Easy to work with , especially after dealing with Serra Nissan! No attitudes, and they went over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. Everyone, from the salesperson (Gloria), to the sales manager, finance manager and GM were nice people, and willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy! It's a long drive from Wetumpka to Brannon Motors and frankly I didn't look forward to it. But you were recommended to me by a friend who knew you well so I made the trip. And, I'm glad I did. You had the Ridgeline I wanted that was shown to me by a very knowledgeable salesman and we had no difficulty arriving at an agreeable fair price. It was a very satisfying experience.

Charlie was our salesman very helpful (awesome) and the owner (Patrick ) came out talked to us (awesome) no pressure!! This was the 1st time buying a car that it was so smooth!! In al the years I've been buying or leasing cars I've never had such an easy time, the folks at Brannon Honda were a delight to work with. I was never pressured by the sales department and when I had a question they were available. The showroom is clean and comfortable, coffee was hot but most of all Charles Riley the salesman I dealt with was able to answer all my questions and find a way for me to stay within my budget. The most amazing thing was to find my car ready for me to drive off in once I finished all the paperwork, something I haven't ever come across. When you buy a car from Brannon Honda they walk you through the whole process including explaining every single gadget on your new car. I highly recommend the dealership but most of all working with Charles Riley, he is a gem.

I bought my car from this dealership in 2013 and have been going there for service ever since. Sadly the quality of service has taken a nose dive. This is the 2nd time that I went for an "Express" Oil change and there was nothing express about it. Several months ago it took them 1 hr 20 mins total. This time it took 2 hrs total. What bothers me the most is that this time they put my emergency lights on (I guess to indicate that my car needed to be serviced) and then let them flash for over an hour. Needless to say my battery died and then they had to jump my car! The only reason I know this happened was because I was outside keeping an eye on my car. The tech told me this happens all the time and that it doesn't harm the battery. (Makes me wonder if they just wore it down so they could try to sell me a new one.) I asked if they ever tell any of their customers that they had to jump their car because of this and he said "No, not usually". Once my car was finished it sat there for 20 more minutes before they wrote it up and let me check out. If you really feel a need to go to this dealership, try staying outside and keep an eye on your car. Bring lots of things to do because you'll be there for quite a while. There's no such thing as "express" service here. They have probably ruined my battery and apparently they couldn't care less. They've lost me as a customer. Hopefully I've saved you a trip.

First thing, there was confusion over the car or the price of the car or something. They had told me one price and when I got there it was another, so I had to pitch a little fit over that. Then we fixed that and I was happy. So we go back to the financial department and I have to wait because it seems a man is in her office eating his dinner. Then when I get in there, she has run a credit check to finance me through Wells Fargo when I have told the salesman and the sales manager that I am already approved from my credit union who they are a part of. So now I have another hard inquiry on my credit report, which i am not happy about. So when I am through with her, I go back over to the salesman and he has a lady in his office, coworker or client? He just hands me the keys. Now these cars are not from 1964, they need a little "splaning" if you know what I mean. I was given no instructions on how to set up my phone or how the backup camera worked, or anything. The button was off the moon roof mechanism, so I had brought that to there attention the first time I drove it. So they thought they could just order the button. Turns out, they have to order the entire mechanism and so I will have to go back to get that installed. I feel like they should have had the car already checked out and had everything or at least the knowledge of what needed to be done to the car before it was ever put on the lot for sale. And the last thing, there was no manual in the car. So overall, it was a blase attitude i guess, that everything was okay on their end, but not that professional. Don't get me wrong, I am a cut up and joke around and that was part of the process and it was fine, but be sure to do your job, so I don't have any worries about my credit or anything on the car. Otherwise, it was pleasant enough and I would have to just be more thorough the next time, which there probably won't be a next time, I buy a car. I am not too upset with them, except for the credit part. Oh, and by the way, I just got a letter from Wells Fargo, turning me down and I have had the car a month. ??? I did like that you get an email from Mr. Brannon asking you to submit a review of their company.

