I was very pleased with my experience at Browning Mazda. The sales team, especially Billy, were all very accommodating, friendly, and answered all my questions. Billy continues to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, even after my purchase. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, I feel I got a good price, and I'm happy with the monthly payments. I will also be taking it to Browning for any maintenance, even though there is another dealership closer to me. I definitely recommend Browning Mazda!

Be prepared to wait several hours on your new car lease/purchase. Zero sense of urgency after you commit. I recommend the seats near the windows so you can watch the staff pretend you're not there. If you ask for the Manager they will expedite your paperwork (not really, they just say that). Good luck! As a note, Benny was fantastic and is in no way responsible for any of the comments above. If only the rest of the customer service was as good as he was.

Jason in the Service Dept was super friendly and accommodating. He worked to get my service done quickly while I waited, because I'd told him I had an appointment I couldn't be late for... and thanks to him and the excellent service technician, I wasn't! I have been in the market for a Mazda Miata, and noticed online that Browning Mazda had the model and color I wanted. I contacted them via email and they were quick to respond. I met with Jazmin and Desmond and took the car for a test drive. They were great! Jazmin is friendly and not pushy. Desmond is personable and knowledgeable. He even let me take the car out on the freeway to see how awesome it drives in traffic! I haven't finished the deal yet, but they have been wonderful so far. They are not pushy like many salespeople can be. I highly recommend them.

Everything worked out really well. I had an expectations on my price and service which were met. Ed was honest forthright and personable. Great Experience! Ed is very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure he just presented the facts. We like that! Very warm and friendly staff at this dealership. The cost of the car compared to the feature it comes with is such a great buy. Happy to have done business with them. Another cool thing, they gave us a car "birth certificate" and asked us to name our car, how cool is that! :) So now we are enjoying our "snoopy"Mazda CX5 in pearl white!!!

My experience with the browning Mazda was great. Sales person was very friendly, helpful and quick. It took only 1 hour to complete the sales transaction (wow!) while my previous purchase at another dealer took 5 hours. There was a little bit of confusion with their inventories. But they took time to find a right car for me (wonderful!).

Went in here with my research done on the exact car that I wanted (Mazda 3 5 door iSport with preferred equipment package). They contacted me about a good deal, and they definitely had the lowest prices in the area. There was a small hiccup regarding taxes before/after a rebate, but they honored the out the door price they quoted me before I came in.

Ed Southfield was great from the beginning. It wasn't until my 3rd visit that I purchased a CX 5 Touring and didn't feel pressured in any way. Ed took into consideration my needs/wants and was respectful throughout the entire experience. He shared his knowledge of the car and answered my questions. In the end, dealing with Ed was a true pleasure. He's in it because he respects the brand and really seems to enjoy getting to know the customers. The finance department also did what they needed to meet my needs, (thanks Alan) and I feel I walked out with a great deal! I'll highly recommend others to take their business to Browning Mazda.

Ed gave us a breakdown of all the features and a great test drive of the Grand Touring. Ultimately we decided on the Touring Trim and Jose reviewed pricing, while Wendy finalized us with a great deal on financing. What a wonderful team to work with - couldn't have asked for a more caring group to take care of my first mommy mobile.

I went to Browning Mazda on one of the busiest days of the year (Memorial Day weekend) knowing exactly what I wanted and was promptly greeted by Ed the salesman, who was very knowledgable and passionate about Mazdas. He was very patient and kindly answered all of our questions. When it came to purchasing the car, they were considerate of my needs and gave me a great deal. I also purchased an extra key fob (they gave me a deal on that too) and easily made an appointment for the following weekend to have it made. That experience was quick and painless, everyone I dealt with in the service department was very nice and patient. I had also purchased the extra Karr alarm system, and during the first week I was finding the alarm go off randomly. One night I couldn't even walk away from my car for 20 minutes without the alarm going off, it was very frustrating. I contacted the finance lady I had dealt with at Browning and she said I could have the alarm system removed and refunded me for it. Overall a very positive experience with Browning Mazda.

I bought a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Browning Mazda in August of 2014. Browning Mazda decided to place an aftermarket alarm on this particular car. I was completely unaware of this until the finishing stages of the finance stage. This alarm was said to be stock and "came with the car" it was cost $795 to keep the alarm in the car, and $199 to take it out. My wife & I figured that a stock alarm from Mazda wouldn't be a bad idea, so I paid the $795 to install it but after multiple battery troubles and over 3 visits to Mazda dealerships for help, it took our fourth visit and Tustin Mazda to find that the battery problem that was causing me so much time and trouble was due to the alarm that Browning Mazda had installed. It was at that time we learned from a Customer Service representative at Tustin Mazda that the alarm that was installed on our car was not at all stock, but actually an after market alarm and root of our problem. This is completely unfair and a scam! Browning Mazda decided to place an after market alarm on the model so they can either charge us $795 for the alarm or $199 to get rid of it and most likely throw it onto another car and get some more money out of some unsuspecting folks. Very tricky and very unfair, I am more than dissatisfied and do not recommend this branch to anyone! Money doesn't come easily and we trusted Browning to take care of us, and they did the absolute opposite. This was my first car I've ever bought ( leased), and Tony Witsoe was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable about my first purchase. He was not pushy and understood the price range i wanted to stay in, and made the process easier than i thought it would be. Cracked jokes, and made the car shopping experience fun and relaxed, rather than just trying to get me to buy a car. Armando also helped later during the sale when i decided the actual model i wanted to get. He ended up finding the color I wanted for the base model, ( the dark crystal blue), and also went out of the way to find what i was looking for. Got a 3 yr lease, great mileage and at a great price, as a college graduate!Overall a very genuine experience, and as a first shopper, made me feel comfortable, at ease and honestly, very happy about my first purchase

Went to Browning Mazda after seeing the Mazda3 I liked, I was apprehensive because of "car salesmen" and I really was uncertain if a deal could be done. I had 5 months left on a current lease and did not know the ins and outs about turning in a lease early to buy a car. Ed Southfield greeted us, I explained my situation and test drove the car. Loved the car and having Ed ride shotgun was fun! He was very knowledgable, professional, personable and made me feel at ease. No pressure whatsoever. We went back to dealership to try to make a deal. Long story short, got the car I wanted...color, trim, and a lower payment than my previously leased car and the process could not have been more pleasant! Thanks Ed and Browning Mazda!

