Caruso Ford is the best! The staff is super friendly and the customer service is superior! I had some scratches on my car, got quotes from a few other places that wanted to charge me $400-$1200 to fix, but these guys polished it up and made it look good as new, free of charge! I will definitely be going back for all my future car needs, because I know I can trust them and count on them :)

I had been looking for a used Audi and found this beauty at Caruso Ford as a trade in. After negotiating our price I made the 4 hour drive for the vehicle. You have friendly people working at the dealer.The place is very organized and clean. it's just the air problem that I hear coming through the door seals. But your technician and I drove to try to locate that problem couldn't hear it. But he said he's going to notify someone or a company for an update to see if they can help. But as long as that problem is documented. I have no problem in case that air noise gets worse.

I took my 2013 Ford Explorer in for the recall on the interior door locks and the routine maintenance. As always, it was done in a timely manner and they washed it for me. Annette, was my service rep and is always helpful and friendly. She is great to work with!

We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC to replace my wife's 2006 Acura TL. Jeannie Peikert was our sales person and was fantastic! She was always very upbeat and cheerful in every interaction we had with her both on the phone and in person. She kept us up to date with the progress of this special built automobile from the moment we ordered it, through each stage of build and until it's arrival at your dealership. She thoroughly explained the functionality of the automobile to my wife and called us back after a few days of ownership. Even though the showroom was in its final stage of completion it was meticulous, very inviting and a place one would want to spend time. Great customer service. I had a blast financing my car here. First I want to thank Carl McNeill for taking the time to call me and keeping me updated also helping me to decide on my car. He expained everything that I needed to know from the vehicle. Once I decided on the vehicle he introduced me to Pedro, he helped me understand the car. Also I would say he helped to not lose my patience as he was with me through out the whole purchase. If not for Pedro I would have lost my patience and might would have lost interest on the car. Overall great team.

2013 Premium Mustang Convertible. First let me start with saying that I would not take My Pony to anywhere other than Caruso, but a few months ago I had my brakes done for $279+change and when I brought My Pony in this last time for 'The Works' I was told that I needed to have new brake pads put on sometime in the near future? So, I do not know what is up with this and I really do not want to pay for another brake job (that would be twice within a few months of the same year?)! Could you please look into this for me and let me know what is going on with this? Also, I have not had the recall regarding my airbags done yet, although I have received the message regarding such numerous times.

The experience of having my Ford Focus serviced at Caruso Ford was great from intake to completion. As always, Don took care of the write up, made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge, and explained the service that was completed and what I will probably need at the next service. The work was completed on time, and the car was returned to me clean and ready for the road.

I brought my car in primarily for routine oil change, etc. Since it is still under warrantee, I wanted the mirrors to fold back when the vehicle isn't in use. Jesse Perez checked and "found welcome me home feature was inop. Updated body control module to latest calibration retested passed." It worked beautifully for at least 24 hours, and is once again "inop."

While there for an oil change and tire rotation the service guys discovered a nail in my tire and performed a courtesy patch and then discovered a recall that I had not been notifies about yet and took care of that and still had me out in an hour!

I brought my 2007 MKX in for the 90,000 service and chose to wait at the dealership while my car was being serviced. Although it took much longer than I had anticipated all the staff was professional, friendly and helpful, so I didn't mind the wait. I had a chance to chill out and "really" read a novel which I usually do not allow myself much time to do at home,. Caruso provides you with comfortable lounges, coffee, drinks and other goodies, and they also offer a courtesy car if needed. My car has exclusively been serviced by Caruso (formerly Long Beach Lincoln/Mercury) since I purchased it there 8 years ago, and I plan to continue to do so in the future.

Although my keys were lost at the time I went to pick up my car, Don Mace takes care of me and goes above and beyond to help out in any way, which is always appreciated. The female office staff in the trailer were also extremely courteous and friendly. I cannot recall the name of one of the dark-haired female managers who was there at the time of the ordeal with my lost keys, but she was also helpful and very nice. Sorry I do not remember her name. My keys were eventually found and all was right with me and my Ford Edge. Don offered to detail my car for the inconvenience, which was a nice thing to do. I also would like to thank you for providing shuttle service for the customers. It is a great that it is provided. All the shuttle drivers I have come across are so friendly and pleasant. Being in a customer service based job myself, I understand what it means to provide legendary customer service to those you deal with. Despite a few mishaps here and there with your service department in the past, Don Mace has always stepped up and made things right. He really is the reason I decided to keep my Ford Edge and not exchange it for another vehicle because of the excellent customer service he provides and still continues to do so, whenever I have to take my car in for service. I was delighted with the free complimentary coffee donuts and fruit especially since my kids were with me that day. We were referred to Caruso by Kinecta. Our understanding was that the referral would save us money greater than an Internet deal or a visit to a dealership much closer to home. We were very disappointed to discover that savings on a new purchase weren't any greater with Kinecta. We arrived straight after work and had a significant wait while the offer was being prepared. We needed to eat. I wish the sales associate would have told us it would be a good time to step out for 30 minutes to eat something. Basic human needs were not considered.