I just purchased a Honda CRV from Brannon Honda (specifically from Charles Riley). Believe it or not buying a car can be a pleasant experience. My salesman, Charles Riley was outstanding. First he didn't just try to push the car of the month off on me, he asked what I was looking for, 2 cars fit the description and we test drove both. I decided ,with no pressure for him ,and we closed the sale. However, the car has lots of bells and whistles that I am not familiar with. I went back today to pick up the car and he had scheduled time to go over all these features with me. This very patient man spent 2 hours helping me get to know my car! I would never go to another dealership and I would never to to another salesman. Thanks Brannon Honda for doing business the way you do and having such an outstanding salesman.

I went into Brannon knowing pretty much which model and color I wanted and after a couple of hours I left with the car I wanted. Purchases a used SUV the sales rep was nice. But mechanical problems happen 14 days after purchase. I live out of town but still had to bring it back to the dealership to be maintenance. As to which I was out of the vehicle for 22 days but placed in a "standard size courtesy vehicle." No reimbursement or anything! The sales manager was very rude when I addressed my concerns to him of the inconvenience to me. But, I will say the guy "Jake" in service/repairs was very nice and apologetic!

I bought a Honda,got my two sons to buy a Honda.We use the service to change oil and whatever.I call Service department told of a blown fuse in the interior of car and what is the fuse number,simple for service department,right? Wrong,the guy woild not take the time to look for me.I have been on the internet and not find any clear answer,so I called Brannon and told the guy I and my son's have bought cars from them,it did not matter.I have to April and I will have my Honda payed out and wanted a Van. I will not buy another vehicle or use their service again.

I needed a new car as mine was starting to need a lot of work. They gave me a fair trade-in value for my car, and a great deal on my new Fit. It was such a great process my wife and i came in the next day to upgrade her to a new CR-V. The sales staff is knowledgeable and very low pressure. When i had questions they would tell me the answer or get back to me in a very short period of time. They have a great warranty to boot. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Brannon Honda!

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation completed at Brannon Honda. Prior to that service being completed, I told the attendant that on the previous visit too much oil had been put in my vehicle. Assuming the problem would not occur again, I let them complete the service. I checked the oil the next day and noticed that too much oil had again been put into my car. I completed the customer service satisfaction card, returned it and requested that someone contact me concerning my problem. No one contacted me. I emailed Brannon and no one responded. Since no one has contacted me, I can assume Brannon Honda does not truly value on customer service.

I am a fussy old crudmugeon who is not prone to compliment without good reason. I shopped every Alabama Honda Dealer within a 75 mile radius of Tuscaloosa, at least to the point of looking at their on-line inventory. I phoned several, visited 4 dealers and tried to buy from three. I bought a new Accord from Brannon yesterday. They were the only dealer that offered me the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay.

We had a great experience buying our 2015 Cr-V !! There was no hassle and no pressure which we experienced at other dealerships. Sean, our sales person, was extremely informative and honest in answering all our questions. He was extremely personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and not arrogant or aggressive. After having a positive experience, we left to discuss the information we received in order to make a decision. What we appreciated was that there were no phone calls trying to pressure us to buy. We returned the next day to purchase the car. Sean took us on a tour of the service department where we met the service manager who made us feel very comfortable. The finance manager, Melvin, was great also. He worked with us to get the best possible deal. Everyone we came in contact with encouraged us not to hesitate to come back if we have any questions, especially Sean. After a week, we did go back and as they told us, they answered our questions!!!

Visited Brannon to drive an Accord as I had purchased a minivan from them a few years back. Got a salesman I just didn't click with. I spent the next week Internet shopping with various area dealers looking for the best price I could get. I called and spoke to a manager about my issue with the previous salesman I had. I was promised the issue would be handled and I'd be assigned to another salesperson. I came back in and got with Joe and Kelvin and got the color of car I wanted at a price I could not believe. Worked with Melvin in the Finance office to get things squared away and could not have been happier. These 3 men made my car buying experience top notch. They changed what was started out as a less than stellar car buying experience into a fantastic one. I truly left the dealership ecstatic about my new Accord.

