BB Toyota had a particular vehicle that I was interested in. The truck had a 5spd - I really wanted an automatic. We haggled a little but never came to an agreement. That's fine - it's a negotiation process. The person I dealt with was courteous and seemed to be well informed. I have no complaints. I would buy from them if I find the right vehicle.

My husband bought a car here yesterday, and had the best experience with our sales rep! His name was Zane C. (I don't remember his entire last name) He greeted us and asked us what he could help us with before we even had the chance to walk inside. My husband asked him how long he had been working here and he said two months. Our minds were blown he had only been there for that amount of time. He was so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles! He was super laid back and you could tell he was genuinely honest and cared about your opinions and helped us narrow down to exactly what we wanted! We love our car and are so glad he was out there to help is as soon as we got there! We would for sure come buy another car from him any day!

New car purchase that went smoothly. Brought my 2 year old daughter to mess with them. Arrived within an hour of her needing a nap so I wouldn't be stuck there arguing over the price or trade in. Left at 1 pm to get her to bed and told them what I wanted to pay for the car, what I wanted for my trade, and what I wanted my payment to be. They called me a couple times to haggle and by 5 I was there signing the deal.

I admit leasing a car at Brent Brown was the STUPIDEST thing I have ever done. My salesperson was wonderful, but once you get to the management, look out. They are condescending and rude. One finance manager (Todd Robinson) accused me of lying and made me print off emails regarding the pricing I had agreed upon with my salesperson. The only reason I actually went through with it was because it was a preferenced vehicle that they special ordered for me, and similar cars weren't available. I had to wait over 2 months for my car to come in. I went to the dealership 3 times to sign papers that were supposed to be ready to go. The second time I went in (with all 4 of my children) I had to wait over an hour and still didn't get to sign them. (That was when Todd Robinson made me print off emails, then he STILL wouldn't give me the price.) Once I had signed the papers (on the last day of the month, which helped out the dealership), I had to wait 3 days to get my car! When I finally started yelling, they ended up giving me over $1700 in "perks" to "make up" for their horrible service. BUT they still wouldn't go back to what they originally agreed upon. I even had Kelly (the general manager) YELLING at me! Such horrible service by management. I do have to say that the salespeople I worked with were very nice and helpful. But they are the guinea pigs. Once you start working with management, the experience turns sour. STAY AWAY FROM BRENT BROWN TOYOTA!

Todd Robinson really took care of me by making me feel extremely comfortable getting the right lift and wheels put on my brand new tundra. This was important to me as i have never gotten a lift done or anything upgraded before with my other vehicles. Charlie the finance guy really made me feel comfortable as well.

Brent Brown Toyota had exactly the car I was looking for so I arranged to see it. I was told the car wasn't on the lot but that they would bring it in and have it detailed and ready to go when I got there. I was driving from South Ogden to Provo so they had plenty of time. I had to wait about 30 minutes after arriving to see the car and talk with a sales person. My husband was a bit irritated by that as we were both tired from a long work day and drive to the dealership. However, the car was indeed exactly what I wanted and they offered such a great price for it that I had no need to haggle over it. Jared Pela was our sales person and he was great. My husband can be a little intimidating sometimes but Jared took that in stride. They were joking with each other throughout the sales process. We were at the dealership for over three hours and that was hard but we realized that they were all very busy with several deals happening at the end of the day and support staff had already gone home. I knew I was getting a great deal so we were very tolerant of the situation. One issue that occurred after we left with the new car was that the gas tank was nearly empty and by the time I got home it was at zero. We feel they should have put some gas in before we left. They did offer us a gas card for coming in but we still haven't received it. My husband would probably give the customer service a 3 star because of the long wait time but I thought everyone was doing their best.

Due to my wife's back condition, we were in need of a vehicle that was more user friendly. The young salesman, Jones Roberts, was kind enough to bring all of the vehicle that we might be interested in right to our vehicle so she could more easily get in and out to test the fit of seats, entry/exit, etc. Our new Venza fits our needs exceptionally well and my wife couldn't be happier. This is one great place to buy a car. The sales staff is exceptional. Even though I wasn't quite ready to buy just yet, my salesman, Collin Taylor, was very helpful in showing me several cars that were in my budget. I knew what I wanted and it showed it was in stock so I called to confirm. I talked to Collin Taylor and he said it was there and I told him I'd be there at 6:30. When I got to the dealership Collin already had the car cleaned and pulled up in front of the store. I checked it out and it was the car I wanted. I told him what I'd pay and he talked to his manager and came back and said ok. Sold. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you to Collin and the managers at Brent Brown Toyota for making this an easy and quick transaction. I'd recommend Brent Brown to anyone looking for a car.

