Josh Squires was incredible!! He was patient through my millions of questions and changes in what I wanted. He found us exactly what I wanted and worked to make the deal as good for us as possible. The paperwork went so fast and seamlessly I was very happy and very impressed. I was barely there for 2 full hours, in 2 visits, and I was leaving with my great new car. The salesman was knowledgeable and super helpful through it all. Until after I got home and my husband pointed out they got rid of my personal license plate covers. I was in contact with my salesman, who took the plates off and put them on my new car. He said he couldn't find them and told me it was ny fault for not remembering to ask for them. Even though he literally had them in his hands. Not happy with that.

Ron Reynolds acknowledged me immediately, asked what I wanted to do, and within less than an hour, had me scheduled to pick up my dream car. There was no hassle, no problems and at no time during our interaction did I feel pressured or unsure. My experience at Driver's Village started out 6 years ago when I leased a 2015 GMC from Bob Caggy, then I leased a 2017 and two days ago I leased a 2020 Equinox all of these from Bob. I keep going back to Bob because he's a great salesman. He' not at all pushy but always trying to get his customer the best deal. He's more than patient with his customers and very knowledgeable about the qualities of each and every car. He's a great salesman. He understands his customers and their financial situations and does the very best he can to satisfy them in their adventure at Driver's Village. That is why I go back to Bob whenever I change cars. He's worth more than 5 stars but that is all I am allowed to give. Thank you Bob for everything

My recent experience at Burdick Chevrolet was outstanding. They diagnosed the problem and were totally honest about the repair and the time it would take. I was given a loaner car for 3 days and they finished ahead of schedule. My 7 year old Equinox is running like a champ again! Kudos to Burdick Chevrolet!

Quick and excellent maintenance. Anytime I have ever needed work done on a vech it has been fixed quickly and I would be given a heads up has to what is going on and what needs or may need to be fixed.

We went into drivers village Chevy looking for a new Impala, Our salesman was pleasant at first, and let us test drive one. We are serious buyers, as we have looked extensively online, and visited a couple other dealerships. We were looking for specific features and wanted to see if Drivers Village had what we were looking for. After the test drive, we asked the salesman to give us the drive away price for several vehicles. We waited in one of the cubicles for the last vehicle's price, which was pretty close to what we were looking for. But, at that point, we felt very ignored, as we waited for approximately 20 minutes. Our salesman came back momentarily, but couldn't remember our name. My wife spoke to him in the showroom and he said, "Can I help you? " and she said "We are waiting for you." He did not respond. The salesman was helping other customers. He could have said, "Sorry for the long wait, I will be right with you." Finally, feeling very frustrated and ignored, we got up and left. If someone is going to spend over $30,000 for a new car, they should at least feel like a valued customer. We would prefer to go to a dealer where we feel valued.

If your looking for a trustworthy service department, this isn't it. I brought my vehicle in for a power steering recall (#14116) and the steering is now much worse than when I brought it in. The steering wheel shakes even more than when I first brought the vehicle in (witnessed by a service writer) and the steering is so notchy that the vehicle cannot be driven in a straight line. This vehicle should have never been released to me in this condition and the service manager at Burdick Chevrolet could care less. He told the service writer that this wasn't part of the recall and that I would be charged for diagnostics. I would look elsewhere if your concerned about safety. I called Chevrolet Customer Relations and was given a case number. Time will tell if this vehicle is repaired.

My husband and I worked with two salesmen to purchase a Chevy. They both were incredibly rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go to Burdick. I'd rather pay a bit extra for friendly helpful staff. Very upset with our visit, we were more of an inconvenience to them than anything else. Will not EVER by buying a car from them and either will my friends or family if I have anything to do with it.

A year ago, I was looking to finance a 2013 Chevy Spark. I test drove with a sales rep and put my deposit down. I was assured the car would arrive in 6-10 weeks. 3-4 months later, after receiving a horde of credit decline letter, finding that they fired my sales rep and dropped the ball on my sale, yet still assuring me that my loan through the bank was a done deal, my trade-in started having more problems. The dealership eventually gave me an Imapala to drive while I continued to wait for my new vehicle, which I learned to be coming from Korea. When I got the call that the car had arrived, the manager was also calling to inform me that my credit score had dropped so low that they could not finance me and I needed to return the loaner. My credit report shows a couple hundred bank inquiries. I wonder why? I have since leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT from East Syr Chevy without a cosigner. I would not trust this dealership with my business.

