Just purchased a new GMC Sierra and from the get go everyone made you feel welcomed. No pressure and no hassle in the dealings with the purchase. Everyone took their time and explained and made just the whole experience simple. Have bought previously from them and definitely would again. Even when an issue arose they handled it flawlessly. This was our first time ever dealing with Budd Baer and it was an amazing experience. Everyone took care of us from the moment we found the vehicle that we wanted online to when we signed to make it final. There wasn't any rush, they made sure we were happy with everything we looked at, and they answered all of our questions. This was probably THE best experience that we had when purchasing a car and trading one in. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Your site says you offer shuttle service but it doesn’t tell you that you have to physically request a pick up to get your car when done. I was assuming since I was shuttled to work someone would be picking me up. I was wrong. I had to quickly find a coworker that could bring me there before you closed at 5 or I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my car and find a ride home.