After trying and searching for an eternity, the awesome folks at Brannon Honda made the impossible, possible!!!!!! I had an almost impossible trade in situation and these guys worked miracles, they not only gave me the best price for my trade, they got me in a 2015 Honda CRV that I am totally in love with!!!!! I could not say enough good things about the guys at this dealership! From Sales Manager Tony Tabor, to Finance Manager Melvin, to my personal sales representative Joe Roberts, I could not have imagined how smoothly they actually made this experience! When you deal with Brannon Honda on Gadsden Highway in Birmingham, Alabama, get ready for a first-class journey to car ownership! My husband and I have recently purchased not one, but two, Honda Fits from this dealership, and we were made to feel like family. Sales Rep, Keonna Greene, Finance Manager, Melvin Raymond, Jr., and even Ben Brannon himself took care of even our smallest needs while we meandered through the process of buying our vehicles! We have never been treated as nicely as we were by this dealership while buying any of our past vehicles! Keonna took us through every step - you could tell she knew her cars and knew how to sell them. We knew after only a short while we could depend on what she was telling us, and her smile and bright personality were a highlight of our experience. Melvin walked us through the financing and never missed a beat! Usually, finance managers are gruff and hard to deal with, but Melvin was definitely the exception! I just bought a 2015 Accord from Brannon Honda - between me and my wife, it makes the 4th Accord we have purchased from Brannon. The buying experience could not have been easier or more pleasant, and the deal was excellent as usual (I know - I do my research). We began having all of the maintenance on our Hondas done at Brannon many years ago, and that side of the business is every bit as good as the sales side - we have always had an excellent service experience. If you want to buy a Honda vehicle, or you need to have one serviced, I can't imagine why you would go anywhere in central Alabama other than Brannon Honda!

I bought a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe from Brannon Honda on 05/25/2015 and I am thrilled with my new car! Brannon Honda is the best Honda dealership I have ever been to. I worked with Joel (my salesman) and Kelvin (sales manager). Joel got my deal worked out so quickly and it was a very pleasant buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me how all the electronic "extras" worked. This is my first car with Navigation and Joel took the time to help me figure out how to work it with ease. I had negative equity in the car I traded in but Joel & Kelvin worked with me to help me get my payments where I needed them to be and also got me a great interest rate. I was also really impressed with the fact that Patrick Brannon (one of the owners) came over to personally thank me for buying a car from their dealership and sign off on my car purchase. To me that says a lot about a dealership when the owner takes the time to be personally involved in a vehicle purchase. I will be back for all my service needs in the future and I would definitely recommend Brannon Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Once you drive a Honda, you won't want any other car. Great dealership and friendly, professional, helpful people!

Bought a new Odyssey Elite a couple of months ago from Charlie Riley who was courteous, thoroughly professional and mindful of our time. He brought in the car from another dealer to get the color we wanted. We had done our research, so knew when he presented us with a deal it was fair and reasonable. There was a glitch or two along the way, but Charlie made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we took delivery. He also spent a good bit of time with us doing a demo. We got Charlie's name from Jason Uline, a Brannon service rep who had been taking care of our 11 year old Odyssey for years. Satisfaction with Brannon's service is what led to our purchasing there. Good, honest folks.

There was no pressure or wasting of our time. We looked and drove cars there twice before deciding to buy during a 3rd visit and they didn't even ask for our contact information or try to get us to come in and "make a deal". We got a very fair price on the new Odyssey and our trade.

