Best dealership I've worked with in a long time. Very happy with the service and sales people. Gracie and Woody-did a great job educating us on our new Jeep Wrangler. Very appreciative of their help. Took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in today for it's first oil change. Dealership gave me vouchers for 2 free oil changes. Today the Service Manager would not honor their previous commitment to me. Extremely disappointed with that service and will not be going back. Dealership was all about making the sale, and nothing more!

The service experience was great. I was greeted right away in a really friendly and professional way. After Mike from the service department received the results from the car check up and the estimated, he explained to me all in details and I never got the feeling he wanted to push me into some repairs which are not really need. The repair was done in a timely manner as estimated. Great overall experience. Thanks

Say they called never called. Been waiting for a call about my car being done. Now we call its been done for days. They want us to pay for rental now for the extra days they never called us about it. Then tried calling number on website not working. Tried the online chat said would call back at my number. No call again. If it was done for that long why didn't you call a second time. No happy with this. I'm layed off so its not like the phone was somewhere else with me at all times.

I had a great experience at Champion with Steve Schindler. He got me into my dream car and out of an upside down loan. I was amazed at how easy the process was and the finance team didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want to do. Steve also made himself available for my post purchase questions and responded as soon as he had the answers.
