Eugene in particular handled all aspects of introducing me to to a new technology and financial arrangement in the most substantial and enjoyable way possible: How to work the car, rebates, how to find charging stations, which apps work best. Overall he handled expectations to the point that even when I had a serious reservation about the price he was able to credibly explain. I am super happy with the Carson Team and to be doing more for the environment!

I.d then made arrangement to come down to their dealership to look at the vehicle that was on sale and discuss terms for purchase.A few days later, I had secured financing to close the deal and pickup the vehicle from the lot.I had a great sales experience with Eugene and Jaime in closing the deal on my purchase on my new truck.

My first contact was from Gloria Vasquez through Email and phone. She was very persistent but very professional. The 2016 Nissan Rogue I wanted had come in and Gloria set me up with Justin Murillo (Sunday Oct 30 2016) to go over the car. I worked with Justin on the terms of buying with my trade in. He understood what I wanted and made it happen. Justin is a great guy. He knows the product and was talking a little fast for me, but I just asked questions. Also dealt with Jorge Villegas who is also extremely helpful. I can say they both make a good team. Finance man Mehdi Farrahi also made everything smooth, explained every detail easy for us to understand. Left this dealership satisfied and excited to drive a new 2017 Nissan Maxima.

I came here for my first maintenance in the morning for my 2016 Sentra, and after it was all finished my car felt brand new again! Jeff was awesome about everything and did the maintenance for the car. He really listened to my concerns about the cars handling, mainly on the vibrating steering wheel at freeway speeds. After inspection he mentioned there was a bent rim on one of the front wheels from hitting a curb (ouch) and that a wheel alignment will be needed to correct it and a slightly crooked steering wheel because of it. The only thing is that it is EXPENSIVE. $400 for a wheel alignment? That is insane... but it is from a dealership service and they do care for your new car if maintenance is needed so it should be expected. Other than that they changed the oil/oil filter, rotated the tires, did a recall maintenance on the car which I wasn't aware of, and aligned the bent rim (I think) all for free for a first time customer (woo!). Even better, it was all done in about an hour, and my car was washed, even after I told them not to, lol. Employees there were very courteous and helpful overall and I felt it was worth heading there. But just a heads up, if going for a lot of or major servicing I'd recommend heading there early in the morning since it's the least busiest with no appointments.

This is a delayed review, but just wanted to acknowledge the people that helped me purchase a new car here! As a first time car buyer I just felt weary of offers at car dealerships but here they were very straightforward and they will work with you if you are a little tight with income. Originally I was looking to purchase a 2016 Versa SV, but got a better offer and promotion getting a 2016 Sentra S instead. Things went smoothly overall, and when there was a mistake with the estimate for the car, after showing them the recommended price on TrueCar, they went and adjusted the price of the vehicle immediately after, which lowered my finance APR from 10% to 4.9%! My credit score was in decent shape (between 694-745) so I felt that it's one of the reasons they were willing to work with me getting this car. Unfortunately I had to drop the extended warranty later on, but even that went well without any hesitation. I really enjoy driving my 2016 Sentra now and I want to thank Eric, Fidel and Roland for being helpful and awesome overall with the whole car purchase experience!

I drove into the customer service bay around 7:30 AM, and a customer service rep immediately came out and signed me up. Then we went inside and he registered me on the computer. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Where do you get customer service like that?And then I asked him if the customer shuttle was available; it was, and I got on board and was dropped off in front of my work place. I went in as a first time buyer to purchase or lease a car. I had already been disappointed from other dealerships so I was a bit biased as to whether I was going to find the right car and at the right price. To my surprise I did, I was received at the front door by Antonio who quickly went on to show us pre-certified cars as well as new cars. I found the car I wanted a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I was a bit over the price range that I was looking at but what i loved the most is that Antonio quickly took us inside to talk numbers. That was ultimately the most important part. We were negotiating and Irvin was a huge help in making sure that I got what I wanted at the price that I wanted. Everyone here is amazing and I truly appreciate you all helping me find the car for me.