I've never cared for the whole car shopping/car buying experience. For me, it's always been an uncomfortable and confusing process. When I went to Brent Brown Toyota I expected more of the same. I'm pleased to say I was wrong. I met with Collin Taylor who was very professional. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several cars. I never felt like he was pushy. Instead, I felt like he really wanted to help me accomplish what I wanted. I found a Highlander that I liked and there wasn't a lot of back and forth. When I told him I wasn't sure, he told me to sleep on it and see how I felt in the morning. That blew me away! Usually salesman try to push you to take it right then but brent brown and Collin wanted to make sure that I was 100% that this was the right choice for me. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. I ended up going back the next day and buying the car. I'd recommend brent brown and especially Collin Taylor to everyone. Thanks guys!

A friend of mine referred me to Brent Brown Toyota- I called in to set an appt. when I got there one of the Manager's, Chris Cervantes, was ready to greet me! He had a few options pulled up front for me to look at so I didn't waste any time. After I test drove a used car and a new one we went inside to talk numbers. Now I'm a teenager with no credit and no one to help with me this (no co-signer, no $ down) Chris was able to look over every option with me and was extremely helpful. He is a very 'to the point' kind of guy but is very nice so take it the wrong way! While I was waiting for him to get back from pulling my new car around I was walking around checking out the cars on the showroom floor. I was approached by 2 or 3 people asking me if I had been helped and they were so smiley about it. Wow!! Seriously such a friendly place! Chris finds me and before I go back to sign paper work he asked if I would like a hot chocolate, coffee or water or even a snack! I am so impressed with this dealer and the way they make you feel just like family. Thank you Chris, I love my new Scion xD! I will never buy from another dealer again. Brent Brown Toyota IS family!

We were very excited to purchase a car from this dealership and had one in mind. After negotiating prices, Kelly Christensen, mind you the general manager, raised his voice at us saying we were being unreasonable, accusing us of caling him a liar, ripped up the paperwork, threw it on the desk we were sitting at and stormed off yelling. I was appaled. This lack of respect for us, the customers, was shocking. As the general manager, he would be the one we would go to if any other agents were disrespectful to us but as it was him, as a manager this is unacceptable. A manager should not lose his temper in front of the customer, storm off and then refuse to apologize. I could not believe it.

I took my 2010 Corolla in to fix a leak in my oil pressure sending unit. I told the service guys exactly what was wrong because we already took it to another mechanic who was able to pinpoint the leak. I received a call and was told that that sort of leak was impossible because of the location of the sending unit and that there was something else wrong with my car that needed to be fixed. So I got whatever service they decided I needed fixed and thought that was the end of it. However, I bring my car in a month and a half later for safety and emissions and was told that I had a leak in my oil pressure sending unit and it needed to be fixed. OH HOW IRONIC?! I was furious, I told the service people exactly what was wrong before and I was told that I was wrong and now they come back and tell me that the leak was indeed in need of fixing?? And I talk to the same person, John Goodman, both times and I called him out on it and all he could do was give me these bogus excuses and tell me he has been doing this for 12 years so he knows what he is doing. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU"RE DOING WHY DIDN"T YOU CATCH IT THE FIRST TIME ESPECIALLY WHEN I TOLD YOU EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG!?! Honestly I feel like these guys at Toyota can push me around and tell me what they think is right because I am a woman. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I am talking about, I am NOT an idiot. Plus my husband waited 2 hours to get safety and emissions done even when he had an appointment scheduled. I am so angry with the customer service I received and the amount of time we have had to wait for services to our vehicles to be completed. It is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Worst dealership ever.

Chris was extremely rude with us which was not what we were expecting from Brent Brown Toyota. He made us wait an hour in the waiting room to come back and tell us nothing that we did not know from before. He was unfriendly and hard to work with because he felt that he knew more about financing that I do (I graduated in finance). Apparently he did not want to sell the car very bad and left us with four hours of our time invested at their location with no results. If you do go to Brent Brown make sure you request a different sales person.

