I'm happy that there are so many people that had a good experience at this dealership .... at least they didn't waste over 4 hours trying in vain to buy a camry from a seemingly completely inexperienced sales person. He was courteous, nice and was likely trying, but the overall experience was horrible. In 4+ hours of sitting and waiting you can see a lot. There seemed to be two "teams" working. One was the older men that you could tell had been in the industry for years, they were confident - almost arrogant...then there were the 'kids'. The new sales people that were trying, but consistently treated horribly by their older colleagues. Some conversations we overheard were downright uncomfortable for us to LISTEN to, couldn't imagine being the poor guy on the other end. We really wanted to buy the camry - but somehow we just couldn't get to the signature line. They were going to call us in about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes when they were ready for us (we had 4 kids there with us, they were getting VERY bored) but the call didn't come. Not until the following Monday when someone called and asked "what it would take to bring us back in". Um....the call that we were supposed to get on Saturday?!? In the end, we bought a ford. It was a MUCH better experience.

I bought a crrtified used cede on Carlson Toyota in Coon Rapids. I absolutely LOVE the car and it was the BEST CAR BUYING ECPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Preston was my car salesman and he was AWESOME!! No pressure, did not follow me around, found exactly what I was looking for. Loved it!! I recommend Prestin and Toyota to anyone looking for a car!! Preston is the best!! Ask for him??

Stephen Boulka made our purchase at Carlson Toyota pleasant and comfortable. We purchased a 2015 Prius from Stephen and I have never had a more pleasant buying experience than that provided by Stephen and the staff at Carlson.He answered all our questions in a way that gave us confidence in his knowledge and spent the time necessary to make sure that we had a clear understanding of his answer. In working with Stephen he conveyed the feeling that we had his full attention and that his only interest was in making certain that we were satisfied and fully informed.I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and the Carlson dealership to any of my friends

We recently purchased a car and had an amazing experience. The dealership is top notch and a very relaxed environment. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and made it a fun purchase. I bought a used 2012 Hyundai from this dealer and Jihan was so helpful. She made sure I knew how everything worked before I drove away and she had them replace all the tires so it looked brand new!!!

Me and my wife were shopping for Used Camry and went to this place to check out their inventory. The sales person- Jihan had no knowledge about the car. We asked her if Camrys have continuous vehicle transmission and she was stumbling, then she messaged someone and after getting the answer, she told us. It is okay if they do not know something about the car but she cared nothing about treating customers with respect. It was priced way too high compared to other dealers but as we liked the car, we tried to work a deal. She did not even show interest to work a deal. Later we tried to work with a manager and from discussing with the manager, we came to understand that this dealer is so worthless. The manager did not even bother to hear us, he told in an impolite manner that it is the final pricing for the car. We said treating customers impolitely gives no customer satisfaction for someone who is interested in buying from them for which he repeatedly said "I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION". He repeatedly said he is not point blank but kept his conversation point blank. No way they are friendly and no wonder they have such a low rating. The car is still in their lot and it will unless they behave with respect.. Avoid this place !!

This has to be the worst dealership I have ever stepped foot in. I walked on the lot and a young salesman handed me his card and disapeared. He was handing them out to everyone that stepped on the lot. When I decided what I wanted he was no where to be found and I was told I had to deal with him.

Went in on a Saturday (did not plan to buy) and it was busy but they really worked hard to get me the vechicle i wanted and the finiance department was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure, they just wanted me to get the right car for my needs. And i did!!!Thanks Sara and Chad!!

Great place, great people. I was able to find a car, make a del and drive home in leass then two hours. I had visited bith Luthet Toyota dealerships and was turned away by very poor service! Here I was treated very well.