Purchased a brand new 2016 Silver Nissan Sentra for my daughter, although Peter wasnt in the office because it was his day off, he was very helpful in answering each and every one of my questions, even called in for me and made an appointment with another one of his colleagues. Over the phone Peter disclosed what I could approximately be paying monthly and which cars would be best for my college daughter that drives long distance on a daily basis. Before arriving Peter called Lai Ce and advised her of what cars I was interested and an estimate of what I wanted to pay monthly, as soon as I got there she already knew what I was looking for, we test drove both a Versa and a Sentra. She broke down prices to both cars and tried to get me the best deal possible. She had wonderful service, and was very patient. Overall my experience was over the top, Carson Nissan has 2 great employees, Peter for being helpful and taking the time on his day off to help before going in person and answering my questions, Lai Ce for great service and explaining everything my daughter needed to know about her brand new car.

Carson Nissan's service dept is open on Sundays, at which time i had service on my 2008 Nissan Rogue. The service technician was very nice, professional and attentive to all of my question and i do mean i had a bunch of them. He was patient and clear when he explained and answered them AL to the fullest. My vehicle was services in a quick and timely manner and the technician was very genuine, making sure i understood what was done and what needed to be done on my next visit. Me and my wife was driving going to long beach. We pass by the car row's on 233rd st. As we pass by nissan i an ads on big savings, so why not drop by to check it out and no plans on buying a car (even a new 1) as we park a salesguy approach us and greet us with a pleasant smile and friendliness in his face. So we look around and saw a white sentra on the far end. The salesguy didnt force us to buy but he rather explain the pros and cons and explain what a sentra is and we're hook and after midnight (yes pass 12:00 am) i drove home with a new 2016 nissan sentra sv. Horrible service department every single one is incompetent. In the last month my wife has taken in our 2007 Altima twice for general repairs or maintenance and both times they have either misinformed her about repairs and not done what walked of them. The first time she took it in the breaks were squeaky they told her it was low on break fluid and that was the cause so they added fluid . Also the upper radiator hose was torn and that would cost upwards of $300. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced it for $60. The second time was Labor Day weekend. She took it in for an oil change which usually takes them a few hours to do, this time it took all weekend. She dropped it off Saturday morning we never received a call that it was ready so we called them to find out that the oil change we requested was never done. What they did instead which apparently took a whole day was investigate why the check engine light was on. So we waited Sunday for a call from them to hear nothing back. We finally gave the service department a call to find out the were closed for the rest of the holiday weekend and couldn't pick it up till Tuesday. Which meant we had to find another form of transportation to work and back. Upon picking up the car I find out that the are charging me $160 for an oil change and supposed diagnosis of check engine light. Never once did I get a phone call ,email ,text ,Morse code or any type of other communication from anyone in service about what they were doing to my vehicle. I asked "Chris" the service advisor I had been dealing with to get the service manager "Roy" apparently he was of that day how convenient. speaking with "Chris" He said in order to get my car back I had to pay for what was done ,so I did fifteen minutes later they bring my car out they didn't even have the courtesy to wash the dang car. I have purchased 3 cars from them and would expect better customer service than what was provided I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I called and he held the car. The process was very smooth with Eugene. The financial part was another story. That was about a 2 hour wait. That was not appreciated.

My wife and I visited Carson Nissan last Tuesday to try out the Nissan Rogue. We were greeted warmly by Justin Murillo. He was very helpful and accommodating. He took the time to answer all of our questions and we never felt rushed or pushed into buying or making a decision. We had told him that we would not be buying that day as we needed to do some more research and would come back over labor day weekend when there were more deals and give him a chance at our business. The same day Jeremy Rybak the Sales manager also came to meet us to explain some of the financial possibilities that were available to us. He also was thorough and easy to work with. Later in the week we found some deals on TrueCar.com and we called Justin with the numbers we had gotten giving him the chance to better this price. He did!! Within an hour Justin was able to get us a better pricing with more features. So, all we had to do is drive into the lot, fill out the paper work with the finance department and drive away with a shiny new Nissan Rouge with a full tank of gas.. Thank you Justin and Jeremy for making this such a great experience.