I extend my thanks to everyone who helped me with my first time car buying experience. I was looking at different dealerships prior to my visit, but the internet sales team of Angelina and Rudy brought me in thanks to an offer that other dealers just couldn't beat. I didn't get to personally meet either Angelina and Rudy, but fortunately I had Jose walk me through the details of the purchase and the car itself. Personally for me, it's great doing business with people that are excited about the product I'm purchasing almost as much, if not more than me. Jose was able to relate his experiences owning a Mazda6 and it only made me more confident in my decision. I'm sure that all of the sales consultants are professional and knowledgeable, but if you want to deal with someone that's excited about the cars as much as you on top of what I listed, Jose is great! Ann in the Finance Department made the final stretch of the deal very pleasant. Luckily my wait was not as long as I thought it would be so that's always a plus. I even had Jose check in while I waited to process my financing. From finding a great offer online, to having a passionate rep assist on site and having a finance manager amusingly yet clearly explain financing details, it was an experience that makes me grateful for visiting Browning Mazda. I was told that my drive belt had cracking and needed immediate attention. I authorized the replacement but when I asked to see the old belt it had 2 very small frayed areas. Definitely not in need of immediate replacement. Their inspection report has a yellow rating (will require further attention). It may have needed a yellow. Dishonest dealership. I wouldn't recommend the sales or service department.

After working night shift, I spent 12 hours at 3 different dealerships, looking for a manual mazda 3. After some pretty bad experiences at the first two, I ended up at Browning Mazda in Cerritos, and from the moment I walked onto the lot, someone had walked out to greet me, and test drove the car right away (which they had ready and waiting for me) without even needing to walk inside or anything. It did take quite awhile, but part of that was me trying to understand everything being a first-time buyer, and the rest were due to some uncommon mishaps that took awhile to remedy. However, even though it took awhile, both Anthony, and the manager Victor stayed several hours late to assist me, and keep me engaged throughout the process. And, after I purchased the car, at almost 10pm, they had two employees drive down to my house 30+ minutes away to deliver the car to me. I enjoyed the experience, and I'm very happy with my purchase. (I actually managed to get a model with their preferred package, at a great deal, when the first dealership kept trying to push the sedan version at me, instead of working out a way for me to get the hatchback that I wanted.) I'm very satisfied, and look forward to getting my services done here, and future purchases as well.

I spent the better part of a year researching and comparing a number of cars and features, deciding on a new, loaded Mazda 3. One day while on the Browning site, I clicked the e-mail offer (best decision ever - I'd used Consumer Reports Car Buying Tools (TruCar) and this was way below their offer). Victor Martinez responed immediately with a great offer. There may have been a little room for haggling, but I had done my homework and knew this was a solid offer on their part. Within an hour, I was sitting down with Edward Southfield (Do yourself a favor and ask for him.) and out the door with a new car a couple hours later. I have had more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience, so I feel confident in saying the whole team was excellent. At every step, they were professional without being pushy: they had straight answers to questions; they knew their product; and they offered options but didn't try to shove it down your throat. I highly recommend Browning and will give them the first visit on my next purchase.

Ed was absolutely great. I got an internet price from Armando, then Ed helped me out. I am so glad he did! He went over every detail of the car with me and was such a great salesman. He knew the car inside and out and was very helpful in helping me figure out how the car worked. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone buying a new car. As a first time car buyer, the thought of buying a new car fresh out of college can be slightly daunting. Working with both Ed and Deandre, the process was very simple. I had a specific model in mind with specific features I was interested in and both of them were able to help put me in the car I wanted for the best price possible. Came here on a Saturday with my boyfriend to test out the Mazda 6. We were greeted by Deandre, the internet sales person I talked to prior, and was introduced to Ed who helped me test drive and answer all my questions. Turned out the Mazda 6 was too big for my size and became interested with the Mazda 3 instead.There were a couple other gentlemen that helped us out as well, and one even took us to the back lot to see the specific Mazda 3 model I was interested in. Each and every sales person and manager my boyfriend and I talked to were very helpful and patient, which we really appreciated. The last thing we wanted was to feel bombarded and pressured to buy a car without being 100% sure.We ended up leaving that day since we had to be somewhere within the hour, and still had to think about the price offer, which was much higher than we had originally budgeted for. We told them our budget, and we promised to be back if we were able to agree on a price.The next day, Deandre gave me a call back and after much negotiating, my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with our agreement. Ed was helpful and informative with the vehicle and the paperwork and processing went much faster than expected. Overall, we are very happy with our experience here. Went to the dealership to test drive CX-5. Ed met us out front and took us. He was very pleasant and informative, and gave us an idea of what to look for. His test drive was extensive and insightful, and he made sure we drove it in a way to experience the advantages of driving a Mazda. He was not pushy in the slightest. He even told us there was no need to be, because the car sells itself. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him. After test driving other similar cars from other dealerships, we knew the Mazda was for us.We inquired around at different dealerships to get the best price. After we did, we went back to Ed in hopes that his dealership could match the price. We had felt so comfortable with Ed, that we couldn't imagine taking our business elsewhere. My wife and I were very happy when the Ed informed us he was able to get the dealership to match the price, because we really only wanted to work with him. We went back, and true to their word, the dealership matched the price. Not once did anyone try to sneak in any extra costs, or sell us anything we didn't want. Ed went over the paperwork with us, was patient with us when we made mistakes on the forms, and even took time to help link the CX-5's bluetooth with our phones.I would recommend Ed to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. My wife and I look forward to seeing him when we take a car in to the service department or for car washes.

My husband and I were so lucky to have come across such an amazing salesman such as Ed. We walked in after looking into the many options for a small suv. After Ed helped us answer our questions and took us on an extensive test drive, he and the car had won us over. There was just no other car that even close. After determining the exact vehicle and trim level I wanted, I emailed a few area dealerships and Browning was the only one to get back to me quickly with specific, up-front pricing. 2) Edward, Cesar, and the other employees I worked with were friendly and to the point, clearly answering any questions I had, and making the purchase process as easy as possible.I would definitely recommend Browning Mazda and, specifically, Edward, for an excellent car buying experience.

When it comes to matters of high financial expenditures, I could easily be accused of over-researching. I went with Browning Mazda because all their offers were unbeatable by other dealers. I received many emails to the effect of "I'm sorry, we can't beat that price" from other dealers when I told them of Browning Mazda's prices.On top of that, I drove the hour to the dealer four times in the past two weeks and was always greeted with the casual respect that I find so rare in sales people. They were informative, respectful, and repeated things as often as was necessary to help this rookie car shopper. Further, my test drives with Josh, Victor, and Ed were incredibly fun and informative.I now have a new car that I love and wasn't dragged through the stereotypical car-sales process to get it. It was a win win!

