Joe Diamond was our sales consultant. He was extremely professional and made the buying experience pleasant, efficient and informative. Couldn't have asked for better. My Cadillac ATS had a tire that kept losing air. I took it to my local gas station and had the mechanic add air and check all my tires. My car is from 2017 and I have owned it for almost 3 years, so I have been expecting to need new tires at some point soon. The mechanic at my gas station told me that I would need new tires soon and that the tire that was losing air had a bent rim because of the way I drive and park. Fortunately, I made an appointment for the next day at Brogan Cadillac, where I bought my car almost 3 years ago and have been having it serviced. It turned out that my tire had a hole, which the mechanic at Brogan was able to repair for around $40. Not only did I have a pleasant experience at Brogan Cadillac, where I was treated with respect and courtesy, but I was able to save myself from buying 4 new tires until I actually need them! I will keep having my car serviced at Brogan Cadillac and when I am ready to buy a new Cadillac, I will return to Brogan where the service personnel always have been honest, trustworthy and respectful of their customers even those of us who know little about cars. Thank you Brogan Cadillac and especially Ron in Service!

Mervin allowed us to form our own opinion which speaks volumes of the dealership & the consultant. From sales to the financial dept everything went seamless. Great communication throughout the process. Was surprised at the thorough inspections that were conducted and parts that were replaced that I never would have known about prior to the car being listed. Brand new tires, struts, sensors, etc.... was not able to negotiate on price, but the listing was lower than competitors to begin with. Would recommend.