Even though it was a very busy day when I brought my car in for its regular mileage maintenance, John Ancheta took care of me as soon as he could. I expected to be there an hour or more because of the number of customers at the waiting area and the cars lined up to be serviced. When I went into Carson Nissan in May 2015 to trade in my Maxima for a Juke it has been nothing but stress on me with phone calls from a debt agency hounding me with phone calls that I need to pay $12933.42 . Which I don't have. Peter Cho told me to ignore the phone calls and any incoming bills, that I don't have to pay them. He told someone else that too just before me the same thing he said your credit will be shot for a while but you done have to pay anything n the Maxima any more. You must not talk to that family member anymore or Friend. He told a bunch of lies he is a big bad person. Making it look like it was all ok. Peter you said I don't have to pay. Nothing. Peter Cho how long must I be stressed over something like this. This is not the way to do business. Making customers think it's ok. Shame Shame Peter. I will not tell a soul to go to Carson Nissan and buy a car ever, ever again.

Had my oil change for my 2015 pathfinder and car wash with their $28.28 website deal special. Everything was taken care of and had me out of there a happy customer!!! Just chilled in the lounge and watched tv till everything was done. Don't waste your time at the gardena nissan, these guys are way better and the lounge area is more comfortable with free popcorn and free coffee/espresso machine.

I have been coming to Carson Nissan for about 3-4 years now and I must say I've been really disappointed this last year with how things have been. First off let me say the staff is always amazing here. Everyone is so polite and helpful. My most recent issue with Carson Nissan is it took me one month to get in to get a basic oil change. The reason for this is because, it would've taken anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours. Yesterday took two hours to get my oil change, which is crazy when they have express service. I tried six different times on different days and still the same thing. Plus you can't make an appointment for an oil change. I'm a nurse and I have limited time due to a hectic work schedule. This dealership is five minutes from my job and fifteen from my house . But now it seems I will need to go thirty mins away from my house to get an oil change done in a timely manner. Yesterday took two hours for my oil change. I really love the people here but my time is limited.

I have been coming here to have my car serviced for several years. They always service my car quickly and without trying to sell me anything I don't need. This time, my car needed major work; my transmission and radiator broke down. The cost to repair was greater than the value of the car. Prior to this, I was considering a new Infinity anyway, but the thought of going to see a car salesman was quite frightening. Since I knew the 'low pressure" attitude of the personnel here at Carson Nissan, I decided to stick with another Nissan. Whilst I was waiting, I researched the inventory via my cell phone. During my research, I saw Linda Webber's name, so I contacted her. Linda was very friendly and caring. She understood my fear of "sharks." Linda hooked me up with Eugene Cho. Eugene was very patient and was not pushy. I even had to break for lunch and Eugene stuck around even though he was supposed to be off for the rest of the day. Eugene sold me the Maxima with Platinum trim. He made sure the process was painless and made sure it went smoothly. Whilst the car was being detailed and fueled, Eugene went over deliver details. Excellent customer service!

I bought my SUV in June Fernando was my sales guy. The process was easy and took about the time one would expect. Fernando was awesome that day..rockstar sales guy. My problem is they wont call me. they call my husband (who doesnt drive this car or know much about it) and, he gives them my number and they never call. He told them they forgot to hand me my owners manual...its been a month still no manual or call. I dont know how to use my bluetooth or satellite radio. As a matter of fact i cant figure most of the car out. its very frustrating. So if you buy a car from this place, once they have your money they could care less about you.

I participated in the state of California's "Replace your Ride" event. This program has rules and regulations that have to be followed by the dealer in order to get your down payment paid by the program. The first dealer I went to knew nothing about how the program worked, even though the dealers must be registered in advance to participate in the Replace your Ride program. When I came to Carson Nissan they knew all about the program. Fidel was great and very knowledgeable. He helped me get the best used car for my budget with a warranty!!!!! There was no pressure from him to get into a new car at all. I told him up front what I needed and he showed me all my options. If you have an older car and live in SoCal google "Replace Your Ride" and sign up. Then go see Fidel with the down payment money the state of California gives you and get into a Nissan.