I went in for some recall items on my Fusion Hybrid. The service advisor, Jose, was very knowledgeable about the recalls and set me up with a rental. The cashier, Edith, was able to get me a rental similar to my Fusion (newer). I even spoke with Jesse, the service tech, who talked to me about the recall items. Thanks Caruso for having a great staff and handling the recalls with professionalism and speed.

The service lady ( fantastic lady ) had to recheck my battery the mechanic said it needed to b changed; it passed/good when the service lady re-checked using her own machine.The mechanics need to change their batteries for accurate readings NOT MISreadings. I took my car in on 10/10/2015 for an oil change; I noticed just yesterday on my way back from vegas that my next oil change is due on 4/15/2015 according to the sticker ..seriously ? I am a little uneasy questioning if the performance reports are correct; it does not look like the people who perform work on the cars check their work; just hurry it thru it seems like.

2015 Lincoln. Multi-contour seat stopped working. They found and corrected the problem real quick. It failed during a 4300 mile road trip. I tried to get it fixed at a dealer in Fort Collins Colorado and Rapid City South Dakota. Rapid City would give me an appointment in 5 days and Fort Collins was similar. I pulled into Caruso and left the car. They called me within and hour and a half and informed me of the problem was found and they had it fixed. They were washing it and it was ready to pick up. FANTASTIC! No appointment! What service!!!!

Jose was helpful. I do not like the new car rental policy. It was previously possible to rent a car for $35.00 per day. Transmission flush took longer than expected because service dept did not have the correct fluid for my MKZ. Shouldn't that be on site. Jose was helpful.

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport -- this is my 5th car which I have either purchased or leased from Caruso Ford (formerly Pacific Ford). So I have a long history and I have to say I rate them very high on customer service-- that is why I have continued to support them. Fred Sepanlou is my go to guy when I need to purchase a new automobile and everyone in the Service Department does everything they can to make you feel comfortable and to assist you. I have dealt with Juan in the Service Department for years and now he is a manager, that's because he puts the customer first-- way to go Juan. Most recently I was serviced by Richard and Chris and both were top notch. It is in the culture at Caruso Ford - all businesses could take a lesson from them. Keep up the excellent work!!

BTW, there was NOBODY in the waiting room & she was not on the phone... I have a 2015 Ford Explorer. My sales experience was the best! The 1st time I came for service was NOT the greatest. After my experience I had made the decision not to give Caruso my service business. That day, I felt as if now the sales deal is done they could not care less abt the issue I was having with my 4 day old vehicle. It was just before 8 in the morning, the people who check in the vehicles were less than nice (there were 3 of them standing around, I had interaction with 2 of them) and it actually took 20 minutes for someone to come over to me, mind you I was the only vehicle checking in at the time. In the midst of waiting the 20 minutes (after 5-7 mins there) I went and asked a gentleman who was sitting doing some paperwork if I needed to do something or sign in. He looked at up me as if I had robbed him of something. The guy who actually check in my vehicle was a little better but not much. I felt like going out to buy the staff a box of coffee and some donuts to perk them up. I was expecting the service department to offer the same customer service I received during my sales experience and I was GREATLY disappointed. I would think that the service department would go to great lengths to provide excellent customer service, being that a person's repeated experience if the experience is good, will keep a loyal customer such as myself returning to spend my money and refer friends, family, even strangers back to the business who has met or exceeded my expectations. It's called customer relations.Do to circumstances beyond my control, I was FORCED (when I say forced, I called every dealership west of Cerritos and south of the 105 fwy, but no one could take me for at least a week) to take my vehicle back to Caruso for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I may have waited 3 minutes this time, already an improvement bease I was dreading this experience. Thank God for the nice man who helped me. He was very warm, welcoming, and thorough. He explained to me the time it would take, he offered me shuttle service and coffee, and he actually seemed to like his job. I will be returning to Caruso thanks to my last experience, but I am still not 100% sure this is where I will plant my loyalty. I will take each experience as they come and make a decision at a later time.

