I contacted the dealership by phone about a car I saw on the website and spoke with Greg. He set up an appointment that was at a convenient time, and had the car ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and knew quite a bit of detail about the car's features. Pricing was reasonable and, while some "back and forth," waiting while the manager is asked was done, (as is usual when buying a car), it was not excessive and was not aggravating at all. We ended up buying the car for what we felt was a fair price and the entire deal was closed promptly and without any issue. The car is great and I would definitely recommend this dealership and Greg Ford specifically.

When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a few people and Harry was notified that I was there for my scheduled test drive. Harry is very knowledgeable about the all the vehicles. He gave me some information that I already knew, but importantly he informed me on many things I did not know. He also knew which car I really wanted without me having to tell him. Once we got in the car for the test drive he continued to give me information about the car from the features on down to the maintenance. Once we were back from the test drive we went inside and the process for the paper was was very swift and smooth. I was there for about 2 hours which is great compared to other places I have been. Harry was very friendly and not pushy at all. I feel like he was looking out for my best interest. Overall I give my experience two thumbs up!

We stand in awe of the customer care exhibited by everyone at this dealership, specifically, Sal Ragano, the sales associate who led us on the journey to select a vehicle. Sal catered to the needs of my handicapped wife and physically lifted her into the vehicle. His kindness towards my wife meant a great deal to me. I was amazed by his detailed explanation of the Capital car buying process, specifically each and every feature on every single vehicle I test drove. While I normally dread the car buying experience and despise a pushy sales rep who tries to pull the whole over my eyes with his smooth talk and lies to make the sale. I never got this with Sal. He was a totally educated, informed and honest employee...there to do a job but did that job with flawless professionalism. Found this dealership to be probably the best buying experience I've had since I've bought cars way back when. I purchased a used 2013 Dodge Challenger and was treated as if it was a new vehicle, some dealers want to push the new inventory but they worked the deal and i left in record time only a couple hours start to finish which in my experience is a quick car purchase.Harry Dew was our sales representative and is very knowledgeable of the product line he deals with. I'm extremely happy and will buy my next car here and only here because they treat you like a customer should be treated.i have told everyone I know of this dealership and Harry. As a car show enthusiast and car show participant i have seen my fair share of good looking cars and Capital CJD has some of the best new cars and used cars I've seen for a dealership.

Sal did all of my paperwork the day I bought the car (which was awesome!), even before going into the dealership, and had my car waiting for me when i got there-Thanks Sal :) Andy was awesome when we test drove the car, answering all of my questions and concerns. I have bought many cars in my time and Capital CJD has been the worst one to deal with. Slow response to e-mails, changing of prices, different quoted prices to different people and when you have a complainant the manager gets the person you are complaining on to contact you. What kind of manager does that? I was ready to purchase a car, not play games. While I am just one person and my business doesn't matter... I hope this doesn't happen often.

I was recently in the market to purhcase my first vehicle. I have been to a few different dealerships, and at every one I felt pressured to make an immediate purchase. I didn't like that because I was simply testing the waters and trying to find a good deal that I would be comfortable making. That's exactly what I found at Capital CJD. I spotted someting on their website that interested me so I have Harry a call. After the test drive I told him that I wanted to think about it for a few days before making the purchse..to my surprise he was perfectly fine with that idea. Because of the friendly and unpressured experience I had, and the fantastic deal they gave me, I was back the next day to purcahse the Jeep. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years but I have never experienced the excellent service I received from Daniel Goodnight at Capital Chrysler in Garner N.C. I had been looking for a car for several months but the other car dealers would not come down to my price range. Daniel was very willing to negotiate price without a lot of hassle and he worked hard to get me me a lower interest rate than what the bank had offered. I walked away with a lower interest rate and a better car at a lower price than other car dealerships had offered in the area. He also went the extra mile to ensure I was fully comfortable with all of the features on my car. Great experience and I hope Daniel stays in the car business because we will purchase all of our future cars from him. If you are looking for a car, go see Daniel!

We had been looking for a used vehicle for a while and saw that Capital CJD had a few vehicles that might satisfy our needs. We arrived at the dealership around noon and we were greeted by a salesman named Courtney Adams who was a polite helpful individual. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a number of vehicles and ended up test driving one. We liked the car but I wanted to check a few other dealerships to make sure that we were getting the best deal. Well after being harassed, shocked by the prices and spending/wasting a couple of hours at the other dealerships we ended back at Capital CJD. I had texted Courtney to let him know we were returning and he met us at the curb. While we were at the other dealerships my wife and I decided we also wanted to look at another type of vehicle before we decided on a car. After telling Courtney this he proceeded to show us a number of that type vehicles and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the selection but most of all the posted prices of the used cars. We found a car that we really liked and at a price that we felt comfortable with. Needless to say we drove away that evening with a really nice used car that we were very satisfied with and with absolutely no buyer's remorse. I would highly recommend Capital CJD for their service, non-pressure sales and their great prices. I would highly recommend this dealership but more importantly this salesman (Courtney Adams) as I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy and in no way was pressured to buy a car. They were there for me.

