This branch is incredibly efficient, in my experience. It was a pleasant experience to easily choose and purchase a new vehicle. They gave me a great value for my trade-in. My sales rep, Shea H. was efficient, genuine, and easy to work with, even when I felt I was being a little choosy. Mark G. in finance was fast and pleasant, which made me feel better about the whole process too. Thanks to everyone who made this possible! Highly recommend this branch. But seriously, Shea, Mark, and Ralph are basically wizards.

By far the best dealer ship I've ever been too. All the staff are super friendly. They all great you with kindness and respect! Which is on so important in this line of business and these folks really set the bar. I personally was dealing with Amanda C. She is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this dealership!

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Shea Hammond to buy our two new vehicles. He is very straightforward with information and no pressure whatsoever. We felt like we were in good hands with his expertise regarding picking out the best cars for our situations. We will definitely refer any friends looking for a vehicle to him. Our financing person, Chris Bass, also was great. It was late in the evening and he did a superb job of working quickly and efficiently to get us on our way. All in all we had a wonderful experience purchasing our two brand new vehicles from Camelback Toyota.

I made an appointment with Dwight Dillon on Friday, August 28 which we discussed the year, model, and price. He was helpful, polite, competent and professional. We agreed that I would bring my wife in for a test drive and final decision the following day. After the test drive we began negotiating final price, trade in, and warranty. I appreciated the process. He would bring us an offer, we would discuss alternative scenarios, then he would leave to re-run the numbers, leaving my wife and to discuss the particulars and tradeoffs without pressure and without uninvited comments from the sales staff. The numbers and options were always clearly presented, every request for clarification was answered promptly and clearly. When we reached the "final offer" stage, there was clarity and no evidence of "slight of hand" with the numbers, everything was clear and straightforward. This is my third car purchased from this dealership.i would highly recommend them. Through three sales experiences and over ten years of using the maintenance facility, I have never known them to knowingly tell me something that was not true. They have been honest in their dealings, even to the point of owning their mistakes and making it right. This most recent purchase experience was the most satisfying and least frustrating of them all. Cudos also to Chris Quintana in finance.

The follow up from this dealer is great. I was working with Marcus and he did a great job keeping me in the loop on when the car I wanted was going to arrive. He came in on his day off to sell me my beautiful car and also did a fantastic job showing me all the awesome features my new car has. The finance dept was also great. They stayed late to get all our documents prepared and signed and were very friendly too. Very good experience. Thanks guys!