they screwed me i finily sold the truck 28000 mi bought a ford they lie about working on the truck rude to wile taking information bill me for service that should have been under the 36yr 36000 mi warrenty could not do simple repair like replace a speaker in one day call my cell phone 5 time in hr theaten me with towing the truck out of the repair shop if i called chevy when i showed up to pick up the truck they all hid so i could not talk to them there scum bags if the truck bad the just want you to traid it thay want sales not customer

I first had the pleasure to meet the service dept. when I brought my 2006 Trailblazer in for some work and had an extended warranty that was honored at Bresee Chevrolet. I was treated with respect and that meant a lot to me. I was treated rudely at another dealership that had worked on my car and vowed never to go back. I was looking around in the showroom and was thinking maybe getting a new car. My partner was thinking leasing would be a good option for me. He had received a name of a salesperson, Pat Hofmann. When we came back at night to pick up the Trailblazer from the service dept. we went to the showroom to find Pat. He had left for the day and Brian greeted us and answered any questions we had.He was very helpful and gave us information and a catalog on the Equinox and even brought one in from the lot so I could look at it and sit in it.It was getting late so we said we would return to see Pat .I was impressed how they all worked as a team to help a potential customer. When we returned and met Pat Hofmann we were not disappointed. He did an excellent job in making a new car a reality for me at an afordable price. The leasing process was easy, thanks to Pat. I had no clue what leasing was about,but Pat made me an informed consumer and explained everything to my satisfaction.He went above and beyond helping me with the process of discontinuing my extended warranty on my Trailblazer when I traded it in towards the Equinox.I love love love my Equinox and Brian and Pat at Bresee Chevrolet.

I recently, for the first time, leased a car. I was taken to Bresee Chevrolet by a friend with only the intention to look around. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee, Roy Heath, and was given his undivided attention. I was completely overwhelmed by the hospitality I received by everyone there and even more so by Mr. Heath. I was very nervous about the process, but Roy assured me that this would be one of the easiest things that I ever do and he convinced me not to worry as much. I was surprised by the patience and friendliness I received because this was not something that I was used to when visiting car dealerships. I was there for a few hours and although I came with the intention to just browse, because of the excellent customer service and of the feeling of being well informed, by the end of the visit, I had decided, this is where I am going to get my car. By the middle of the next week, I had leased my first car, a 2011 Chevy Malibu, and I have been satisfied with my decision ever since. Thank you Mr. Roy Heath for your professionalism, hospitality, and patience. When I'm ready for my next car, I know exactly where to go and exactly who to look for!!!

I have to give Bresee Chevrolet the poorest ratings possible. Here's why:1) Failed to disclose an advertised new vehicle was not brand-new (a demo)2) Unfamiliar with current promotions - Their finacing services were not like the offers advertised from Chevrolet through Ally Bank. 3) Aggressive and Argumentative Behavior - When asked to explain and get back on task of selling a vehicle at the price quoted. Andy ran-off to call Roy. Roy over the phone at Andy's desk became aggressive and argumentative. Roy screwed up the financing terms and rebate combination in a series of emails. Since leaving the dealership, Roy has sent emails first apologizing and admitting his error then retracting his apology. When is yelling at the customer ever acceptable?

We had a VERY positive experience of our new vehicle purchase. We were never pressured to "make the deal tonight", as so many dealers want you to do. Pat had me road test the vehicle and any questions we had gave us the answers we asked. It was a very relaxed experience and the most comfortable car purchase experience that we had had in a long time. We are making sure that we tell anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Bresee Chevrolet and to see Pat Hofmann.

We had an excellent experience with Roy Heath and Rich Baker. They were both friendly, knowledgable and professional. Each displayed his own unique sense of humor and personality which made the experience (expensive) but pleasurable. This was the second (and last) Chevrolet dealer we went to. We were immediately impressed with the clean show room, friendly,well dressed staff and their desire to help FIND us the car we wanted instead of what was on the lot or easily available! We were treated with respect and the whole experience was fantastic.

Dear Sir/Madam 6/10/2010My name is Arman Towfighi. I took my 1989 corvette for break system problem. I told Todd (service person) to check my break system. He called me and said that my brake booster need to be replaced. I asked them if rest of the brake system is ok. He said yes. He told me that will be about $650 to repair it and I ok it. After service I picked up my car and notice that break pedal is going down too much. Therefore I told him and the manager that still break has problem. They told me that may be your break pads and break fluid need to be replaced. I asked them arent you suppose to check whole break system before calling me and giving estimate for my decision. They said well it happened this way and we charge you additional $150 plus additional expenses to make it right. I do not think this is a right way to treat costumers.Senserly,Arman Towfighi

The sales people were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the financing department and the explanation of my warranty and warranty options. I was given a tour of the garage and introduced to people who would be servicing my car. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I did not know it would be so easy to buy a new car.