But that was not the case, Product Specialist Oscar Rodriguez asked me what model car was I interested in ? I need a car to go back and forth to work nothing more nothing less and I saw the add for the 2016 Versa and Sentra that seemed to fit my cause. At the end I decided on the Versa. When the sales manager came over I'm like okay this is were everything get out of control real fast!!! But it didn't. What the heck is going on here? Then I met with the finance manager same thing the monthly payments went down even further. Now I am looking over my shoulders like is this real ? I guess it was real because I drove away in shinny new Versa on 6/11/2016 !!!! I will tell anyone who will listen go to Carson Nissan my experience with them exceeded my expectations !!!!

Came in for extra key. A complimentary inspection was done - a rear lower control arm bushing was tearing and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Since we JUST bought the car, went back there and they wanted their mechanic to look at it. Theirs found zero problem. Took it for a 3rd opinion - same diagnosis- nothing wrong at all, after all, it only has 46k miles on it, virtually new. Feel like dealership wanted to just sell unneeded work to an unsuspecting woman,making it sound like a safety issues that had to be dealt with asap, for $1054 not including taxes (another $94.86).

During my last visit at Carson Nissan for service, I was greater with a helpful hand. I own a 2014 Nissan Altima and had a couple issues regarding the breaks and sound system. Danial, the service rep. Helped me with all my issues and assured me that my car would be read with in 2-2 1/2 hours and it was. I was called 5 min before my car was ready and they even gave me a car wash, I left the dealership satisfied with the results. I would recommend this dealership to any family or friend.

We went to get our car service. We were attended right away. I was told it will take a few days to order a part for our car. We were immediately offered a rental car. The service tech went out of his way to accommodate us. My husband and I were so happy with the attention we received. We highly recommend Carson Nissan!

To start off, I found the 2015 Black Edition GTR on carguru.com and called in for an appointment.Jaynner, who was a new salesman, approached us to cater to our needs and inquiries of the GTR they had in stock.I didn't want to spend more time on back and forth negotiations so I requested Jaynner to bring the sales manager for us. Jaynner immediately responded to our request without hesitation. The sales manager on duty that answered our request was Irvin Vasquez. He was courteous and the best part is that he went straight to the point of the price. No games and hours of negotiation necessary. Jaynner was also by our side and was knowledgeable in assisting Irvin. We decided after a few hours, we came to an agreement on the price. Price was great. However, after purchasing the car and doing some final check ups before taking it home, we discovered that the floor mats were missing, the owners manual was not present, and the oem jack was not inside the trunk. Jaynner has contacted me personally to inform me that the items missing will be delivered in a timely fashion. Other than the minor issues stated above, I am very satisfied with my GTR. I want to personally thank Jaynner for taking care of us and going above and beyond to connecting with us as car enthusiasts.Jeff

First of all don't take this as me being negative about the dealership, but at the same time i don't want this to happen to anyone else. I got my first financed car with this dealership at the end 2013 and they were very friendly and helpful at the time. I wasn't having good credit so i had a co-signer for my loan and the only reason i agreed to the loan from nissan motors was because i was told i could refinance with them in one year if i made the payment regularly and take my co-signer off the loan. After the first year i went back to talk to them about the refinance and i was told i have to wait more which disappointed me because that's not what i have been told when i bought the car. I recently saw an email from the dealership saying i could refinance for a better apr so i replied to the email and i got a reply back saying they can offer refinance options but when i replied with the car details but never got a reply again, i tried to reach them back and the same result. They might not be able to help me out but letting me know that they can't help would be appreciated than not replying to me.

I just bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from them for $22,000, and is been a nightmare for me. The car won't just work right.. I have returned it twice for repair but the problem persist, I have also taken the vehicle to a mechanic and they said that the vehicle has no mechanical problem. The car vibrates while accelerating and also skips when you about to move. Am actually looking at seeking legal help to see if I can return the vehicle for another one.