Before going into the dealership, I had done my research. I wanted something that was affordable, reliable, and safe. I wanted a lease with little to nothing down. All my research pointed to the Mazda 3 Hatchback. We decided to go to Browning Mazda in Cerritos and were assisted by Edward Southfield. Ed was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for and we were in and out (with a new leased Mazda 3 hatchback) in no time. Definitely a positive experience!

First listened to what I wanted and then helped me based on that. The real good things are really more about the things they did not do. For example:1. They let me look around without jumping on me as soon as I stepped out of the car.2) Didn't ask for my drivers license and use that to run a credit check behind my back when I went on a test drive3) Didn't try to up sell to some other car on the lot4) Didn't make me sit around for a hour "to check my offer with the sale manager"5) Didn't try to push me into a lease6) Didn't try to push me into their financing 7) didn't push high margin but useless item like paint protection or sound proofing8) Readly let me have a test drive on a car I was interested without making me beg9) didn't call me a zillion time after my 1st visit

Sales and leasing consultant, Anthony Wilsoe was knowledgeable and a facilitator in the vehicle selection and delivery process. Sales Manager, Dudley Gamino and Finance Manager, Wendy Diep were also very nice, professional and instrumental in the administrations aspects of acquiring the Mazda vehicle.Additionally, the closing process was relatively fluent and efficient.

I am 65 years old and I have purchased many cars in my life. Most of the time it would be a very stressful experience until I visited Browning Mazda of Cerritos and met Ed Southfield. He was very helpful, honest, kind and very knowledgeable salesman. He was selling his vehicles on its merits without putting the competition down. He stayed with me through the whole purchase process and when it was over he spend some time to explain how everything works. Whenever I will be buying a car in the future I will visit Browning Mazda first and hopefully will work with Ed again.

Ed was a very helpful and honest Sales Employee. Most car salesmen come off as untrustworthy but Ed seemed very genuine. He had no problem explaining all of my questions and concerns and offered help at anytime with my car even after the purchase. Being new to leasing a car, he made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend him as well as the dealership to any friends and family in the future.

They refused to give me back my cash I had put down on the car until I refused to leave with out it. Very unprofessional dealership and I would never recommend anyone use them. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, and I was really blown away by how easy Ed made everything sound as he pointed out all the features of my new car. I visited two other Mazda dealerships much closer to my home and received no little or attention whatsoever from both. At the dealership in Orange one sales associate spoke to me but told me the car I wanted wasn't there and had no information as to when it might be. He definitely did not encourage me to return at any future time. The dealership in Tustin was even worse--the main focus of the entire staff was the barbecue they were firing up. And, by the way, there were few if any customers on either of these lots, so it wasn't that these characters were busy. But Browning Mazda was entirely different. Friends of mine suggested I go there and I was not disappointed. I received the appropriate amount of attention and assistance. I am now driving my MX-5 that was not even at the dealership when I visited. I am completely impressed with the way they handled my business.

Been a Browning customer for about 10 years.The sales dept.is incredible, but I was surprised after after going to their service dept for an oil change.That I needed an appointment and I needed to leave my car all day for an oil change.In the 10 years I've been going to service my car I've never been asked if I had an appointment, I've always brought my car early on Saturday between 7-7:30 and had my oil changed no problem and had it done within the hour.I'm sorry to see so much has changed,I will be taking my business elsewhere.Dropping a car all day for an oil change when there is so many places that will do it within the hour is ridiculous.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. The staff at Browning Mazda is very informative and polite. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. They listen to what the customer wants and they do not pressure them into buying a car they are not happy with. Most dealerships are swimming with piranhas. Browning Mazda actually has a polite and courteous staff. I would recommend this dealership everyone.

I totally agree with the other reviews about how great to work with Averian! This is my first car buying experience by myself. Averian has been very friendly, helpful, and patient; made the whole process comfortable. I knew the car I wanted which is CX-5. I had a Toyota Corolla for over 10 years and not familiar with the features in a car nowadays. Averian has been patient to explain all features thoroughly including answering my questions about optional packages. I did not purchase the car during first visit; thought I was not ready. After visited 2 other dealers and one month of emails with other internet sales, I decided to come back Browning Mazda in Cerritos not just because close to home, also the great customer service I received. Overall I had a pleasant experience and left very satisfied. Everyone from Sales, Management, and Finance was great! I recommend this dealership and will continue coming.

After a lot of research and looking for many different cars, we wanted the 15-16 Mazda 3. With the affordable price and the superior handling we decided that we really wanted that car! We were brought over to Browning Mazda from a salesman at JEEP after we decided that the Renegade was out of our price range. We were met by the easy going, excited about what he does, Corbin Wilson. He was so knowledgeable about the car and the Mazda brand. We felt at ease and not pressured. In fact, we had somewhere to be during our first visit and we had to make an appointment to come back on a Sunday. When we came back negotiations were your typical negotiations but we settled on a price that we could work with. Once we finished the paperwork (by a guy who wasn't personable at all), Corbin was so excited to show us the features of the car. It was a good sales experience and we are happy with our car! We are return customers to Browning, and it was Ed Southfield that brought us back the 2nd time. My husband and I had been poking around the dealership for a few months, finalizing the decision we planned on making and each time, even when we told Ed we weren't ready to buy, he was there for us and was respectful and understanding. He followed up with us each month and with his last call, we decided that it was time to make the purchase. He was accommodating and knew we needed to reach a certain number to make the deal final, which he was able to make possible. I rarely visit a Dealership and did most of my homework online. My first visit to Browning was okay...and a younger sales rep with "some knowledge of the vehicle that caught my eye" was helpful, but negotiations stalled early and I left... and no follow-up call came. So, before making a return visit, I checked the Customer reviews on the Browning website. Ed Southfield was mentioned by name in several reviews, so I called and made an appointment to meet with him. He had detailed knowledge of the vehicle, fine people skills, and the wisdom of some years. Although I never got 'the price' I wanted, his professionalism closed the deal! And later, when there was some awkwardness and delay in my getting funds transferred in timely fashion, Ed remained my advocate. No surprise that he is Customer Care Representative for the dealership. I'm now driving my new CX 5.

