I went into Burt Watson Chevrolet and was looking to lease something affordable and reliable. I was helped out a ton by Tom Dark (sales manager) and Mason Lynn (salesman). They showed me multiple options in my price range and even allowed me to take a Malibu home for the night to make sure it was the one I liked. I got everything I wanted/needed in a car and was treated with respect and like an actual buyer. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed by the process and I am already looking forward to working with them again when my lease is up. Highly recommend!

From sales to the service, my experience has been outstanding. My salesman referred me to the service tech, who was more than cordial, and cooperative. She address each of my issues (two), was sincere in her demeanor, and provided more than a satisfactory result. I am very comfortable dealing with BW Chevrolet.

I stopped into Burt Watsons in Freeland after my wife and I seen a car we liked when the office was closed. I was greeted by Mason Lynn sales consultant. I have never been treated with such respect in my life. He not only went over all they can do for my wife and I to reestablish our credit, he also mentioned the thirty (30) different financial institutions that work with them. It was also nice of them to let us have it over the week end, to ensure that this was the car we wanted. He phoned me early Monday and let me know everything was approved and it was financed at a good percentage rate and not a life time to pay for.

I wasted three hours in this dealership. They spend all of your time haggling with you. I was not given a fair value on my trade in (their first offer was 2500 less than another dealership) so I spent time waiting for the salesman to go back and forth with the manager trying to get me something more fair but not really what I wanted. When I had called that morning about the price of a certified used vehicle I was told one value and when I got there later, I was told it was 2500 more than I was on the phone. So I spent time waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to get the price back down to what I was told on the phone. Overall, I do not feel like I was treated fairly or professionally. If you enjoy the haggling of car buying than this is the place for you. I however prefer to be given fair values right of the bat and don't want to waste time hanging out in a car dealership. I do not plan to go to this dealer in the future.