I brought my Ford Mustang convertible in for service for the first time. I used to go to another dealership and I had to make an appt where I couldn't bring my car in for a week and a half. They type of vehicle we purchased was a 2015 white Ford Explorer. As soon as we got there we were immediately greeted by Tyler we let him know we had spoke to Sterling over the phone and he let us know he was with another customer at that moment but he was more than glad to help us in the meanwhile if we were okay with that. He was very polite and made us feel welcomed and showed us some vehicles we were looking into buying. We left to think about what we wanted to do but went back an hour later. After returning to the dealership Sterling took care of us. We were very happy with the service. The attention that we received was outstanding from all the staff we interacted with. We felt staff there were very sincere and even though sales is part of their job they made us feel good and showed they care a lot about the customers satisfaction. Sterling and his manager made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle we purchased. We left very happy and would gladly refer friends and family to this particular location.

He kept me posted, advised of other repairs that my car needed, which I approved and my car was ready before the estimated time he had given me. My car was washed and vacuumed. I do not know the name of the man who washed and vacuumed the car. Thanks to him for a good job. I am very pleased with the over all service at Caruso. Went in for my 30,000 mile check up. I arrived early and was met by a different service writer as Annette, my usual gal was on vacation. Most always make an appointment but not this time. Met right away and within minutes had a ride home. Was called that my vehicle was ready and I was picked up within 15 minutes of the driver calling me that he would be on his way. Everything was completed and even had a car wash to boot.This is my 4th. vehicle from this agency and I won't deal with anyone else as they are all super. Had a bad experience elsewhere.

We were so impressed with the car deals. Originally we came to see a used flex and ended up buying a new one. I hate the process of buying a car and this time due to the great service It wasn't a long droning process. If we ever need another car, we will definitely make the drive to Carusoin Long Beach as we live in Burbank. We went to 2 other Ford dealerships and they didnt compare to the service at Caruso.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Caruso Ford/Lincoln in Long Beach. I had an electrical problem because my battery had died because the parking lights were left on overnight. I was able to recharge the battery, but decided to take the vehicle in for a 5000 mile check-up and oil change. It was the vehicle's first service and, as a result, there was no charge which I appreciated. In addition to the oil change the tires were rotated and various levels for fluids and air pressure was checked. The service was just fine.

Well, we came in with some credit problems and a tight budget to work within. A few other dealer ships wasn't willing to work with us and wanted us to buy the vehicle they thought we should have totally ignoring what we wanted. Considering how we was greeted at these places, we wasn't too interested in dealing with them either. At Caruso Ford the experience was totally different. We didn't feel snubbed or ignored and at the same time they didn't crowd us or try to force anything on us. Matt and the rest of the crew was absolutely great from start to finish and beyond. Scared by a previous ford vehicle and ford dealer ship, I was not a big fan of Ford vehicles and dealer ships, but this deal is slowly winning me over. I had a recall on my vehicle and originally called and talked with Juan. We set up the appointment for the recall and 4 new tires. When I got to the service department early on the morning of 4/20/2015 I met Jose and thought he was the one who had talked with me. I apologize to Juan. Juan called around 2:30 that afternoon to tell me my car was ready but he recommended changing the cabin and hybrid battery air filters. I told him to please go ahead if it could be done the same day. After work, about 4:00PM I was dropped off at the service department and checked in with the cashier and she said my paperwork was not there and I would be called when my car was ready. Around 6:30 PM Jose noticed I was still waiting around for my vehicle so he did some research and found the paperwork in Juan's office. I was never notified my vehicle was done. Jose totaled it up and turned it in to the cashier and I was finally able to go home. Maybe the cashier could have done some checking to see what the status was on my vehicle when I first saw her and I could have gone home 2 hours earlier. The staff at Caruso is extremely friendly and they seem concerned about waiting time. That's the most important thing to me...how much time am I going to spend waiting. If they say it's going to be an hour then it usually is an hour. My car gets repaired right the first time and I don't need to return. Those are the two most important things wait time and accuracy of repairs. The staff at Caruso is doing a fine job!!

I routinely take my car in for service with Service Writer Don Mace. Don has always been very helpful and ensures that my vehicle is ready in a timely manner. In this particular occasion I took in my 2005 Ford Explorer for routine service and air conditioning problems. I explained to Don how important it was for the air conditioner to be fixed as I was going out of town and needed it ASAP. All I can say is that Don made it happen. My vehicle was ready the next day before noon. Throughout the years Don has done an outstanding job. Most importantly he has been honest and that makes the experience well worth it.