I was nervous since it was my first time buying a car, but Averian made the process a comfortable and satisfying experience. He was friendly and eager to help. He explained all the features of the Mazda 3 and answered any questions I had about the car. When it came to negotiating a price, Averian was patient and helpful. He brought any counteroffer I had to the sales manager for consideration. I like that I never felt pressured into making a purchase during the process. Since making my purchase, Averian occasionally calls to check up on how I'm doing and asks if I have any questions or problems with the car, and I appreciate that. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.Financing with Alan Anter was quick and painless. I made it clear that I didn't want any add-ons, and Alan moved through the paperwork at lightning speed. I knew what car I wanted when I came to Browning Mazda. Averian C. right away greeted me and my sister. I told him that I wanted to test drive the Mazda CX-5 and he right away assisted me. I told him that once I am ready I will give him a call. Two months later the Mazda CX-3 came out. I knew right away that is the car I wanted. I called Averian and ask him if they already have that car in stock, as soon as he said yes, I went to Browning Mazda to test drive it. Having Ed show us the car was great. I dont think anyone could have explained the car with more detail than he did. He makes you feel so comfortable and not rushed, and has the answer to any question you can ask (about a mazda). He even took the time to wait with me in parts department to ask a question, and I was full of them. Ed goes into depth during the test drive showing you the need to know performance points of the car. Could not have asked for a better experience in sales. Finance on the other hand, was a different story. Having too many inquires on your credit report is not a good thing, and the finance department at Browning Mazda sending a loan application to 6 different lenders does not help at all. Then got approved first try by my bank. It just seems they didn't want to let go of that first two months paid. I wish finance could have used just 1/8th of the communication that Ed in sales did, instead of stacking inquires like firewood. Couldn't be any more happy with the vehicle though.

I have to start by giving a HUGE shoutout to Ed Southfield whom, I felt, went far beyond what a dealer should or regularly does. I first went to Browning Mazda to test drive a car, looking to shop around between 3 different dealerships. Ed greeted me and instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed, knowing at this moment I was looking to test drive and not buy right away. If you've ever test driven, it is generally a drive around about a mile or two, but not with Ed. He makes you understand the car and ALL of it amenities while driving, so much so that we went to a secluded area to test out the speed and sportiness of the Mazda. It was then that I was sold before even stepping foot onto another lot. I went home and the next day received a thank you phone call for test driving the product, still no pressure or questions regarding buying, just a nice call. Four days later I went to Kia to help my sister buy her first car and I hate to say, TERRIBLE service, and after her test drive, I couldn't help but compare every little thing to Mazda and the FABULOUS test drive I received from Ed. Crazy how you can shop for the same thing, but get completely different service. Anyway, I purchased a CX-5. It's been 7 days so far and I am completely, head-over-heels in LOVE! I will probably continue to buy Mazdas from here on out solely based on the FABULOUS service I received from Ed and in the Finance dept from ANNE. The whole process was smooth and so fast/easy. I'm already planning my next purchase. THANK YOU ED AND ANNE!

I HATE shopping for cars, but I've been looking to replace my Nissan Z for a more practical, but still "fun to drive" type of car. Went to a couple different places and was very unhappy with their very rude attitudes and pushiness. Visited Browning Mazda and Ed was the first to ask if I needed help. Had a very pleasant experience shopping with Ed as the sales rep. He was respectful, laid back, and not pushy at all. It was like dealing with a real person with real conversation, as opposed to having to feel like being on the defensive end with a lot of the sharks out there. We actually had conversations about personal life and various interests, which was quite refreshing from a car dealership. After test driving, thought about the Mazda 6 for a week. Ed followed up and was very nice. Decided to go back a week later to drive another Mazda 6. This time, we closed the deal. I got the car I wanted and met a pretty cool person. A big reason I decided to get the car from Browning was because of Ed. I think all sales reps could learn a couple two, three things from him.

At arrival I had a good 5min looking around for a Mazda 3 then Edward Southfield came to give me a hand. Asked about the car I was looking for and explaining the different features the car has. The part I like was he gave me the time I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. After I test drove the car Ed was just waiting on me to go forward in making my first purchase. I had an idea how much the Mazda 3 cost and did my research so that's how I ended up in Browning Mazda. I came out of there with a Mazda 3 I GT, thanks Ed for making that day a great day. It is a good experience. Before going to the dealership, Angelina helped me quote for several models. I arrived at 11 am on Monday. Then Averian helped me test drive Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. During the test drive, Averian gave me a very precise and detailed instruction of the features for each trim of Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. He helped me a lot in making the final decision. After test-drive we came back to the store. Then I got a quote from Mr. Jizzman, who was also very friendly. After that I signed the paperwork and paid for the car. I chose to buy car insurance by my own. So they had to kept waiting for me. However, they were all very patient. Averian's manager also helped me find a better insurance price. By the way, they have a good post-sale service for their customers. Finally I drove my car home. Thanks to Averian, Jizzman and Angelina.

I would say that my overall experience was a good one. The internet department really helped bring the cost down upfront. The typical dance a buyer has with the sales rep was not as painful as in other places. Some moments were a bit rougher, especially when dealing with younger/newer sales reps who dont expect to be asked specific questions; and as with any person, its tough saying dont know, let me find out. Anyway, my main salesman Ed Southfield was a pleasure. He wasnt pushy and was very knowledgeable. There wasnt a good cop bad cop routine. The bad cop was actually good. So it worked out just fine. think the process could have been at least 30 min shorterit felt a bit lengthy. had one somewhat small issue and it was that my spare key wasnt available when purchased my vehicle. Apparently the service department had misplaced it or something. Anyway was told it would be searched for or if it wasnt found that they would make me a new key free of charge and should have it within the next couple of days. did get my key, but it didnt happen until a couple of calls and an in-person reminder about a week later. showed up on Saturday, and after 2.5 hrs of waiting (being told 10 more minutes like 3 times) did get my spare key. think this should have been more of a priority on their part. t was their responsibility to follow up with me to ensure got something so small as a spare key, that m paying for, rather than ME following up with them. This wasnt Eds fault, perhaps just internal miscommunication. Over all, m pleased with my business experience here. Well see how feel down the line.

Everyone loves a new car, but almost no one enjoys the car experience... Maybe everyone except people who have bought a car from Browning! Everyone at Browning Mazda did everything to make buying my new car easy and stress free. I bought a car here 15 years ago, and again today. I will be back!

My salesperson at Browning, Ed Southfield, was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and immediately responsive to our requests. He left us alone to explore when that was what we wanted but was right there when we needed help. The rest of the dealership personnel, from the sales manager (who conducted the price negotiation with professionalism, and without any false drama) to the service manager (who bent over backwards to get the add-on's installed on my CX-9 the same day) also conducted themselves as a credit to their organization. Of all the car purchase experiences I've had (and I've had more than a few), this one stands out as the best. I highly recommend Browning (and Ed Southfield especially) to anyone interested in a Mazda.