I want thank the Sales and Service department. Daniel Rivera, John Ancheta, Nelson Thomas and Christopher from the Service department. I was there to have my Cube look at as there was a minor problem. At the same time we in the market for a new car. I had my eyes set on the Sentra SV. Blue or if I wanted to incite speeding tickets, Red!. We test drove the blue SV and immediately loved it. Next we assumed the position of buyers and some negotiation began. John made adjustments and we ended up with a pretty good deal......next off to Nelson, who was very attuned to our needs. Anyway somewhere in there was a "Sold" I noticed a small tiny something only the new owner would noticed. a small (very small) scratch. I want to get a hood protector but can't find them.

Jeff Morgan greeted my like an old friend. He listened to my service request and completed the work in a timely manner. Service tech made some recommendations which Mr Morgan related to me and without any pressure to have the work done. I decided to do the work and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle Mr Mirgan apologized saying the car wasn't vwuite ready. He discounted the price for the inconvenience. I didn't expect that but it is greatly appreciated A true professional Mr Morgan. Can't say enough good things about Linda Webber too. Linda sold me the vehicle and stays in touch to make sure my service needs are met. Carson Nissan is a great place to buy and service a vehicle!

In the waiting area, there is a brochure that lists all the items that they check while they have your car. One of them was tire pressure. When I came in, my passenger side rear tire had 27 lbs of air pressure. When I drove home, I remembered and checked the tire pressure and it was still 27 lbs. while the other 3 tires had 34 lbs or air pressure. The staff is super nice and very courteous. They returned my car washed and very clean. Except for the hood. They only cleaned half of it and you can see the part they cleaned and then the dirty haze from where they didn't clean it. Christina Martinez was excellent. I don't think she is the one who looks under the hood and reviews if the work has been done. I think it is the people who work in the garage who forgot to check the tire pressure.I would definitely go there again, but this time, I need to be alert to make sure that they do and check the things the service brochure says they check.

I had a lot bad customer experiences at Gardena Nissan Service after my Service Advisor left and started to work at Carson Nissan. I thought she was still at the Service Department but found out this was not the case. So I ended up with David Barrientos, who is great, always smiling, and explains in details the recommended services. My oil changes are done within 30 minutes without a car wash and 40 minutes with car wash.

I made a visit to the dealership on 3/10/16 because my ac was not working. After my car was checked I was advised that the ac condenser was cracked and leaking and it would cost me $990. Per the service rep Chris and Wendy it was not covered under warranty. So I took it upon myself to go to a different nissan dealer to get a second opinion. The other dealer advised me of the same issue. The difference is that the other dealership was willing to assist me and provided me with excellent customer service. With manager approval my car was repaired at no cost. I was also provided a loaner car. When I left you guys you only provided me with a shuttle ride home. I am very disappointed with Carson Nissan. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I would never refer a new customer to your company. I am very upset with your establishment. To have another Nissan dealer provide me excellent customer service is very important as a consumer. I am very disappointed in you guys. Then to have Wendy call me back and tell me whatever the rep said is what it is. Shame on you guys.

They were courteous, fast, and advised me of any needed maintenance concerns. They even washed my car. I will continue to take my car there for service. I highly recommend this service center.

"Van Man" Max, who sold me the van, is always good at catching up with me on my many travels as I wait, and I always have another great story of where ELSE I have driven the van. David Barrientos.....my service rep. today is another winner in the line up of Service Reps Carson Nissan has. Past experience with Christina and Jeff was the best and David was no exception. Right off the bat I approached with high anxiety because the ABS light on the dash was periodically going on and I saw $'s in the future. His attention to the state of the customer (me) was exceptional. With knowledge about this problem he relieved my anxiety stating that it just may be a minor brake problem. To my surprise, there was no problem, everything checked out and he explained fully what condition my car was in.....thumbs up big time! Thank you David\NIssan.A little side story to explain my allegiance to Nissan; About 6 months ago I was in a pretty bad accident with my Cube coming home from work. I was stopped in traffic on the 91 west when a car at full speed slammed into the back of me pushing be forward into the car in front of me.....and him into the next. Believe it or not I wasn't injured....shaken up, yes. At high front end impacts the airbags would normally go off.......great brakes and bumper system....it worked perfectly. The rear was damage badly but the car held up and kept me from getting injured let alone badly injured. I hold Nissan's great cars for the incredible outcome from this accident. There isn't a single person I know I haven't told this story to. This is my second Nissan and I will soon be on my third (with in a few weeks) encouraging my son to do the same. Anyway.....I can't say enough about Carson's Service "give 'em a raise" and the Nissan Brand! Thank You! Mike Muscarella