After shopping online a couple weeks looking all over the US. I found the best price on the exact late model used vehicle with the colors and trim level that I had been searching for at Brannon Honda in Birmingham, Al. The dealership in general is very nice looking and clean. All of the staff that I did business with were wonderful and Ben Brannon at the very top followed up personally and made sure everything was perfect. I found a used Pilot on the internet and called and spoke to the manager who invited me in to test drive even though it was almost closing time, the salesman was very friendly and professional and helped me find an affordable car with all the stuff I wanted with a full warranty, too. I loved the finance guy. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Buying from Brannon Honda may just change your mind about the dreaded "used car buying experience". From the time I arrived until the time I departed I was respectfully assisted with my questions as well as test driving and financing needs. My sales associate, Ethan, although new, quickly found the answer to any questions I had that he might not have known right away. He was fun to work with. The Brannon Brothers were personally involved throughout the process making sure my needs were addressed. Then there was the financing - usually one of the most dreaded parts of buying. Quite the opposite with Melvin. He was experienced, knowledgeable and most of all helpful. You can tell he enjoys people and his work. Thank you, Melvin! Thank you Brannon Honda. As for the car....all I can say so far is that it looks great and is so fun to drive. I have confidence, though, if anything does go wrong that Brannon will stand behind it as it is certified and has an extended bumper to bumper warranty.

I tried to handle everything online and over the phone before we went to the dealer. We arrived when expected, and we're greeted by several different people. The salesman that was expecting us however, kept us waiting for 15 minutes. Although the car wasn't ready for us to look at, we went through the motions with the salesman and had some additional questions for the F&I department. (Finance and insurance) the woman who came to the desk where we were seated was one of the rudest, condescending, and in professional individuals I have ever encountered in a sales environment. She argued with me, the customer, over a tax question that I had and then proceeded to get frustrated when I didn't have a pen for her to use to write something down! The salesman was obviously busy getting ready for another customer coming in, because we only saw him once more. I understand things come up and schedules get conflicted-the simple solution is to refer us to someone that is available and can give 100% of their attention to us. Among the few conversations we did have with the salesman, in one he snapped at me, "ok you keep saying buy the car and then lease the car-what are you trying to do!?" I have bought a lot of cars. I have worked on the F&I side of the automobile business. Not that it matters, because even an uneducated consumer should be treated with respect, but I know what to expect from the car buying process in 2015 and this dealership failed on all accounts of my expectations. A good deal is not worth the way in which we were treated and thank God we left before "leasing" the car. If you live in Birmingham, give one of the other handful of dealers a try.

Went to purchase 2 new Accords. Price went up $1,500 per car when emailed buyers order to my credit union. Salesperson, Fred Edwards, couldn't explain why so sales manager Kelvin said that the charge was for stripes, wheel locks & mud guards. To find out vehicles weren't equipped with none of the above. Had to pay a $200 refundable deposit to hold cars. Asked for refund a month ago and now filing a dispute against Brannon Honda through my credit card provider in the morning & that match or beat any price slogan is fraud because I sent them a price quote from Sunny King Honda, Anniston, Alabama & they choked.

Although it was a busy time of the year to buy (Christmas season), I was taken care of as a customer with the best care. I was in and out within 2 hours, with a new Honda CVR-EXL, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mid-size SUV. Interactions with Minea, Sammy, and Ben were awesome, and Brannon Honda gave me a deal that was better than any other dealership I researched on-line. I highly recommend this dealership!

They had not had a complaint about their business for the last three years.

The time had come that I had to purchase a new car. As a single female this is ne chore that I hate with a passion. This was my first time to purchase from Brannon Honda. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. I went in and met Brian my salesperson. LOVED him. He was great and patient. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. I left in what I wanted. Car buying is still not a favorite chore for me but Brannon made it less stressful. When the time comes for me to purchase again I will go back to Brannon with no hesitation.

I bought a 2014 Accord. The experience was hassle-free and the salesman was not at all pushy. The paperwork took a little while, which is the only reason I would not give this dealer 5 stars. It's certainly not enough of an inconvenience to keep me from buying there again.