I arrived to an appointment to buy a car at this dealership and they were so unprepared we almost went to Alhambra. They didn't have the car I would be driving on the lot or even washed for that matter. After test driving the wrong car we expressed our frustration. They finally brought around "the car" and it wasn't washed either. I spent four and a half hours at the dealership buying the car, having come in with the exact VIN # of the vehicle I wanted. The sales service at this dealership is a joke. I feel as if I had to make them take my money while they treated me like trash.The price was good, though.

Quick, responsive, made us feel like family. We never felt pressured into any thing we did not need. Wish all of our car buying experience was this easy. Steven was able to answer all of our questions and concerns without having to pass us off to a supervisor or anyone else. One person, other than final finance, was able to seal the deal from start to finish. We really enjoyed our experience at Browning Mazda.

the employee are friendly and accommodating. however my concern is the customer service after sale i bought mazda2015 ISV 4door last may 16, 2015 the customer service is good during the closing sale however i got only one key on my car he promised to me 2-3days he will call me to pick up the another spare key but almost 2weeks i did not received any call to give me update about the key so i decided to follow-up. when i spoke to him he forgot about my spare key and try to recall my name and also the model of my car.

I purchased a new Mazda6 from Browning Mazda of Cerritos largely due to the excellent treatment I received from Ed Southfield. My first visit to the dealership was disappointing and left me doubting their ability to serve me, but I returned a week later and thankfully met Ed Southfield as I approached the front door. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and made me feel that I could trust him.. I had an excellent and thorough test drive experience, as did my wife on her own when she visited the dealership a couple of days later and also dealt with Ed. Without Ed, we would have purchased elsewhere or even a different vehicle altogether.

The Browning internet department was amazing. They made car purchasing easy and hassle free. I had asked other Mazda dealership for quotes. Browning was the only dealership that offered $2000 less than all the other dealerships! All other dealerships couldn't even come close. When my husband and I were ready to purchase the car, the internet department was so helpful and polite. They honored the online quote I received. When we went to purchase the car, my husband and I were prepared to deal with the typical "games" that dealerships play. However, the internet department was straight forward and professional. All in all, it was a stress free and easy experience.

The person helping was surprised and happy when he walked out with the deal he got for us. Worked really well with us on the price and getting us a monthly payment that we could afford. We had a Mazda cx-5 which we were happy with except our family got bigger and so we needed a bigger vehicle. We looked at and test drove the Cx-9 not only was it larger but still drove beautifully, it didn't feel bulkey and drove very smoothly. The person helping us really listened to our needs and showed us everything that we were looking for in a vehicle. This is my third time buying a car and by far this was the best car buying experience. The sales team was very helpful and understanding of the needs of my wife and I, getting this car at a great price made us so happy. Browning Mazda of Cerritos provided a comfortable, professional, easy, and rewarding car buying experience. I had called multiple dealers asking for prices and for help on the phone before I made my way to the dealership, no dealerships had offered the quality of service that Victor was able to provide me, which was my main reason for choosing this specific dealer as it was not the closest to my home. Victors courteous, professional and patient demeanor was truly my main reason for choosing to visit this dealer in person. Upon arrival I was greeted by a Victor whom unfortunately was with another customer at the time and had Armando take care of my needs. Armando was the car salesman that I did not know existed, in the best way possible. He was relatable, understanding, and very attentive to all my questions and needs during my car buying experience. I went into Browning Mazda looking for a lease. The ad said, "No money down and low monthly payments for 36 months." Being a college student I could not afford any hidden tricks. I walked in, Armando Mendoza greeted me and I asked him if the ad was legit and what the total cost would be. Armando told me what I would need to pay and quoted me a monthly payment. At the end of the process I paid what Armando quoted me and ended up owing the monthly payment he quoted me. What an awesome experience. Ask for Armando, he was awesome.

Once on site, Armando was very helpful in finding me what i wanted. I was originally looking for a pre-owned certified which would have taken me to Star Mazda, but with Armando drive, he encouraged me to look at the 2015's and buying new verses pre-owned. Armando and Deandre sent me an email Friday night with option on a new Mazda 6. I came back based on the email and with Steve Mosley's help on Saturday morning, bought the Mazda 6 with what i would call a very smooth deal. I worked with Angelina Rodriguez and Ron at Browning Mazda. It was a very good experience and Angie had Ron. Angie had called and emailed the price for the CX9 Touring and when I went to the dealership, there was no haggling and everyone was very professional. My kids and my wife were very happy that they could get the color they wanted. And also the Finance Manager, Wendy Diep was a great person to work with. she was very helpful and understood our needs and helped us with the paperwork.We did have 1 issue since Ron was able to find only 1 key for our CX9 but he promised that he will find the other one and mail it to our home address. These folks made sure I had all the bases covered and negotiated a deal better suited for my budget. I genuinely felt like they didn't want to see me eat Top Ramen for the next few years. I love me some Top Ramen but definitely not for three meals in a row. Victor was very knowledgeable about the 2015 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring I coveted. He gave me a speedy crash course about the car's basics while on our test drive, and next thing I knew, I was driving home in a pristine Mazda feeling all zoom-zoom!

Browning Mazda Lost Car? About a week ago I negotiated the purchase of a 2015 Mazda 3 from Browning Mazda, Cerritos, through Brian Bevans who confirmed with an email to me including the price and vehicle specs (VIN, etc.) as well as an appointment for me to pick up the car. I told Brian at that time that I am caregiver for my wheelchair bound wife and since I would be driving about 25 miles from Santa Monica and would be paying cash I hoped to minimize the time completing the deal so as not to leave my wife alone too long. He assured me that it would take only about 1 to 1 hours. When I arrived at Browning I was told that Deandre had gone to pick up the car from the storage lot and that I could fill out some preliminary forms. After 30 to 40 minutes and expressing my concern about the whereabouts of the car the Browning staff assured me that they shared my concern and had sent another searcher to help Deandre and to search another storage lot. There was some talk about possible theft. After another 30 to 40 minutes, I became suspicious by the demeanor of the staff salesmen and that tis ploy might be an indication that Browning had decided to renege on the offer. I reminded myself of the old saw about the difficulty sometimes in distinguishing devious from incompetent. However, in case of either one, I lost interest in further dealings with Browning Mazda and, of course would recommend that any prospective Mazda customers avoid that dealership!