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not push you into buying additional services/ products you don't need. If you just need an oil change, it can be done in under 20 minutes. They even wash our car! When I went to the cashier to pay for my services, she knew exactly who I was and which vehicle was mine; she immediately called for my vehicle to be sent to the customer area. My service adviser stopped what he was doing just to tell me, "Good night." Excellent, friendly service!

We live in the San Diego area and were very impressed by the Carson Nissan's customer reviews. We knew exactly the new car we wanted, including exterior and interior color and extras. Linda Webber, the Internet Marketing Director, was able to find the exact car we wanted within 24 hours at the True Car price, which was substantially below the MSRP. Lai-ce Shum, Internet Sales Manager, facilitated obtaining Nissan financing and scheduled delivery to our home. It was only eight days from my original contact with Linda to the new car's delivery to our house. A visit to the dealership in Carson wasn't required as all the details, including financing, were handled through e-mail and telephone contacts. I already knew what I wanted to buy before I went in. I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue. Oscar Rodriguez was gracious and friendly, and answered my questions honestly. The negotiations for the purchase were direct and fair, and I did not get the feeling I was being pushed into something I would later regret. overall I was happy with the product and the price. Furthermore, Oscar kept following up with me about the questions I had after the sale was already consummated. He was diligent about getting me me a manual and an auxiliary cord that did not come with the car. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend Carson Nissan and especially Oscar Rodriguez to anybody looking for a Nissan.

After riding the bus for a month and taking the advise of a bus driver, I went into the Carson Nissan dealer with no expectations of going hpme with a car. Eugene Cho was expecting me and I also thought he would tell me the same old thing "YOU NEED MORE...!!! (money, credit, financies). The main thing is HE LISTENED! and related to my situation. My family and I did not have to go home on the bus that night and was saved from the cold and rain that followed the next day. Was having issues with one of my tires. After 3 visual inspections, dismounting and dunk tests i kept being told there was nothing wrong, when literally everyday my tire preassure light went on and there was obvious sign my tire kept losing air. I was so dissapointed that some employees kept giving me the round around I felt so helpless but then my husband told me he would take care of it by coming with me on my next service appointment. Thankfully the day came and we were helped by David, he was so courteous not like the other fellas that helped me in the past. We also asked to speak to Roy and he reassured us that he was going to fix the problem and not let us leave without figuring out the problem. Sure enough they found the issue and there was something wrong with my tire all along. There was a nail that was causing a slow leak. Thank goodness this issue was resolved once and for all. I had been driving around with a nail in my tire for 4 straight months and thanks to David and Roy I was given a brand new tire! :)