Awesome experience! We met Shayn Foucault last week and weren't sure what kind if truck we were looking for. Shayn listened to what we wanted and showed us a ram big horn quad cab. They didn't have the exact one I wanted and I had to do some research so he introduced me to his sale manager mike and he told me he could get the truck I wanted when I was ready. I came back Saturday and Shayn got to work on finding us our truck and we got a deal. I recommend capital and especially Shayn Foucault, thanks Shayn for your help and courtesy.

When I had arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel Goodnight promptly. He had asked how everything was going and I explained my situation with current car having engine problems. He showed me the Dodge Darts, which are fantastic cars. While he was waiting for more information from the banks he actually took time to teach me how to drive a standard transmission, which is amazing. I was blown away with him doing this for me. Due to my credit situation we werent able to make a deal on the Dart, but they did have something used on the lot that was about the same and worked hard on getting the pricing down for me. He didnt really make any money from the deal. But I will be dealing with him in the future as he is a great salesman and a great guy.

I was in the preliminary stages of looking for a vehicle when a Capital salesperson, Todd Mckendrick, asked me what they all ask, "What are you looking for?" I then gave him my parameters and thought he would take me to the used vehicles. He did not have a lightly used vehicle that would fit my requirements so he wanted to "go to work" for me and get me into a new vehicle. I was skeptical but, to my surprise, he was able to do just that and beat the price of the competition's used (15,000 mi.) comparable vehicle. Todd was knowledgable and professional and did not go through a lot of silly games. He simply asked me what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and then found it for me. I whole heartedly recommend Capital and Todd Mchendrick.

I went to Capital to after seeing on their website a jeep I was interested in. I was happy to see it was still on the lot and we looked at another one that we were interested in too. Clay Abell came out and spoke with us in detail about them both and then went to get the keys for them so we could see which we would be most interested in. Making a longer story shorter, Clay was extremely helpful, allowed us the time to talk about the differences and we drove off the lot with my new Jeep Wrangler. We received a fair trade in amount for the vehicle we were trading and the whole process was a lot less stressful than I have had in buying a vehicle before. I really appreciated that part!!! I had been to the Raleigh Jeep dealer and the sales person there tried to put me in a vehicle that was totally different than what I had clearly told them I was there for and tried to pressure the sale. I am so pleased we waited and went to Garner and found the one we wanted and was not pressured by the sales person. Clay was great to work with! We had a great experience with the dealership, and especially Clay. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone!

Early this week I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited, 5.7L) at Capital CJD. The Salesperson, Harry Dew, was very helpful and responsive during the buying process. I had an appointment yesterday with Ken Lorbacher to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. My wife and I have been shopping for the past couple of months and were planning on making a purchase within the next 4 weeks. Everybody in this business met me with a smile and a handshake. Ken went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He made every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I walked in for the first time, and within a couple of hours, was on my way home with a new 2013 Dodge Durango. From Ken, to Mike (sales manager), to Curtis (Financing) the entire transaction was seamless and pain free. I would not recommend the service department at this dealer to my worse enemy. My car has been there many times since Feb. 2012 for the same issue and here we are Sept and they still can not fix it. Every time I get it back with in a day the check engine light is back on for the same code. It has been a huge hassle having to keep taking the car back. I specifically bought the car because I travel with my dogs and had to cancel a few trips to compete with them due to the fact that my car was sitting at the dealer and I could not drive it.