Before coming to Cerritos, I had talked to both Glendale and Alhambra Mazda dealerships. Glendale was great for test drive because they were very laid back, but was also laid back in their sales and not really willing to make efforts to negotiate with me. Alhambra was the worst, don't go there. They were pushy, try to confuse you, and try to sneak in additional things they can charge you with. Cerritos by far offered the lowest internet quote off the bat. Their online quote even clearly stated what was included in the price quote and what additional fees will be involved on top of that. When I emailed them to ask about Mazda financing options and its compatibility with the quoted car price, they quickly responded and clearly answered my questions. So I went. Aaron took us out to a test drive in the exact car we wanted, and explained all the features while at it. Angie honored the internet quote as we previously discussed, honored the financing options that we chose (also previously discussed), and all the pricing were compatible with the additional Mazda rebates I was qualified for, which discounted the price even more. The test drive and negotiation portion only took about 1.5hr. Then came the tough part. Their finance department only had one guy working that night (Alan) and there were multiple people trying to buy cars. After we had already agreed on the price and finance options, we waited there for 4 additional hours for Alan to get to us. Our salesman Aaron, in the mean time, went through the car manual with us and took our car for a wash and gas fill up. By the time Alan finally got to our papers, everything was straight forward. The documents were all straight forward and accurate (no scams!), and because they were so busy and it was so late, they didn't even have the time to sell us any additional things. No useless insurance, no useless parts, no useless security system. It's go in, review the documents (make sure you read carefully even if they're trustworthy!), sign, pay, and leave. Alan even gave me a high five for finding all these Mazda factory rebates! Speaking of security system, I read from online reviews that many people have issues with the dealer trying to sneak in the security system and overcharge them, because they're already pre-installed. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ACTIVATE IT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO! I even read that some people say dealers try to charge them $700-$1000 to remove the KARR security device. YOU ALSO DON'T NEED TO REMOVE THEM. Cerritos Mazda deactivated it quickly without charging me a penny. No hassle at all. Overall, it was a great experience for me personally. I took away 1 star only because they were super busy and I was there for 6h total. But it was Black Friday and the whole time Aaron and Angie were apologetic and nice to us about it (although a free coffee would've been even nicer!). Plus, them being busy also meant no sneaky fees, paper scams, or pushing for random additional things to sell! They got no time for that! Thanks for getting me an awesome car!

The people were friendly, but seemed too dull about everything . They didn't seem to want to help, so we got a great deal somewhere else! We pretty much wasted a lot of our time, maybe someone else would've made the experience worth it. It's always different for everyone, so that's was just a brief explanation of how it went for me on Sunday.

I looked up the best internet prices online for several Mazda 3 trims, and the internet team assured me there were plenty of cars in stock at the discount prices. When I arrived for a test drive, they quickly prepared the cars I was interested in, and re-assured me the discount prices would be honored for any similar cars in stock. Armando was especially helpful as he took me for the test drive and answered my many technical questions. I bought a car from Browning in May and just e-mailed with a couple of questions about the car. This is the second time I have contacted the dealership since purchasing the car and--both times--I have been exceptionally impressed with the speed of their response and the accuracy of the information they provided. I would definitely recommend this dealer--particularly Jose and De-Andre--to others. They actually are as interested in keeping the customer happy after the purchase as they were in getting us to buy the car in the first place!

Brian which is the internet sales manager was very helpful and responsive and gave me the best price straight away. He guided me through the process very quickly once I arrived at the dealership. And Manny which is a sales consultant in the dealer was extremely friendly and easygoing too. He went above and beyond to explain to me how to use the features in the car. Came in Saturday afternoon 10/25/2014, about 5ish. Traveled an hour from where I lived hoping to buy a car I saw in their inventory online. Was price quoted by Jose and Angelina the day before and I liked what I saw. As soon as I got there, we asked for Jose and he came out a minute later and introduced himself to my father and I, along with Armando. Armando was our sales guy, he explained the model I wanted pretty thoroughly, and answered any question I asked without hesitation. After the test drive, we went inside to talk about the price I was quoted, which I was happy with and accepted it. Filled out the paperwork and before you know it, I was in the finance and insurance guy's office. After a little while, I came out with my keys in hand and as the owner of a new 2014 Mazda 3 s touring. Armando was waiting for me to go over any features we missed in the test drive, and also hooked up my iphone's blue tooth to the car. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend friend's and family here to ask for Armando, Jose, and Angelina from the internet sales department. Thanks guys! About 3 weeks ago, I walked into Browning Mazda not knowing what kind of car I wanted. I met with Ed Stonefield and we test drove a Mazda CX5. I was immediately impressed with Ed's knowledge, kind demeanor and the fact that he didn't have what we all think of as a car salesman's pushy nature. I left there knowing that I had some research to do; I wanted to make an educated decision on what car I would end up leasing, and then probably owning. I searched out, read about, compared, test drove and even had numbers run on some of at least 8 of Kelly Blue Books best crossover suv's.And I came back to Browning Mazda. I'm old-school and didn't need every bell and whistle that money could buy; however, I had a few very specific requests, a very limited budget and a desire to have this car buying (leasing) experience be a good one.So, with every person I spoke with while looking at cars in the last few weeks, I kept coming back to Ed.I TOTALLY made the right decision!! ! !! I stopped by the dealership yesterday and reacquainted myself with Ed and he remembered me. We set up an appointment for today and he was ready & waiting for me when I arrived.I found the dealership to be easy-going, but efficient. The employees were all very gracious, helpful and happy! I was truthfully a bit more nervous than I was excited about purchasing my first car due to not wanting to be hassled by a dealership for business. As soon as I arrived, my family and I were pleasantly greeted by Ed Southfield, who turned out to be a kind, patient, and understanding salesman. You can tell by the other comments that Ed truly is a pleasant individual to work with, and he's different from a typical salesman - he doesn't pressure you FOR your business, he works with you to EARN your business. I got a great deal thanks to Ed on a brand new 2015 Mazda 3 and I couldn't be more excited to be driving it everyday. I ended up leaving the dealership extremely satisfied and any nervous thoughts I had before were gone due to a great experience. Our Salesman Ed Southfield was very knowledgeable with the Mazda automobile, he was very kind and helpful through the whole process of purchasing. I never felt any pressure from him in anyway. The sales and financing staff that I dealt with when buying my Chevy Avalanche were so friendly, considerate, and relaxed that I left feeling as though I had been dealing with old friends... certainly the antithesis of the stereotypical "used car salespeople!" From the moment that we connected with Ed Southfield, our salesperson, to the moment that we closed the deal, we were treated with respect. We never felt as though we were being pressured into buying anything. The drive from our home to Browning Mazda took well over two hours, but it was well worth it! The next time we are in need of a new or used car, this will be the first place we will go! Kudos to the management for establishing such a welcoming environment! We got the truck we needed with the features we wanted at a price we could comfortably afford. What more could we ask for? Went in to try the CX 5 out and was sold after the test drive. The salesman, Steve, was able to answer all of our questions and provided us with all the technical details of all the new equipment. The whole process was easy with a fair price given for our trade in. I could have bargained for a bit more, but with the price of the car and the congeniality of the Browning folks, I didn't feel the need to push it. I've been buying cars for years and this was as easy as buying a "no need to bargain Saturn"! The CX5's AWD is excellent in the mountain roads and snow handling as well or better than my Subaru's and other AWD cars. I highly recommend the car and the dealership.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 in February and every day, every time I drive, I still think about your terrible customer service. I deal I had came with a set of all weather mats and someone would call me when they were available because they had to order them. Well, I bought a new car, paid for it, left the dealership and I was out of the picture. Time went by, I received the license plates from DMV and still no call from you. About 2 months later, I called the salesman's business card phone number and it was "wrong number". I emailed and Brian Evans simply told me to call the dealer. So I did. Brian then told me the mats were there, I would have to come the next day and look for the salesman Jose, not bothering to check if Jose would be there the next day. This is how a mananger takes care of the business?! I called again on the same day, looking for Jose. Luckily, he was there. Yes, he remembered the deal; yet, could not explain why nobody even cared to call me. However, he had the next day off (if I had listened to the manager, I would waste my time for nothing!), so he agreed to ship the mats to me and I would receive them in 3 to 4 business days. Sounds good? Except that he never did! What does that tell me about your business? A customer paid for the car. You made a sale. Done. Don't care. I emailed again. Finally, another manager, Sam, took care of it. Sam shipped the mats to me. It took you people almost 3 months, several calls, several emails to fulfill an official deal! Not even an apology! And I was passed like a ball from one person to another. A complain email was sent to your internet director. And it turned out to be the highlight of your customer service. The "director" at first glance of the email, thought I was inquiring to purchase a car, called and email me for more information: what color I like, what features of the car I like, what model, etc. When he realized there was no benefit in it for him, he disappeared without a word! How did he do it? Oh, "we have a bad connection. Let's hang up and I'll call you back right away." Wow, how professional! Poof! He was gone! I would never, never come back to your dealer. Not only that, I will tell all people I know about how you people lied to me, tricked me, and tempted to swallow the deal. You treated the customer with no respect at all! If I had not called, I would never get the mats! I had to keep calling, one call was not enough! Managers or director will not do anything to solve a problem unless they pocket a benefit!