I basically got a decent deal on the car, and in all fairness, the financing guy i worked with was great, and the trade-in allowance on my used car was OK. That having been said........There were some minor repairs that needed to be made on the used car i purchased, and we had a signed agreement stating that the repairs would be made by them. The salesman repeatedly made promises about these repairs that he was not able to keep. At least 5 "promised by" dates came and went, and I wound up driving a loaner car for almost a week during this process.Eventually it got escalated up to the owner, which is when things eventually got fixed, but even then there were delivery dates promised and not met.AFTER i got my car back, supposedly fixed, i discovered a headlight was out. After that, about a week later, took the car on the first road trip and discovered, after an oil light came on, that the service department had OVERFILLED it and it was an accident waiting to happen. All in all, i cannot recommend these folks for a used car purchase. Maybe they do OK with Hondas, but I'll certainly never, ever take my Fiat there for service, nor will i ever even THINK about buying a used car there again.

The salesman was very courteous and helpful and he made the purchase of this car has been a very pleasant experience. The financial portion was also easy and relaxed...everything was done for me.

I worked with Charlie and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. I tried two other Honda dealerships and was repeatedly lied to and going to this dealership was like a breath of fresh air. While I was sitting at the desk waiting on my car to get appraised, everyone that walked by said hey and asked how I was doing. The sales manager was great. They were able to get me the car I wanted which was in another state and other Honda dealerships had been unable to do the same. All in all, I could not be more pleased with my experience or my car!

Our three-year lease was up as of 9/1/14; we knew we wanted another leased car. We had used Brannon for service on our previous car so we knew we liked the location, the people, etc. From our arrival to final signing we found all the staff to be professional and caring. Our salesman, Darryl Craig helped us through the process and made sure we left fully informed and satisfied; he also called to make sure everything was going well. And, two weeks later, he called with birthday greetings.

The sales process for my used car purchase was acceptable, if a bit pushy, and I had high hopes based on other reviews. I will say that the finance manager, Melvin Bryant, was amazing to work with, and I initially was very pleased. Sadly, I had the new guy salesperson (he admitted as much to me as the situation wore On and On and On), who was terrible at follow-up, and repeatedly made promises to me that proved difficult to keep. The used car that I purchased had a few minor, cosmetic flaws that we agreed would be fixed as part of the purchase agreement. After multiple calls, talking to multiple people, and repeated trips to the dealership, it eventually wound up in the hands of the owner himself before my issues were resolved and the promised repairs were made. I had at least 5 promised finish dates that came and went, and I wound up stuck driving a courtesy car for almost a full week over 2 weeks after my purchase date. In their defense, once the owner DID get involved, the repairs were completed (relatively) promptly, but the fact that I had to escalate the situation to that extreme at all left me exceedingly frustrated with my experience. All in all, Ill give it 2 stars. I did end up with a great deal on my car, but Im not entirely sure that 20 days of hassle and frustration were worth it. I have certainly learned a lesson about making sure all promised repairs are completed before agreeing to take possession of a used car!

I was really excited about the 2009 Chevy Malibu Lt that I purchased from Brannon, but after thinking that I had gotten an extended warranty. Finding out I didn't get the extended warranty I only got a warranty that covered up to 1,000 miles... They said I maxed out on the amount that I was financed so look like they would of told me so I could of had a choice of either looking at some cheaper so I could of gotten the extended warranty... I kind of wish I would have went on to Edwards Chevrolet I could of got the 2010 Chevy Malibu Lt is just wouldn't have been loaded... But at least it came with the certified warranty of 100,000 thousands miles and oil changes... Brannon don't even offer an oil change.. I should of asked about it before signing the papers my fault to buy I thought they all ask if you want an extended warranty knowing that the car is a 2009. Very disappointed at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales people and the "Brannon Brothers" were friendly, helpful, and just great to work with. They understood my budget and they worked to make sure my payments were right where I could afford them. They did not throw lies out at you but only spoke the truth. I was lucky on the day I went because they were giving away free root-beer floats with Blue Bell vanilla ice-cream!!! That definitely made the sales experience happier :) I would highly recommend Brannon Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Absolutely outstanding!!

