After calling another Honda dealer to make an appointment for an oil change, and being told nothing available for several days, I called Bosak in Michigan City. The woman in service that answered the phone was very friendly and efficient. I was able to schedule it for the following day. I was impressed with the friendly employees at Bosak, and the clean comfortable waiting area, ( they even have free popcorn)! Service was quick, and I was given a very informative menu of recommended services with prices. Speaking of prices, my oil change cost was significantly less than I had been paying at the other Honda dealer. Bosak, you have a new very satisfied customer!

Apply time taken to evaluate all options . Great customer service. They answered all my questions that they were able to deal with. I had some suggestions of my own on how to improve standardized forms issued by Honda financing and they appeared to be truly interested in new suggestions.

If you are interested in buying a new or used car I would seriously began looking at Bosak Honda in Michigan City FIRST. They have some very nice sales people. I would highly recommend Travis or Chad, we dealt with both of these guys they are AMAZING!! We also dealt with one of the managers Mike Walsh. Hold the key chain that you give new car buyers until you can get it engraved with with their telephone number or e mail address on it so that if they lose the expensive "KEY" it might be returned to them. They were great! No pressure at all to buy. They showed me the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else since I wasn't interested in anything but the Honda Odyssey 08 they had. They were super patient with my two toddlers that were running around checking out the car. They let us take the minivan to McDonalds to get dinner while we waited for my husband to get there after work. They gave the kids popcorn and had a playroom while we discussed prices and such. They were clear about their prices and why they set them at that price which was very fair but still came down a couple hundred when I told the how much I wanted them to pay. They were friendly and polite and helpful.

I got someone to help me get it started and just drove over to Bosak. The serviceman explained what they were going to do. About an hour later he came into the waiting room and explained what they did and what they found. Then he told me that he would move my car up closer to the building so I did not have to walk so far, I have a knee brace and also use a cane. The serviceman was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciated the help I got.

As I was driving to my parent's home, in SW Michigan from Chicago, a part fell off my car! They said keep going if you can and we will take it to Bosak Honda in MC. I arrived safely, dropped off the car and waited to see how bad it was and it wasn't bad at all the piece turned out to be cosmetic! They went over everything and saw I needed new bake pads in front and wipers. They called with a quote the next morning, I gave the OK for the work needed and the car was ready that afternoon. Chad King is a very knowledgeable sales person that knows your product very well. We really appreciated that as we have been to many dealers over the years and the salespeople generally don't have the answers we were looking for. Or they try to sell us something we don't want and are pushy. He made sure that we knew all the smallest details about the car we leased and even took the time to sinc my phone to the car and show me those options as well. Impressive to say the least. Ralph was exceptionally helpful in getting us out of an "upside down" car, and gave us several options to choose from and we were able to to pick the one that worked best for us. He made sure that we knew what each option was providing and didn't try to arm bend us into a certain one or put us in a car we didn't want. Rachael was very helpful as well and gave us many options to think about for extending the coverage on the car. We really enjoy the car so far, and we definitely will be doing more business with you in the future. My wife will be looking at the Pilot in 3 years when her current vehicle is paid off and I will probably will be selling mine back to you in a couple years and leasing or buying a new one at that time. Great service all around. We will be return customers. Thanks so much for providing us with great service.

I found myself with time on Saturday needing an oil change, some grinding brakes, some indicator lights, inability to use cruise control and a few other things. I showed up when service department opened and the CSR informed me that they would be able to get me in, but it would most likely be a few hours - possibly 6 or even more depending on what they found. He let me know that they would be glad to provide a loaner car or I could wait. After waiting for about 2 hours, he came in and gave me the estimate for all they found, I was a little surprised - the brakes were about half of what I anticipated, and I found out I needed tires. In all, the price was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. The reason I have bought and leased 1 ea vehicle from Bozak was because of the Service department giving me an honest estimate, quick service and continuing to do so over the past two years. I would and do recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet looking for a vehicle or service.

