told him your not sending a 2010 Dodge Ram with 6450 miles to an auction. He told my NADA price was just $30,000 retail, without realizing I had a printed NADA pricing for my truck dated 3/10/2011 in front of me. I showed Sam the NADA paper who rudely snapped "I don't care what you have written on that paper!!! and ran to get his NADA book. Sam stood near the managers desk and flipped through the NADA book with the appraiser to get his LIE straight. He finally came back over and tried to lecture me on information I had printed in front of me. He began to babble horse dong when he knew he was caught in a LIE. What Sam tried to do was what I call a "Take Back" maneuver by giving a legitimate sale price of $4900 under invoice for the Altima Hybrids which are not selling that well compared to other better Hybrids; and on trade they take back $5000 they gave on the sale price. If I did not have the trade I would have never gotten that price, they would have loaded the price with dealer installed options or try to sell unneeded service contracts in an attempt to Take Back as much of the $4000 customer cash as possible. Well Sam went on babbling about a $7000 down payment and $5.00 gas prices. When he finally realized I wasn't paying him any mind...he thanked my for coming in and I left. I wish I would have read the reviews for Cherry Hill Nissan before going in. I would have avoided them.

They are the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They told me one number then changed the sale price at the very last minute as I was signing the paper work. The salesman said it was a misunderstanding. I took my brother with me and he said it was very clear what the deal was. I have purchased at least 10 new cars in my life. I have never been treated so bad and so disrespected by any dealership. I recommend NOT buying a vehichle from this dealer. I am glad I found out how they do business before I purchased.

I have mixed feelings about these guys. I bought my 2007 Altima from them back in 2007. Brand new car and got a good deal. However, since then it has been up and down with the service team. I got a heat shield recall from Nissan and brought it in to Cherry Hill Nissan. They fixed it. But two days later it started making the rattling noise. So the next time I went in for an oil change, I complained about the heat shield rattling and they said they would take a look. So they said they fixed it. And again, rattle noise. I then got a passenger seat air bag recall - so I bring the car in, and tell them, by the way, the heat shield is still rattling. They say no problem - both issues fixed. Well, now few months later, every time a passenger sits in the front seat, the front side passenger air bag is off sign comes on and stays on for a good 5 - 10 mins. It shuts off and comes on and off.And yes, the rattling noise is louder then ever.They were helpful with free car rentals, rides to work, and very friendly.

i went to cherry hill nissan to look for a deal on an 08 Altima. The dealers i was talking to were friendly and helpful at first and did not seem to be pushing me toward anything i didnt show interest in. When they gave me the price it was a really good deal, until i came back to buy the car. i asked multiple times if the number they gave me was correct because it was so good. They said it was so i said 'ok'. They went to put the papers together and break down how much the car was in detail and came back saying a mistake was made. They claimed someone made a mistake and the payments for 60 months would actually be 100 dollars more instead of what they told me at first. i said 'no way' and they said i could lease for less than the original offer....i went to toyota and had a much better experience.

went to look at cars, sales assoc swindled my boyfriend and I into purchasing a car together. we test drove, a service light was on in the dash. they told us they'd look at it before we drove it home. light came on the following morning. went to drive back to dealership and the car died 2 miles from our home. they offered to let us purchase a different vehicle after it was towed to their dealership. was unsatisfied with the selection of alternates and was unable to back out of sale because of the purchasing contract. i ended up with a kia. the tranmission later had to be replaced, and then some months after that driving down NJ TP a rod shot though the engine and oil pan my car seized on the highway and I was nearly killed. we were going to sue the dealership, but couldn't afford the legal costs at the time. overall i would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking at cars.

During a Nissan recall, I sent a car for change of engine.. I was told by the Nissan Dealer that it was a free rental car from Enterprise Car Rental. The car was in the workshop for nine days. After I went to pick up the car Enterprise charged me $241 for use of rental car. NIssan Cherryhiil claimed they repaired within one day and called me once to pick up the car. I only received the the call nine days later.I asked them why they did not bother to call me again but waited another nine days to call me again. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL.
