The Bryan Subaru team, Samantha, Mike, and Gary, were extremely helpful and friendly. I told them the features I was looking for in an Outback and a number amount I was comfortable spending, and they worked to make that happen. They clearly explained the entire financial aspect throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I am thoroughly pleased and highly recommend.

Bryan Subaru has been one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car. The staff are all very friendly. I loved that we did not feel pressured to buy a car like most dealerships would do, but instead was informed about the cars , pricing and offers they had. We would most definitely recommend Bryan Subaru to others , and hopefully in the future will be purchasing another car from them. We were helped by Fred Fajardo if you need someone bilingual he’s the best. OH, & love that they are pet friendly ! 🤍🐶

I never leave reviews because I'm not that type of gal BUT the service department is such a joke I figured maybe I'd save someone else time and money. I dropped my car off last Tuesday evening (with an appointment) and was told by Jeff they would look at it tomorrow and get with me. Not only did they not get with me the next day, but I was told for days they were going to be looking at my car and give me a call. They never called me, I had to call and check in- every time. Furthermore, I was told the issue and asked them to please do my oil change and let me know if the "cheaper fix" was going to work. Another 2 days passed and when I call I'm told my car would be ready that day. I never heard back about a time so I just decided to go out and there to see if I could get my car. When I got there, I waited about 20 minutes and got my car. As I was waiting, Jeff (the same person I'd been speaking to the entire time) stated that they didn't do my oil change and that I could just bring it back to the oil place that had created the issue in the first place to get it done. I was so frustrated but at this point I just wanted my car and decided I would go elsewhere to figure out the issues since this place isn't even up to Subaru standards anyway. After paying the bill and getting to my car I see Jeff wrote on my bill that I declined an oil change and that he advised me to do the more expensive "fix" and I had declined. Both lies. I wish I had read the other service shop reviews before spending my money and wasting my time. The lights in my car have come back on in less than a weeks time, so I'll be going somewhere else to look at it. This place is really an embarrassment for Subaru.

I had a stellar sales experience at Bryan Subaru. Service was prompt and friendly. Terry helped me examine all the vehicle options I was interested in; he answered all of my questions and was never evasive or pushy. Customer service was top-notch throughout my entire shopping experience, and I left with a great deal on the car I was interested in! I can say Ive experienced buying a car in areas throughout Arizona and New Orleans, John Worthington was amazing! Lots of people in the car industry aren’t genuine and just trying to make a sale. This is not true about John! He is wonderful and I will definitely recommend people to go to Bryan Subaru because of him. I purchased a Crosstrek here with John which was stress free!

This was a routine service issue and a recall. The total call was about an hour. Overall experience was exceptional. The service manager was open, friendly and prepared for my car. The work was fast and well done. No complaints and fulfilled expectations !

I ad had a bad experience with the old sales manager but he has left the Subaru sales department U see in 2012 I purchased it from Baton Rouge it was the outback the dealership really enjoyed the sales people The service department was the first Subaru that came touched ground l so the sales person didn't know the options so I took it back for service and asked if about voice recognition system and how it works so the sales manager said that I hadn't purchased it from them so take it back to Baton Rouge and ask them. So I swore never to return to that place ! But I had been had wonderful service experience with Erin so win 2017 came out l was looking on line so I was responded asked Jonathon about the new features he was great .But I was determine wasn't going back so they continue to say give them a second chance so I did but because of the 2 great experiences they gave me . I went to look at the new Subaru that was perfect had just come in that day off the truck so they earn my business which they told me they were going to do whatever would earn my business so they did so I worked with Erin Jonathon and Chris they kept them promise and now I'm driving a 2017 Subaru outback I traded in a 2013 with 17,000 miles on it need it been doing s great. Clean environment, with good coffee. Great and helpful staff.I needed to get a replacement stereo (Clarion) for bluetooth issue with 2015 Forester. Clarion took 3 weeks to provide the part, which was very aggravating since it is a known issue. But the staff at Bryan Subaru was very informative and accomodating. The staff overrode my negative experience with the bluetooth syste. Clarion has the bad name....