I have been visiting Bosak Honda for the past five years for business but this is my first buying experience. In my line of work I visit many auto dealerships & can tell the ones that have it together. Bosak Honda is definitely one of those! The environment has always been inviting & no one has ever been pushy (even when for the last five years I've been wanting to purchase a car from them but it's just now in the budget). Every once in a while they'd ask me how the budget was looking but like I said no one was ever pushy. When the time came to begin looking for a "new" vehicle I knew just who to ask for. While all the salespeople at Bosak are great, Don McCarty & I have done business before so I requested him. I knew he would take care of me. While I was looking for something a little lower in price, Don explained to me that the vehicle I eventually ended up purchasing was a better value. With a bigger down payment I was able to get into the monthly payment I was looking for. I appreciate Don looking out for my best interests. Steve was the one to go over the warranty packages with me. He was knowledgeable about the products and services they had to offer & again was not pushy when I said that it didn't fit in the budget (can you tell being pushed is a pet peeve of mine?). When a couple of days later I found that the auxiliary music plug did not work, Ralph did not hesitate to take care of the issue. Overall my experience was great from beginning to end. I will continue to have a relationship with Bosak Honda for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. I know that anyone I send there will be taken care of.

The only negative feedback I have, is that it took about 5 hours to complete the transaction. I went in knowing what I wanted. I was pre-approved with Honda Finance. I had the paperwork with me and attempted to give it to the finance person. About 3 1/2 hours of the 5 hours spent at the dealership, I was waiting to sign the paperwork. I called Bosak Honda and told them of the letter I received from Honda America concerning a software problem that might occur in some 2013 Honda Accords. They asked me to bring the car in for a check on the problem and indicated that because of scheduling, it would be advisable to leave the car. When I brought the car in I was greeted immediately by a very gracious young lady who drove the car into the dealership and referred me to the service person who was right there to greet me. He asked when I needed the car and I told him that I knew they were busy and they should work on it when they had the time. He thanked me for the courtesy and offered to drive me home. I told him I has a ride waiting. I received a call from the service manager three hours later telling me that the problem was fixed and there was no charge. They also checked fluid levels and tire pressure and wear and let me know that everything was fine. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

We recently had a recall on our air-bag for our 2007 Honda Pilot. Bosak informed us of the recall, ordered the new bag and called to set up the appointment to replace it. They are so friendly and efficient at this dealership. We were in and out in 20 minutes. It makes me wonder why I hadn't puchased a Honda for so many years. Do not trust this dealership. If their MANAGER, Mr. Mike Walsh, (the BDC manager did not even have the decency and integrity to be honest, how are you to trust the the rest of the company and the employees he manages. I only feel bad for the three owners of the dealership(s) who are unknowingly losing potential customers, getting bad reviews online and word to mouth- in addition to having the reputation of their dealership tarnished because of the unscrupulous acts of their own manager.I typically do not write reviews & never once in my 20 years of buying cars did I write a negative review for a dealership, but the actions of Mr. Mike Walsh need to be known and future customers need to be aware of the unscrupulous practices and lies that occur at this dealership,In a nutshell, on Thursday September 3rd, I inquired about a 2000 Mercedes E-class that I seen on autotrader that belonged to this dealership. I showed interest, and was called the next day and was told the car was moved to their other location and in the process of being sold. Continued my car search the next two days and saw the same car showing as newly listed and unsold. I call immediately and get connected to Mr.Mike Walsh. He told me that I have first bids on the car because I was the first to show interest and followed up after the initial buyer backed out. The dealership is a 5 hour round-trip commute, so I needed to know as much about the car as possible before making the drive. I asked about the condition and Mr. Mike Walsh says it's in great condition and no issues. I asked if he can make sure and he calls back to tell me that the car has a rear differential leak, tail-light that was out, and bad tires. I tried to ask how bad the leak was and its location but by the time he called me back the last time it was 30 minutes from close time. He did not seem to even know anything about mechanics, which is fine. I asked him if he can ask his manager if the issues can be fixed and if not if he can consider the flaws in the price (the car was priced over 1K of KBB and Edmounds without the flaws. I still wanted to buy the car, so I asked Mike just find out how bad the leak is, if his manager can bring the price down to make for the difference of the defects and if not at least I tried. I asked to put a deposit because I did not want the car sold before I arrived the next day. Mike specifically advised me against making a deposit. He said just call the next business day early in the morning and I will have your questions answered and you can come pick up the car. I was fine with that. I took off work and called before the business opened the next business day. Before the business even opens Mike Walsh was on the chat info section and told me the car sold. The car sold? How? We finished our conversation right before the dealership closed and I called the next business day to have answers to my questions and reserve a test drive to purchase before the place was even open.. He lied online and told me he never told me not to make a deposit. His lie was so blatant and he was unapologetic and I took a day off work to buy this car and he cost me from buying the car by not letting me put a deposit then claims the car sold the next business day before the dealership even opened. It was a couple minutes from opening time. I ask to talk to the owners or the GM, but was transferred to Rene Richmann , the sales manager and not the GM as I requested. Mr. Richmann started out combative, over talked me, did not give me the time to explain what happened and gave me the attitude of I don't give a crap about what happened to you. It was obvious him and the Mike were friends. STAY AWAYPlease stay away from this business. I lost hours on the phone coordinating this purchase, missed work today, and was lied to blatantly. Dishonest Manager, caused me a day off work, and combative sales manager friend who defended the acts of his friend Mike without letting me tell him what happened. This place does not put value on customers & have unethical lying managers.