My transmission on my saturn vue QUIT during a major snowstorm about a month ago. I Knew that saturn was offering "some kind of solution" but nobody seemed to know or even wanted to help me find out what to do. Until I went toBresee Chevy. Joe Tangredi went out of his way to find a phone # and was on the phone for a very long time trying to getinfo for me! He was great. He got a case # for me so I could claim a $5,000.00 rebate. He gave us a tour of the facility which we liked and found the employees very friendly as well. My wife and I had visited 3 other dealers before we went to Bresee.We decided on Bresee and I went back to the dealership in November 09 and ordered the corvette. Dave made the process very enjoyable.Josh was friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend Dave Sachel and Bresee chevrolet for any auto purchase.

I would not let joe coyle sell wheel barrels at the state fair,he is full of hot air,maybe he could work at ballon fest! after buying a used 2008 2500 had a hard time getting him to respond to my phone calls, he did not want to talk to me after I had foud all of the problemes with my used purches,he went as far as having the detailer make shure the truck was coverd with wax when I came to look at it so I did not see a HUGE dent in the tail gate,yes this is my fault for not looking closer but that is pretty crapy !

The overall experience with this dealer was well. Dave is a friendly individual who made the customer feel welcomed and not pressured to make a decisions right there. The atmosphere was also welcoming and friendly between us and between co workers. The only issues my boyfriend and I observed was the pin strip that was put on our car. The pin strip lines are over lapping each other in areas and also began to come off the car within the first week of having it. This is very upsetting based on buying a new car for the first time in our life. There was also a bee hive inside the passenger door panel that my mom stuck her thumb in. She was lucky there were no bees inside. Based on this detail and some marks on the door, I personally do not believe that car was cleaned to the best quality.

Watch out, this dealership will charge you fees for no work done. Recently asked for a price quote and was billed for a diagnostic that the car did not require. I told them what was wrong and was called later in the day and told exactly what I already knew at the bargain price of 82 dollars. Then I called Dave (head service guy) and tried to get the fee dropped that Steve told me about. He told me that due to a technicality that I would have to pay the fee. I talked calmly and respectfully while being mocked and talked down to. Dave and I did not reach a common understanding and he was very firm. I then went to the dealership to pick up my car and was met at the door, escorted to the counter and treated like a criminal or someone that was going to go postal. I have no idea why as I did not indicate at any time that I was an unreasonable person. I was supervised and watched like a hawk until I left the building. I am not sure if treating people like this is common practice when there is a civil disagreement. I have never seen a car dealership so childish about 82 dollars. I am not sure about any of you, but I would never set foot in this dealership in a service related manner. I am leary of those that hold you to terms that are not expressed or written anywhere and are supposed to be "common knowledge". Common knowledge is not knowing everything about a dealership. May the buyer beware with these crafty scam artists.

There was no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. The dealership allowed me to test drive the two vehicles that I was interested in and they allowed me to drive them as far and as much as I wanted. I was able to have all my questions answered and Joseph was particularly helpful in recommending the vehicle that was appropriate to our needs.

When I first came in Itold the sales person that I was just looking now and I was coming back in 2to3 weeks to buy a car.I told him what I was looking for and the price range,and the sales person(Bill Bertram) gave me some rough pricing on a couple cars. I told the sales person I was looking around wanted his best price,and told him I would give Bresee the fist shot at selling me the car. So I looked a round and no other place was as friendly as Bresee and Bill. What I really liked about Bill was that he never bugged me with phone calls during the 2to3 weeks after I first spoke with him about the car.When I came back to buy the car guess what Bill had one price for me, no goig back and forth with the sales manager, that was great. From the minute we stepped into Bresee Chevrolet, I felt welcomed and comfortable. No one was 'pushy.' Dave Sachel was friendly, respectful; showed me the car, explained features slowly and carefully, which I especially appreciated. The financial manager, Josh,was likewise friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough, pointing out important features of the extended warranty. Both the sales manager and owner came to Dave's office to speak with us.

I was a 'pain in the butt' customer and purchased an inexpensive car. I was treated like I was buying a top of the line Corvette. I'll buy another car from this dealer!I test drove several models and asked for numerous pricing options. My final purchase price was several thousand dollars less than a similarly equipped Honda Fit. I took more than 2 weeks to reach a final decision. I probably exchanged more than 20 e-mails and phone conversations regarding this purchase.Getting my questions answered by the salesman always happened in a timely manner.

