Setting up my appointment and test drive was a breeze! I traveled an hour to purchase my first car. I carefully inspected the car and asked many questions of my salesman, Darrin. He ensured me nothing was wrong with the used car I was going to purchase. As soon as I signed the document saying I would purchase the car he left the office and never came back. No thank you or "I will be right back". I went to another employee and was told that Darrin had left for the day and went to a car show to show off his personal car. I finished the process in another employee's office although Darrin made the sale. This left a bad taste in my mouth especially being a first time buyer. I also found out a week later that my new ride had an oil leak and needed new tires. Buyers beware and get the car checked out completely before purchasing. I love my car now that I have paid to get it fixed but I wish the customer service had been better.

My husband and I drove almost 5 hours to come to this dealership. He talked to them for a few days about trading and getting his new truck from them. They were amazing and they were patient with us and accommodated all of our requests. If I ever trade in my car I would drive back to do it here.

We drove all the way from Gray TN to trade and buy from Cheaps! By far the best dealership we’ve dealt with. Thankful for the hospitality they offered us as well as the business they provided! Will certainly be back here in the future!

Bought a 2017 Durango on July 5, 2021. I noticed on my drive home after the purchase the airbag light came on and went back off once. Then a week afterwards it was doing it intermittently. I called my usual repair shop and they said it needed to go back to the dealer I bought it from. They couldn’t get me scheduled until August 1st which was fine. I never received a call telling me it was ready. I never was told I owed anything. I called the second day and they said it was ready but nothing else. My husband goes to get it and they charged us for an issue that was there when they sold it. The issue is not the $116. The issue is it was a safety hazard and that is absolutely not okay. There is zero excuses you can give me for selling a car that could potentially be a safety hazard on the road and then charge the customer who just purchased it. Very poor customer service. I pay for my services but I also expect them to be fair to the customer. Not a good experience. Very disappointed.

Your staff is remarkable. I had to get my truck worked on and the service gentleman that called me to let me know what was wrong could not had been nicer. When I came to pay my my bill, I believe her name was Shirley, I could had talked to her all day and it was during her lunchbreak. She was beyond friendly and wonderful. You are so Blessed to have the staff you have. Please buy them a good lunch!! They deserve it!!