My father's 2006 CRV has a recall on the drivers side airbag. Bosak handled everything so smoothly, thanks to Alex Gardner. Since I made an appt online, I wasn't aware that the replacement airbag needed to be ordered. And that takes 10 days to 2 weeks. Alex found the part needed, had the vehicle checked for any other necessary services and help me select new tires for this CRV.... I can't tell me how impressed I was, let alone how friendly and helpful the other employees were.

Larry Zych took great care of us and set us up with the perfect used 2011 CR-V with only 27,000 miles (practically new by Honda standards). We originally went to the dealership to consider leasing or purchasing a brand new CR-V to replace our 2002 CR-V and decided to inquire about low-mileage used inventory as well. Everything about this experience was excellent. Bosak contacted me shortly after I entered a True Car query about an Accord. The price offered was the best in the region, we drove to Michigan City (from Michigan), and the Manager and Sales Rep executed the sale very efficiently. The whole transaction took less than two hours (including the test drive). Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Easily the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

When we first purchased our '06 Honda Accord we were very pleased with the sales person. He went over every feature of the car and gave us helpful information about care and maintenance of the car. Whenever it's been serviced the service dept. has been friendly and knowledgeable. We have had very few problems with this car, nothing major! It has been an excellent car! We are very happy with the dealership and the services they provide.

A nice touch I think you should add is taking a picture of the person with their new car/SUV and sending it to them via computer with your thank you. They in turn can then share the picture if desired with family, friends, even on facebook if they want.

Very clean area wiith a large TV. I had door visors installed on my new car and an hour later, I was on my way. I even got a free car wash. Was a very nice experiance.

After doing some interent research, my wife found a used car she was interested in. I called Bosak to find out more info about the car. Nicole answered all my questions and she even got us a price that was bettered than advertised. We decided to make the hour and half drive to check it out. When we got there we were handed over to Don McCarty to test drive and check out the car. Don is a down to earth and friendly guy, not even close to those pushy and rude salesman we have dealt with before. He made us feel very comfortable and let us take our time making a decision. We had already had financing before we went but Don asked if we would mind letting them see if they could beat or match our fianancing. Well they did and Rachel hooked us up. Overall I would have to say this was the best and most effortless time we have ever had purchasing a car. Used or new, we will take the drive again to see what Bosak has to offer.