On Saturday I went into Carson Nissan looking for a car. Right away "JJ" Jan Josef greeted us with another sales associate that he was training. JJ was great not only was he friendly, he was smart and answered all my questions. He walked my family and I thru the whole car buying experience. I am especially thankful for his time and hard work getting me the car I wanted even when there was a mix up and I found out the car I wanted was also being sold to someone else. not much for ever writing reviews ,but I feel that this is seriously a review that may lead some one like myself to the happiest place on earth (no I'm not talking about Disneyland ).I listen to am radio and have always heard this guy jerry Reynolds the car pro on KNX1070 always giving solid advice when dealing with vehicle purchase or lease .I was looking to buy out my lease on a 2013 Nissan sentra .jerry recommended that I go see Linda Webber at Nissan in the city of carson . My experience with Linda has been by far the best from the time that I called to the end . As I stated I came in to do a lease buy out , they had to inspect our vehicle so we had some time to kill .so my wife and I checked out some new cars on the lot .Pepe Cespedes helped us out and giving us the difference on the newer cars and let me tell you this guy was so patient with us , he listened to us and never tried to pressure us at any point to purchase anything.in the end Linda Weber was REALISTIC with us showing 2 options the lease buy out vs. financing a 2015 Sr . I'm all about #s and it only made sense to finance a new vehicle at 0% intrest . there really are no words that I can say how great our experience has been in dealing with all the staff at Nissan of carson . As we waited to seal the deal Linda and Pepe came to check in on my family and I.once we decided on the vehicle Pepe showed us how the new added features work . they had jumpers for the kids ,burgers on the grill and the atmosphere was great. I believe in the 4hrs I was there roughly 7cars were sold (amazing). many many thanks to Linda Webber , PePe Cespedes,Jaime Navarro and Christina Martinez they made my wife happy .HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE

I was very pleased to have received such great service through out my visit for an oil change and tire check. I was also able to have a very quick and courteous car wash! I arrived just after 7:00pm and my car was ready just befor 8:00pm??? My BIGGEST WISH for this dealership...a better and more comfortable customer waiting room! REALLY, really, I mean REALLY, needs a lot of attention and updating in all areas (furniture style, pleasantness, snacks & beverages; including, cable access TV news and programs! Even the addition of selective "waiting room" music would be a great addition! MOREOVER, Carson Staff members could smile, greet and offer just a little personal acknowledgement of appreciation for your time made available to them at their dealership!!! Having dealt with this dealership on two separate occasions, I have to say that if there is one thing that stands out here, it is definitely it's employees. Everybody I have met thus far has been genuinely kind, and helpful, making the whole experience rather pleasant. The service advisor Carlos Gaspar assisted me with my Nissan 2009 Altima, the issue was steering lock assembly, he went above and beyond assisting me during my service. The repair was going to cost so much that I wasn't sure if I would have the funds to get my car repair. Mr, Gaspar continued to assist me and provided me help to contact the regional office to seek further assistance. The following day I contacted the regional office to report the incident. the following day, we received a call that my car will be taken care of and they had extended the warranty since I've been a loyal costumer to this Nissan dealership. My family and I are grateful because our means of income is having a car to drive to work and I would of missed work if my car wasn't fix as soon as possible. We need to emulate Mr, Carlos Gaspar for his excellent service but more so that he was a concerned individual that understands how important a vehicle is to a working family like myself. I stop by to get an oil change. I get off my car and no body say nothing to me, was 3 service writers two of them busy one wasn't after 5 minutes standing there I walk in and ask for service and the guy who waswas all the way in the right alone didn't even say hi. As soon as I started walking he's way he said they take care of you very rude ( -1 star). I when outside and wait againagain 5min. finally Luis helped me out he was very friendly and polite (3 stars). Service wasn't express they take almost one hour for just the oil changechange (-1/2 star), cashier didn't say a word she wasn't rude but she wasn't nice or politepolite ( - 1/2 star). She just charge me ask me credit or debit.. Those where the points I didn't like but overall was ok I guess. they have done it much better, faster and nicer.

Went in for an oil change and found out my van also needed break pads. David explained why dealing with the "problem" sooner than later would be best for my vehicle and wallet. He then took my paperwork to Roy who called me into his office and the three of us decided to get the job done right away. Preston H. walked by and stopped to talk to me. Helped me when I bought my van there and also when I bought my daughter's car. Was given a loaner car so I didn't have to wait at the dealership while van was being worked on. Always a great experience when going to Carson NISSAN. All people there always smiling , always helpful always feel like they care about me and not just business.