Long story short, I was given such a good deal, I traded in my Civic for a Accord EX. Mr. Craig was great throughout the whole process. After a horrendous ordeal with Tameron Honda in Hoover, this dealership stepped up to the plate and knocked one right out of the park. Up front pricing, no hidden add ons or fees and even tossed in a little surprise of an extra set of really nice Honda car mats in the truck. Its refreshing when people say what they mean and mean what they say. Add on a FREE lifetime powertrain warranty and you have an new car buying experience that is actually pleasurable. We were treated like valued family members. My daughter was a first time buyer so had no established credit. The finance manager went thru a least dozen lenders, searching for the best rate for her. These folks actually CARE about their customers. I only gave five stars because CARS.COM doest allow six

I shopped several Honda dealers in several cities. Brannon's basic price for my new Honda Civic Ex was the lowest. They gave me an excellent trade-in allowance and the overall price was better than any of the other dealers. Working with the salesman and the sales manager was a pleasant experience. They were very focused on my needs and trying to meet them and never used pressure techniques that would have sent me running. I have already recommended Brannon to friends. I had gone a little out of my way to go to Brannon on the recommendation of my brother-in-law who has purchased several cars from Brannon after suffering the high pressure of other dealerships in the Birmingham area. His recommendation was a winner!

I just bought a 2012 CRV and the the Used Sales Manager Chuck and Salesman Comer Allen were absolutely fantastic! I was going to drive to Atlanta to look at another CRV, but they worked with me on the price and got me a much better vehicle/ deal for the cost. Everyone worked to get me the deal that was best for me, even the Manager Adrian and finance guy Raymond were top notch people! Heck, most of the staff are combat veterans and people of faith...which to me means a lot. Give them a try, I bet they will earn you business! If you want to be treaded like an idiot and enjoy car selling shenanigans, this place is for you. Your first warning to run will be when they start out telling you about the lifetime warranty thats on top of the Honda Certified warranty thats included in the price. Second warning is when the salesman disappears for long periods of time. That means they are not ready to insult you just yet on the allowance for your trade-in.Finally, line up your own independent financing before heading to a dealership, one less thing for hi-jenks.I went over because of a good recommendation from a friend and with an honest and opened mind only to be slapped in the face. I wanted the clean trade-in value $4575 for my excellent car only to be offered $1000. Junk that dont run is worth a $1000. Also note the final tax you pay is calculated based off the trade in value of your carless trade-in valuemore tax.Anyway, I never found out what they wanted for their car other than the internet posted price and it didnt matter because that's when I blew-up and left.Dont insult my intelligence Mr. low-life used car salesman.

I have bought three Honda's over the last 10-12 years from Brannon. I don't even consider looking anywhere else. There are several reasons but the main reason I continue to buy from Brannon Honda is becuase of Howard Brown. I love to come to Howard becuase when I tell him what I am looking for and the price range that is what he shows me. He doesn't pressure me to buy something that I can't afford or don't want. Our experience has always been great.

Our salesperson, Charlie Riley, was friendly and worked to get our purchase done quickly. He went to extra effort by bringing the car to us to facilitate the needs of my mom who uses a wheelchair. His paperwork was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Everyone at the dealership was cordial and attentive. I love the Fit we purchased and I would return to Brannon again.

Brannon is where I always took my old car to get regular maintenance done. They are always quick and know me by name when I drive up, so I decided to go here first to look for a new car, even though it is a longer drive to get to Brannon than other dealerships. I did some research on exactly what model I wanted and had a good idea of the lowest payments I could possibly have before I even went. Brannon dropped the price below the MSRP and I was able to handle the financing through Honda for a ridiculously low APR. Plus, all their cars have a lifetime warranty included for no extra charge.