I was met with a very friendly hello from Daniel Goodnight, who listened to what type of car I wanted see for my wife to come and checkout for her use. She stayed home and let me do the leg work on a very hot Raleigh summer day. Daniel did not show me anything that did not meet all of the features that were listed as a must. NO HIGH PRESSURE. I looked and said I would be back. The next day my wife came with me to see Daniel, who remembered me and my name, and took the time to show us the cars that really fit her requirements. She test drove the couple that she liked and then decided that she wanted the 2011 Chrysler 200. We had a very pleasant time dealing with Daniel and did not recieve any strong arm tactics from a Manager and anyone else in the showroom. I had a great time joking with him and some of the other sales staff there. I have to say one of my LEAST FAVORITE THINGS to do is going car shopping....this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The whole dealership was low key, wanting to please with as simple and rapid transaction as possible. Our salesman, James Johnson, was very courteous to us throughout the duration of the car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful to a degree that is rarely encountered among car salesmen. The manager was also very helpful, allowing us leave with the vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. yesterday the temps were up around 100 degrees when we decided to head over to look at new Jeeps at this dealership-Mr. Stacy Kinny(sales rep.) met us outside and was pleasnat and patient as we wondered from row to row-peeking at our many choiches! I test drove two cars-A Patriot and a Liberty Limited-and decided my next new Jeep would be this Liberty Latitude! Mr.Kinny has us go inside and we went over the types and upgrades that I would want and which came with which car-I wanted only White-and a few certain items-he came back with the perfect car-right there on the lot! Their wide selection helped in this! ha Mr. Kinny-was the ideal sales person for us-and 3 hours later we were driving our new Jeep home! (with the A/C ON!) haha

Had a great experince yesterday trading in a 3 year old Jeep Compass for a 2012 model. Anthony Turnage was my sales consultant and did a great job explaining the program and putting me in a brand new vehicle. I actually went in to purchase 2 new tires for my other jeep and left with a new Jeep. This might have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I have bought several cars at my age and usually the process is difficult,but after shopping for several days with no good results Capital CJD was my last stop,it should have been my first.I had talked to Clay Abel for about a year or so,I was originally sold a caliber nice car but a little to small foe me so I contacted Clay that night and the next morning about a Avenger,he stayed on his day off after training to put me in the car I wanted,i was unsure of the reaction i was gonna get on that request which is why I would recommend this dealership

I am absolutely in love with my brand new Dodge Avenger bought from Capital CJD. I was having some car trouble and was looking around to find a place that accepted trade-ins in my area. Nick Nichols answered the phone when I called, when I arrived he was very positive and just as excited as I was about getting what I thought would just be a new to me car. I was originally looking to get into another used car but Nick suggested I look at the new ones. I deliver pizza for a living and getting into another used car would just be another car I would have to pour money into in the next year or two. He told me with a new car, if properly cared for, would last me a long long time. So I looked around, found a few that I liked. After talking to the bank found out I was only able to get into the Dodge Avenger. So that is the one I test drove, and fell in love instantly. Nick took his time and spent all day with me. I have had my car for 1 week and 2 days and I still have the hugest smile on my face every time I see it. I would love to give a big thank you to all the guys at Capital CJD especially Nick Nichols and Curtis Driver.

Worked with Ken Lorbacher and Mike Reeves. Both went out of their way to make us an excellent deal. We were pretty adamant about sticking to a budget and price without sacrificing the vehicle that we wanted and they were able to meet our requests! Very friendly and this was our second purchase from Capital CJD.

I bought a new car here in 2008 and last month went to see about possibly trading the car in. They would not give me a trade value unless I was interested in a specific car/truck for purchase. The used car selection was poor for such a large dealership. They did have some good deals going for new cars and trucks.

My mom, daughter and myself went to Capital CJD to see the specials they were running on Dodge Rams. Not really needing a new vehicle, but decided to go anyway. Ken Lorbacher was the person showing us around. We found a truck that we really liked and said lets see if we can make a deal. The process was very quick and painless, and we drove home in a new truck, with a full tank of gas. Ken was so nice and helpful, a top notch salesperson. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would suggest you go to CJD in Garner.

It took ten mins for the parts guy to talk to me while he was taking on the phone and then i ask for my pick up and also to add another item, but he sent the order without the new part. then it took ten more mins to get the other part while he was on the phone. I was the only person at the window.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I was looking for a used Volvo and they had just what I was looking for. Calvin Leech was the salesman that waited on me and he was very attentive to my concerns. I informed them I would purchase the vehicle if they took care of an issue that I wanted fixed. This dealership not only responded to my wishes but since it was a Volvo they had me take it to a Volvo dealer to make sure my car would get the very best checkout it could get. Major KUDOS to John "Nick" Nichols and Barry Driver at Capital Chrysler Jeed and Dodge. I went in the past weekend looking a Dodge Charger and the experience that i had was wonderful. Their customer support is top notch and their pricing in the best around. I went with a set figure and payment, not only did they get me the figure that I wanted BUT they beat it by $45. I was in and out in less than two hours, driving away in a Certified Pre-owned Dodge Charger. I have already several family members and my friends where to go to purchase their next vehicle.
