I think that Jerrell was awesome! Very pleasant and friendly. Handled our problems quickly and efficiently. He is so helpful and give me and friend everything demand we made with no complaints. Very patient and I would recommend him to anyone that needs service done!!

Went in as a first time new car buyer. I was greeted and helped immediately by Lane who showed me the car I was interested in. Both he and Ricky assisted me with the paperwork, going over features, and financing. They really seemed to go out of their way to help me get to a price point I could manage. And we're very accommodating in actually getting the vehicle home. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Cannon moving forward. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in finding a new/used car.

Mr.Ola is the best salesman there is. He can hold a good conversation. He will give you the best advice about cars. You can ask him anything. He will respond to your phone call or text as soon as he can. I was able to buy a nice affordable car. Thank you so much ,Mr.Ola!

Came in one day and was serviced greatly! I was picking out my car within like 30 minutes! These guys are heaven sent! I was really needing a BRAND NEW CAR!!! Mr Ricky is the best and honestly all the men up here are hard working and dedicated to getting you into a ride that day! They don't play with you and was extremely real with me! They were concerned about my overall protection in all aspects! They didn't force me into something I couldn't afford, very understanding of financial needs! These guys are awesome! After called several times and finally talk to one of the sales representatives I asked for the vehicle that I was interested we set up I time to have a test drive since I was going drive 2 hours to get to that place, as soon as I pulled over one of the sales men came to tell me that that vehicle was taken for the owner that morning and they didn't know when he was going bring it back to the lot, SO THANK YOU FOR MAKE ME DRIVE 4 HOURS AND WASTE MY TIME FOR NOTHING

CANNON NISSAN OF JACKSON WAS VERY HELPFUL...I DIDNT GET THE CAR I WANTED BECAUSE OF SOME OTHER ISSUES BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. I AM GOING TO TRY AGAIN AND CANNON WILL BE THE PLACE

Most pleasant car buying I have ever had ! I am 85 and my daughters went shopping for me. The sales people and finance people were very understanding about the fact it would have been very hard on me to come to the dealership. The sales people brought all the paperwork to my house for me to sign ! Thank you Cannon nissan!

Internet sales was a breeze. EJ Shines in internet sales was pleasant and easy to work with and David Ainsworth ,finance personell was polite and friendly. The transaction was simple and quick by using the internet and negotiating with Mr Shines before visiting the dealer. I'm awaiting my ride to enjoy it for they are sending it to do some repair from a hail storm.