Bill is a straight to the point kind of guy, and does not dance around subjects. Bill is, unlike a lot of salesmen, there for the customer. We told him what we were looking for, and he did the research to find us the best deal for a high quality vehicle. Customer service, quality of work, friendliness, and overall experience are all qualities people look for in dealing with others, and Bill meets all the criteria for those qualities. Any question we asked he had an answer, and if he needed to look something up for further information, he let us know as soon as he did. Phoned Bresee for general information and conversed with Pat Hofmann. Our initial contact upon visiting the dealership was again Pat Hofmann. He spent considerable time showing us the features of the 09 Malibu and explaining everything to us about it.His friendliness, willingness to spend as much time with us as was necessary, and his no-pressure sales comportment convinced us to purchase our vehicle from him. He discovered there was a vehicle of our choice in their inventory which he brought out from under the snow cover for our review and approval. The necessay paperwork was then processed, delivery being scheduled for within the next 48 hours. What really shone the spotlight on Pat Hofmann was his willingness to come to our house, on the day the vehicle was to be delivered, to pick us up and take us to the dealershipas we no longer had transportation. At delivery time, Pat showed us all there was to know about the new vehicle. He also took us around the dealership to familiarize us with the various departments. Purchasing a new car is usually stress related, however, we can't say that our experience, this time around, fell into that category. The atmosphere in the showroom was serene, not at all what we had experienced at other car dealers. The no-pressure attitude of our sales person was indeed a big factor in the way we felt about doing business with this delership. The Red Tag sale price and our GM Card earnings were also important factors in the final pricing of the vehicle.

Joe Coyle was outstanding. He was low pressure in his sales technique which made me feel comfortable and able to look at vehicles at my leisure and feel confident in making my decision. High pressure techniques backfire in my opinion causing me to want to do nothing but escape the area as soon as possible. Joe was calm, courtious, and answered all my questions. He was very helpful in arranging a dealer trade in order to obtain the vehicle of my choice which happened to be located in a city approximately 200 miles away. The sale, paperwork, dealer trade, and delivery all took less than a week. I was very surprised at the expeditious manner in which the purchase of my vehicle took place. I was completely satisfied with my Bresee Chevrolet buying experience. I greatly appreciate all that was done for me and would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I am considering the purchase of accessories for my new truck from Bresee Chevrolet also. I know that they will treat me right and do all they can to make me happy.

Jonathan was very professional to deal with,friendly and couteous.I am satisfied with my purchase.The truck MPG is disappointing. I was looking for close to 20 MPG but so far am only getting 16 MPG.The ride is better than my other truck and it pulls my boat great.

My buying process was at no time halted in any manner by gamesmanship that usually marks car sales. I identified my vehicle needs and Mark worked to meet them, finding a vehicle the next day. I was provided financing, rebate and discount information up front and was not steered to a vehicle that I had no interest in or that did not meet my needs.

i would strongly recommend this sales associate.joe did a terrific job and was persistent until we found what we were looking for. he was extremely prompt with his responses and continually met his commitments. he also went out of his way to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

Dealer was good to work with. Only complaint was they did not give me what I wanted for my trade. It is ridiculus that a review must be at least 250 characters long. This will insure that most people do NOT fill this out. How know brown cow, still need more.

This was one of the least painful new car buying experiences I've ever had. No pressure, no haggling. The price was the price and that was it. The salesman did everything possible to make it a painless, efficient process. He brought me into the service department and I scheduled my first appointment for my free oil change and received a cute little stuffed trunk monkey which when I got home the dog found and chewed on :(. I had pointed out some wax debris on the engine compartment and also along the edges of the hood some of which is still there and I would really like cleaned off. Other than that the car was very nicely detailed for my pick-up and the salesman went through all the details of my onstar and made sure my account was activated. I still have not received a welcome email from OnStar though and it's been 3 days.

My husband and I were almost over our miles on our lease. We went into Bresee to find out our options. We never imagined we would be able to get our dream Truck, but Josh and Cindy worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. Cindy genuinly cared about what was best for us, she is an awesome person!!! We cannot thank them enough for being so super!! brought my 05 silverado in for repair, service was very pleasant. Ended up buying an 08 silverado from them. another dealer in our area didn't even act interested when I called, they said they could look at it later in the week, we spoke with Steve and he said bring it right in, and if the couldn't finish the repair by the end of the day, they would provide me with a vehicle to get to work the next day.Very friendly staff, highly recomend this dealer.