I was traveling and came across an issue with my stereo. They treated my issue as if it were a 911! I didn't want to drive 3000 more miles with a radio malfunction...but let's face it, it's not a 911! So they rushed an order of a new stereo and raced to put it in for me. Just before I went to Browning Mazda I went to Riverside Mazda and I had a terrible experience with deceitful salesman and his manager. But in browning Mazda I had very nice buying experience. I was helped by Mr. JD and he seems to be very honest, courteous sales man. He is a very hardworking salesman and keeps his word. Did not give any surprises during process. Look for Mr.JD if you want to have similar buying experience. The entire purchase was done (including finance and trade-in ) in 3 hrs. My experience buying Mazda CX-5 was exceptionally good.

It's been 8 years since I bought a new car. So I was really excited to find the Mazda I wanted. I had looked on Mazda's web site and found the exact care I wanted in stock at Browning Mazda. So I drove there to check it out and hopefully make a deal.I pull up and was greeted by a salesman. I have to be honest, I do not remember his name. But that is a good thing for him... He went to show me the car I wanted and he tried to unlock the door with the electronic key he has. Door will not open. He said the battery is dead and the locks are electronic so he could not open it. I'm like, OK, brand new car and a dead battery? At this point, I would expect him to be running as fast as he could to get the actual car key so he can unlock the door. And at the same time telling the service guy to bring the jump start battery to get this thing fired up. But no, he did not bother - I guess I was bugging him because I wanted to actually look and sit in the car before I bought it.Instead, he tried to explain the car battery on a Mazda will die after sitting a few days. He said it is due to the key less entry proximity sensor - it uses the battery up... I'm like REALLY? So I buy a $35,000 car and go on a business trip for a week, come back and I can not get in or start my car in the airport parking lot??? Now don't get me wrong, I understand the battery will eventually die on any car after several months from just sitting. But, come on why would tell a customer it will die after a few days!!!3 minutes into this and I am walking back to my car to drive away. The manager sees me and stops me. I tell him what happened. He says the salesman is new and he apologizes for what happened. He quickly offered to have someone else get the actual key and jump start the car. At least the manager was friendly and tried to make things better. But the bad taste was in my mouth. I found a different version of the car I wanted at a different dealership and bought it there the next day...