I continue to be impressed by your dealership! I live between two Nissan dealerships and the other one is closer/more convenient, but we were won over by LaiSe for the sale two years ago and now, Daniel Godinez has taken your Service dept to new heights by going above and beyond. Though we initially came in for a service campaign, Daniel also checked a few other items (AC and windshield sprayer) and made sure my tires were rotated. He also gave sound service advice on my electric car, which was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. Keep up the awesome service, Daniel! Went for an oil change and was informed my break pads needed replacing. Wasn't expecting the extra work on my van, but they had the time to get the work done today AND was loaned a car so I didn't have to sit and wait the extra two and a half hours. Bought my van there and have been treated so well that when my daughter got into college bought her car there. Always greeted with a smile . The team there works well together and I feel they all go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I believe CARSON NISSAN IS #1.

At first I was frustrated and disappointed because of the first person in the service department was not very helpful. His name is Chris. He's even very quick to say his name. He doesn't want to help me to get a loaner. So I went to talk to the person who sold me the car (J Anglo) and he's very helpful. He talked to his manager about my problem. So his manager talked to the service manager and finally got my loaner. This is a very new car (3months old) of course this is under warranty no matter what the reason is. Daniel Godinez was the one who helped me. I definitely give him a 5 ratings. He's ver nice, helpful and friendly and I would like also to thank J Anglo and his manager for helping me.

Time is valuable to me. And, Carson Nissan recognizes that it is valuable to all its customers. So when I had to return my new Nissan Altima for tail- and brake- light repairs, it came at a bad time (don't they always?). I was supposed to be giving a sightseeing tour to my visiting brother and sister-in-law. Going without brake lights was a safety concern. So Chris and Christine made sure I had a free loaner car for the day. That was impressive. But so was the fact that when I arrived for the repair, both of them knew what I was there for. There was no need to go through a whole explanation. The whole experience was as expeditious and easy as could be. Thank you, Carson Nissan.

Six months ago I moved to South Bay and wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer service station to keep my 2010 vehicle in good order. I read reviews and chose to try Carson. I paid for a 30k service. Months later I was faced with the potential of having to pay for a repair that I didn't think I should have to pay for. Long story short, the Carson service department placed a higher value on keeping me as a long term customer than to argue against my point. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Carson. I am happy to have found a service department that values me as a customer.

This has been my dealership for some time. I got my car from here in 2006 and I still go to this location for my minor routine service. So good ppl have moved on (Karl) but they have some new blood walking around that are friendlier then old staff members and I like that. When I come in they recognize me and they don't try and sell me on services that aren't urgent and can wait. They've also have referred me to other auto body shops that do cheaper work

abraham has no sales experience. He didn't know what a lease was. He didn't even hook up my phone to my car. John, the manager, did the sale for him. Please train Abraham!!! He lacks the knowledge in the cars and basic sales skills. It saddens me to know that he received commission for this sale.

I' had a small laundry list of preventive maintenance I' wanted done and they took good care of it. I' appreciate the fact I' told them if the air filter needs replaced to do it, and they put in their report it could wait till next time. They didn't just replace it. I' trusted them and they were honest with me.

" when I came to the dealership I was approached by a salesman named Abraham I let him know that I was looking for a manual frontier but turned out they didn't have any. They tried convincing me on getting a automatic 2016 frontier but I'm not a very huge fan of automatic . I wanted a manual vehicle so they showed me the Sentra and versa they had . I wasnt very satisfied with both of them because the lack of features the manual Sentra and the versa had. I was ready to leave to go look at other dealerships inventory but Abraham mention that the Juke comes in manual but in the Nismo version he was very persuasive and I thought what the hell Im gonna stay a lil bit longer. He showed me the features of the car and the color options it came in but there was only one problem . No Nissan dealership had a black with red trim juke Nismo . I was upset I told Abraham that I will come back again in two weeks to see if any are out by then in the color I was looking for . Abraham went to check one more time and came back informing me that they did have the one I wanted but it was a Nismo rs . I was happy but worried about the price of the car . Abraham told me not to worry about it and that they will do everything they could to work something out with me . Long story short after 6 hours at the dealerShip I. ended up buying the Juke Nismo Rs and I am very excited with my decision and will like to thank Abraham very much that he made it Happen . I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come see Abraham.