Jonathan was great to work with. He did not try to stear me in a direction that I did not want to go. With the employee pricing promotion, negotiating was very straight forward and I was satisfied with their offer for my trade in. In all, a very good experience.

Hats off to a group of very knowledgeable individuals, willing to go the "extra mile" and do this without pressure! No double talk...no pushy tactics...and no "after signing" surprises. All the cards were dealt and on the table right up front. Bresee's Pat Hofmann came through.Mr. Hofmann even endured an adventure with my not so knowledgeable and skilled insurance agent!!! And never complained. You see, I delivered a slight curve ball when it came to the licensing process. I was not buying this car for immediate licensing and driving but, instead to garage until next spring. This ment that they would have to decide whether or not they could trust me to drive the vehicle on their dealer plates and insurance some 90+ miles, two counties away, to my home and return the plates the next day. Not the most ordinary (or lucrative) of requests. Bresee Chevrolet came thru.While I had already done my internet research on the Impala, Pat Hofmann and the Bresee support team should be highly commended for their exceptional product knowledge and people skills. Much additional info was made available on the Impala of my choice which served to reinforce and cement my decision as to not just which vehicle but, which dealer I would work with. I felt like I had an investment partner, like they wanted me be as confident and as informed as possible before finalizing my buying decision. Again, Bresee's Mr. Hofmann came thru.For once, I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, with the interior I wanted,with the options I wanted and at the price I wanted...not a bad day if I do say so!Mr. Hoffman and Bresee Chevrolet truely made this my most pleasurable car buying experience ever.Guess who gets the "first shot" next time around. Despite the 90+ mile drive from my house!Once again, hats off and many kudos to Pat Hofmann and Bresee Chevrolet.

We were very impressed with our salesman, Joe Coyle and the rest of the staff. We experienced a "customer first" attitude from all the staff that we encountered.The overall appearance of the building, service area and car lot was orderly and clean. We wanted a 2008 Impala and found them all together in one area so our decision regarding exterior and interior colors for comparison was facilitated.When we arrived to pick up our vehicle it was freshly washed and ready at the appointed time.Although we already owned a 2007 Chevy Silverado with an interior much like the Impala, Joe made sure that we understood the workings of the vehicle so that we would not be uncomfortable once we were on the highway. He clearly answered all of our questions.We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.

Pat was a good salesman to find the new vehicle I wanted.The only bad part was the truck had to be brought back in for a scratch on the bumper and a vibration in the braking.The service was good,but there was a couple promises made up front when I was going to bring the truck in that were not meant at the end,and it seemed like it came from the salesmanager,but pat should of taken care of it on his own.It did leave us questoining the integrity of the dealership,your only good as your word.

Buzz Barr was an exceptional sales person. Very honest and accomadating.The Business Manager, Josh was very pushy and tried to sell me an extended warranty for $1000.00 which I did not want.I found out later after the sale that I could get a better Dealer discount at another Dealer for the same vehicle.The Truck was clean but not spotless when delivered. I give Buzz Barr an A+.I give Josh a C.I give Bresee Chevrolet a B+.I have been buying used and brand new GM vehicles since 1973. I am very happy with the GM product and don't have any plans of going anywhere else in the future. I don't need extended warranties because I have a lot of faith in the GM vehicles. I would probably buy another vehicle from Bresee Chevrolet.This should not have to contain 500 characters in order for it to be submitted. That is too much review and too much of my time.

Customer Service, Integrity, and Competence. None of these were provided on my last visit of 09/11/06. I had my vehicle inspected on 08/31/06. I was told it needed specific warranty work in writing, clearly covered by Major Guard. I was also informed that I was authorized a rental car for the work. Upon arrival, i was told that I never made and appointment, and the service tech didn't know if the items were covered by Major Guard (the same tech as on 08/31/06). Even though the vehicle had been inspected by Bresee Chevrolet, he stated he needed to inspected again to see if the items (lower control arm bushings, both sides, and a separated lower intake gasket) were covered by Major Guard. I assume dthat this being a GM repair shop and dealership, they would know what was covered by Major Guard. I wasted part of my morning dealing with this nonsense. This is very disappointing. I wasn't overly pleased with the entire attitude of the service tech either. He did over to take the vehicle into the shop, and call Enterprise Rental Car. I did not have the time to waste, waiting for Enterprise. I made another appointment. I now have to provide my own rental car, until the tech determines if the work is covered. Which it clearly is, but he is obviously too ignorant or ill trained to figure this out. Interestingly, Brad Murphy, from their body shot did work on my vehicle in the last week of August, without any hassles, and with total professionalism. I'd go back to the body shop anytime. Brad is a consumate professional.