Routine oil change and tire rotation was scheduled the same day and accomplished fast with no problems. The Bosak service price is relatively high, but you do get what you pay for: always serviced correctly and completely(for instance, new crush washer on the oil drain every time), complete check of the vehicle and free car wash included. No technician handprints or dirt on upholstery or carpets.I appreciate that the service personnel point out upcoming maintenance but don't pressure us to do unnecessary service. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I've been using this Honda dealership since I bought my first new car ever, a 1996 Civic Hatch. Will never go anywhere else because of service department. I love Hondas, but I love the service department at Bozak more. I talked my friend Kristi into buying a Fit in 2013 and she agrees - best service department she's ever used. I talked two other friends into going to Bozak. They'd been going through some financial hardship and Ralph went above and beyond to make it happen for them. Now their family has a safe and reliable car at last. I know when I recommend the folks at Bozak Honda, it will come out fine. Honestly, I love this place. If Bozak Honda were a man, I'd marry it. John Edgington deserves a big fat raise. AND you should either pay me to do a commercial for Honda OR send me a voucher for money off the new HRV because I sing Bozak's praises all over La Porte and Porter County. I've talked people out of other cars (take THAT, Toyota!) and into going to Bozak. Thank you for giving me enough space here to state my feelings. When people are great, it should be known. Routine service provided including oil change and tire rotation in about 45 minutes. Heavy rain event today so I did not ask for the car wash. I use a coupon received in the mail for a good discount on the service. Service department head drove my car around to the covered car park area so I would not get wet while entering my car. Greeted by Chad King (sales person that sold us our Accord) and Mike Walsh while I was in the waiting area. Friendly folks and excellent service all around!

Excellent service. I brought the Odyssey in for a recall on the fuel filter system. They did a thorough inspection and found the back brake pads were bad but only to the point where I needed new pads and the rotors turned and not to the point where the rotors has to be replaced. They also found a bad cell on the battery and while repaving the battery they found that the + terminal had corroded to the point where the cable had to be replaced.

As a professional myself, I recognize how someone is treated from the initial contact to the final sale needs to be very professional. I had never been to Bozak Honda before and I wasn't sure what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had visited their website before going to their dealership. Don Mccarty was the salesman that introduced me to what Bozak had to offer. His follow up contacts after my initial visit were very low pressure and professional. After shopping around, I came back to Bozak and to Don Mccarty. The whole process of negotiating and signing the papers could not have gone more smoothly. I would highly recommend shopping and buying (in my case my first lease of a vehicle) a vehicle from Bozak Honda. Don and the rest of the staff realize that they have a great product to sell. So when we went in and asked for Chad another Sales Associate named Abbey helped us get started until Chad was done with another customer. Abbey was very nice and very helpful getting us going and answering our questions. Once Chad was done and walked us throught the purchase of our new Civic. He answered all of our questions and even some we did not think of.Chad was with us 100 percent of the way. Everyone we meet and help us with the paper work was very nice and professional. We dropped in on a Saturday looking for a 2015 Honda Fit. While they had none for sale on the lot, Dathan, who was immediately available, talked to us about what we were looking for. The next week I received an email from Dathan stating that he had located a vehicle that fit (no pun intended) my needs/wants and had it transferred to their lot. It was even the hard to find Passion Berry that I had my heart set on! We headed over Saturday morning and came home with my Fit that afternoon. Living in South Bend, we have other Honda dealerships in our neighborhood. Dathan was willing to take the chance without a committment from us and secured my little purple car. We decided we wished to upgrade our ride. We had leased a 2012 Honda CRV but we wanted to add a few amenities. We worked with Steve Nietzel to check out new CRVs. We were open for a new 2013 or 2014 and Steve showed us two that were on the lot. We wanted the good driving/handling characteristics of the CRV we were driving but we wanted heated seats and better seat adjustment for the drivers seat. We selected a 2014 that had what we wanted and more. In addition, it was our favorite color. We worked with Steve to come to a satisfactory financial arrangement for our lease. He also helped us transfer our information to the bluetooth phone and navigation system. He gave us a quick course on the operation of the nav-system and, all of this during a snowstorms. We have been very happy with the car and the attention we received from Steve and the dealership.

I gave the customer service a 2 due to the fact the sales personal will hound the customer with phone calls about purchasing a vehicle after a test drive and after purchasing a vehicle the sales manager will not return phone calls when issues come to light. They seem very friendly until you question them on a issue. The finance manager did not disclose all pertained information during the sales of the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership.

Bought a new minivan on 2-16-2012. Odyssey EXL. This is my 4th minivan in 22 years. The other 3 were Chrysler products. This was the best experience by far. No hassle. No run around. Very helpful and productive. They actually wanted me to find something that I liked and wanted. No pressure. Making the deal was also surprising. I made one counter offer and they took it. Having done this before, I thought that it would be long process and they would not move much. But, I did go in well researched and knew what I wanted and what other people were paying. I had my target. And they met it. I beat every price listed on the internet, so do a little work and you can get a good deal.
