What a wonderful dealership. The staff is amazing, everyone makes you feel welcome. Chad Swartzmiller is the best salesman to deal with. If you are looking for a fun time have him hook you up with a Bronco demo. Guarantee by the end of the demo you will be putting an order in. Very reasonably priced for an on or off-road vehicle. Will take any guy back to the old Bronco experience with new functions and added safety features. Can’t go wrong!

I have been going here for quite a few years now. The staff are super friendly and will work with you to get what you want. I was able to test drive the new bronco and was given a demo of the off road abilities! It was awesome and I placed my order for mine!

Only good thing the dealership did was fix the problems I had with the vehicle I purchased even tho it took multiple weeks to complete with never any phone calls to give an update. As well as it had to go back into service twice because the issue wasn’t addressed the first time it went in for the oil leak it had.

I picked up my new 2019 F150 XLT on Saturday 5/25/20, great buying experience. I knew what I wanted before going in. I got a better deal here than a Ford dealer a mile from my house to the tune of about $6000 better on the price. Luke was easy to deal with, seamless transaction. I will do business here again. Update::::::::::::::First oil change at 4200 miles on December 22, 2020. Fast friendly service , I scheduled an appointment and they were ready and got it done quick. I will continue to service my truck here. JN

So I just came from there after finding their ad for a 2003 Ford Excursion Limited with 187K miles. By no means did I expect a perfect 13 year old vehicle. They did great getting the financing done and were very responsive. However they were dishonest about the condition of the vehicle. The description reads quality and rust free and clean. I got there and the rockers had rust so bad that I could easily push my finger through them, the 4x4 hubs were not automatic but were aftermarket manuals. The front rotors were severely grooved, the trip computer was non functioning, the heated seats were non functioning, The frame had been sprayed with black paint right over a significant amount of flaking, the bottom of the doors had been sprayed over to cover rust holes that were stating to show and the A/C did not work. I know these older vehicles are prone to issues but they listed it as clean and rust free! I expected scratches and stone chips and some surface rust but come on. Advertise what it really is. This is a truck with a good drive train and a below average body that needs 4000 worth of fixing to match the advertisement. Disappointed!

I purchased a new F-150 from Buckeye Ford in 2006. Being satisfied with my dealings with the staff at Buckeye Ford I returned in Feburary 2015. I purchased a 2011 F-150. My salesman was Rob Cremeens. He was great to work with as there was no high pressure to buy. About 10 days after the sale I experienced a malfunction In the turn signal indicator. One call one trip into the service department and it was repaired. No charge. I will be returning to Buckeye Ford for all my scheduled services.

I purchased my 2011 Ford Escape from them, and I have had all service completed with them, including any recalls or software updates. I also bought a used 2008 Ford Ranger Pickup which needed repairs to the air conditioning compressor. Every step along the way has been excellent, friendly, courteous, & timely. Recently purchased 2014 F150 from this dealership..Eric Daniel was the salesman...I had shopped around several other dealerships...Eric was top notch and got me a deal which was $1000 less than any other dealership. Lots of Ford dealerships in the area but check out Buckeye Ford....they don fact give you a better deal and great people to deal with. I brought in a newly purchased used 2008 Ford Ranger XLT for what a I thought would be a minor repair. While more problems were found that cost more than I expected, the options were explained very well and the agent went an extra mile to find a replacement part that would fix the problem for less money and in a shorter time span. All problems were resolved in a timely manner and I would recommend their service to anyone.

I bought an 08 Explorer from them and the car looked great, but after purchasing it I found numerous problems with it. While they did fix it free of charge, it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Also, the salesman was not very knowledgeable of the vehicle.