We were there for our VIP service for my Mazda CX7. Our experience from start to finish was great. First of all, we thank Caruso for honoring our VIP service that we had with the previous dealer. Second, the service manager, I believe it was Don, listened to what we said and made sure that he took care of us. We have this feeling that if your service people are this responsive, the sales people will be as well. We will undoubtedly visit Caruso when we look for our next car.

After inquiring online about new Ford F150's for 2014, their website will send your request to 3 nearest dealers in the vicinity of your home address. Caruso Ford was one of the dealerships that responded and gave me information how to look at their stock on hand. The other dealers only wanted to know "When can you come in"? I guess to just find out if you're a buyer or a looky-lou. The Fleet Sales Manager from Caruso Ford contacted me and immediately gave me the cost numbers for a buy and numbers for a lease. When I mentioned to the other two dealerships that I was looking at vehicles within a particular MSRP range, they then gave me numbers, however, those numbers did not include things like Tax, License, etc. which made the Buy or Lease numbers quite a bit lower than Caruso Ford. When questioned about any additional costs they were very vague until I insisted to see exactly what my cost would be. Subsequently I leased a 2015 F150 Lariat for just a few more dollars per month then leasing a 2014 F150 Lariat from Caruso Ford. Being up front with me as a customer and buyer means everything to me and the seemingly underhand methods used by some dealerships show that they don't really care about their customers or whether they come back again for another vehicle in the future. My salesperson, Jeannie Peikert was by far the best car salesperson i've experienced in my life. Just try Caruso Ford if you're in the market for a new or used car, and you won't be disappointed if you ask for Jeannie.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Caruso Ford. There was no pressure, but I was instead given all the answers to questions I had, and that led me to buying a brand new car when I had actually gone in just to look at a slightly used car. My salesman was Pravin Thakkor, and Victor Gomez was his sales manager. Both men made us very comfortable from the moment my wife and I arrived. Pravin has been there 20 years, and really knows all the features and how to work the electronic screens on the new cars, that can otherwise poise a bit of intimidation to me and others. He was really good at explaining how to operate it. Go to Caruso for a great buying experience.

2015 Ford F-150 Lariat. The ordering and purchase of my new truck was a very nice experience. No problems with Caruso Ford. My big problem is with Ford. I am not happy with their quality. There is a scratch that had touch up paint globbed on and a section of the door frame that was left unfinished. (Not enough paint and no clear coat!). The dealership is making arrangements to correct this flaw....meanwhile, I am inconvenienced with no truck for a week. NOT HAPPY!

Oscar got the parts for our F350 within a few days, replaced our radiator under the warranty and we were back on the road. I used the shuttle service twice and it was very easy and convenient. The driver was polite and pleasant. Thank you Caruso Ford. The Truck center needs some love and remodeling. Waiting there is painful and you feel like your in time-out. It looks like the leftover dealership compared to Caruso Ford regular store.

great service, prompt time from turn in to getting back the vehicle. the only thing id recommend is that although i love the printouts saying what the vehicle needs in the future in terms of work. the service advisor should not be so quick to recommend services that may not be needed without taking a look at the car.case in point i went in the get new brake pads cause that's what the printout said i needed from the last oil change. i did not think i would need my rotors cut just because the pads were getting low. i wasent feeling a pedal pulsation, or pulling to either side, so no symptoms. but the adviser said i needed it anyway. hey i may be wrong and you need your rotors cut regardless when getting new pads. but if the rotors aren't warped, could you at least take a look to see if they NEED it before saying they do? also my adviser was very professional and prompt and courteous. so no fault to him there, he is a good dude.

I was looking at the ford website and found a lease deal for the Flex. My sales associate (Marvin Elied) was able to find me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and at a price I could afford. I was told about all the features on the vehicle and in a way I could understand. We bought a beautiful Ford Explorer SUV. Mansur Malikov asked how he could help us as we exited our car, and proceeded to guide us to the car that was just what we were looking for. We took it for a test drive, and he answered all of the questions we had. He was very patient showing us how all the fun additions to the car worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He also showed us where the service department was, if we ever need it. When we were ready to talk about buying it, he let us talk to the Sales Manager Matt Soliman. Matt was just as patient and helpful answering our questions, and giving us a great deal; including a fair price for our trade-in. Next we meet with the financial officer, who was also very helpful and personable as he got all of our paperwork done, in record time I might add. He also offered a free class to learn how to use all of the features in the car. Before we left, we also met the Sales Director, Tom Arthur, who made sure all of our needs were being met.I also talked with one of the service team members, Dan, about some questions I had regarding the Sirius radio. He answered all of my questions, and offered to meet with me to answer any other questions I had so he could show me on the car. The entire Caruso team was fantastic! They all seemed to care about making us happy, and giving us what we wanted. They were all so positive and helpful, and they all looked like they enjoyed their jobs. it was definitely a positive experience. We will definitely go to them first the next time we are looking for a new car. Thank you Caruso Ford team!