I did not think there was any place better than my old Honda service department and then there was Trey! Trey welcomed me when I drove up by name; like he had been waiting for me all day. He is a delight to work with and quite knowledgeable. In addition to maintenance service, I had a "user issue" and he got Jonathan over to help me resolve it. The service was quick and in the timeframe that he indicated. Even the gentlemen that cleaned my car was kind and knowledgeable. He actually showed me some spots that he could not resolve (they had been there, believe it was tree "stuff") but he did indicate that several he was able to get out. He walked me around the car. Again, that one on one touch that we do not find enough in customer service. Thank you all to the Subaru Maintenance Department for making the Subaru experience and "loving one"!

I scheduled an appointment online for a time slot, but showed up early. I was quickly checked in and my car was promptly seen by the next available technician. The issue was clearly explained to me, my car was serviced same afternoon, and I had no issues getting the repair done under my warranty. Jonathan and Chris were incredibly easy to work with. They didn't hassle me when I asked for rough pricing or changed my mind. I was able to handle almost everything on the phone which no other dealer would let me do. Then when I made my choice and went to move forward the price they told me was the exact price. So many other places the price changes once you go to sit down with accounting. I had looked at Jeep and Honda before coming over and am very glad I made the move.

Greg Bourgeois was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. I came 1 month ago and looked at the Subaru Crosstrek. Greg was professional and to the point - we liked that. I also appreciate that he gave me non-bias information on all of our options so that I could choose the best fit for me. Don was so helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me. I told him all the details I had been looking for and he said "I have the perfect car for you." Sure enough, it was exactly what I wanted! He allowed my stepmother and I to take our time checking out the car and answering any and all questions we had to ask. Took my 2010 outback in for routine maintenance and also had a rattle coming from somewhere in the front wheel well, or so I thought. Service department found the problem was just a loose bolt on my exhaust and charged me appropriately instead of telling me I needed brand new bushings and brake pads, which I was painstakingly preparing myself for. Thanks for the honesty!

I had to have my Subaru that my daughter was driving towed to Bryan Subaru at 5pm on a Saturday. John Garner took the vehicle back immediately and fixed the problem in an hour and had the vehicle back on the road for her. He went above and beyond what service I have ever received from ANY dealership. I was just hoping to get the vehicle checked in for service the next week and never expected to have it looked at, much less fixed, an hour before service closed on a Saturday. I am highly appreciative of the help that John Garner gave us and cannot commend him enough.

Through a routine oil change, I found out that my head gaskets were leaking oil and needed replacement. My warranty had just expired, but Bryan Subaru covered the cost of parts and labor as a courtesy to me. Jason, my service advisor, was extremely helpful thoughout the whole process. He provided me with a 2016 Subaru Impreza Courtesy Vehicle to drive while the repairs were being done and kept me updated on how things were going, even sending me pictures of my engine! When my car was ready, Jason sent a technician to drop my vehicle off at my house and pickup the courtesy vehicle. Couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service that I recieved!

Brought car in for a recalled airbag, while in their possession it is broken into and all of my stereo equipment stolen. No locking gate or cameras where they kept my car. Not only did they steal thousands of dollars of my stereo equipment, but they refused to compensate me even $1.00. Do yourself a favor and never ever go here. Don't get robbed like I did!

I had an apointment for 1:00 - I arrived at 1 and another client arrived just before me ( maybe 1 minute) I am not sure if she had an appoitment but her car and another were serviced first - My car was not taken back until 1:20 pm - service time for oil change was about 40 minutes - Had a cabin air filter replaced and the labor charge for that was quite high considering time from my approval to change filter and when car was brought back to me.