I purchased my Pilot at Brannon and have had all my service work done there as well. Easiest purchase experience of my life (and I'm old). Terrific sales team, no hassle, no pressure, just a very straightforward and honest transaction. I've tried the other Honda stores in town, this is #1 by far. Terrible experience. I took my 2013 honda accord in to get a loud squeal fixed. I first went last week and jason (service advisor) told me that they couldn't do it that day because techs were out sick. So, I schedule an appointment for 1/7/2014. I bring my car in and stress to him that I need it back by 2 pm. He assures me that will not be a problem. I get a friend to pick me up and take me back home. I then return to the dealership at 1:45. I walk in to find Jason isn't even there. Assuming he's on lunch but that doesnt bother me. There are two other advisors and a few techs inside. I walk up and down the hall way and then stand at the cashiers desk and not one person asks me if I needed help or anything. I finally ask another advisor if he would check on my car. He does and comes back and says we havent looked at it yet. So I left my vehiclethere all day and you havent even "looked" at it? At this point I have to go. I scheduled service to ensure it would be done. Jason (service advisor) or any other employee didnt have the courtesy to call me and fill me in. Also, not one apology or sir I'm sorry we were just much more busy than expected. Nothing. I will never step foot on their property again. And will be spreading the word to everyone I know. Church, work, the grocery store and anywhere else a honda ismentioned.

Terrible service. I went in last week and he told me they couldn't get to it. So I scheduled service the next will and took off work since I am going out of town I had to get it done. I took the car in and told him I had to have it back by 2 pm. He assured me it would be. I arrive at the dealership at 1:45 he's not there. I'm assuming on lunch. Howard is a dealer that tried to get over on me. He lied about a price to me, I guess because I was a female. I found our later the price he have me was $1200 over the actual price they had the car listed for. I was so angry that someone would do that!! Everyone be careful if u choose to shop here. No truthful people at all that I encountered on my visit. Also, I found a newer model car with less miles for a better price elsewhere! Glad I DIDN'T give them any if my money!

My salesman was Kelvin Anderson; highest marks to the young man because I changed my mind. He didn't miss a beat or lose his composure or his great attitude. The best experience I ever had buying a car. I went to two other Honda dealerships prior to coming to Brannon Honda because I was not satisfied with the price or their customer service. Brannon is awesome, they gave me a great price but most importantly took care of me. I had a couple of accessories added to the car which meant they had to keep the car for about a week before the parts came in but Alan kept me informed of everything on a daily basis. He made sure my brand new car was taken care of. I also love my new Honda. I would not go anywhere else but Brannon Honda!

Salesman Ed Moore really listened to ME when I explained what I wanted in an automobile and what I was willing to spend. The final deal actually came in under budget. Jeff Hebert found the car I wanted at another dealership and had it transported to Birmingham.I've been a Subaru driver/enthusiast for decades, but I believe that my new Honda Accord is going to be a better car at a better value. knew my new car when I went to the Brannon Honda. I had done the online research to see which dealership had the car with the right options in the right color. I had also checked customer reviews for dealership integrity. When I stepped on to the lot and the salesman Allen Harika met me, I felt good about the situation and that I was in the right place to shop for the right car. I pointed to y car and I asked him what Brannon Honda could do for me that no one else could do, and we were off to the races! Mr. Harika is such a Southern gentleman. He was polite, genuine, and respectful throughout the entire process. He started the dealings, and when I got right down to it and asked for the bottom line, Mr. Alan Thomas came in and also worked with me until we had hammered out a ive and take and give and take some moredeal that both of us could live with a compromise in the American way in which I had grown up and knew so well. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Brannon Honda. I love my CRV, and yes without hesitation I would recommend to my friends and family that they deal with Brannon Honda.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, and informative. They treat you right and are honest. I felt very confidant buying my Honda Element from them. The way that they communicated with me made me feel like a valued customer. Of course, they sell cars to make money. However, I didn't feel like they were just trying to get me to buy a car. You are an individual here, not just a sale. I also liked the extra customer service with the offer of Hot Chocolate. Simple but goes a long way. It is a very nice looking dealership which gave me confidence in my choice of where to buy my car. Every interaction with every person was great! This is the best new car experience with a dealer I have had. This group at Brannon Honda was the best working from start to finalizing our new car deal.I had talked to one dealership which I am not going to mention the name, but after I told him I was trading somewhere else he went off the wall on me. This is not good for the buyer. So I made a couple of calls to Brannon Honda and got my new Civic LX. If you are going to buy a Honda please check out Brannon Honda, and ask for Alan Thomas. He is great to work with and explain all details. These folks are the best in my book.