This experience is being shared as a service improvement tip. Car dropped off for 'Recall' Service at 11am; left to run errands until informed by the service department that vehicle was ready and to retrieve it at that time; they'd be there til 7 pm. Two hours later, I was dropped off, directly paid cashier who called for my car; said it would be brought out in a few minutes. Well, that wait turned into approximately 25-30 minutes! When I went to inquire of the delay 15 minutes later, I was told it was being washed at that time. Now don't get me wrong....I DO LOVE the COURTESY of my car being washed... for FREE! But when a customer shows up, pays for service to pick up the car it may be better for the service manager of cashier to inform customer: IF the car has NOT been washed YET, BUT IS on it's way to be washed! Then the customer can say: "Oh, OK I'll wait...thanks" or "Nevermind, I need to leave now, but thanks!" This way, the Customer KNOWS WHY they are waiting SO LONG for the car to be brought out AFTER being called and told 2-hours earlier that the CAR IS READY! Of course if the customer is on premises waiting, they would more than likely be told the car is ready AFTER it has been washed and driven out. Thanks!

We have a 2011 Explorer. First new car we ever owned. We bought it from you. Every time I have brought it in for service has been a really positive experience. Everyone has been exceptional. I have always dealt with Don Mace in your service department and he has always been absolutely great. I have always been made to feel cared about. We have always stayed away from "car lots" because of the treatment one receives from the salespeople. Not so at Caruso Ford. You guys have made a special effort to be a really class act, and you have succeeded completely!!!

I thought I could only afford a used one but sacrificing leather, sunroof and keyless ignition I was a letter to get brand new Escape with Navigation and I have been using it daily. everyone was friendly. chris helped me with all the questions I had about how to use sync. I even called him yesterday to help set my hatchback from opening so high. my family and I love Caruso Ford. I would also like to say Brian the gm is the reason why we go back to Caruso. I own a 2009 Escape. One of the enjoyable experiences I always have is visiting with a gentleman affectionately known as "The Mayor", Paul Lavalley. Paul sold me my vehicle on my baby daughter's birthday May 5, 2009 and he has been a trusted friend and confidante since. Your dealership is fortunate to have him and he deserves many accolades. My service experience was handled very, very competently and thoroughly to which I owe a great deal of gratitude to my Service Advisor Annette. She is one of the most friendliest, kind, and warm people I know there. Also, I am unable to recall the cashier's name, but she is always very helpful and professional when I've dealt with her; and she's quite cute too (LOL). The staff was helpful and courteous. Whoever washed my car did not notice I had just had a car wash (an hour earlier) so they ended up leaving water marks on my recently washed grill. To make matters worse, whoever washed my Ford Fusion did NOT take the antenna off so my antenna ball ($14.95) was destroyed. I'm writing this review because this is not the first time this happens and it's really infuriating to have your car left dirtier than when it arrived.

Impressed with Staff's knowledge.However, I understand that there was a technical service advisory on the software issue that caused my battery to be drained and the car unable to start. This is a brand new car with only 5,00 miles. I was not notified to bring the car in to be serviced. As a result I had to deal with this on a morning when I had 2 important appointments and had to make alternative transportation arrangements and deal with roadside assistance later in the day. All in all it was very stressful and sounded like it may have been avoided if I had received notification of the advisory

great job, clean, one to one service appreciated, and always feel like I was taken care of. wish the notes were more complete for return visits. I am not very good with paperwork and it would be nice to have the previous notes for follow up on any warning areas. In the past, I received a green/yellow/red checklist of items that might need maintaining. I didn't get that for this last visit.

Everything with the service went find. The only problem that I have is when I brought my Escape in for the recall repair, my review camera stopped working. I took it back to the Ford service center and they told me that it wasn't their problem and that the recall repair should not have anything to do with the rear view camera. I took it back to Auto Pacific were I had it installed and they couldn't find any reason for it not to be working and told me the only thing that they could do would be to uninstall and re-install it, which would cost me an installation fee. Other than the fact that I got no discount because of the recall (which did cause the car to have a different feel when driving) and causing the inconvenience of not having my rear view camera which I paid over $1300. for, I would have to rate ford excellent!!! It has been the only model of car that I have ever purchased and the first time that I have ever had a complaint.