I had my 2015 Legacy in there on 4 separate occasions over a 4 or 5 month period to fix a 'sticking' fuel door. They could never fix it, and I wound up having to take the car to an out of town dealership to get it fixed. The reality is, I'm not even sure the service department at Bryan EVER did anything to the car on either of the four times they had it in their shop. I say this because another dealership ran the warranty records for my car through the Subaru of America system and this record shows no evidence that Bryan ever filed for reimbursement from Subaru of America on the work they allegedly did on my car on these four service visits. So while you might have a good sales experience at Bryan, hopefully you won't ever have to deal with their service department!

I bought a pre-owned car from this dealership and it was a seemless experience. Their salesman was straightforward and patient and I ended up getting the car I wanted at a price that I was satisfied with. I highly recommend them.

I took my 2002 Montero XLS to you guys in November 2013. I had a broken left side view mirror, needed new brake pads, and the hoses connected to my radiator needed replacing. With these repairs and others including a new battery, my bill came to about 2200 dollars, with 800 dollars for labor. I picked up my car in December. The next day, the mirror you all replaced fell off my car, and I brought it back to be fixed. I did not drive my car again until February, when I was able to renew my insurance policy. When I drove it again, I noticed it made funny noises when turning. When you all replaced my brake pads, you failed to tighten my CV Joints. I brought the car back to solve this issue. The mechanic claimed he test drove the vehicle and heard no noise, but all he did was drive into the garage, making no turns, and not even going 20 MPH. I demanded that he get in the vehicle while I drove it around the block, going 20 MPH. He agreed with me about my CV Joints and fixed it. A month later, my car overheated and broke down. I had an ASE Certified mechanic check my car, and he said the hoses you attached to my radiator had corroded. I bought the vehicle back again and they fixed it. On July 17th 2014, my battery died. I had it jumped by Pop-A-Lock. They tested my alternator as well and said it was normal. The next day, my car did not start. I had my car examined by the same ASE certified mechanic, and he thought my battery was a bad cell. He decided to verify his readings, took the battery out of my vehicle to Auto Zone,and had it tested there, where they also said the battery was a bad cell. I called and asked if I could bring the battery in to be tested and replaced without the vehicle, as I have a 5 yr warranty on the battery. I spoke with Erin. She said I could, but after they tested the battery, they told my mechanic they would not honor my warranty without the car. When I brought my car in, they said my battery was fine and threatened to call the police on my boyfriend. You guys refused to honor my warranty. I feel as if you all saw a young female and took advantage of me when I needed my car serviced. Most of the work you did was completed incorrectly. Your staff is rude. They knew I'm a young student paying with loans and took advantage of me instad of helping me. This is unjust treatment, and I can't even imagine what you all must pull on your other customers as well.

My 14 year-old beloved Outback was having issues with the AC, clutch, electrical, etc. Erin really worked with me to get in antique parts and having the mechanic try economical ways to get my car a few more thousand miles. I felt like I was working with friends. Erin also kept giving me loaner cars and made sure I got to drive for a week or so the model i was interested in. I loved it so much I bought one and Erin was so helpful directing me to the sales department. Nothing but love to their service department.

We considered Bryan for a Subaru, Forester, even though we live on the North Shore. We have had past experiences with Ed McCarthy, and knew we would get the attention and professionalism that we look for in a dealership. I am very glad to have done business with Rex, our salesman. His personality and manner of job performance are much appreciated and were very important to our pleasant experience in buying a new Subaru at Bryan Subaru. My wife wishes that I could explain things as "calmly and clearly" as Rex.Jeremy, a service department writer, came to Rex's office at the conclusion of the purchase to meet my wife and me, and to answer any questions. I had a couple of questions about motor oil and engine characteristics. Jeremy answered the questions very well, with knowledge, interest, and an engaging manner. Mr. Daigle, the finance manager, was easy going, yet very efficient. He was friendly, conversant, and helpful. The process was smooth, and there were no surprises.In short, the whole buying experience was relaxed, enjoyable, and without any pressure at all. I am keen to spot issues, but I found none at Bryan Subaru.

Rex and Greg did not try to hard sell me anything. They answered my questions and added pertinent information. On top of that he helped get the approval of my mechanic father, who has never worked with Subarus before. This was easy and pain free.