Best experience I could've hoped for. Looking for a Mazda 5, e-mailed 15 Mazda dealerships in the LA area, followed up with the ones that were serious, and Browning came out the winner. Brian, my sales rep, was straightforward, honored his OTD price (actually came in a little under), and didn't bother with needless dickering (except on my trade-in, and let's face it, I was happy to get a couple hundred for that). The process was pretty lengthy, since we walked out with the car at the end and there was a lot of paperwork to go through, but I was very happy with the overall experience. They were professional and respectful, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Hi all - I bought my car here and have used the service department before. Not sure when I take it in they ever do anything. I take it in regularly. Once I took it some where else and they said i needed a flud flush that should have been done already. I took my Mazda 3 in on sat with an appointment at 9am. I called at 3pm to check on my air conditioning. They said it would cost double so $218, to keep my car till monday just to tell me what is wrong. So I took it to pep boys and they just wiggled a wire and my air conditioner worked. Had the dealership even checked my car they would have known nothing is wrong. Terrible dealership. I love my car, but I would never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. They make promises that they don't keep. There was damage to the bumper of the car and they said that it would be fixed no cost and a loaner car would be provided for as long as the repairs took. (The repairs had to be done within 30 days of purchase) I also wanted a spoiler for my car, Edgar and Brian said they would order it and call me when it came in. They said they would do the repairs and install the spoiler at the same time. For almost two weeks, they kept saying that it was ordered. After two weeks, Edgar never returned my calls. Finally got fed up with Edgar and spoke to Rose in customer relations (she's the only one who was helpful at the dealership). She said she would speak to Edgar and find out what was going on. When she spoke to Edgar, he basically said that I was lying and that he never said or promised any of this. Personally, I believe that they were trying to get out of doing the repairs, at this point it's been 3 weeks. Rose says she will order the spoiler for me at a 20% discount. I tell her that I do not want it anymore and just want my car repaired. She makes an apointment for me at the body shop to drop my car off on Saturday at 8:30am and a loaner will be ready for me. She tells me to call her on her cell if there is any problems. I get to the body shop at 8:30, Henry tells me that there is no appointment or loaner for me. All he keeps saying is that he's not supposed to be in today and that he's just covering for someone. He tells me that I need to speak to the sales manager to get appoval for a loaner. I go back into the dealership, speak to one of the sales person about my situation. He goes in and talks to Sean, comes back out with an appoval for 2 day loaner. Not once did Sean acknowledge me or come out of his office to speak with me. I take the appoval back to the body shop, tells me that the loaner is good for Saturday and Sunday, and that they wouldn't be able to look at my car until Monday. Henry tells me that I would have to pay for the loaner starting from Monday until the repairs were done. He then tells me to just come back on Monday. No apologies, and he continues to complain that he is not supposed to be there. I leave the body shop and call Rose and tell her what is happening. She is upset and tells me to go back to the body shop and she will take care of it. I get back to the body shop as Henry is on the phone with Rose and I can tell that she is chewing him out. He gives some paperwork to another employee and walks out of the office not even acknowleding me. The employee has me fill out the paperwork as he takes my car into the body shop. I look though the paperwork and there is a copy of the work order form showing repairs to the bumper and a loaner for the length of the repair time. What a bunch of liars!!! Then they give me a loaner car with an almost empty tank. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BROWNING MAZDA TO ANYONE!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR FOR SERVICE TO THEM AND NEVER PURCHASE PARTS FROM THEM!!!

I see that they are still the rip off dealership of almost all times. I had bought a used car straight cash and had added new struts. I wasn't even interested in a car, but they offered some prizes and I wanted to check out something for my husband or my daughter. Well it turned out they had a Mazda 3 Hatchback that was perfect. I was doing a lot of transporting items for Special Olympics and my car was great, but not with the way the back of this car was. We had stated that we would not take less than $4,000 for the car that we had. They said okay and we thought everything was good. Well on the paperwork it said that they were giving us $1,700 for the car. My husband and I immediately got up to leave. The loan person got the person who had originally helped us and he stated that they had put the rest of the amount in the back on the interest and cost. We believed them and sold the car. The car started having problems from the get go. The first was minor, but they had stated the mileage would be great. Well it was the same as my original car. When I had to keep taking back to them and they had to pay for the gas to test the car, my husband and I was at the point of going to the State regarding this. Well the dealership then claimed that they were not able to get me a loan even though the loan company had already talked to me and said it had been approved and everything was fine. They claimed they wanted the car back. Well we gave it to them, but they wouldn't give me my car back, they claimed they had already sold it. Well that turns out to be another lie, it had not been sold. They also only sent me a check for $1,700.00. When I stated this was incorrect, they just ignored me. It turns out that my car was not transferred in title until after they had taken my car back and I still could have had my car back. Thanks to them I had to get another car as where I worked was not where I could take a bus. I would say this to anyone who goes there Caveat Emptor.

Cal and no other dealership can beat their price and stock, unfortunately the truth is that no other dealership can beat their BS and lies.Long story short!Got an offer by their floor manager with an outrageous OTD price.Then I walk out and enjoy a nice dinner with friends.Second day, the Internet sales manager DJ called a few times and asked me to go back. I told him that I already got an offer from other dealership (same trim/color/spec) for $835 less. I told him I am not interested in driving 50 minutes down to the dealership and waste my time. DJ promised that if the offer on black and white from other dealership, he will honor that price and beat that price.So, I went in expecting to get that price (X).Original (First Day) Browning Mazda ask me to pay (X + 835) + Tax & FeeNow they said this will be the final price X + Tax & FeeWRONG!!!After I present the offer on black & white, DJ said due to the color preference, he will need to add $200 for them to balance out cost. SURE!Then he said his boss wouldnt sell at (X + 200), and ask me to add another 185.Then he said his boss give the final offer (X + 785) WTH???I decided that this is such a scam and he said (X + 585) is the final offer of his boss.Whatever!So I said, I dont have time to be wasted here. Give me an final offer. Then we will have a deal. Ok, he finally offer a price. Not the best but I do not want to keep on wasting my time here. So I said, bring me the paper with OTD price, then we will sign.Guess what he came back with the price thats $174 more of what we had agreed on ??? He said that this is for the color preference.EXCUSE ME!!! Didnt you add 200 already for the color preference????????????So, they said the best offer they can give is (X + 785).So, DJ promised to give you X for the price.And want you to pay for (X + 785) as the sale price???This is such a scam and unprofessional act.I am ready to write an official complain to Mazda HQ and complain Browning Mazda for their utmost unprofessional act.

They were very laid back and honest. I didn't try to pressure me and that's what sold me on the deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a used car!

Don't be fooled by Security Alarm system and Window Etching.<br>Eventhough you got best deal with sales rep , you could end up to pay what they want you to pay at the very end.<br>well, it could happen at any dealer.<br><br>If you have full coverage insurance, etching doesn't mean much and<br>you can buy security alarm at any electronics store with way cheaper price.<br><br> <br>

I dropped my car off at 7:15 a.m. and was given a written estimate that it would be completed by noon. At 4:15 p.m. I received a call telling me (not asking) that the mechanic would need to drive the car in the morning to check out the noise in the rear of the vehicle that I asked be looked at. Then I was told that the mechanic would not be able to check the rear speakers, as I asked, until the morning. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and asked that the above 2 items be checked out.<br><br>When I arrived at 5:00 p.m. I was told my car was done. The final diagnosis for the noise in the rear of the vehicle and speakers was that I bring it back for further diagnosis. I was told by Mario (very quickly and not in any detail) that the mechanic would have to take apart door panels to find out why the speakers weren't working and that the bushings had been oiled and that is probably the problem with the noise in the rear, but wasn't sure.<br><br>It was quite obvious that they did not have time to inspect the things I requested and didn't bother doing anything. Now I will have to make time to go elsewhere have these two items checked. I won't go back to Browning. This is the first dealership I've been to that charges to have things checked initially (even I didn't get charged).<br><br>I was not impressed or happy with the service I received.