I went into my latest truck buying experience set on dealing with a private seller only. Everytime I go to a dealership I feel like I have to work so hard to come out of there feeling like I was treated fairly. I know dealerships need to make money and I am way okay with that but I am in sales myself and always enter a dealership lot with my best sales hat on to. I saw a truck that interested me but was bummed that it was at a dealership. Off I went, best sales hat on lock and entered the sales lot at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, Utah. Right from the get go somethingwas different. For one, I wasn't attacked or even approached by a sales person. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and thyen made my way into the main showroom. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by two or three people and believe it or not, all of them seemed to have sincere smiles. It was almost like they welcomed me but let me approach them why I was there and what I was looking for. That's when I met McKay. Very personable and professional gentleman. He listened to me and it was very cool as we found we both loved fishing. Anyway, it was like McKay had radar or something. really wanted a Toyota going into this but felt they were a little out of my price range. McKays radar came into play as the first and only pick up we looked at was a Toyota Tacoma, that I am happily driving today. McKay and his awesome sales manager Mr. Christiansen made this happen for me. I told McKay up front that I didn't want to haggle and all I wanted was a fair deal were Brent Brown made money and I got an excellent value. That is exactly what happened. This experience was painless and I even have a new fishing buddy. I didn't think things could get much better until I was introduced to Brian Boyd in the finance department. Another down to earth, cool person that I trusted. He shopped for the best interest rate and after a whopping 10 minutes, I had keys in my handand was on the road. A prooud owner of a super clean and solid 2002 Toyota Tundra. I was actually called back into the dealership to sign a paper that was overlooked. Brian was out of the office but I met Charlie in he finace department. Another great person. Hats off to this dealership. It was the best car/truck buying experience I haveever had. The people at Brent Brown are real!~!! Thanks for making me so happy!!!!

Overall I am very pleased with my experience buying a certified used car from Brent Brown Toyota. After weeks of exhaustive searching I finally found the deal that would work for me... but alas it was nearly 500 miles away from me in Orem Utah. I inquired on-line and was immediately responded to, and any questions I had were answered honestly and quickly. They even gave me an "out the door price" quote as I would be traveling 500 miles to purchase a Toyota certified Highlander Hybrid, and didn't want any surprises - and picked me up at the airport. Seriously? Now that's customer service! The car was as described and pictured from Cars.com with the exception of a minor scrape on the front end (but they were not trying to hide it... I just didn't notice it in the pictures) They had several pictures and were up front and honest about everything. We did have a minor hick-up regarding financing, but it was quickly resolved and again was not something that they did wrong. It was well worth the $100 air fare to save nearly $3,000 compared to local dealership sticker prices. They even filled up the gas tank, which got me nearly all the way home in my beautiful new fuel efficient car. To top it all off, on my drive home I noticed the "auxillary" in jack was not working properly (which was due to an after market stereo, and not the dealerships fault) However, they agreed to reimburse me the cost to have it fixed, which is WAY above and beyond what nearly every dealership on earth would do. Afterall, the deal was completed, and I was already three days in and 2 states away. I can honestly say, even though they are 500 miles away, I will strongly consider my next vehicle purchase from Brent Brown Toyota. Sheldon, and the whole crew treated me with honestly and respect, and at the end of the day I walked away with absolutely zero buyers remorse, which is next to impossible when buying a used car.

When I went in to buy a car, I had just graduated from college and felt that I was taken advantage of at this dealership. There was a car we were looking at and I said that I could not afford anything over $250, so the salesman raised the sticker price of the car $3000 and put me in lease terms to hit that number. Then when I asked why the price of the car had gone up, he told me not to worry about that number but to just look at the bottom number of $250 per month. I felt pressured and uncomfortable and mistakenly continued in the process> I am grateful that I was able to go back later and get it fixed but learned some valuable lessons from this dealership, let no question go unanswered and always take a night to sleep on a decision. I felt because I was young he saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and did. I would not recommend this dealership.

Chris C. was our sales guy and he was the best! he was really nice and helpful and we really felt he wanted what was best for us and wasnt just after a sale. usually it takes for EVER when buying a new car, and its a huge headache, but not at Brent Brown. we will be coming back for sure!!
