And one of the important things that most of the dealers these days FORCING customers to buy is the security system on the cars , but they didn’t force us and took it out of the deal which was a bit of a surprise. The process was pretty straightforward. They had the car ready when I arrived for a test drive. The car wasn't perfect but it is an used one, so that is expected. All the paperwork was clear and they were willing to explain anything that I found unclear. I bought the car and am happy with it.

Finn is a great car salesman, he really helped me with get a great deal with an amazing car! Not only that but he went out of his way to and drove over 25miles to help me get my cosign done because they are unable to leave the house. Filled up the tank, cleaned the car, fixed everything i was unhappy with. Finn is the man, walk in and ask for him!

If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. Please if you're looking to buy a used car from this dealership, do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. Their customer service is terrible, the communications within the business is worse. It took a month after the contract was signed for me be able to pick up the vehicle. Daniel who was my salesman was helpful but I had to constantly be the one initiating conversation about status. After 1 month I finally was able to pick up the car which was dirty with an empty tank and nothing on the due bill was done. It is clear to me that they do not appreciate your business here nor care about customer satisfaction.
