Great Service. The salesman Dillian was very professional, genuine, and polite. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing us. He answered every question I had. He did not make me feel pressured to buy a car and made me feel very comfortable. He really tried to get the best deal for us. The whole experience was very nice. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped onto the lot. The finance guy (I did not catch his name) was very informative and was helpful. Everyone seemed very professional and nice. And I had been looking for a car for quite a few weeks by then. But, they had me sold! I would definitely recommend coming here to buy a car. I would love to buy my next car here again as a very satisfied customer.

Buyer Beware-DO NOT do business with this dealership!!! I just read the last review on here and I have the same story except I drove 200 miles with an appointment to see a car. They confirmed with me the night before that I was coming to see a particular car. The appointment was for 10:30 the next day. I was to the outskirts of Phoenix and the salesman calls and says that the car was sold that morning to the manager's buddy. I'm sure the manager knew a customer was coming to see it. I turned around and went home. The next day someone calls from the dealership and says are you still coming in to see the car? I told them the story from yesterday and they said we'll have the salesman call you back. He calls and says the car didn't sell after all. The "buddy" is now thinking about it. I made a trip to see it just because this car had unusually low miles on it. When I got there the car was in the shop getting new tires. After looking at paperwork I believe they had this car since April and put almost 3,000 miles on it from April to July. Online was the advertised miles from when they first got it. A customer is there to test drive it and they have it up on the lift. I had an appointment at this time. I did buy the car and was told they were putting on 4 new tires. After buying I figured out they put 2 new tires on and left 2 on there. Now there are two different kinds of tires on it. There was a piece broken on a mirror and I was told they put tires on it instead of fixing that. They manipulate here and play games. They will tell you there are lots of people interested in the car you are looking at even though they have had the car there for months. You don't know this until you look at a Carfax and other paperwork. I shouldn't have bought from them and neither should you. I'll go back to buying from individuals again. The management is obviously crooked. They are deceptive and sneaky. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Ryan, Mark and Steve on the sales floor did a great job! They were not pushy but very thorough and responded very quickly when they said they would. Mike in the finance department was professional and very knowledgeable. I always dread shopping for cars at dealerships. Once you get past the gauntlet of greeters in the parking lot my experience was excellent

Eric at Camelback Ford was awesome. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle for me. The entire team at Camelback Ford worked with me to get a price that was comfortable for me and because I live 5 hours away them met me halfway so I didn’t have to make a 10 hour trip. Definitely a Pleasant & Easy Experience!! Both Mark the Finance Manager & Ryan were patient & friendly & answered all our questions. Ryan Strickland was amazing funny & definitely knowledgeable in their inventory & what he didn't know he found out for us.Totally exceeded our expectations from the test drive to signing papers in finance we were out in less then 3 hours. Extremely happy with my choice, Not one bad thing to say. I would definitely recommend Camelback Ford to anyone!! Thank You Camelback Ford You Guys Are The Best!!
