Wow!🤩 I had such a great experience at Burleson Honda! I am incredibly thankful for Diego’s help and patience to help me find the perfect vehicle! I absolutely LOVE MY NEW HONDA ACCORD😍 I definitely recommend Diego to anyone visiting the dealership and looking for a new car!! Diego carried a smile throughout our whole time there! The entire car buying experience here was completely painless, something I wasn’t used to. Based on earlier reviews I decided to call Doug Taylor to see if he could get me in the vehicle I was looking for. They had exactly what I was wanting. I made an appointment and was in and out with my new car in 90 minutes! Doug made the entire process easy, relaxed, and honest. I highly recommend Giving Doug a call!

I was on the hunt for a ‘22 Blue Civic which is increasingly difficult to find, but Doug Taylor at Burleson Honda had got it secured for me. He is amazing at what he does and provided outstanding customer service. The purchase process was flawless and Doug communicated perfectly throughout the entire process and ensured I got my Civic that day. I am grateful that I was at Burleson Honda and met great personality Sales Manager - Dough Taylor. He is an awesome person and is very friendly. He knows what customer is looking out for and carves out the communication to suit the customer needs. He was very patient while doing follow ups, give updates on the inventory, and explain about the car features. From following up on phone, getting finance approval with best rates from Honda finance and then in dealership experience, was great. Dough was so smooth during the sale process, that we were able to wrap up everything in 2 hours and I was out on the road to drive my new car. I must say Dough has really good communication and sales skills. I will be referring more of my friends to him/Burleson Honda for sure. DOUGH my friend, you are awesome. I had been looking for a car with certain features for months and finally found the perfect car here. I submitted an online inquiry and got a response from Sunni immediately. This was on a Saturday evening so I was worried the car would be gone before I could make it there Monday evening when I got off work, but Sunni kept me updated throughout the day letting me know the car was still available so I didn’t make a trip there and it was gone (it was a 45 min drive). The car was there when I arrived and it was perfect, the process was smooth and both Sunni and the finance manager were both so great and friendly. I would definitely come back and do business with them again!
